We lost our beloved dog Nezek on 11/21/2024. When we came in to to drop him off Willy was at the reception desk, Willy was kind and professional. Filling out the paperwork took about 15 minutes. He asked me if I'd like to come the day after for the cremation and to pick up his ashes. I came the next day at 8am and was out of there by 9:30 with his ashes and paw prints. They gave me a great service and closure and I thank them for that.R.I.P my little doggie Nezek 8/26/2009-11/21/2024

Had a wonderful experience with this cemetery. Ofc it was a very sad day but our bearded dragon Falcon was handled with much care.He died on a Friday and we dropped him off the same day for a Monday morning cremation. It was 130$ for cremation and 30$ for paw prints in clay which we wanted. On the day of the cremation, we took a golf cart up to the crematorium. We had a private moment to ourselves to say our goodbyes. The cremation took about 40ish minutes so while we waited, we walked the grounds/cemetery. It was so nice seeing how much people love their pets. When Falcon was ready to go home, he was put into a small wooden box.I will cherish him forever.Thank you LA Pet Memorial Park for being so kind to us.

Exceptional caring honest help! The staff & especially the groundskeepers are really wonderful. They are happy to help you with any questions you may have & will take you on a tour at the drop of a hat. The office staff is very empathetic and caring. Especially the lady who preps your precious family pet for burial. Very impressed with my experience here.

The staff was friendly and the process was quick and easy so I am giving 2 stars, but they also seemed careless, unorganized and unprofessional. At drop off they were asking my boyfriend about things that had nothing to do with my cat. At pick up I was first brought the wrong ashes and as I finally got home, I realized they spelled his name wrong on the paw print but correct on his bag of ashes. My cat was like my child and I feel like in an industry like this you should quadruple check things like spelling and practice reading emotions and being professional and empathetic no matter who your customer is. I’ve never heard of someone dying and their family being given the wrong ashes. Pets are family!! They should be treated as such at a funeral home.
