Our beloved Axel was fighting a losing fight with heart tumor. He did great after radiation and Palladia treatment and had wonderful 3 months of love, play, hugs and kisses. Unfortunately, early February, just overnight, Axel's health declined and we had to make the painful decision to help him cross the Rainbow Bridge. We called around to get a private cremation so that we can pick up ashes the same day and therefore Axel can always be with us. The place that accommodated our request was the West Coast Pet Memorial in Merced. The gentleman who spoke with us was very kind, understanding we drove from the Bay Area and needed time to get there. But what really touched our hearts was how gently and kindly he carried Axel after he asked us to keep him on the blankets and to cover his body. This felt very respectful and kind and full of understanding to our feelings that Axel was a member of our family. For this I really would like to thank this kind man. You made this difficult moment a bit easier. We came back in two hours to take Axel's ashes with a beautiful paw print. Thank you, West Coast Pet Memorial in Merced for this gentle and kind approach and making painful moment so much easier.

This place helped in so many ways , they helped me with the cremation of my sweet baby girl who I raised from a bottle and we had such a tight bond . She was a female Nigerian dwarf goat that helped get Thru some hard times , with the sudden loss of her I had no where to go and this place was there for me . Thank you guys so much for your kindness and amazing staff that took great care of my baby and helped her get back home safely .

We took our baby boy there thank u so much for ur service we loved you're compassion and love for what u guys do when we left our popeye there, we knew he was in good hands, and it was our first time using them thank u again we are very grateful for u guys

Words can not express how much respect we have for your profession. We are so pleased with how the memory of our beloved Guinea Pig, Casper, was honored here thanks to your care. We are so overjoyed to be able to admire his beauty in life, and now afterlife. Such a beautiful tribute that we have been provided with, we cannot thank you enough. <3 We always thought that our boy deserved the best, and the best is what he got here at Franklin Pet Cemetery.

I brought my 19 year old cat Honey to get cremated. It only took a week before I got her back. I absolutely adore the box urn that came with my baby's ashes. The prices were exceptionally reasonable! I'd definitely would come back with my next pet.

The death of our little Layla is very hard on the family. Franklin pet cemetery truly helped with our grieving process. They listened to the stories we shared about our dog and help assure us that her death was not our fault. This is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with the loss of their fur babies.

🔥 EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED 🔥This is Chris if you check out your reviews>(West coast pet memorial employees)This review is for you and your passion for helping with your excellent experience... I wouldn't know what I would've done .. my dog Spike was my everything and leaving cailforina without him would have hurt more than anything... But these employees went the extra mile just for me knowing how painful loosening my best friend... They gave me a copy of his paw print 2 copy's his ashes in a picture urn and the certificate... In a soft leather like sleeve and oh my God they literally gave me everything... More than what I was expecting. They even gave me a handbag and sence I had a 30 min walk back home being without a vehicle theolder lady was so kind to go out of her way to give me a ride home. This is Chris and I give this place a full 10 stars because everyone here was very nice and friendly and it makes me sad to relocate but if I can still do business with this company again even over halfway through the USA...if I can I will find some way to get out here for my next pet.The entire price for all this was very cheap... And the extra service and extra mile they did for me I couldn't have been more satisfied . If you can get out here I fully ask that you check this place out... We had to have our chihuahua euthananized and cremated by Oakhurst Vet, hospital. They were more than outstanding and compassionate. Cremation was done by Franklin pet cemetery . They did a wonderful job. The cedar box Buffi 's ashes came in was a beautiful box. Also the accompanying certificate showed how classy Franklin is. Thank you for a great job

I am so grateful for people like Linda and Joe I took my kitty to be cremated it was difficult to have lost her from 13 years the man Joe was very kind and Linda too when I called she listened and our talk was comforting I want to express my gratitude and appreciation on behalf of them and thank you for helping me w the fee.
