My very dear friend George passed at the age of 94 years old. He was very proud to be a Vet, always telling stories and stated multiple times that when he passed, he wished to be honored and recognized for his services to his country. BC Bailey Funeral Home was amazing. They took a very sad moment and made it such a memorable, honorable moment George would have been proud of.Right from entering the Funeral home, Andrea was amazing- introducing us to herself and the staff- whom were all lovely- she graciously led us through every step ever so gently. The blanket made in his honor was a sweet surprise and spot on, the comfort of the calling hour, the video presentation that Andrea made for us-which I must admit she impressed me how she put it all together nicely with all the images and videos I gave to her. They also made George look very handsome and presentable, again honoring him with the American Flag at his side. Transportation for him had to be one of the most impressive parts of the service. My adult children and husband could not stop speaking of it. He was transported by motorcycle and a clear hurst to the church and burial site. Upon arrival, the Priest, Military and Retired Vets were there waiting on us.There are not enough words of appreciation I can give. I can't thank enough BC Bailey Funeral Home, Andrea and staff enough for all you did.Sherri

BC Bailey Funeral Home staff, especially Matt, made planning final services for our Mom bearable. Matt gave us the time we needed and also answered all questions, there were many, that we had. Matt went out of his way to get the Reverend Trudy Brady to deliver our Mom's service. Trudy performed our Dad's service just over a year ago and we were so happy to have someone we trusted after the moving service she did for him. Like family, literally and figuratively, every touch felt personal. From the first horrifying moment that we lost Mom suddenly, Matt and his team answered the call. Mom had loved meeting the Bailey family during a Holy Trinity event and named this as part of her plan. Little did we know that her cherished box of moments transformed into every nook of the funeral home, mirroring her own home. Without much documented, the Bailey team orchestrated every detail with the distraught family and helped achieve the perfect farewell. Their efforts masterminded pure joy and warmth at a time of utter darkness, while balancing our need for tradition and faith. My family first used B. C Bailey's 10 months ago for my Stepfather when he passed. Recommendation came from a friend. Andrea and her crew are phenomenal. Everything was explained to us and her ability to take our thoughts and requests and make them part of the ceremony where first class. We were so proud and grateful for everything. So much so that when I lost my Mom this past month we did not hesitate to call B. C. Baileys once again. I specifically asked for Andrea to care for my Mom and she was able to. From the time they take your loved one to the time they are buried they are treated with love and respect. It is hard enough going through the whole process of losing a loved one and then to have it happen twice within 10 months I did not hesitate to call upon them again. I knew it would be an easy and caring process to work with them again. We are truly blessed to have that faith knowing our family members were well taken care of. As anyone that has suffered the loss of a loved one, it's not an easy time. In the case when it's unexpected and very sudden as was the case with our mom Mary Grant, it's even more difficult.The day she passed, our heads were spinning with grief and sadness so having to make arrangements within just two hours of passing was unbelievably difficult.We had determined beforehand that we would work with Matt and the entire BC Bailey family to make arrangements for our mom to be laid to rest.We met with Matt early in the afternoon on the April 27, 2020 and even though we were filled with grief and sadness, he walked us through everything in such a peaceful, reassuring manner that for the brief time we spent with him, the sadness subsided a bit due to his calming and quiet manner. We felt at peace knowing he and his family of wonderful people at the funeral home would take good care of our mom.We can't put into words how much we appreciated working with the BC Bailey family.Matt, Jackie, Elizabeth and the entire group of folks at the funeral home made us feel like we had become part of THEIR family even if just for a short few days. They could not have been more kind and understanding.As we said, we know this is their "profession" but they allowed us to become part of their family during this time. I recently lost my aunt who was a second mother to me. When I went to the Bailey Funeral Home, I couldn't have asked for kinder, more considerate funeral directors to help me through this process. I have never had to plan anyone's funeral before and I was not in the right state of mind to handle much of this process but with the help of Andrea Cappiello and Dean McMurray, Jr., they made the process so much smoother with complete compassion for what I was going through. When I got to the graveside service, the flowers that Bailey arranged for the service were gorgeous and the exact color I requested. I also was so pleasantly surprised when they had taken the picture I gave them of my aunt and enlarged and framed it and placed it in front of my aunt's casket. It was such a special touch and a wonderful keepsake of my aunt. The service was so well done and a beautiful tribute to my aunt. About a week later, I received a text message from Elizabeth of Bailey Funeral Home checking on on me as requested by Andrea. It was a beautiful message and meant so much to me that they were continuing their excellent service and were still offering to help me through my grief. When you are in need of a first class funeral home during your toughest time, I would highly recommend the Bailey Funeral Home.

Our family cannot express the depth of our thanks to the B.C.Bailey Funeral Home and their staff for the personal, caring and professional attention they provided at our time of deep loss. From our initial meeting to the memorial service at the funeral home, the staff was kind, accessible and accommodating to our every wish. They helped to facilitate the process, taking care of details at a time when it's difficult for family to cope with them. Matthew Bailey, the celebrant of my husband's service, is a gifted individual who asks questions of family members to draw them to describe their loved one as they want them eulogized. Matt listens carefully and creates a heartfelt biography of your loved one that is indelible. Many of those in attendance commented on the service, Matthew's eloquent role as celebrant and the lovely facilities of the funeral home. If possible, we'd give B.C. Bailey 10 stars. We recently lost my father-in-law and we turned to B.C. Bailey for assistance. I cannot even put into words how wonderful Matthew Bailey, and the entire staff at B.C. Bailey, were throughout the whole process. There are so many things to think about in planning a service and it's often difficult to think clearly when you are grieving. B.C. Bailey anticipated everything that we would need, before we even knew we needed it. They handled every detail, no matter how small. The entire staff is genuine, caring and so very kind. They went out of their way to make a difficult time in our lives so much easier. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would do it.

We felt at peace knowing he and his family of wonderful people at the funeral home would take good care of our mom.We can't put into words how much we appreciated working with the BC Bailey family.Matt, Jackie, Elizabeth and the entire group of folks at the funeral home made us feel like we had become part of THEIR family even if just for a short few days. They could not have been more kind and understanding.As we said, we know this is their "profession" but they allowed us to become part of their family during this time. My grandfather passed away unexpectedly a few months ago and his service was held here. This funeral home did so much to help my grandma who was grieving the loss of her husband of 56 years. They opened and closed the casket several times each time my grandma requested. The woman working there also told me about how she went to mortuary school because my mother told her I was interested in mortuary science. They did a great job.

I recently lost my aunt who was a second mother to me. When I went to the Bailey Funeral Home, I couldn't have asked for kinder, more considerate funeral directors to help me through this process. I have never had to plan anyone's funeral before and I was not in the right state of mind to handle much of this process but with the help of Andrea Cappiello and Dean McMurray, Jr., they made the process so much smoother with complete compassion for what I was going through. When I got to the graveside service, the flowers that Bailey arranged for the service were gorgeous and the exact color I requested. I also was so pleasantly surprised when they had taken the picture I gave them of my aunt and enlarged and framed it and placed it in front of my aunt's casket. It was such a special touch and a wonderful keepsake of my aunt. The service was so well done and a beautiful tribute to my aunt. About a week later, I received a text message from Elizabeth of Bailey Funeral Home checking on on me as requested by Andrea. It was a beautiful message and meant so much to me that they were continuing their excellent service and were still offering to help me through my grief. When you are in need of a first class funeral home during your toughest time, I would highly recommend the Bailey Funeral Home.

Our family cannot express the depth of our thanks to the B.C.Bailey Funeral Home and their staff for the personal, caring and professional attention they provided at our time of deep loss. From our initial meeting to the memorial service at the funeral home, the staff was kind, accessible and accommodating to our every wish. They helped to facilitate the process, taking care of details at a time when it's difficult for family to cope with them. Matthew Bailey, the celebrant of my husband's service, is a gifted individual who asks questions of family members to draw them to describe their loved one as they want them eulogized. Matt listens carefully and creates a heartfelt biography of your loved one that is indelible. Many of those in attendance commented on the service, Matthew's eloquent role as celebrant and the lovely facilities of the funeral home. If possible, we'd give B.C. Bailey 10 stars. We recently lost my father-in-law and we turned to B.C. Bailey for assistance. I cannot even put into words how wonderful Matthew Bailey, and the entire staff at B.C. Bailey, were throughout the whole process. There are so many things to think about in planning a service and it's often difficult to think clearly when you are grieving. B.C. Bailey anticipated everything that we would need, before we even knew we needed it. They handled every detail, no matter how small. The entire staff is genuine, caring and so very kind. They went out of their way to make a difficult time in our lives so much easier. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would do it.
