My deeply loved Aussie passed away two days ago and I did some googling because my vet wanted to send her to a company that would take her to Orlando and they just didn't sit right with us. I called here yesterday and Jessica was phenomenal. We were able to bring her in same day and we just picked her up this morning. The process was smooth and very pleasant. At compassionate pet care they truly care about animals and under how much they mean to us. I will never take any of my pets anywhere else but here in the future. Truly a phenomenal, caring, and fast process. Thank you so much Jessica!

My beloved puppy passed away on Sunday and I reached out to Jessica at compassionate care and she walked me through the process and set up an appointment that afternoon so I could bring my dog in. She kept me updated throughout the process and let me know when he was ready to be picked up. She was very kind and professional during the entire time answering any questions or concerns I had. She helped me to pick out keepsakes for all of the family. I would definitely recommend using them for anyone needing this service. I hope I don’t have to go through it again but if I do I will definitely use this office. They are top 5 stars in my book.

I cannot say enough about Stephen and Compassionate Care Pet Cremation. When my beloved Rottweiler, Dawn, passed, the heartbreak was overwhelming. But Stephen truly was our savior during that unbearably difficult time. He came to our home with the most gentle and compassionate presence, offering comfort when we needed it most.It was evident from the moment he arrived that he wasn’t just there to do a job – he was there to help us heal. His empathy was so sincere, it felt like he was mourning with us, understanding the deep bond I had with my girl. Stephen treated Dawn with the utmost respect and dignity, handling everything with such professionalism and grace.He made what could have been a devastating process feel manageable, providing clear communication every step of the way. There was no rush, no pressure—just a steady presence that made us feel cared for and supported. Stephen even took the time to explain every detail, making sure that we understood exactly what would happen next, and how our cherished Dawn would be treated with the utmost care.I will forever be grateful for Stephen’s kindness and for being the beacon of light in such a dark moment. He turned an incredibly painful experience into one where I felt that Dawn was in loving hands every step of the way. Jessica was very accommodating and ensured our little guy was well taken care of. No one wants to lose a pet, but when the inevitable does happen, it good to know that Compassionate Care is there to easy the burden, even if it's only a bit.

We lost our dachshund Quincy after almost 15 years. One call and Jessica was getting us taken care of. We were able to bring him in the same day and his remains were back to us the next day. Jessica provided us with a paw print in clay, a lock of his hair, seeds to plant in his memory and a certificate of cremation. We definitely appreciated Jessica making this process go smoothly.Thank You again.

I’ve unfortunately had to use Stephen and Jessica’s services twice in the last 3 months. They are wonderful people providing a great service to the community. It put my mind at ease being able to wait in the lobby until my girls were done. Beautiful urns to choose from and they include a lovely rainbow bridge poem with a wildflower heart you can plant to remember your pet when you see the blooms. The whole process only took a little over an hour.

Finding the location was difficult updating gps process is lagging.Once we found location I felt at peace leaving Sammy to rest. Cremation process was very quick. Being that we were on vacation it was sad to begin with but the process was compassionate. Thank you for helping us in this difficult situation, Lucy

We had a unexpected passing of a beloved fur baby it was late on a Fri night I called several 24 hr places this is the only one that answered me and was most helpful and compassionate in this difficult time not knowing where to go what to do. Jessica was the absolute best and extremely caring also everything came back 2 days later (weekend) and she met me and gave us back are special girl highly recommend this business and will use again in future if and when another sad occasion happens

I would give compassionate care pet more than 5 stars if possible. The past several days have been pure hell for our family with the unexpected loss of our Sweet boy Cooper. Jessica and Stephen made this process for us more easier than what we could have expected. They were very caring and compassionate to us and our sweet baby. I would never wish this on my worst enemy. It is heartbreaking for us to lose our Cooper, with the help of Jessica we were able to get through it. We really appreciate you for being so caring and especially for taking time out of your evening to bring our Cooper home to us. Thank you so much.

After a tragic and sudden loss of our daughters cat, the people at compassionate care helped us to get closure and made what was already a difficult time for our family so much easier.
