After our cat passed at our house and we were unsure what to do with him. We had loved him his entire 16 years of life. I could not have asked for a better place for him to be laid to rest. I genuinely felt like he was in the best hands he could be and felt very at peace with our decision. Going to the showroom is so much better than a cold vet office, and I’m so glad to have been able to sit and pick everything out for our precious boy, Lou.

I am a vet tech, and our facility uses this crematory for our services and he is absolutely fantastic. Nonetheless, i lost my own pet recently and he did something very personal and touching. He is very remorseful and always goes above and beyond for his services. I would recommend his business to everyone.

In addition to them being just genuinely kind people, Juergen and Petra took exceptional care of my boy. His ashes came in a beautifully carved wooden box and his clay paw print turned out perfect. (There's even fur imbedded in parts of the toe prints which I think is a really charming touch). I feel closer to him. That's helping me a lot right now. As you can imagine, it's been a very hard week. I'd give them 1,000 stars for the peace and healing they brought me, as well as the kindness they practice. You could call them "pawsitive" people ha. Losing a pet after having them as part of your family for 15 years is very heartbreaking. We had euthanasia at home with services provided by All Curled Up. They took my beautiful boy Sumo to be cremated at Cape Coral Pet Crematory and they returned his ashes to me in a beautifully carved wooden box and his paw print in clay. It all came very carefully wrapped showing respect for me and my family. They are top notch professionals. I strongly recommend them. 🐾

They were very compassionate and provided top-notch, professional care for my cat. The wooden box he is in is so beautiful, with a carved flower design on top. I did not expect that at all. They even included a beautiful sympathy card. I visited their boutique and purchased a beautiful necklace which they put some of his ashes in. Wearing him next to my heart brings me comfort. This family ran business truly helped my family and I when we very unexpectedly lost our Great Dane boxer Clyde but what makes them stand out is that they truly care and just wanted to help us. We called them not even an hour before they closed on a Saturday night and Memorial Day weekend nonetheless while also being almost an hour away from them and they stayed to wait for us to arrive when we dropped Clyde off and when we picked him up I couldn’t get there until a few minutes after they closed yet they still waited. I couldn’t be more thankful and happy with their service. They really took their time to help US and then took the time to take care of and honor Clyde with the paw print and urn. Highly recommend 1,000 times they made a really hard unfortunate life changing situation quite beautiful.

My dog got hit by a car on Saturday and I couldn’t keep her at my house until Monday so my mom called up Cape Coral Pet Crematory and thankfully the owner was there. He is usually closed Saturdays but he let us bring our girl in and was so kind and sympathetic with our situation. We asked to have the paw prints done and her put in a little box. We just got her back and the paw prints are so beautiful and he really cares about his work. I didn’t catch his name but we really felt his compassion and I am so thankful that my baby was taken care of with such a quickness. She was our first loss and it will forever stay with us. So appreciative for this business and the owners.

Having a pet pass is never easy and it's a struggle emotionally. That being said when our 13year old pup passed we were devastated and the wonderful people of cape coral pet crematory really helped us through the process of grief and even provided us with a clay imprint of his paw. If you find yourself in the situation I was in I highly suggest to take your pet there

We just recently lost our little dog very unexpectedly. Peaches called the next day to get everything arranged and did not rush us in the slightest as i wasn't sure what I wanted. We chose a picture urn in the end and also had the clay paw print done. I got a call when she was ready to be picked up and was treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. It was very hard going in to the crematorium but I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The urn and the paw print was perfect. Thank you so much for taking great care of our beloved Gertrude.

First passed at the vet's office and the second (Her sister passed at home) both of my Furry Babies were taken care of at Cape Coral Pet Crematory. My dog was taken here after his passing. They were super friendly, professional, even sending a card of condolences with a beautiful message after his cremation. Something little like that means so much especially in a time of grief. We got the clay paw print in remembrance of our furry friend and thought they did a great job on that as well and was reasonably priced. Would recommend, thankyou for your services!

We lost our precious dog Peachy after 16 years of happiness we found this place online and they called us back right away. They had us bring her in and they walked us through everything and talked to us. They made us feel really comfortable. I unfortunately had the to put my little girl, Natalie, down on Saturday morning and needed to find a crematory in Fort Myers. I looked on the internet and found Cape Coral Pet Crematory. The reviews commenting on the owners' and staff's compassion was fantastic, so around 7am, I called their number. Unfortunately, the recording said they were closed on Saturday, so I just hung up without leaving a message, and being mentally exhausted from having to put my little girl down, I rolled over and tried to get some sleep. At 8 am, I received a call from Cape Coral Pet Crematory. It was the owner himself, asking if I needed assistance. I called him back and told him my situation and he asked if I could bring my little girl in at 11am. My heart just burst with joy, that I could put my little girl to rest. I received her ashes today, Wednesday, only 5 days after taking her in. The cost was nowhere near what I was being given at the hospital. I have 2 more fur babies left at home, and when the time comes, I'll definitely reach out to Cape Coral Pet Crematory. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. For the compassionate, and empathetic treatment you gave me.

I truly cannot thank this family and their business enough. They really made one of the most difficult and painful times easier to get through. My dog passed away on a Sunday, and though they are typically closed the owner came and helped with our baby when we had no-one else. They took such good care of her with the most respect. We have the most beautiful urn and paw prints. I really do not know what we would have done without Cape Coral Pet Crematory. This family truly cares about people and animals. They are extremely empathic and wonderful people. A situation that seems unbearable they make bearable.

I recently lost my beloved dog, Oliver. He just had his yearly check up and everything, including his demeanor, showed he was healthy. He suddenly got sick and passed within a week. To say I was traumatized would be an understatement. Cape Coral Pet Crematory truly helped me through this difficult time. From the first phone call with JW to meeting in person with Marcella and a couple phone calls with Peaches. This is a real family run business and they take pride in their work. They were so kind and compassionate and handled my craziness during the time with professionalism. Marcella even remembered me mentioning I wish I could have a stuffed animal made to look like Oliver and a couple weeks later informed me of a website where it’s possible. They have so many different options and things you can do to honor your pet and she took the time to go over it all. I especially appreciate the paw and nose prints that JW made himself. You can tell he really takes pride in his craft. The nose print even had a couple teeth impressions from Oliver which made it even more special to me. I really can’t say enough nice things about this family. They are in this business because they care, it’s not just about money for them. If you’re going through the difficult time of losing a loved pet these are the people you want handling it.

Absolutely amazing experience. So compassionate, patient and understanding. My dog passed away 3 years ago, he answered all my questions and spent so much time with me. My parents dog passed today and I knew they couldn't go anywhere else. Once again took wonderful care of us, even outside usual office hours. So many memorial options, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our fur babies in his capable hands.

I wanted a ink stamp of my cats paw and they called to let me know it wouldn’t be possible to get a clear stamp but they did take a pic of the paw and sent it to me so I can use it for a tattoo. My grandparents are elderly and their beautiful fur baby had just passed away. We were away in another state and my grandmother was grief stricken and sent to the hospital. She’s ok now. I love that they are a small family owned business who took care of Ash with dignity. We received his ashes quickly so we could bring him back home. I highly recommend them. Honestly the employees couldn’t not be any more rude. My cat died this morning because she got out and someone ran her over. And the employee there decided to argue and be judgmental towards my sisters. Listen honey if you don’t like your job. GET A NEW ONE. have some more sympathy for the inhumane people who are trying to do the right thing. Instead of sympathizing she argued my sisters and didn’t even ask what happened, she didn’t even care. Like again girl if you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t work there

I'm sorry for the long review, but during the hardest time of my life, Marcella and her family gave me so much comfort.I lost my 5 year old dog and my 1 year old cat within a two week period. To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. My animals are my kids.Viscaya Prado animal hospital helped us give them peace, and they use Cape Coral Crematory services. My husband and I wanted a private cremation for them since they were the first animals we have ever lost.Viscaya has really affordable prices for putting them to rest. About $1400 less than the emergency hospital we took our cat to originally quoted. It wasn't much more for private cremation.Cape Coral Crematory automatically sends home their ashes in a sweet wooden box, and you can purchase a name plate and jewelry. I was dreading calling, but Marcella was so sweet, calm, and comforting both times. She treated me like I was a family member who lost someone close. I can't express how grateful I am to her and her family. Giving affordable options to put our babies to rest in peace is a huge comfort. There are still kind family businesses out there that care more about people than money. ♡♡

We lost our beloved pet cat very suddenly today. I was extremely distraught when I called the Cape Coral Pet Crematory for pricing. The man who answered the phone was so accommodating and compassionate. I could just tell by his tone of voice what a genuine person he was. He gave me the information I needed and we hung up. I called back about an hour later to let him know we decided to go another route with our fur baby’s remains and no longer needed his services and he was still so understanding and supportive. I will definitely use this company in the future, as loss is inevitable as a pet owner. I’d like to give a 5 star rating for this company for the brief but very comforting interaction we had over the phone today. I went through my local hospital to get my beloved dog Tinkerbell cremated. I called to make sure that they had my dog and they re assured me that they did and the sent many condolences. There compassion and professionalism is outstanding especially loosing a pet who was apart of the family . When I received my urn back I was blown away the wooden urn was detailed with flowers on the top and the engraving of her name was beautifully done . I didn’t have my head on straight going over the details over the phone ordering her urn but they went above and beyond on her urn . Now it safely sits in my living room where I can look it at for many years to come .

My friend's cat died from smoke inhalation in a house fire. I took the cat here and they were so warm hearted And genuine. These people really care about our beloved animals. I recently lost my beloved dog, Oliver. He just had his yearly check up and everything, including his demeanor, showed he was healthy. He suddenly got sick and passed within a week. To say I was traumatized would be an understatement. Cape Coral Pet Crematory truly helped me through this difficult time. From the first phone call with JW to meeting in person with Marcella and a couple phone calls with Peaches. This is a real family run business and they take pride in their work. They were so kind and compassionate and handled my craziness during the time with professionalism. Marcella even remembered me mentioning I wish I could have a stuffed animal made to look like Oliver and a couple weeks later informed me of a website where it’s possible. They have so many different options and things you can do to honor your pet and she took the time to go over it all. I especially appreciate the paw and nose prints that JW made himself. You can tell he really takes pride in his craft. The nose print even had a couple teeth impressions from Oliver which made it even more special to me. I really can’t say enough nice things about this family. They are in this business because they care, it’s not just about money for them. If you’re going through the difficult time of losing a loved pet these are the people you want handling it.

Absolutely amazing experience. So compassionate, patient and understanding. My dog passed away 3 years ago, he answered all my questions and spent so much time with me. My parents dog passed today and I knew they couldn't go anywhere else. Once again took wonderful care of us, even outside usual office hours. We lost our boy Snoop Dogg 1/30/24 I was so devastated crying my eyes out I didn't know what to do since he passed at home. I wanted a ink stamp of my cats paw and they called to let me know it wouldn’t be possible to get a clear stamp but they did take a pic of the paw and sent it to me so I can use it for a tattoo. My grandparents are elderly and their beautiful fur baby had just passed away. We were away in another state and my grandmother was grief stricken and sent to the hospital. She’s ok now. Honestly the employees couldn’t not be any more rude. My cat died this morning because she got out and someone ran her over. And the employee there decided to argue and be judgmental towards my sisters. Listen honey if you don’t like your job. GET A NEW ONE. have some more sympathy for the inhumane people who are trying to do the right thing. Instead of sympathizing she argued my sisters and didn’t even ask what happened, she didn’t even care. Like again girl if you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t work there

Very professional. Upon arrival we were treated with much respect. It was Christmas Eve and he managed to slip away from his own family to come accept my giant black cat so we could give her a proper goodbye. He gave us adequate time to pick the perfect urn and to have some time to gain some closure with our beloved cat. He made the transition from life to death an easy and reassuring process. Losing a pet after having them as a part of your family for nearly 15 years is about as heartbreaking as it could be. When my sweet girl, Raven, passed away, I wasn't ready. It was so unexpected, although I knew her days were getting shorter and shorter. I spent the day in shock and in tears, as did my children, who grew up wirh her.I had been given the number to Cape Coral Crematory from a co-worker and friend of my husband, and was told about their compassion and how helpful they are in finalizing things with our beloved pets. Within 15 minutes of my call, he was at my home to pick my sweet Raven up and explained the process to me in full. He was kind and compassionate. Peaches was also incredibly sweet over the phone and they both expressed their condolences. The prices were very affordable and well worth it. The pickup fee was also very affordable.When it came time to pick up Ravens urn and our paw prints, I couldn't bring myself to be able to, so my 17 year old was happy to take my place. When I saw him come out with the beautiful bag, I began weeping in the car. Then he showed me everything and I full blown lost it in the parking lot. They took such care in packaging everything and gave us a heartfelt, sweet card that shows true empathy and hope. More local businesses should strive for this level of customer service.Raven's urn rests gently on the mantle above our piano, in her favorite room, where it almost feels like somehow, she is still with us. Is good to have her 'home' again.Thank you all so much for everything. It means the world to all of us.

I'm sorry for the long review, but during the hardest time of my life, Marcella and her family gave me so much comfort.I lost my 5 year old dog and my 1 year old cat within a two week period. To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. My animals are my kids.Viscaya Prado animal hospital helped us give them peace, and they use Cape Coral Crematory services. My husband and I wanted a private cremation for them since they were the first animals we have ever lost.Viscaya has really affordable prices for putting them to rest. About $1400 less than the emergency hospital we took our cat to originally quoted. It wasn't much more for private cremation.Cape Coral Crematory automatically sends home their ashes in a sweet wooden box, and you can purchase a name plate and jewelry. I was dreading calling, but Marcella was so sweet, calm, and comforting both times. She treated me like I was a family member who lost someone close. I can't express how grateful I am to her and her family. Giving affordable options to put our babies to rest in peace is a huge comfort. There are still kind family businesses out there that care more about people than money. ♡♡

The man who answered the phone was so accommodating and compassionate. I could just tell by his tone of voice what a genuine person he was. He gave me the information I needed and we hung up. I called back about an hour later to let him know we decided to go another route with our fur baby’s remains and no longer needed his services and he was still so understanding and supportive. I went through my local hospital to get my beloved dog Tinkerbell cremated. I called to make sure that they had my dog and they re assured me that they did and the sent many condolences. There compassion and professionalism is outstanding especially loosing a pet who was apart of the family . When I received my urn back I was blown away the wooden urn was detailed with flowers on the top and the engraving of her name was beautifully done . I didn’t have my head on straight going over the details over the phone ordering her urn but they went above and beyond on her urn . Now it safely sits in my living room where I can look it at for many years to come .

I had a kitten cremated about two yrs ago that I tried to rescue before the little one passed away. I am not back on the road as a truck driver, I had enough money to buy a little urn and my adopted little sister an urn for her pet rabbit. I couldn't see the lettering while I was on the phone ordering the urns to pick out a style of lettering. I had asked Marcella to please use her wonderful judgment on the lettering and I got pictures of the urn and I loved them and her judgment of lettering. I will be going back when I need their services again.

We awoke this morning at 4:50 am, to the passing of our 15 yo chocolate lab Truffles. I called at 5 am, JW answered and was very sympathetic, and arrived within 15 minutes. Our girl Maggie passed away 9/9/19. She was an 11 year old Cane Corso Mastiff. When I called Cape Coral Pet Crematory, a kind hearted man named Juergen answered the phone. I told him that Maggie passed away and he gave me, my family and Maggie's brother all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. When Juergen came to my home to get Maggie, he treated her with such dignity and respect. Several days later I received a call from Petra, letting me know that Maggie was ready to come home. Petra is a kind hearted soul as well. We love Maggie's Tree of Life urn and her beautiful paw print. Thank you so much Petra and Juergen!Updated: 12/28/2020Once again my family needed the Schmidt family and they all were here for us. On 10/18/2020 our 12.5 year old Cane Corso, Seamus went over the Rainbow Bridge to be with his sister Maggie. Juergan came to my home and treated Seamus just as he did Maggie, with such dignity and respect. Petra and Marcella greeted my daughter and I with such love when we went to bring our boy home. Like to say that my girlfriend and I had a very terrible experience. I really hope our beloved puppy was taking care of better than we did. The owners wife "Peaches" sat us on the table to discuss prices for the cremation box. But before, we discussed the process with the owner when he contacted us that he was able to place our puppy's paw prints on the box and his name. So when the wife provided us with a gift bag with our puppy's remain, the box had no name on it, no identification at all. Then we see a clay dish with paw prints on it with our puppies name and hair sticking out if the clay as if they shave our puppy's paws off the clay. Then gave it to us like that. We ask the wife, why is there hair still on it. Wife says "oh i don't know why maybe alot of people like that." Then we look at the box and the box was not glued tight. Wife says " oh alot of people like to see the remains". Why would you say it like that really no empathy? Then we were concern about both the box and footprint hair on the clay to request a percentage off since this was not the agreement we had with the owner. The wife then takes the gift bag with our dogs box and footprints from my girlfriends hands and says " then i guess you don't want it". I was very upset with her doing that and told her how rude she was being. Instead of continuing the conversation we just paid and left with our puppy. I could not just let them blackmail me in that manner, but i could not leave our puppy with them. Please if there are other options for cremenation in Lee County, disregard this place. The wife would continue to avoid providing her first name. Bravo with your customer service.

My wife, Karen, and I were faced with the heart breaking decision to take our 17 year old yorkie, Topper, to the vet to be put to sleep. From the vet we went to Cape Coral Pet Crematory. JW met us at the door and carried our little guy inside. We sat at a table and he explained the process and our options. He was very kind and understanding and professional. He made this most difficult task as stress free as possible for us. The urn that was included in the price was ok but I thought our boy deserved more. We were looking at a rosewood box with a beautiful carving on top. JW said I see by your hat that you are a war veteran. To show our appreciation for your service I would like to offer you the rosewood box at no additional cost. Touches like that are what make them stand out from the others. JW and his wife Peaches are both loving and caring people who show compassion and understand the heartache you are going through. JW is a sweet man! He made having to cremate my baby of 7 years a little less painful. Not only did he drive there to meet us when he was supposed to be elsewhere, but he explain the process in a gentle, calming way. Great customer service. He also gave us drinks as we filled out the paperwork and then octoberfest tickets for free admission. I’d recommend them! Great people.

They make it very easy and compassionate about losing our cat. He explained everything in a professional way and even helped my 5 yr old daughter understand that our cat is "on the other side of the rainbow" thank you

I had a kitten cremated about two yrs ago that I tried to rescue before the little one passed away. I am not back on the road as a truck driver, I had enough money to buy a little urn and my adopted little sister an urn for her pet rabbit. I couldn't see the lettering while I was on the phone ordering the urns to pick out a style of lettering. I had asked Marcella to please use her wonderful judgment on the lettering and I got pictures of the urn and I loved them and her judgment of lettering. I will be going back when I need their services again.

To say I was devastated to lose Pixie after 16 years would be a huge understatement. I wasnt sure how to put one foot in front of the other that day, just numb. This family was so amazing and understanding and helpful. They made sure I knew all of my options and were so affordable too. They'll never know what that meant for me. I know one day I'll have to do this again and I'll definitely be returning for them to help me. True angels.

Very nice, the owner met us on a Sunday morning. We were emotional and tired but he explained the services provided and expressed his sympathies to us. Peaches even brought our pets remains to our home on a Saturday.Thank You CCPC for making a sad situation much easier for our family.

My mom’s German Shepherd passed away on Memorial Day. The office was closed due to the holiday but we were able to bring her dog in while they met us at the office and took care of all the arrangements. My (almost) 12 year old mini-Angora rabbit passed away after a lingering illness. Baxter was an active, fun loving bunny who would entertain guests and would successfully tease to get the treats he wanted. Needless to say, I was devastated when he passed. The folks at Cape Coral Pet Crematory were very consoling and comforting. We awoke this morning at 4:50 am, to the passing of our 15 yo chocolate lab Truffles. I called at 5 am, JW answered and was very sympathetic, and arrived within 15 minutes. It was a very calming and comforting way to deal with the loss of a family member of 15 yo. I truly recommend these people to care for your pet after you cannot. Thank you JW and family.

I did not know what to do. It was the very early morning on a Sunday when my sweet girl crossed over. Jurgen was so kind and compassionate. He came to my house within the hour and very gently took her away. I felt she was in good hands and I made the right decision. I absolutely recommend CCPC. My roommate's dog passed away unexpectedly. We called this place ahead of time for information on cremation services and prices, but the individual who answered the phone was extremely impolite. He told us that someone would assist us when we arrived (we live in Lehigh, so it was a long drive). When we got to the location, no one was there. We called the number again to make sure we were at the right place, and the man was absolutely rude to us. He claimed that the location was not 24 hours (even though the website clearly said it was) and then he told us we "needed to do our research". I was SO disgusted with how poorly this man treated us, we immediately left and I started this review. Is this how you treat grieving pet owners? I absolutely wish I could give this 0/5 stars, but I am forced to give it one star. This place shouldn't even be open if the staff insists on disrespecting would-be customers.

My 11 Yr old German Shepherd died all of a sudden . I'm new to the area and didn't have a vet for her. My daughter who lives in Virginia googled found this company and with in minutes was already talking to them and he was on his way out to pick her up. I can't say enough about this company.

When my female french bulldog Shyanne passed away in 2015, these people really helped to make the loss of an animal family member just athat much easier.. very professional..Now in 2018 I am experiencing the loss of my male french bulldog Copper, and these wonderful folks are again, compassionate and pleasant, ready to help us through this process.I recommend this crematorium to all pet owners.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would in a heart beat!These are the most caring, passionate, loving people you’ll ever meet, EVER!Laying your animal to rest is hard, this was the first time for me, and it was traumatic, but having picked the best place, I was handled with extra care (and many hugs) and the overall Process was all handled By there loving family, and they truly left me to do nothing but comfort my boys, and start grieving, they handled every bit and I couldn’t say thank you enoughThere’s so much more I want to say about this family, They are absolutely wonderful!!10+ stars all day,And if you ever come into a time, where your beloved animal has to be laid to rest, make sure you bring them here, they deserve to feel the love this family has one more time ❤️Forever in my heart, Dasiy May!

Our girl Maggie passed away 9/9/19. She was an 11 year old Cane Corso Mastiff. When I called Cape Coral Pet Crematory, a kind hearted man named Juergen answered the phone. I told him that Maggie passed away and he gave me, my family and Maggie's brother all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. When Juergen came to my home to get Maggie, he treated her with such dignity and respect. Several days later I received a call from Petra, letting me know that Maggie was ready to come home. Petra is a kind hearted soul as well. We love Maggie's Tree of Life urn and her beautiful paw print. Thank you so much Petra and Juergen!Updated: 12/28/2020Once again my family needed the Schmidt family and they all were here for us. On 10/18/2020 our 12.5 year old Cane Corso, Seamus went over the Rainbow Bridge to be with his sister Maggie. Juergan came to my home and treated Seamus just as he did Maggie, with such dignity and respect. Petra and Marcella greeted my daughter and I with such love when we went to bring our boy home. Thank you so much for all of you being you. You're all Angels from above.

Like to say that my girlfriend and I had a very terrible experience. I really hope our beloved puppy was taking care of better than we did. The owners wife "Peaches" sat us on the table to discuss prices for the cremation box. But before, we discussed the process with the owner when he contacted us that he was able to place our puppy's paw prints on the box and his name. So when the wife provided us with a gift bag with our puppy's remain, the box had no name on it, no identification at all. Then we see a clay dish with paw prints on it with our puppies name and hair sticking out if the clay as if they shave our puppy's paws off the clay. Then gave it to us like that. We ask the wife, why is there hair still on it. Wife says "oh i don't know why maybe alot of people like that." Then we look at the box and the box was not glued tight. Wife says " oh alot of people like to see the remains". Why would you say it like that really no empathy? Then we were concern about both the box and footprint hair on the clay to request a percentage off since this was not the agreement we had with the owner. The wife then takes the gift bag with our dogs box and footprints from my girlfriends hands and says " then i guess you don't want it". I was very upset with her doing that and told her how rude she was being. Instead of continuing the conversation we just paid and left with our puppy. I could not just let them blackmail me in that manner, but i could not leave our puppy with them. Please if there are other options for cremenation in Lee County, disregard this place. The wife would continue to avoid providing her first name. Bravo with your customer service.

In a time of sadness and heartache, Cape Coral Pet Crematory showed there are still compassionate and caring people in the world. I lost my 17 year old cat and my 10 year old cat within a year and a half. Both times I have been blessed to have CCPC there for me to show my babies the love and care as if my cats were their own. My wife, Karen, and I were faced with the heart breaking decision to take our 17 year old yorkie, Topper, to the vet to be put to sleep. From the vet we went to Cape Coral Pet Crematory. JW met us at the door and carried our little guy inside. We sat at a table and he explained the process and our options. He was very kind and understanding and professional. He made this most difficult task as stress free as possible for us. The urn that was included in the price was ok but I thought our boy deserved more. We were looking at a rosewood box with a beautiful carving on top. JW said I see by your hat that you are a war veteran. To show our appreciation for your service I would like to offer you the rosewood box at no additional cost. Touches like that are what make them stand out from the others. JW and his wife Peaches are both loving and caring people who show compassion and understand the heartache you are going through. JW even took Toppers ashes home with him on a Friday night so we could pick them up Saturday morning.We are forever grateful for the kindness you have shown us.Larry and Karen

JW is a sweet man! He made having to cremate my baby of 7 years a little less painful. Not only did he drive there to meet us when he was supposed to be elsewhere, but he explain the process in a gentle, calming way. Great customer service. He also gave us drinks as we filled out the paperwork and then octoberfest tickets for free admission. I’d recommend them! Great people.

I recently lost my dog Lucy :( My daughter did the calling around for a pet Crematory in the area and she came up with this wonderful family business... the owner was the most kindest, caring and compassionate person I have met for a very long time! He met us right when we pulled up. He put Lucy in this dog bed and covered her up and then put roses on top of her...of course I was crying and my heart was hurting so terribly bad...OK, It has been to soon to relive it all so I just want to say... THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY AMAZING AND I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE MY NEW FRIENDS FOR LIFE!!!!! I highly recommend!!!
