The Orlando Pet Crematory makes the best out of a very emotional event. I took my cat Babes of 21 years directly to them after the vet's office on a Friday and Kevin was very kind in his handling of the situation. They have the best prices and you receive the urn, fur, a paw print and the certificate. They called me Monday that his ashes were ready as promised. Thank you so much!

Mr. Eddie Mr. Eddie Mr. Eddie⦠man you have no idea what you did for me.When it came time to bury my 17-year-old Yorkie, Mya, I practiced so many scenarios in my head to make her transition as smooth as possible. Just Found Out that this was the crematorium where my dad was cremated. After asking where my dad was going to be cremated the cremation company that used this crematorium told me āOrlando Crematoriumā nothing else, after googling and not finding anything a kept asking until they told me.So this place cremate Animals and Humans. I was chocked when I found out. I was told they have 2 separate buildings, one for pets and one for humans. They should be more clear about their services and change the name on Google search, because itās very chocking to find out your loved one was cremated in a pet crematorium. A lot of doubts, worries runs through your head. How do we know we got our loved one ashes and not some animals ashes? How do we know our loved one was stored in a freezer with animals? Also found out you can do DNA testing to the big particles you find in the ashes. Please be more clear about services, because it makes us doubt.I hope my dad was treated with respect and dignity, as he was a great man who served this country with the Marine Corps. I hope he was treated with RESPECT!!!!!

I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog down, and after calling numerous places, I was shocked by how expensive cremation services were. Thankfully, I found Orlando Pet Crematory, and Iām so glad I did. Janene was amazingāshe took the time to sit with me, explain the entire process, and provide much-needed support during such a difficult time.Their prices were very reasonable, and I was able to pick up my dogās ashes just two days after dropping her off. The service included a certificate, a beautiful urn with the ashes, a paw print, and even a lock of my dogās hair. While itās an incredibly sad situation to go through, I highly recommend Orlando Pet Crematory to anyone facing the same decision. Their care and compassion made all the difference.

Great experience for something so sad. We drove to drop off our cat at the building and the man that greeted us right away was very kind and explained everything very well. I went to pick up the ashes and he was there to greet me again. He showed me everything in my take-home bag. It seemed like he really cared. Would highly recommend.

Orlando Pet Crematory was very professional and caring when my beloved Vizsla mix Roberto died. They cared for him with dignity, I highly recommend them. Their prices are also very competitive, their response time is instant. I called them at 2am and Eddie was available to take down my information. A few hours later he picked up Roberto, very professionally and his ashes were returned to me the next day.Thank you š

Could not be more grateful for their team. I called on a weekend, when their business hours were closed and they answered quickly and helped me set up the following day to meet on a Sunday after a planned euthanasia for our sweet pup. They were so kind and professional, and they had him ready for me in less than 24hours!! I was so impressed with their services and so happy we chose them. Thank you!

So very thankful for the compassion and consistency that Orlando Pet Crematory has shown over the years. We've brought our two cats and two dogs to them over a period of 9 years, and have never faced any sort of dissatisfaction. Losing a pet is a devastating experience, but the team here has always made the process of handling their remains extremely smooth and low key, and I have always felt that our animals were handled with respect, dignity, and sensitivity. I just cannot express my gratitude enough for the work they are doing and the caring kindness they always show. 100% would recommend their services. Thank you, Orlando Pet Crematory.

Losing a pet whoās family is never easy. They were so compassionate and willing to answer any question we had. They even included a beautiful urn for our pet. The whole process was straight forward and clear from the start. The price we were quoted over the phone is exactly what we paid. Within 2 days just as expected, we were called and told we can pick up the remains. Thank you Orlando Pet Crematory for making this easier on our family.

We lost our family dog last week. He was the pet that accompanied my three sons from childhood through their teenage years. We knew he was sick and had already scheduled an appointment to be euthanized, but on the day he was scheduled, he woke up the family at 6:15am to say goodbye and with the whole family next to him, he drew his last breath. You can imagine, we were all devastated. I immediately called, expecting an answering machine, but Eddie answered. He was very compassionate and respectful. To my surprise, he arrived at our home within the hour. He offered kind words of sympathy to my family and took my dogs remains with utmost care and respect. A few days later I went in to the office to pick up the remains and met Kevin, who was also very kind. Thank you all so much. I believe the cost was not excessive and the service was top notch. I recommend this business.

I am so grateful to have found Orlando Pet Crematory. My motherās beloved small dog passed away and werenāt in a good financial situation to do anything big. This is the most affordable, empathetic and respectful/dignified cremation I came across. Everyone there was empathetic, thoughtful, sympathetic..I just canāt say enough how thankful I am to have found them. Our dog was under 10lbs so for $95 we were able to have him cremated-given a small plastic urn with a white faux marble look-a ink paw print and lock of fur. Thank you guys so muchšš½š

Huge thank you going out to Orlando Pet Crematory.I've been grateful for your kindness, compassion, and professionalism over the years (and recently). Every detail was handled with dignity and respect, as well keeping your services affordable. You made a difficult time manageable. Thank you.

I have unfortunately used this service 4 times in the past 7 years. Every time they have been so compassionate. We just used them again recently for our cat who passed from old age. Eddie answered the phone at 9:30pm and was so kind and compassionate. He arrived 40 minutes later and allowed my boyfriend to walk our cat to his van and let us take the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. He had a bed and a blanket in the van for our baby. We had him wrapped in a towel which I did not want returned. They are so kind and compassionate. When my dog passed several years ago due to a genetic condition I asked that her sweater be returned and they returned it with her. They make such a terrible experience a little easier. They are so respectful and compassionate. A woman called a couple days later and told us that our baby was ready to be picked up to come home. My boyfriend picked him up tonight and told me how kind and thoughtful they were.

Our dog got sick and passed away. She passed away on a holiday and needed a pick-up. Even though they were closed they came by and picked her up for FREE. They cremation of her wasn't expensive at all. When I arrived to pick her up the container was a little cracked and with NO problems they replaced it. Thank you for doing such a great job!!! We miss our Esther so much

My daughter just lost her baby of 12 years. She's had him since she was 14 so it was very hard on her. They made the process very easy and she had him back the very next day with his little paw print and some fur.

My sweet cat, Oliver, passed away in the middle of the night unexpectedly and I was uncertain how to proceed. This company was recommended to me by a friend so I called at 3 AM as they are 24/7 and a gentleman picked up the phone immediately and provided me with information, pricing, and how to arrange a pick up at my house. The driver, Eddie, was at my place by 8 AM the same morning for Oliver. He was compassionate and kind beyond belief and treated my baby with the respect and love you would hope for in this situation. He was cremated quickly and then delivered back to my home by Eddie the next afternoon. I loved how the paw print was included and was pleasantly surprised with the total cost for the services they provided.

It is impossible to please everyone, but I have known Janene and her staff for several years and have found them to be great people. Recently, they helped us through a painful time after the passing of our dog Rosie. They went above and beyond anything I had ever expected, taking care of everything, from the large to the smallest details. We so much appreciate their caring nature. I absolutely recommend them. Just call them and see for yourself. Our family wants to say thank you Janene, for all you do.

I just want to say this is amazing place i was able to get my cat shadow within 24 hours and im so happy to have shadow back .They was affordable too so i could easily afford one have my kitty cremated. They give you so much respect when you walk in that door.

Our precious kitty passed away after being attacked by unleashed dogs in our new neighborhood. Luckily we found this company online the next day and had our Sammy cremated. We were treated very kindly, the price was fair and we now have Sammy's ashes and a print of one of his paws. It still hurts but at least now heis at home with us. We highly recommend this place if you find yourself in a similar sad situation.

Called at 3:30 about having a pet picked up for cremation after the vet did the procedure. I was told this could be done today via their after hours pick up service otherwise it would have to wait until Tuesday because they were having work done to their machine Monday. The nice gentleman I spoke to asked if I wanted to set up now or wait for the vet. He said I could call back and speak to the driver and have him come get him if so. I said okay letās wait until the vet comes (in case there was a way to save him). There unfortunately was not, so I called back at 4:45, talked to the driver who put me on hold and came back on and said he talked to the owner who said they canāt do it tonight because they need the machine to sit to be cool enough to do the maintenance on Monday. I told him what the gentleman said to me just over an hour ago. He couldnāt have cared less and just said āwell thatās what the owner told me so thereās nothing I can doā. Really very kind compassionate people⦠not. The owner should have communicated with her staff the day/time for cutoff of pickup for cremations, which she clearly did not.

Absolutely worst customer service in the business , i strongly recommend you do not EVER USE this company for any available services they offer. They do not care about our individual needs only the bottom line (money). There are loving Caring companies out of pine castle, Orlando area that are truly great . Orlando pet Creamatory is also rumored to mix Asheās from other animals to save costs . Sincerely from a loving pet owner

I wish I didn't have to review this place but I'm glad I can at least review it well. Their prices are reasonable. They're fast. And they're kind/respectful.The first two times I had Jeannie (I really hope I'm remembering correctly, it was 2 years ago) and she was sweet and talked to me about my rabbits. When I came in two months after having to euthanize my first one, she somehow remembered me and my rabbit and sat with me while I was in shock over having to euthanize the second that morning very unexpectedly.Recently I dealt with two gentleman. The one when I was picking up was very kind. I did miss Jeannie though, she's definitely in a good field for her since she's so caring and has a wonderful personality. As lovely as you all are, I better not have to see you for a long time!

My beloved dog and I were on vacation when I had to let her go. During the most painful event of my life, Janine and the other members, were so incredibly helpful, compassionate and professional. They helped relieve so much stress from me while trying to coordinate my return home. Amazing people. Truly grateful for going above and beyond in my time in need. Words can not be expressed on how much I appreciate all they have done. Thank you again for your outstanding compassion.

I most recently had the unfortunate cancer diagnoses for my Zola. Last Saturday after her vet suggested stronger pain meds I decided to humanely help her cross that rainbow. I was so thankful at how caring Mr. Perry was. He was extremely detailed and thorough. He told me he would call me on Monday and he did. Although this has been a very difficult time for me, I felt it important to share what a great experience this has been with the Orlando Pet Crematory. My Zola was truly well taken care of until the very end.

I can not say enough nice things about this place. If I could give them 100 stars I would. My almost 2 year old Cane corso suddenly passed away this past Sunday and we are devastated. My cousin used them for his dog that passed away 6 months ago and recommended them to us. We called and they came the same day to pick Onyx up. I was hesitant in our 11 year old son seeing her but Perry of Orlando Pet Crematory assured me that he would wrap her in her blanket as if she were just sleeping so that my son could say goodbye. Perry was extremely caring, empathetic and compassionate. I never thought that I would feel such grief and sadness over the loss of our pet. And Perry was more than accommodating to our feelings. We picked her up the next day. I highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a pet.

Outstanding. Highly recommend. Compassionate staff in our difficult time is the loss of our fury family member. Best prices in town. A free ink paw print and a fur clipping is included with a free urn. They do have great high quality urns available to purchase. They will even come to you 24/7 and while office may be closed a real person is available on the phone. While it's very difficult to loose a pet it's comforting to find a company that respects my pet like it was their own.

We lost our dog lily early in the morning. We called and they said we could bring her in by 9am. They opened up before their posted time to accommodate us. Thought that was very nice. They were very polite and caring. They took very good care of our girl. I would recommend them highly

They took such great care of my 14.5 year old Chocolate Labrador Chloe when she past away. She was picked up from home and shown much respect and was wrapped up, placed on a gurney and was allowed to say my last goodbyes. At such a hard time in my life I was shown compassion and so was my fur baby.

This will be the first and probably last time that I ever leave a negative review for any establishment. I used their services for the cremation of my dog in 2020 and everything went smoothly. They took her wrapped up in a towel and I requested that that towel be returned to me, which it was.Last week, when my cat unexpectedly passed away, I was out of the state. I had to do everything over the phone and when the pet sitter gave them the cat wrapped in the same towel, I also said over the phone that I wanted that same towel back. It was the towel I had wrapped both my dog and cat in when they passed. It was special to me. I wasnāt sure what I wanted to do with it but I had the time to decide that for myself. The towel ended up being cremated with my cat. Iām unsure as to how something like this couldāve happened. If they had thrown it out by mistake I could understand that, mistakes happen all the time. They didnāt do that though. They cremated my cat with the towel. In no world is that okay, even if I hadnāt specified returning the towel to me. You donāt cremate a random belonging along with the body of a personās beloved animal. The reason the woman on the phone gave me wasā¦interesting and I suppose well-intentioned. She stated when an animal comes in wrapped in a blanket or towel that she assumes the family wants them cremated with it as aā¦hug? I suppose well-intentioned but I canāt honestly think of a single pet owner that would want a towel or blanket among their petsā ashes, no matter what well-intentioned reason the employee might have. This entire experience has been incredibly traumatic for me and that was an added stress that I didnāt need. I asked for a private ceremony, I never wouldāve imagined that they wouldāve created a towel with him. Regardless of whether or not I asked for it back. But I did ask for it back. It was incredibly sentimental to me, the woman on the phone did ask what to do to make the situation better, Iāll give her that. The problem is, thereās nothing. I donāt want to ask for my money back though it wouldāve been nice if sheād offered but itās not about money. Money is meaningless to me. This kind of thing is permanent and maybe the employees need to understand that. The decision they made was permanent and yet my requests were never considered. Not even a simple phone call for clarification if they needed it. Nothing. Just a permanent decision made about my cat who was my babyā¦without any regard for what I wanted. No do-overs. Just a complete disregard for the feelings of the person hurting the most. Thatās all I need this business to understand. That there needs to be more regard for the person in this situation. Because for me, there was none.

Our cat died and while looking for a place to cremate him we found this place. The website states 24/7 removal but when we called the man that answered said āIāve already sat down for the eveningā and then said he can be there around 8:30-9 the next morning. Which is pretty useless considering the office opens at 9. You also shouldnāt claim to offer a service if youāre unwilling to provide that service. Luckily there were more places in the area and we ended up finding a better, more professional and caring place.

I called this place to pick up my dog for cremation. They came at 10:00 pm. It took 2-3 days to get her cremated. We had a terrible time finding the place. When we finally did, we felt they were not as friendly and caring as they should have been. The man who took care of us was not dressed as we felt he should have been. He took us into the lunch room to wait on us. He brought her to us in a brown paper bag. Our Annie was with us 16 years and was a part of our family. We were very disappointed.

Thursday, July 28th, I had to let my old doggie girl, Serenity, go. She took with her my broken tattered heart. This has been one of the most painful, difficult, gut-wrenching times in my life. I am so very grateful to the staff at Orlando Pet Crematory for making this extremely difficult process a little easier to take. I called to tell them I would be putting my dog down in a few hours, and by the time I got to my vet's office, they had called to confirm the appropriate information with the office. When my girl was finally gone, I learned the driver was patiently waiting in the lobby, allowing me as much time as I needed to say good-bye, if necessary. The driver was an excellent ambassador for the company, as he came in and talked with us and explained the turn around time to get her ashes back. They are even delivering her back to me, so that I do not have to make the drive. The costs were far more reasonable than I ever imagined. There was a minor pick up and drop off fee, but that was to be expected, and again- very reasonable. The cost of the cremation was far more afforadable than I imagined.Thank you so much for your excellent care and compassion. While my heart is breaking, I am truly grateful for the service and the outstanding care given to me.

The customer services was very good The place was very clean, but the only thing that I did not like was that I paid for a private cremation service in which in a certain way it was private because they cremated my dog āāalone, but when they take me to the place of where they had my dog , they had it lying in a nice position but too freeze that was the first thing that I noticed, in other places my other dogs were cremated they were thawed, the second was that from experience in other places they place the dog in a room where you are privately with your dog and your family, where you want to spend some time to be able to relax quietly not in a hot place because the oven and without chairs, that where my dog was. Well, there they had it located next to the oven and there they took us to be and say goodbye to our dog, with a heat, a terrible noise that the oven omitted, there was no where you could sit, without air conditioning. Another thing is that the Paws take them with ink and print it on a piece of paper. The certificate they give you is made on letter paper. my experiences in other places were so different1. in a room with your dog privately with air conditioning, chairs and you could be comfortably spending your last moments with your pet.2. The prints in plaster , not in a piece of paper3 certificate printing as if it were a certificate. But the mad thing I didn't like was where my dog āāwas located. Beside the oven .This comment is not meant to criticize, it is for them to take action and expand the services and for the owner of the pet it is very important our dogs is part of us , part of the family and is very important our feeling

I lost my 10 year old baby dog unexpectedly. I called OPC and they picked up Boss the same day from my vet which is in Apopka. My hats off to the entire staff in making the process bearable and seamless. Everyone I encountered was friendly and compassionate. Thank you so much for your professionalism and courtesy while I grieve the lost of my baby dog Boss.

Tough losing our 11 year old shitzu Lilo.. and harder deciding how to handle her remains. Thank you for making this hard time a little smoother. The urn, fur clippings, and paw prints are such a sweet touch. Thank you also for calling to say "she is ready to go home" the next day. Forever grateful for your kindness and efficiency. Also, for not price gauging a suffering family in this difficult time. Thank you.

Dawn Hewitt

While it is under less than ideal circumstances that brings us to a place like this, Janene and Kevin were kind and compassionate. Cancer was taking its toll on my 18 year old cat, Pumba, so I called several weeks in advance to understand what to expect. Janene immediately responded to all me emails in a caring and considerate way. Her kindness was greatly appreciated during a very difficult time. When Pumba passed, I brought him there personally the next morning for a private cremation. Kevin warmly greeted me and gently guided me through the process. There was no pressure to buy anything and he understood my desires for Pumba. A simple fee of $90 for a private cremation and a few hours later I was able to bring Pumba's remains home. There was no joy in the day or the days that followed but the kindness of those at Orlando Pet Crematory will remain with me. They demonstrated a caring nature and did so in a thoughtful manner. It meant the world to me to know that Pumba's body was treated with dignity and respect.

John Doe
Outstanding. Highly recommend. Compassionate staff in our difficult time is the loss of our fury family member. Best prices in town. A free ink paw print and a fur clipping is included with a free urn. They do have great high quality urns available to purchase. They will even come to you 24/7 and while office may be closed a real person is available on the phone. While it's very difficult to loose a pet it's comforting to find a company that respects my pet like it was their own.
Yvonne Pierce
We lost our dog lily early in the morning. We called and they said we could bring her in by 9am. They opened up before their posted time to accommodate us. Thought that was very nice. They were very polite and caring. They took very good care of our girl. I would recommend them highly
Kimberly Farris

Chelsea Scheungrab
Our cat died and while looking for a place to cremate him we found this place. The website states 24/7 removal but when we called the man that answered said āIāve already sat down for the eveningā and then said he can be there around 8:30-9 the next morning. Which is pretty useless considering the office opens at 9. You also shouldnāt claim to offer a service if youāre unwilling to provide that service. Luckily there were more places in the area and we ended up finding a better, more professional and caring place.
Billie Thoeming

Maria Harrison
