If I could give more stars, I would. The staff at Pet Angel were absolutely amazing and helped me with the unexpected loss of my soul. I hadn't had that "soul" dog until two years ago when I got my baby, Rollo. Him and I had such a close bond. You very rarely seen us without the other. He came everywhere with me and was the son I never had. They took such amazing care of him from the moment he was picked up until the very end. They handled him with such careful hands. He was a 90 pound baby. I had two close friends watch the very end part for me and they said the gentlemen were extremely delicate with him. I chose to see him one last time for my final goodbye. My final hugs, kisses, sniffs, and scratches. He looked so peaceful when they brought me into the viewing room. The room was extremely comforting. I was able to spend as much time as I wanted without a single interruption. Rollo let me know when it was ok for me to go. I was able to send him with a couple of his favorite toys. Pet Angel truly helped me with the closure. I work for an emergency vet and we use their service. I can honestly say I can stand by them and it truly makes me feel so amazing that we use them for our clients. Thank you to everyone at Pet Angel through the toughest thing I've experienced.

Our beautiful little girl Fiona is gone, but she will never be forgotten. Thank you Pet Angel staff for her quick return and the beautiful urn she now rests in. Recovery from her loss has been terribly painful, but we are progressing.As I read the posts speaking of the loss that others feel, especially those who had to euthanize their pets, I so relate to what has been described. I have relived every detail of that day over and over and over in my mind, with so much sadness and regret.Let’s hope time and good memories truly will heal those wounds…

They misspelled my dog’s name on everything. For as much money as I gave this company, I expected a great result. I didn’t get that, far from it. Not only did I lose my baby girl, but now I have to see a different name on her plaque. Just a horrible situation, I wished I went with someone else. If you do choose to go with these people, double check to make sure they don’t screw up the name

I wanted to take the time to thank, Dawn and Pet Angel, for supporting us during the loss of our Husky, Bella. From the moment I called for the first time, I felt at peace and reassured when Dawn guided me through the cremation process. Pet Angel honored our baby girl in every way, from allowing my family to be with her in a private room, to being present for her cremation, and finally, giving Bella's ashes in a beautiful package. Today we received our beloved Toby’s ashes back. This is the first time we have cremated a pet. Losing our baby after 13 years is so difficult but they made this process a little easier. I am very pleased with how beautiful the cedar box that my Toby’s ashes are in. I also love how well his foot print came out. Pet Angel did an amazing job in making this as beautiful as can be. The only thing I wish I received was some of his hair. I know how difficult it must be to be in this business and I appreciate the respect and support Pet Angel provides. It was nice that they also include pamphlets on how to deal with the loss of your pet. It’s nice to have that and it’s nice knowing how I’m feeling is normal. Thank you Pet Angel for taking caring of my baby in a respectful, beautiful way. I will be forever grateful for you guys.

My 15 year old shih tzu Dora was put to rest just last week, I'm struggling it has been Dora and I for the past 13 years, I rescued her from a puppy mill at the age of about 2 and spoiled her rotten until her passing, her unconditional love were the best years of our lives, Thank You Pet Angel for the way you memorialized my little girl, I continued that memorial at home for Dora, none of us want our beloved pet to pass though we all know that day will come, so cherish every moment and let Pet Angel Memorialize your family member. This dog was so special to me and you guys made his cremation become more than I could have ever imagined for him. His urn and his paw print and his fur and the way you guys engraved his name into the urn was so perfect. I am so happy with how everything turned out. Quick with cremation services, but very expensive. A paw print and a nice card should be included/complimentary in that $300 price, However, it is not. This was my first pet I had to have euthanized and was hoping to have a special experience. I’ve worked at a cremation center for a vet office in the past and I always made a nice card with fur clippings and a clay paw print for the clients at no extra cost. It just made them feel very special and a great way to remember their furry family members. That would have cost an extra $100 with Pet Angel..

I received my cats ashes and paw print today and I am FURIOUS. The paw print on the right in the shadow box was done 3 years ago. You can see how it is clearly a cats paw print. The paw print on the left is the one I received today that is SUPPOSEDLY my cats. It is much larger than a cats paw print and done in such a sloppy manner. HOW CARELESS CAN YOU BE?! This was my cat of 15 years and this is how you honor her memory? Who knows if these are even her ashes I got back. I really hope my vet offers a different crematory in the future.

We lost our beloved male black cat Junior recently. He went very quickly for which we are thankful. We chose cremation for the first time of us having pets die, and when we picked up his ashes at the emergency clinic, we were so very pleased with what we received. We did not want an urn, because we wanted to bury him in the herb garden above a previous cat's body. Pet Angel supplied a beautiful cylindrical box of Junior's ashes, inside a lustrous royal blue velvet bag. Also supplied was a ceramic disc with his name and a paw print inscribed, plus a small baggie containing some of his fur. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful send-off. Thank you for that.

They were very gentle with my baby girl and the room they gave us to say goodbye in was very nice and comforting. I did have to call them to find out my baby was ready but that’s no big deal. They were fast and even gave me a free ink paw print because how bad I was crying and that meant everything to me. Definitely recommend, they were amazing.

If I could leave 0 I would . This is the second animal we have had done. We expected ashes back like any other animals we've had done through other companies. Nope. My boy came home looking like my gravel road . No ashes whatsoever. Not only do I feel disrespected, but my dog has now been man handled and ground up like he was nothing to anybody but rubble . I will be going public with this as I am not the only person who has had not one , but two horrible experiences with this company.I cannot even remove the bag from the urn without completely dumping all the bones out . This is a horrible last way to see my boy . Y'all should be ASHAMEDEdit , dumped him out because I couldn't stand not knowing . Mind blown. Never recommending y'all to anyone and will suggest the shelter attempt to find a alternative service.

I lost my girl after a car hit & killed her Monday.. It was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever been through. I knew I’d need Pet Angels at some point in life having an older dog but never thought I’d have to this soon, for my youngest dog. I work at an animal hospital in Oviedo and we use Pet Angels as our cremation center. Every week Derik comes in and is one of the most caring, friendliest & kindest guys I’ve ever met. There’s nobody I trusted more than Derik to take & return my baby. He’s the best and I truly appreciated his condolences. He deserves a raise and a praise. Pet Angels is such a compassionate memorial center. I would recommend them to anyone & truly trust them and I’m so blessed to have them as our cremation center for my girl & our clients. Thank you all for what you guys do. I’ll forever be grateful

On 2-13-21 we had Dr. Kara with Heavely Paws to come and help Bentley of 16 years, and Katie-Spade of 12 years old to cross Rainbow Bridge. I was so touched when I went to pick them up. I wanted to take the time to personally thank Pet Angel for what I received today when picking up my dogs ashes from the vet. On Jan 16, 2021 I had to put my Cocker Spaniel of 11 years down. For 11 years she was by my side. Wherever I went she was right there. My heart is broken and I'm still in complete shock that she's no longer here with me. I decided to have her cremated because I couldn't just leave her nor did I want to bury her. I wanted to keep as much of her as I could. When I was handed the bag today that contained her ashes I immediatly broke into tears in front of everyone at the vets office. When I opened the bag I was in awww. Its almost like you read my mind. The day I was taking her in I had wanted to take a form of her paw print but didn't have the time. I regretted that until I seen that you had done it for me. I was beyond surprised and happy. Laughter through tears is a great emotion. The next thing was the seeds for the wildflowers along with the little bag that contained a small amount of her hair. Again, its like you read my mind because after she had passed away my son and I were saying our goodbyes to her, I asked the receptionist for some scissors so I could cut some of the curls that she had on her ears. I felt like they thought I was crazy or that I maybe I loved my dog a little too much. When I seen that you had sent me some of her hair I no longer felt like I was crazy. The wooden box that her ashes are in is absolutely beautiful....just like she was. I couldn't be happier with what I received from you. It exceeded my expectations! I'm telling everyone I know and I'll definitely use you again(hopefully not anytime soon). Thanks again for going up and above and making something beautiful out of something that has been so awful for me. I'm forever grateful!

What a fantastic company. Thank you for being there in my grief. My cat BoyBoy died horrifically from a blood clot in his legs and brain. It was awful when I brought him dead on arrival at the animal hospital. The memorial services you offer are terrific, and the delivery was better than anyone could ever expect. My pup Squirt's remains came back to me within 6 days of losing him. The cedar box is beautiful BUT if you send an email to this company, don't expect a reply back. I've sent 2 emails and not one reply on questions that I need answered. It would be nice to get a response back. If that ever happens, I will change my rating.

Jancey Pet Services went above and beyond when my little one was tragically murdered by her vet and then purposely held for no reason for weeks on end. Even stating at one point that they had lost her body! They continued to stand beside me in my fight to get her. Once we were able to get her their love and attention to making sure that I was comfortable with every aspect was unbelievable! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I will never reccomend for their services to be utilized!!!!! Not for one second! I received my paw print for my beloved cat that passed away last week. I asked for her name to be carved into the print. These heartless people put my beloved cat's ID number they gave her on the back! How heartless, inconsiderate and insensitive. Additionally, I was told that my cat's ashes would be spread in a garden. Only to find out that is not accurate either. I'm heartbroken over the additional hardship and hurt this place has caused. Had I known, I would have for my Ruby's ashes to be returned o me and I would have done something special.i can never get the remains back. It depresses me to think how they handled her. Based off of the paw print, it looks they were rough. How rude, inconsiderate and ruthless. Stay away from these people and find a new place!!!!!!!

My cat Smaug has recently passed away and we had had her personally cremated through Jancy's. I was extremely happy with the urn as well as all the other gifts we received, they did a phenomenal job. Everyone I spoke with at Pet Angel Memorial Center was very kind but I had pointed out to me after everything was paid for that the Urn we purchased for our little Tuxedo for well over $100 could have been obtained elsewhere for less than 1/2. I understand they are running a business but shame on them for taking advantage of people when they are most vulnerable.

What a fantastic company. Thank you for being there in my grief. My cat BoyBoy died horrifically from a blood clot in his legs and brain. It was awful when I brought him dead on arrival at the animal hospital. The memorial services you offer are terrific, and the delivery was better than anyone could ever expect. I want to thank you for your assistance.Rest in Peace, BoyBoy 2012 -2022

My pup Squirt's remains came back to me within 6 days of losing him. The cedar box is beautiful BUT if you send an email to this company, don't expect a reply back. I've sent 2 emails and not one reply on questions that I need answered. It would be nice to get a response back. If that ever happens, I will change my rating.

Jancey Pet Services went above and beyond when my little one was tragically murdered by her vet and then purposely held for no reason for weeks on end. Even stating at one point that they had lost her body! They continued to stand beside me in my fight to get her. Once we were able to get her their love and attention to making sure that I was comfortable with every aspect was unbelievable! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I will never reccomend for their services to be utilized!!!!! Not for one second! I received my paw print for my beloved cat that passed away last week. I asked for her name to be carved into the print. These heartless people put my beloved cat's ID number they gave her on the back! How heartless, inconsiderate and insensitive. Additionally, I was told that my cat's ashes would be spread in a garden. Only to find out that is not accurate either. I'm heartbroken over the additional hardship and hurt this place has caused. Had I known, I would have for my Ruby's ashes to be returned o me and I would have done something special.i can never get the remains back. It depresses me to think how they handled her. Based off of the paw print, it looks they were rough. How rude, inconsiderate and ruthless. Stay away from these people and find a new place!!!!!!!

My cat Smaug has recently passed away and we had had her personally cremated through Jancy's. I was extremely happy with the urn as well as all the other gifts we received, they did a phenomenal job. I could tell they had cared a lot for her and I appreciate the beautiful effort put into it. Thank you guys.

Everyone I spoke with at Pet Angel Memorial Center was very kind but I had pointed out to me after everything was paid for that the Urn we purchased for our little Tuxedo for well over $100 could have been obtained elsewhere for less than 1/2. I understand they are running a business but shame on them for taking advantage of people when they are most vulnerable.
