*** I am updating my review 2 weeks after dropping our rabbit off for a private cremation. Originally when we dropped him off we were told by Terry he would call us soon once he was ready. He said he may get to him the day we dropped him off but if not it would be the next day. It has now been two weeks and we still don’t have our rabbit’s ashes back. We have called and Terry told us he was out running errands and wasn’t sure about Winston and would get back to us. He still has not got back to us and at this point I feel something went terribly wrong & that our Winston did not receive a private cremation that we had set up. Before leaving and filling out the paperwork I stated how important to me it was that he received a private cremation. I am already emotionally distraught over our rabbits sudden death and even more so now that I don’t know what happened to him at the crematorium. For all I know they could have thrown him in the trash or put him in with the community ashes. I will never know the truth at this point and it is very upsetting. If a mistake was made all I would have wanted and expected was a phone call apologizing. But I haven’t even received a call at all. I had put my trust in this facility to take care of my rabbits end of life arrangement and I feel an aray of emotions that I haven’t even received a phone call nor my rabbits ashes back.———————————————————————Initial review: I feel very fortunate that I found Terry in such a dark and sad time. Our rabbit was fighting a horrible infection and we very sadly unexpectedly lost him to it. Heartbroken, I searched and searched for a place that would handle my baby with compassion and care. I came across Terry and was very pleased with the reviews who had nothing but wonderful things to say about Terry. When I made the first call to Terry I could barely speak on the phone without crying because the immediate thought of cremating my baby meant the end and I was so very sad and still coping with the loss. Terry was very patient, kind, and understanding and I immediately knew this is who I was meant to find to handle my Winston with his end of life arrangements. Upon arrival to the facility Terry greeted us, he took the time and asked about Winston and gave very supporting words. He then explained the process and went over the urn selections. I told him how nervous I was and wanted Winston’s cremation to be completely private to ensure I was getting only my baby’s remains back. He ensured to me he treats each pet like his own and promised me he would be the only one. I felt more comfortable after he explained how much care he uses with each pet and felt I can trust Terry is being truthful. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone who has to face this sad task. I don’t know how anyone could ever do this job, but I’m very grateful Terry does. He is the kind and compassionate human being that is hard to come by these days. We can’t wait to get the phone call that our Winston is ready for pickup to have him back in our arms again soon.

Our beloved Jackson crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 5/11 at age 14 after being very ill for weeks. 💔💔 He was a cherished member of our family for 12 years. Jackson will always be deeply loved and missed by us. 😢 We found Pine Castle Cremation after searching for top-rated pet crematoriums in Orlando, and had the honor of meeting Terry. He made our loss seem a little more bearable with his kind words and caring heart. He treated our beautiful baby like his own and took special care of us. Pine Castle Cremation was there for me when no one else in town was. Two weeks ago during Labor Day weekend my little Coop Coop ( Cooper) passed away. I called every place around and all places were closed. I even had one place tell me to put him in a cooler until Tuesday. I just couldn’t. He was my baby. When I called Terry he was so nice and sweet, and comforted me during this hard time. He offered to open up shop on a Sunday for me and I couldn’t be more grateful to him. Sunday I showed up and he cremated him for me that day so that I could bring him back home with me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that Terry! You were there for me and for Cooper and you were a shining light during a dark time for me. You brought me so much comfort knowing he was in good hands, and you were such a blessing! I don’t know what I would have done without you! ♥️ YOU AREABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

I will start by stating, Terry is one of the sweetest and most compassionate people I have ever met. He provides a very special service for us pet and animal lovers. Our pets are family and during such a heart breaking time Terry eases our minds that our Lil' loved one is in good trusting hands.We have gone to Terry three times. Each and everytime he has been truly comforting and accommodating, especially on very short notice.Last week we lost our special kitty Shakira, who came to us just a few years ago during hurricane Ian. She was much older than we had thought and sick. We shared three wonderful years with her. We called Terry and with very short notice we brought her to him after the worst vet visit we all eventually go through.My husband and I know she is in a better place romping around with all our other past companions.We thank you Terry for your special peaceful demeanor and caring way.Highly recommend Pine Castle.

We were in town on a family vacation with our four kids, four dogs and cat. On our last day when we woke up to return home and we found that our beloved dog Blaze had passed away in his sleep at 16 years of age. It was truly a blessing to come across this place. Naturally I didn't want to leave my baby and wait for some place to cremate and mail him back home. We wanted to take him with us.Terry treated us like family and made sure we were able to leave with our "Old Man," (as we love to call him) the SAME DAY. Terry was respectful to our dog and family. He didn't try to take advantage of our moment of grief and we are truly grateful for the love and professionalism he showed us.

I called Terry after finding his business online. My hedgehog passed the night before and I was calling to ask for prices. Terry was so kind and understanding. I knew right away that he was going to take good care of my pet. Once I got there, he was just as kind as he was over the phone. I couldn’t thank him enough for his services. He also gave me a nice card and a beautiful box to put him in. The service was quick, as my hedgehog was very small it didn’t take long and I was able to go home with my baby within the hour. This whole day has been so stressful but meeting such a kind hearted person like Terry really made my day better.

Buttercup has been with me since I was 11, she was my best friend and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing pup. When we saw her decline to the point where her quality of life suffered we made the difficult decision to have her euthanized, it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but I know that she was suffering and I couldn’t just let her continue in pain. When it came time to decide what to do after the euthanasia, I knew I wanted to keep a piece of her with me so I went to Terry for cremation and he was so unbelievably kind and gentle through this very difficult process. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate his kindness, dedication, and respect for my baby. As a pet owner your pets are truly your family, and Terry understands that. If you find yourself in this difficult situation, then I am sorry for your loss but Terry will treat your animals with the utmost respect and dignity as if they were his own.

Thank you so much Terry for caring for every one of your clients so dearly. I called Terry the day I unfortunately had to put my 17 year old baby girl Princess Mia to sleep. He made me feel like I could trust him by the way we spoke on the phone and all the information he provided. Fortunately, he made my tragic situation process smoothly at least. He is known for respectfully performing private cremations to assure you that you have your beloved’s ashes only and it’s NOT mixed with any others.I was not aware that I would not only be receiving my dogs ashes but Terry also prints a cremation certificate and provided me with a beautiful poem where my dogs paw prints were stamped behind the poem. Lastly, Terry gave me some of my baby’s hair so I can keep with me and touch.I am very grateful for “Pine Castle Pet Cremation” services and for terry’s passion for providing such a respectful ceremony putting my family and I at peace.Thank you again.

Five stars are NOT enough for Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services! Terry answered my multiple calls (before and after hours) and happily accommodated my special requests for my furry family member. This is a top notch business that exudes professionalism and excellent customer service. All of that with reasonable prices, too!Terry was gracious enough to allow me to watch the entire process, to provide me peace of mind that my fur baby was returned to me 100%.I must apologize to the Mrs. Terry for keeping him late on her birthday weekend. I cannot thank you both enough for providing me the opportunity to spend time with Ray to say ten more last good byes and kiss his sweet face another ten more last times.Thank you for understanding Ray is my family and I genuinely appreciate the care and concern you offer to all of your pet parents.I will admit I spent MANY hours there with Ray, and had the opportunity to observe Terry at work with multiple other pets. With unfortunate circumstances, I have met one of the most gentle humans, Terry. I lost my best friend, Lucy, my Dashound I had for 13+years. She was everything to me. Terry was a calm, gentle soul that made me feel comforted during one of the saddest times of my life…losing my Lucy. From the moment I got on the phone with Terry I had a sense of relief. He has the kindest voice and was so kind hearted! I cannot thank him enough of how accommodating he was with this process. As always, I know that when I take a pet to Terry for cremation, it will be treated with dignity and respect, I will be allowed to put my baby in the oven, and I know that what I am getting in return is MY baby. Yesterday I took my fifth pet to him, my sweet seventeen year old perfect kitty. Thank you, TERRY for making a difference in the world, where empathy and compassion are not that common anymore.For those of you that are not aware, this cremation service is located in a building that houses warehouses; it is not a fancy place, but you will get YOUR pet back, not a mixture of ashes of other pets. I have worked in the Veterinary industry for 30+ years and I will not take my pets anywhere else but to Terry. Another thing to know, is that he is 80 years old, he will clip some hair from your pet, so you have something tangible to hang onto and he puts a lot of Pride in what he does. The reason why I am writing this is because I read some negative reviews yesterday while I was waiting for my pet And I don’t think those reviews are fair. This way, you know what you will encounter and the most important thing is to know, you WILL get YOUR pet back.Again, I am always grateful Terry for your service, One that is not glamorous and many times goes unappreciated. I am lucky to know you are there for owners like me. Wishing you continued health, and thank you so much for the ink paw print and the sweet poem!

After a long battle with high grade lymphoma, we decided to let our baby Nugget go. We found Terry on Google, the moment we got on the phone, we knew he was going to take good care of Nugget. Absolutely unprofessional interaction with this company. We dropped off our pet on September 7, 2024 and was told it would take two weeks. Two weeks later, we called back for an update only to find out that they are closed for renovations. At no point during the intake process was this communicated to us and we are approaching four weeks of waiting at the writing of this review. All our calls have gone to voicemail, and we have not gotten a call back. We wouldn't have minded the longer wait if this was communicated ahead of time. We have been patient but all we've gotten back is a lack of communication and transparency. If you like the thought of your dead pet sitting in a freezer for close to a month, go ahead with this company. Otherwise, stay away.

Terry turned a nightmare into something I could walk away from with a feeling of peace. From the way he handled my beloved pet to the way he interacted with me, Terry is a phenomenal person. He took the fear and part of the sadness away and gave me the opportunity to give my darling the respect she deserved. He was very communicative and transparent with what was going to happen. Never will I forget Terry, I was torn apart having received a call at 6:30pm from my mother that my life long best friend of 20 years my cat Sue had passed away. I quickly started looking for pet cremation services only to find everyone closed, I called one gentlemen in kissimmee who was very rude, and then decided to call Terry expecting an answering machine. To my surprise he answered, apologized for my loss, and told me about his own sweet kitty Lilly, and then agreed to stay late for me to be able to drop her off that evening.I had a long chain of events that happened but he waited on us 2 and a half hours. We arrived at 9 and he invited us in, he never rushed us, but instead asked me about her, gave me very comforting words, and then just talking to my fiancé and I for a little bit.I’m a situation where my heart felt ripped out of my chest he showed so much empathy, compassion, and true care.I left feeling as though my sweet Sue was was definitely with someone who would treat her with respect, dignity, and compassion.He then had my sweet Sue ready for me to pick her up after I got off work the next morning. He returned to me the towel and blanket she was brought in, and then led me to the viewing room where he gave me the best gift I could’ve imagined, my sweet calico baby, he saved clipping of each area of her fur color to show her beautiful coat, plus her whiskers, and the tip of her tail. He told me “something to hold, physically, whenever you’re missing Sue” and that was something I had never thought of but got home and held it for a long time crying and remembering happy memories.I will never forget Terry and I hope anyone who is scared and heartbroken will take my advice and call him, his facility is connected to his other business working on classic cars. He is such a wonderful man that I am so happy was put in my path.Thank you Terry,I am sure that my Sue would say thank you too.

Losing our dog was a complete shock, and the idea of cremation initially made us nervous due to unsettling stories we read in the media. However, we eventually chose cremation, and our vet recommended Pine Castle. It turned out to be the best decision!Terry was very responsive, empathetic, and genuinely caring. His complete sincerity in assuring us that he treats each pet as his own loved one provided reassurance that we had made the right choice. Terry went above and beyond, completing the cremation within just a few days, which exceeded our expectations.Despite the somber circumstances, the experience with Pine Castle was amazing. When a pet dies, especially one who feels more like a family member than just a "pet", it can be extremely traumatic and difficult to cope with the loss. When we found our hamster Meatball dead, this was the reaction we immediately felt. We debated burying him but the fact that we live in an condominium complex made that option nearly impossible. All it took was one Google search and we had found the place: Pine Castle Pet Crematory. Scores of rave online reviews led us there and upon calling Pine Castle the next day I was introduced to Terry McGlashan, the kind, sincere, and extremely professional owner and operator or the crematorium. Terry was extremely understanding of the grief we felt for our beloved pet and knows the gravity any pet owner feels when their "family member" dies, regardless of the size or species. We missed our initial appointment for Meatball and had to reschedule until later in the day but Terry stayed open late for us, having to miss his trip to the post office just so he could help us out. Terry is one of the finest gentlemen I have had the opportunity to meet and was more than happy to indulge any request. Upon completing the initial paperwork he offered us a fine selection of urns which we declined as they were mostly too large to justify housing a small hamster's remains. He instead supplied us with a free "temporary urn" to use in the meantime. Terry offered us to stay in his office while the cremation took place or, if we felt more comfortable, to step out while the process took place. We decided to step out for a while and Terry offered us a list of local restaurants to visit while we waited. Upon returning, Terry was just finishing up and beckoned us his office where we were presented with a plastic baggie containing some of Meatball's fur as a special gift so we would always have a tangible piece of our furry friend to cherish forever. He also gave us a professionally notarized letter bearing his signature with a certification of cremation in an envelope complete with the seal of the crematorium. Terry also explained to us why cremation is the best way to take care of a deceased pet. He detailed how he was able to take the bodies of two exhumed dogs who had been best friends and join their ashes in a single urn for a grieving owner who had "burial remorse". All this just added to the outstanding service we experienced with Terry and the Pine Castle Pet Crematory. I ensured him I would repay him for his kindness in leaving a review befitting the job he had done for my family and I. I cannot express enough the level of respect and admiration I have for Mr. McGlashan and the business he provides at Pine Castle Pet Crematory. I hope anyone grieving the loss of a pet seeks out Terry's help, as he is truly the best in the business and a saint.

On a Friday Feb 16, 2024 at 2PM we found ourselves in despear. Google brought us to Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services. We thought we would have to wait until Monday to try to figure out how to say goodbye for one last time to the physical body of our beloved furbaby of 16 years. Terry picked up his phone, and confirmed they only did private cremations. We asked if he could fit us in the same day, any time, and, very important for us, let us wait while the process took place so we could take her home with us that same day. He agreed on all of our requests. Terry greeted us and with a strong handshake gave us his condolences. He provided us with some locks of hair and a paw print alongside an extremely touching poem. We were able to say goodbye one last time. We waited on our car. Terry was extremely kind and respectful to us and Pepe. You can tell he is trying to help us grieving families have a final peaceful ending to a sad situation. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Terry.

Losing my hamster Lenny was devastating. I don't know why but I felt foolish when calling, I guess it was the way some people were responding when I told them I lost my Fur Baby and found out it wasn't a cat or dog. After speaking with Terry I knew I was doing the right thing. He was such a genuine caring person and went above and beyond. When I went to picked up Lenny's remains, Terry said, "He was furry little guy" and handed me a bag with some of his fur. I know Lenny was treated with kindness and respect. Thank you Terry for making me smile.

On Saturday afternoon Winston, our family cat of 20 plus years peacefully passed into our memories forever. The grieving process started and so did our resolve for taking care of Winston’s remains. We called Terry of Pine Castle Pet Cremation on a Saturday night to setup Winston's cremation. Terry knew how distraught we were and told us to come by on Sunday at noon. We needed Terry's personal service to overcome our grief and Terry fulfilled our wishes fully, professionally, and respectfully. We highly recommend this service to all pet owners.

You never think of this kind of service until … you need it “now”. This isn’t the kind of service that you shop ahead for. Terry was amazingly patient from my first call the day my baby died until the last sweet words he said as I left with her in my arms 😢🥹. He helped me with directions to find the place, he patiently explained the whole process and what to expect and when I entered the building I noticed how he was very respectful of the deceased . I don’t wish you would need to use a cremation service but if and when you do. Your pet is In great loving hands.I want to emphasize that this is a private cremation and not a mass relation like they do with the pound animals. I arrived and he had several deceased he needed to take care of that day and he is working all alone yet was able to call me with my baby cremation completed the same day. Terry is a tender and kind soul. We sometimes are not our best selves when we are distraught from loss. Terry made it a bit easier on me. I am grateful.

Terry was very kind, and he takes his time with you so you dont feel rushed. Every cremation is privately done, he went over how important that was. He made a clay print, an ink print and left me with some clippings of hair as well. I chose a walnut box for my pet, he has 3 other types of woods to choose from, and other types of urns as well. I am very happy with his service. Thank you Terry for being so kind and warm at such a sad time.

Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things to go through and Terry helped to make our loss a little easier. His calm and compassionate manner and voice helps to soothe you and when we learned that he performs private cremations, we knew that was what we wanted for our sweet Minnie. He allowed time for us to say goodbye, gave us information regarding the process and what to expect and returned our precious pet to us within 2 days. We chose to purchase 2 of his special urn/picture frames so that we can always display our girl. Plus he included a beautiful poem with her ink paw print and trimmings of her fur. We cannot thank you enough for everything ❤️❤️

I will start by stating, Terry is one of the sweetest and most compassionate people I have ever met. He provides a very special service for us pet and animal lovers. Our pets are family and during such a heart breaking time Terry eases our minds that our Lil' loved one is in good trusting hands.We have gone to Terry three times. Each and everytime he has been truly comforting and accommodating, especially on very short notice.Last week we lost our special kitty Shakira, who came to us just a few years ago during hurricane Ian. She was much older than we had thought and sick. We shared three wonderful years with her. We were in town on a family vacation with our four kids, four dogs and cat. On our last day when we woke up to return home and we found that our beloved dog Blaze had passed away in his sleep at 16 years of age. It was truly a blessing to come across this place. Naturally I didn't want to leave my baby and wait for some place to cremate and mail him back home. We wanted to take him with us.Terry treated us like family and made sure we were able to leave with our "Old Man," (as we love to call him) the SAME DAY. Terry was respectful to our dog and family. I called Terry after finding his business online. My hedgehog passed the night before and I was calling to ask for prices. Terry was so kind and understanding. I knew right away that he was going to take good care of my pet. Once I got there, he was just as kind as he was over the phone. I couldn’t thank him enough for his services. He also gave me a nice card and a beautiful box to put him in. The service was quick, as my hedgehog was very small it didn’t take long and I was able to go home with my baby within the hour. Buttercup has been with me since I was 11, she was my best friend and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing pup. When we saw her decline to the point where her quality of life suffered we made the difficult decision to have her euthanized, it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but I know that she was suffering and I couldn’t just let her continue in pain. When it came time to decide what to do after the euthanasia, I knew I wanted to keep a piece of her with me so I went to Terry for cremation and he was so unbelievably kind and gentle through this very difficult process. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate his kindness, dedication, and respect for my baby. As a pet owner your pets are truly your family, and Terry understands that. This is a top notch business that exudes professionalism and excellent customer service. After losing our little guy this past Saturday, the heartbreak was almost too much to bear but when speaking with Terry, his kindness, love for animals, and care, made the whole process a bit easier. Terry was amazing during this hard time for me. He was very understanding and treated Pebbles like one of his own which made me feel like she was on very good hands. My beloved Pebbles passed away at 7pm and Terry was already at his house when we called for his service. He instructed us to keep Pebbles until the next morning and bring her in for the cremation but we told him that we couldn’t keep her home because it was too hard for us to do that. He met up with us after 9pm to bring Pebbles and keep her at his house until the next morning. The next morning he called us that she was ready to come back home to us. As always, I know that when I take a pet to Terry for cremation, it will be treated with dignity and respect, I will be allowed to put my baby in the oven, and I know that what I am getting in return is MY baby. Yesterday I took my fifth pet to him, my sweet seventeen year old perfect kitty. Thank you, TERRY for making a difference in the world, where empathy and compassion are not that common anymore.For those of you that are not aware, this cremation service is located in a building that houses warehouses; it is not a fancy place, but you will get YOUR pet back, not a mixture of ashes of other pets. I have worked in the Veterinary industry for 30+ years and I will not take my pets anywhere else but to Terry. Another thing to know, is that he is 80 years old, he will clip some hair from your pet, so you have something tangible to hang onto and he puts a lot of Pride in what he does. The reason why I am writing this is because I read some negative reviews yesterday while I was waiting for my pet And I don’t think those reviews are fair. This way, you know what you will encounter and the most important thing is to know, you WILL get YOUR pet back.Again, I am always grateful Terry for your service, One that is not glamorous and many times goes unappreciated. Absolutely unprofessional interaction with this company. We dropped off our pet on September 7, 2024 and was told it would take two weeks. Two weeks later, we called back for an update only to find out that they are closed for renovations. At no point during the intake process was this communicated to us and we are approaching four weeks of waiting at the writing of this review. All our calls have gone to voicemail, and we have not gotten a call back. We wouldn't have minded the longer wait if this was communicated ahead of time. We have been patient but all we've gotten back is a lack of communication and transparency. If you like the thought of your dead pet sitting in a freezer for close to a month, go ahead with this company. Otherwise, stay away.

Never will I forget Terry, I was torn apart having received a call at 6:30pm from my mother that my life long best friend of 20 years my cat Sue had passed away. I quickly started looking for pet cremation services only to find everyone closed, I called one gentlemen in kissimmee who was very rude, and then decided to call Terry expecting an answering machine. To my surprise he answered, apologized for my loss, and told me about his own sweet kitty Lilly, and then agreed to stay late for me to be able to drop her off that evening.I had a long chain of events that happened but he waited on us 2 and a half hours. We arrived at 9 and he invited us in, he never rushed us, but instead asked me about her, gave me very comforting words, and then just talking to my fiancé and I for a little bit.I’m a situation where my heart felt ripped out of my chest he showed so much empathy, compassion, and true care.I left feeling as though my sweet Sue was was definitely with someone who would treat her with respect, dignity, and compassion.He then had my sweet Sue ready for me to pick her up after I got off work the next morning. He returned to me the towel and blanket she was brought in, and then led me to the viewing room where he gave me the best gift I could’ve imagined, my sweet calico baby, he saved clipping of each area of her fur color to show her beautiful coat, plus her whiskers, and the tip of her tail. He told me “something to hold, physically, whenever you’re missing Sue” and that was something I had never thought of but got home and held it for a long time crying and remembering happy memories.I will never forget Terry and I hope anyone who is scared and heartbroken will take my advice and call him, his facility is connected to his other business working on classic cars. He is such a wonderful man that I am so happy was put in my path.Thank you Terry,I am sure that my Sue would say thank you too.

Terry here truly offers a private cremation service for families. I brought my boy to Pine Castle on the last leg of his journey on earth. Terry was very patient, kind, respectful and understanding and calmly waited for me to be ready while i held my boy. No rush whatsoever. I needed to make sure that my boy was handled with care and respect and wanted to be there by him to the last moment. I got to do just that. Yesterday we had to lay to rest my mom's sunshine boy, Po. Terry was referred to us by my step sisters and their mom. I found Terry and his services via Google search and chose him based on the numerous good reviews. I was not disappointed. My fur baby Happy passed away from cancer after being my faithful companion for 16 years. I wanted him treated gently and with dignity, so I really wanted to utilize a local, small business. If I went through the vet, it would be a week or more before I would be able to bring my baby home. Terry was able to fit me in same day. He was very kind and gentle with me and handling my pet. He took the time to explain the process and options. When I returned to pick up my pet, he had everything ready and even included a sweet poem with my Happy's paw print stamped on the back. I found his prices very reasonable and his customer service exceptional. I would absolutely use his services again when needed for my other fur babies. When a pet dies, especially one who feels more like a family member than just a "pet", it can be extremely traumatic and difficult to cope with the loss. When we found our hamster Meatball dead, this was the reaction we immediately felt. We debated burying him but the fact that we live in an condominium complex made that option nearly impossible. All it took was one Google search and we had found the place: Pine Castle Pet Crematory. Scores of rave online reviews led us there and upon calling Pine Castle the next day I was introduced to Terry McGlashan, the kind, sincere, and extremely professional owner and operator or the crematorium. Terry was extremely understanding of the grief we felt for our beloved pet and knows the gravity any pet owner feels when their "family member" dies, regardless of the size or species. We missed our initial appointment for Meatball and had to reschedule until later in the day but Terry stayed open late for us, having to miss his trip to the post office just so he could help us out. Terry is one of the finest gentlemen I have had the opportunity to meet and was more than happy to indulge any request. Upon completing the initial paperwork he offered us a fine selection of urns which we declined as they were mostly too large to justify housing a small hamster's remains. He instead supplied us with a free "temporary urn" to use in the meantime. Terry offered us to stay in his office while the cremation took place or, if we felt more comfortable, to step out while the process took place. We decided to step out for a while and Terry offered us a list of local restaurants to visit while we waited. Upon returning, Terry was just finishing up and beckoned us his office where we were presented with a plastic baggie containing some of Meatball's fur as a special gift so we would always have a tangible piece of our furry friend to cherish forever. He also gave us a professionally notarized letter bearing his signature with a certification of cremation in an envelope complete with the seal of the crematorium. Terry also explained to us why cremation is the best way to take care of a deceased pet. He detailed how he was able to take the bodies of two exhumed dogs who had been best friends and join their ashes in a single urn for a grieving owner who had "burial remorse". All this just added to the outstanding service we experienced with Terry and the Pine Castle Pet Crematory. I ensured him I would repay him for his kindness in leaving a review befitting the job he had done for my family and I. I cannot express enough the level of respect and admiration I have for Mr. McGlashan and the business he provides at Pine Castle Pet Crematory. I hope anyone grieving the loss of a pet seeks out Terry's help, as he is truly the best in the business and a saint.

On a Friday Feb 16, 2024 at 2PM we found ourselves in despear. Google brought us to Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services. We thought we would have to wait until Monday to try to figure out how to say goodbye for one last time to the physical body of our beloved furbaby of 16 years. Terry picked up his phone, and confirmed they only did private cremations. We asked if he could fit us in the same day, any time, and, very important for us, let us wait while the process took place so we could take her home with us that same day. He agreed on all of our requests. Terry greeted us and with a strong handshake gave us his condolences. He provided us with some locks of hair and a paw print alongside an extremely touching poem. We were able to say goodbye one last time. We waited on our car. Terry was extremely kind and respectful to us and Pepe. You can tell he is trying to help us grieving families have a final peaceful ending to a sad situation. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Terry.

Losing my hamster Lenny was devastating. I don't know why but I felt foolish when calling, I guess it was the way some people were responding when I told them I lost my Fur Baby and found out it wasn't a cat or dog. After speaking with Terry I knew I was doing the right thing. He was such a genuine caring person and went above and beyond. When I went to picked up Lenny's remains, Terry said, "He was furry little guy" and handed me a bag with some of his fur. I know Lenny was treated with kindness and respect. You never think of this kind of service until … you need it “now”. This isn’t the kind of service that you shop ahead for. Terry was amazingly patient from my first call the day my baby died until the last sweet words he said as I left with her in my arms 😢🥹. He helped me with directions to find the place, he patiently explained the whole process and what to expect and when I entered the building I noticed how he was very respectful of the deceased . I don’t wish you would need to use a cremation service but if and when you do. Your pet is In great loving hands.I want to emphasize that this is a private cremation and not a mass relation like they do with the pound animals. I arrived and he had several deceased he needed to take care of that day and he is working all alone yet was able to call me with my baby cremation completed the same day. Terry was very kind, and he takes his time with you so you dont feel rushed. Every cremation is privately done, he went over how important that was. He made a clay print, an ink print and left me with some clippings of hair as well. I chose a walnut box for my pet, he has 3 other types of woods to choose from, and other types of urns as well. Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things to go through and Terry helped to make our loss a little easier. His calm and compassionate manner and voice helps to soothe you and when we learned that he performs private cremations, we knew that was what we wanted for our sweet Minnie. There’s a reason why this wonderful man has a perfect rating out of almost 400 reviews. After losing our little guy this past Saturday, the heartbreak was almost too much to bear but when speaking with Terry, his kindness, love for animals, and care, made the whole process a bit easier. Terry was amazing during this hard time for me. He was very understanding and treated Pebbles like one of his own which made me feel like she was on very good hands. My beloved Pebbles passed away at 7pm and Terry was already at his house when we called for his service. He instructed us to keep Pebbles until the next morning and bring her in for the cremation but we told him that we couldn’t keep her home because it was too hard for us to do that. He met up with us after 9pm to bring Pebbles and keep her at his house until the next morning. The next morning he called us that she was ready to come back home to us. I had the blessing to keep my furry son by my side for 19 years. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for him. His name was cheche and I’m your typical over obsessive dog mom. I wanted my little buddy to be as equal as possible to a human being. Therefore I knew that the day he would leave this earth it would have to be something truly meaningful and special for all the years of unconditional love & loyalty that he gave me and my family. I lost him on February 9 it really hasn’t been easy and it probably never will be. But I’m at peace knowing that he did not suffer his last moments nor felt alone. I recommend you plan a couple months ahead if your pets health is declining, just so their last moments are peaceful bc everything is planned out. I had prepared all his cremation through his doctor 1 month before his passing, I was on standby waiting for the day, unfortunately it had to come . And at the hospital moments before Cheche’s passing I decide to look online because I just couldn’t bare with the thought of not being every second by his side even after death....so happens I come across this page and even though I had everything ready with his vet ... I just wanted a second opinion .... thank god my mom instincts were right! The best decision I could of made in cheche’s last moments. I’ll never forget TERRY answered my call at 6am on the dot... gave me some comforting words and guided me through a lovely process of how I would pay my respects to my loved one. KEPT in touch with me at the hospital until I got to his cremation center. I was with cheche the whole process not one doctor took him from me... I got to pay my respects with my family how I wanted... and I got to hold him one last time before putting him in the chamber. I can’t put into words this experience bc it’s very personal, but if you want a personal experience I recommend this place. Also the love and care TERRY has is incredible . If you want your pet to have an honorable last goodbye for all the years of companionship, I recommend this place. TERRY handles everything so delicately and is very thoughtful of ones emotions. I would give him a 10⭐️if i could. I’ll never forget “sweetie” his cat who comforted me in that last moments I had with cheche. TERRY ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU. I highly recommend Terry (the owner) of Pine Castle Pet Cremation. He always answers his phone. My beloved pet had to be euthanized on Good Friday night. He was in contact with me all day and stayed late so that I could bring her body down in person. He proved to me (and I saw) that she would be cremated alone so that I could ensure that I could get the ashes of only my dog. He actually performed the services immediately that night so that we could have closure and go home for the evening with her ashes in hand. As a practicing physicians for humans, I cannot say enough good things about Terry, he is definitely worth the drive and definitely takes care of things immediately though it is a Holiday weekend.

When our Yellow Lab Bailey’s health began to fail after 13 wonderful years together, my wife and I discussed how we take care of her final arrangements. Terry here truly offers a private cremation service for families. I brought my boy to Pine Castle on the last leg of his journey on earth. Terry was very patient, kind, respectful and understanding and calmly waited for me to be ready while i held my boy. No rush whatsoever. I found Terry and his services via Google search and chose him based on the numerous good reviews. I was not disappointed. My fur baby Happy passed away from cancer after being my faithful companion for 16 years. I wanted him treated gently and with dignity, so I really wanted to utilize a local, small business. If I went through the vet, it would be a week or more before I would be able to bring my baby home. Terry was able to fit me in same day. He was very kind and gentle with me and handling my pet. He took the time to explain the process and options. When I returned to pick up my pet, he had everything ready and even included a sweet poem with my Happy's paw print stamped on the back. I recently lost my little dog, she was not just our pet, but like my youngest child !! My husband and I didn't know what to do as she passed away at home. We knew we definitely didn't want to bury her. My husband said find out about cremation.So I immediately started on Google and cried even harder to find out the average cost was about $900.I found pine castle cremation and saw the amazing reviews so I called to get a price. Do not let the location fool you; you will prefer the intimate, personal setting of Terry’s office over a standard vet. Terry was an extremely sweet and kind man who helped me throughout this new process for me. I lost my hamster due to old age and wanted a proper way to send her off. I just wanted a second opinion .... thank god my mom instincts were right! The best decision I could of made in cheche’s last moments. I’ll never forget TERRY answered my call at 6am on the dot... gave me some comforting words and guided me through a lovely process of how I would pay my respects to my loved one. KEPT in touch with me at the hospital until I got to his cremation center. I was with cheche the whole process not one doctor took him from me... I got to pay my respects with my family how I wanted... and I got to hold him one last time before putting him in the chamber. I can’t put into words this experience bc it’s very personal, but if you want a personal experience I recommend this place. Also the love and care TERRY has is incredible . If you want your pet to have an honorable last goodbye for all the years of companionship, I recommend this place. TERRY handles everything so delicately and is very thoughtful of ones emotions. I would give him a 10⭐️if i could. I’ll never forget “sweetie” his cat who comforted me in that last moments I had with cheche. TERRY ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU. I highly recommend Terry (the owner) of Pine Castle Pet Cremation. He always answers his phone. My beloved pet had to be euthanized on Good Friday night. He was in contact with me all day and stayed late so that I could bring her body down in person. He proved to me (and I saw) that she would be cremated alone so that I could ensure that I could get the ashes of only my dog. He actually performed the services immediately that night so that we could have closure and go home for the evening with her ashes in hand. As a practicing physicians for humans, I cannot say enough good things about Terry, he is definitely worth the drive and definitely takes care of things immediately though it is a Holiday weekend.

When our Yellow Lab Bailey’s health began to fail after 13 wonderful years together, my wife and I discussed how we take care of her final arrangements. We wanted her to pass at home, where she loved to be, rather then at the vet office, as long as we could keep her comfortable and manage her discomfort. When I first decided to go with cremation I was a little on the fence. This was my first pet and I wanted to make sure she was honored respectfully. Our family lost our sweet Trixie last night. I found Pine Castle Pet Cremation online and after reading the reviews decided to call. Mr. Terry answered and I immediately knew he was the person that I wanted to handle putting our girl to rest. Mr. Terry has the kindest and most gentle soul of anyone I have met. He treated my entire family with kindness and compassion. His care for our girl was his top priority and we left knowing she was going to be privately cremated. My precious guinea pig Picchu passed away recently after 8 long, wonderful years of life. He was my baby and I held him to the very end. I knew that it would be an extremely difficult process for me emotionally to have him cremated, but Terry was so kind and thoughtful when I brought my boy in. I recently lost my little dog, she was not just our pet, but like my youngest child !! My husband and I didn't know what to do as she passed away at home. We knew we definitely didn't want to bury her. My husband said find out about cremation.So I immediately started on Google and cried even harder to find out the average cost was about $900.I found pine castle cremation and saw the amazing reviews so I called to get a price. I had a hedgehog, and when he passed away I knew I wanted to cremate him. I was nervous that no place would do such an exotic, small animal. I found a couple places but Terry stood out the most. Do not let the location fool you; you will prefer the intimate, personal setting of Terry’s office over a standard vet. If you’re looking for a place where you AND your pet will be treated with love and care look no further!!! Terry is absolutely wonderful!! He does everything he can to be there for you through your time of loss. He went above and beyond in every way possible!! His compassion and understanding is beyond comprehension. He will do whatever he can to help you feel as comfortable as possible and assure you that both you and your pet are in good hands. He was there for me at 2am outside of their service hours when my dog was super sick and I thought I was going to need their services sooner then expected. Terry was out of town at the time I had to drop off my beloved dog but Jay was there to meet me and help take care of things. He got back earlier then expected from his trip but originally he was supposed to get in late and even offered to help me as soon as he arrived back home from his long trip!! He literally put me and my beloved dog first. He allowed me to be there for the whole process which really meant a lot to me and He made it super personal which helped relieve my anxiety. Rest assured private cremation means private!! I promise,It is worth every single penny!!! He gave me some hair clippings, a poem with a ink paw print on the back, as well as accommodated some special request that I asked for which was absolutely amazing!! Terry was compassionate, sweet, comforting and overall AMAZING! This was my father & I’s first pet loss and we were absolutely lost and devastated on how everything worked and what to expect. I wish I would never be in a position to meet Terry, but nonetheless what a compassionate person. My baby girl passed away Saturday night and Terry picked up my call at 7am Sunday morning, he immediately empathized with our situation and said he can meet us soon, on a Sunday morning when everyone is closed. It's taken me a while to write this review, to talk about the loss of our sweet Murphy. On the afternoon of Saturday, April 23, 2022, we lost our precious Golden Retriever, Murphy. We were at a loss because we found that most of the pet crematories are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Then we found Pine Castle Pet Cremation! It just so happened that Terry was making a special trip to the emergency vet close to our home, so he agreed to come to the house and picked up our boy. There was a quick turnaround and Murphy was home with us quicker than we expected. Terry was exactly who we needed at the time of our loss. Terry is an Angel. He always called back and was there in my time of need to help my precious kitty Moo Moo. He was compassionate and loving. He had the patience I needed in my final moments to say goodbye to my little one. He was careful and diligent with my baby's ashes. He explained the whole process and gave me a big hug. For one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, Terry was the perfect man for handling the cremation of our beloved lab. He was so kind, gentle, and compassionate that it actually lifted us some out of our grief. We were coming from a great distance and unable to arrive before 6:00. Terry told us he would wait and we were not to rush. When we arrived, he gently explained the whole process and offered to take care of it that night so we would not have to make another trip down to pick up the cremains. He suggested we get some dinner and come back in about two hours. When we got back, everything was almost ready and we were able to go home shortly. He had even made a print of one of her paws and had a beautiful poem to send with us. Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services truly lived up to their reviews! I called Mr. Terry first thing in the morning after having found our cat had passed away. He asked me to just give him a heads up as to when I’d be there and he’d do the cremation right away so that we don’t have to make several trips back. The location is a little sketch, but Terry has such a kind heart and was very accommodating that it didn’t even matter. We were able to take home our sweet cat’s ashes the same day, and he even saved clippings of her hair and whiskers for us along with a footprint. For such a tragic situation, we had a great experience. And the price is reasonable! Thank you Terry!

We brought my best friend Avorie to Terry, and I picked him up the next day. He was so kind and made me feel like my kitty would be taken care of and treated the way he deserves. He even allowed us to come at 10 pm the night we found out my cat passed, so we felt very accommodated. I was completely in shock and overwhelmed with sadness and Terry made me feel at ease and peace with the situation. I just lost my little buddy, and was going through a tough time. Terry was great, he offered personal service that you need when sayingong goodbye to a pet. He also ensured that my dog was given a private cremation, so he wasn’t mixed in with other animals. I was able to go immediately from my vets office to The crematorium and drop of my pet. Terry asked if I wanted to wait and and he would take care of everything. Within 1.5 hours I had the remains with a temporary urn, a lock of hair, and a paw print. I would 100% recommend using Pone Castle Pet Crematory.

Our family lost our sweet Trixie last night. I found Pine Castle Pet Cremation online and after reading the reviews decided to call. Mr. Terry answered and I immediately knew he was the person that I wanted to handle putting our girl to rest. Mr. Terry has the kindest and most gentle soul of anyone I have met. He treated my entire family with kindness and compassion. His care for our girl was his top priority and we left knowing she was going to be privately cremated. My precious guinea pig Picchu passed away recently after 8 long, wonderful years of life. He was my baby and I held him to the very end. I knew that it would be an extremely difficult process for me emotionally to have him cremated, but Terry was so kind and thoughtful when I brought my boy in. Terry at Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services was a positive note on a very sad day. On giving him a call late in the day when my dog passed away he made arrangements to accept my beloved pet that night so she could be cremated the next day. He was compassionate and very informative of the process, and we were assured on meeting him that she would be in great and caring hands. He even gave us a few final private minutes with her before we left. She was ready to pick up the next evening and he even made arrangements again so that we could pick her up later in the evening. We even recieved locks of her hair and a paw print as part of the service. He really understands that our pets are an important part of our families and lives. I called Terry on Easter morning he answered the phone...most businesses would be closed. He took time out of his Easter Celebration to meet us and spend time talking about the process. He didn't rush just because he had to be somewhere. He took our dog Coco and treated her with great care and respect. He made us feel comfortable and he cared about our loss. My cat Gay Prince sadly passed away on Sunday. We looked on Google for some high rated cremation places and found this one. At first, we were unsure of it because the setting was rather unusual but Terry was very friendly and welcoming. He told us the story of his cat Curious George who passed and didn't try to rush us at all. He showed us all the options forurns and keepsakes which were very beautiful. If you’re looking for a place where you AND your pet will be treated with love and care look no further!!! Terry is absolutely wonderful!! He does everything he can to be there for you through your time of loss. He went above and beyond in every way possible!! His compassion and understanding is beyond comprehension. He will do whatever he can to help you feel as comfortable as possible and assure you that both you and your pet are in good hands. He was there for me at 2am outside of their service hours when my dog was super sick and I thought I was going to need their services sooner then expected. Terry was out of town at the time I had to drop off my beloved dog but Jay was there to meet me and help take care of things. He got back earlier then expected from his trip but originally he was supposed to get in late and even offered to help me as soon as he arrived back home from his long trip!! He literally put me and my beloved dog first. He allowed me to be there for the whole process which really meant a lot to me and He made it super personal which helped relieve my anxiety. Rest assured private cremation means private!! I promise,It is worth every single penny!!! He gave me some hair clippings, a poem with a ink paw print on the back, as well as accommodated some special request that I asked for which was absolutely amazing!! Terry was compassionate, sweet, comforting and overall AMAZING! This was my father & I’s first pet loss and we were absolutely lost and devastated on how everything worked and what to expect. I wish I would never be in a position to meet Terry, but nonetheless what a compassionate person. My baby girl passed away Saturday night and Terry picked up my call at 7am Sunday morning, he immediately empathized with our situation and said he can meet us soon, on a Sunday morning when everyone is closed. It's taken me a while to write this review, to talk about the loss of our sweet Murphy. On the afternoon of Saturday, April 23, 2022, we lost our precious Golden Retriever, Murphy. We were at a loss because we found that most of the pet crematories are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Then we found Pine Castle Pet Cremation! It just so happened that Terry was making a special trip to the emergency vet close to our home, so he agreed to come to the house and picked up our boy. There was a quick turnaround and Murphy was home with us quicker than we expected. Terry was exactly who we needed at the time of our loss. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the service. Terry was amazing, and he wanted to ensure that both my boyfriend and I were comfortable with the service. This was our first time going through the cremation service, and Terry walked us through every step to ensure we were comfortable. Due to time constraints on our end, Terry was super amazing and placed our cat at the top of his list. Even though he had memorial urns for purchase, he never tried to up-sale anything because his focus was on our cat and our well being. If you ever have to go through the pain of loosing a loved pet, this should be the first place you go to for the service. My pet bunny Oat just passed away unexpectedly and usually I would get my pets cremated through my vet but, since it was after hours I did a google search and found Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services. Losing a pet is never easy but, Terry made this process extremely smooth and made it very comfortable. Going to Terry was the best choice we could have made for our Beloved Charlie. Compassion is his middle name. In general He is just a great guy to meet and to talk to. On August 29, 2016 My family and I went to Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service to say our final goodbyes to my teenager's fur baby who suddenly passed away on Aug 28. My daughter had her chihuahua since she was 7yrs old and they spent 7 loving yrs together. I was hesitant to contact the crematory because I was in tears all day But Mr. Terry was so compassionate on the very 1st phone call. I also like that fact that the cremation is done the same day and privately. The prices are very reasonable. Mr. Terry's compassionate service and his kind words made the heartbreaking situation little easier for my daughter to deal with. He went over the process with my family and made sure our needs and questions were taken care of which was much appreciated. My daughter went from breaking down in tears all the way to the crematory to coming home with a smile on her face. Terry provided our family with top notch customer service when our cat passed. She passed in the late afternoon on a Saturday when most businesses are already closed. I called at 8:37pm expecting to get a voicemail as I did with the local pet crematory, but was pleasantly surprised when Terry answered my call. When you are grieving over the loss of a pet the last thing you want to do is leave a message and wait for a call back. Terry not only answered my call but walked me through what steps to take next to preserve our cat before cremation. He was so kind to squeeze us in the very next day. We were able to receive her ashes the same day of cremation which allowed our family the closure we needed & saved us an extra trip. My sister and I lost one of our 15 year old dogs today. We couldn't bear the thought of burying him after having him as part of our family for so long. I've considered cremation before, but I didn't know any place to take our Rocket Man to. Luckily, I did a search in the area and came upon Pine Castle Pet Cremation. I spoke to Terry, the man who runs the cremation services, and he was incredible helpful and sensitive from the start. After we had our Rocket put to sleep, we brought him directly to Terry who was able to accommodate us that day. The cremation took just under two hours and we were able to return to pick Rocket up the same day. While we were already grateful to Terry for his services, it was when he gave my sister a bag of Rocket's hair clippings that I knew I made the right decision in using Pine Castle Pet Cremation. That small personal and thoughtful gesture really touched my sister's heart. She was incredibly grateful to Terry for it. On the way home, she said that "that man is a gift to animals and their owners." And I agree. He explained the process and was completely understanding of what we were going through. Last week my sweet little hamster passed away suddenly. Mr Terry is such a blessing. He has seen us through 5 of our beloved cats passing on, and each time he has been just as consoling, understanding, and comforting to both of us during our time of grief. Terry was wonderful and went above and beyond for our family. My fiancée's long time family pet, Doyle, unfortunately passed away in his sleep over the weekend. The whole family was devastated, he was so beloved. My mother in law had buried him right away, until she and my fiancée decided that it was better to have him cremated. I had called around for pet cremation services but came to find out that most places did NOT accept pets that had been exhumed! We were frantic to find a place until Terry answered our call and his reassurance and understanding meant the world to our family! This was my first time having to cremate an animal, my parents never did. But as an adult, I felt like I needed to do this for myself. My fiancé and I have a little fur baby filled family. A dog, 2 cats, a bunny and a hamster. Unfortunately, our hamster passed away early this morning. She was the first animal that he and I adopted together as a couple. So she means a lot to us. Terry was very sweet and genuine. I loved his energy and how compassionate he was. I was very hesitant on cremation because I felt like most clinics probably didn’t care that much and it was most likely just all about how much money they could get out of poor grieving pet owners, but Terry truly treated her like it were his own, and I am very grateful for that. The process took about an hour in total, and I got my baby’s ashes back the same day, literally an hour after, whereas other places it would have taken days to get back... I very much appreciated his kindness. From here on out he will definitely have my services when my other fur babies time comes. But hopefully not any time soon.

This was the first time Ive ever lost a pet and I wanted to find the best service to give by baby and I wouldnt recommend any other place. Terry was so kind and understanding, he serviced us quickly and communicated with us perfectly. He explained everything to us and took great care of our baby. Terry at Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services was a positive note on a very sad day. On giving him a call late in the day when my dog passed away he made arrangements to accept my beloved pet that night so she could be cremated the next day. He was compassionate and very informative of the process, and we were assured on meeting him that she would be in great and caring hands. He even gave us a few final private minutes with her before we left. She was ready to pick up the next evening and he even made arrangements again so that we could pick her up later in the evening. We even recieved locks of her hair and a paw print as part of the service. He really understands that our pets are an important part of our families and lives. I called Terry on Easter morning he answered the phone...most businesses would be closed. He took time out of his Easter Celebration to meet us and spend time talking about the process. My cat Gay Prince sadly passed away on Sunday. We looked on Google for some high rated cremation places and found this one. At first, we were unsure of it because the setting was rather unusual but Terry was very friendly and welcoming. He told us the story of his cat Curious George who passed and didn't try to rush us at all. He showed us all the options forurns and keepsakes which were very beautiful. After a long battle with several endocrine diseases, it was time to lay our baby Diamond to rest. It was an unexpected day, but of course your are never quite ready for such a tragic event to occur. Driving to the vet clinic, looking down at our precious dog, all I can think about is, "What can we do to ensure she passes comfortably?" Terry, was the Angel on Earth that answered our prayers. It was a Saturday afternoon on June 6th, and Terry's business was already closed. However, he offered to return to the location and re-open his office just for us. I was in awe because, I wanted to ensure that our baby Diamond would be well taken care off. And she was! Terry is compassionate. He was understanding and you can see how truly open he was to assisting us during this very difficult time. He was patient, as we cried and tried to cope. We were able to pick up the beautiful remains of our baby girl the very next day. And, although we were heartbroken, having the opportunity to have her back so soon was a calming feeling. Since I work in a veterinary clinic, I know most clients wait weeks for the remains of their pets to be returned to them. We are so truly grateful for Terry's kindness, prompt work, and God truly blessed him with a passion that can help bring comfort to others. I will recommend him to my clients! I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the service. Terry was amazing, and he wanted to ensure that both my boyfriend and I were comfortable with the service. This was our first time going through the cremation service, and Terry walked us through every step to ensure we were comfortable. Due to time constraints on our end, Terry was super amazing and placed our cat at the top of his list. Even though he had memorial urns for purchase, he never tried to up-sale anything because his focus was on our cat and our well being. My pet bunny Oat just passed away unexpectedly and usually I would get my pets cremated through my vet but, since it was after hours I did a google search and found Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services. Losing a pet is never easy but, Terry made this process extremely smooth and made it very comfortable. Going to Terry was the best choice we could have made for our Beloved Charlie. Compassion is his middle name. In general He is just a great guy to meet and to talk to. On August 29, 2016 My family and I went to Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service to say our final goodbyes to my teenager's fur baby who suddenly passed away on Aug 28. After having my beloved Murphy die in my arms early in the morning I didn't know what we were going to do. Calls to our vet when they opened were no help as we wanted someone to come to our home since we didn't want to leave Murphy's sister home alone. After searching the internet we came across Pine Castle and, based on the reviews, called Terry. As difficult as this was to do, Terry was as kind, compassionate and gentle as anyone could be. We knew he would treat Murphy with respect. Today we picked her up and, despite the ongoing heartache, Terry knew our pain and had locks of her hair and her paw print on a special card. Terry is the man behind the service and he genuinely cares. He is a family man and a pet owner, so he understands how hard this is for the people he helps. He does everything he can to accommodate his customers and he does it from the heart. His facilities are not fancy, but that's not what you are contracting him for. You are paying him to give you an individual cremation services that allows you to reclaim your pets remains pure and not mixed with other customers animals. There are services in this town that cremate multiple animals at one time and will hand you back mixed remains. Please don't think because your vet uses them that they don't do this, because some do. Terry respects his customers and their deceased pets and it is evident when you speak/meet him. After my experience with him, I will not even consider anyone else for something this important. We took our baby girl Gilda Rose here after a full life of 14 years. When we went to pick up her ashes we were shocked speechless. The owner of the facility handed us a second baggie containing the tip of her tail which he had snipped off, “Because some pet parents like to have something to remember their pets by.” Not us, we’re traumatized. They really need to ask if grieving pet owners want anything from their pets as a remembrance before they mutilate the remains of a beloved pet. Definitely do not recommend.

On June 30, 2016 I lost my best friend of 16 years. She gave me the honor of dying peacefully in my arms as my family sat around her, loved on her and thanked her for the joy she gave us. I wanted to honor her and ensure I gave her a respectful, private cremation. I was too heartbroken to research crematory options, so my boyfriend called many places the morning after. It was truly a blessing that we came across Pine Castle Pet Cremation. Terry was incredibly helpful during the emotional, painful process of losing such a loved companion. He is kind, gentle and compassionate. He understands the grief of losing a pet. I have no doubts that she was handled with the utmost care and respect. He deserves more than 5 stars. Terry is a true pet lover himself. He treats each beloved pet like it were his own. He is a true professional in this. From the start he was empathetic and guided us through the process. He includes tuffs of hair from your pet and a sweet poem with a stamp of your pets paw print on the back. 10/10 recommend him!

Terry took great care w our pets. Our baby was hit by a car and was taken from us so suddenly that I my emotions was in a loop but Terry’s calm and caring demeanor helped me know at the very least my pet was cared for to the very end. Highly recommend very communicative through the whole process, timely, and very respectful ❤️

Last week my sweet little hamster passed away suddenly. I wasn't sure what to do as she was such a little pet but after talking to Terry, he reassured me he would take wonderful individual care of her. Terry was sweet and very caring in handling the situation & making me feel Alot better. He was able to squeeze me in that same morning I called and was able to return her to me within an hour. I am very grateful & happy with my decision to come here.

Mr Terry is such a blessing. He has seen us through 5 of our beloved cats passing on, and each time he has been just as consoling, understanding, and comforting to both of us during our time of grief. Our most recent, Mr. Bigs, was taken from us way to soon from cancer, at only 8 years, and Terry was there for us and was able to fit us into his schedule within a few short hours. Would highly recommend his services to anyone who wishes their pet to be cared for with dignity, in a PRIVATE cremation. Very important here, not a group cremation. He is also considerate of your needs, and will work with you to schedule the time needed. He is an extremely kind-hearted, compassionate, gentle soul, and you will see that instantly from the moment you meet.

Terry was wonderful and went above and beyond for our family. My fiancée's long time family pet, Doyle, unfortunately passed away in his sleep over the weekend. The whole family was devastated, he was so beloved. My mother in law had buried him right away, until she and my fiancée decided that it was better to have him cremated. I had called around for pet cremation services but came to find out that most places did NOT accept pets that had been exhumed! We were frantic to find a place until Terry answered our call and his reassurance and understanding meant the world to our family! We made an appointment that day and within 24 hours, he was returned to us with so much care and respect as though it was one of us to have done it. He even set aside his collar we had forgotten in our point of grief to take off, also saved snippets of his beloved golden fur. He was so kind to us, It was a much needed respite to find someone that took our grief with that much care, it made this horrible experience just a little more bearable. Thank you again Terry for your kind heart.

We had taken our guinea pig recently as he had passed and Terry made sure to take extra care and go the extra mile for a very personable experience. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as sensitive in taking care of you and your beloved pet. Other places that we had called were very dismissive and frankly rude but Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services took the time to hear our story and care for our final moments with our fur baby. Thank you so much for everything it helped ease a lot of pain in the process.

This was my first time having to cremate an animal, my parents never did. But as an adult, I felt like I needed to do this for myself. My fiancé and I have a little fur baby filled family. A dog, 2 cats, a bunny and a hamster. Unfortunately, our hamster passed away early this morning. She was the first animal that he and I adopted together as a couple. So she means a lot to us. Terry was very sweet and genuine. I loved his energy and how compassionate he was. I was very hesitant on cremation because I felt like most clinics probably didn’t care that much and it was most likely just all about how much money they could get out of poor grieving pet owners, but Terry truly treated her like it were his own, and I am very grateful for that. The process took about an hour in total, and I got my baby’s ashes back the same day, literally an hour after, whereas other places it would have taken days to get back... I very much appreciated his kindness. From here on out he will definitely have my services when my other fur babies time comes. But hopefully not any time soon.

We lost our baby Nibi and thank God we could find Terry. I was looking on Google and he was the only one opening on weekends. I called Terry after finding his phone on some Facebook pages, he answered the phone at 6am and I couldn't thank him and Victoria enough for their help. They explained the whole process and Victoria was so kind, compassionate and understanding. We are very grateful with Terry and his services. I received ashes, pawprints, hair and a beautiful poem that makes me cry every time I read it. I definitely recommend your services to everyone. This was the first time Ive ever lost a pet and I wanted to find the best service to give by baby and I wouldnt recommend any other place. Terry was so kind and understanding, he serviced us quickly and communicated with us perfectly. He explained everything to us and took great care of our baby. Terry is also open to cremate almost any animal you can think of, even fish, and treats the pets as his own. He genuinely cares more about the pet and their treatment than the money unlike many other places you will find. If you live anywhere in central florida this is the perfect place for your pet. Absolutely amazing.

If I could give Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services more than 5 stars I would. Terry is the kindest soul I have ever meet. He is full of compassion and truly treats your pet like his own and treats you like a family member. My sweet fluff passed away in my arms the morning of Saturday 10/31 and by that evening he was back home with me. I highly recommend this company.
