My experience with Resting Rainbow was bad. My princess was my life and the only thing I had left from my late husband. On the phone they treated me like I was calling to place an order of bread. I am giving 3 stars because of the professional guy that picked up my best friend from home. He really tried. She was 100 pounds and she had blood on her mouth. I was desperated and I called these people that charged me about $600 for pick her up and cremate her, put her paw print on ceramic and truth be told, the presentation was beautiful. I truly hope those are my babie’s ashes. One can only hope.I called on Saturday to arrange for pick up and the same guy that always answer the phone told me he was the answering service. I called every day to monitor where my baby was. Always the same response. That my dog would be ready in 7-10 business days. Then I called because they do have “delivery” service, and they should bring the ashes complementary when they are around the area picking up other dogs. He told me that it would be $75. I thought that price was ridiculously high but I agreed. He told me to call the next day at 9:00 AM. At this point I want to leave one star. I called next day 9:00 AM, he said the guy that makes the deliveries was picking up two dogs so I had to call later. Called later, he said call me in the morning. Figure it up, my pain, crying, calling this moron every day and my dog? Where’s my dog? This morning to add insult to the situation, the man, owner, answering service, cashier, mortician and scammer told me the service would be $175 because of the gas. I said “the gas?” And he said that the gas prices raised incredibly overnight. He really thought I am an idiot. Please don’t do business with them. They don’t care about our dogs. They only care about MONEY. Never ever again. Horrible.

They were wonderful. Our Charlie died in the house. They came and treated him with such care. His ashes were returned to us in the most beautifully carved box with his name engraved on the front. They gave us other gifts too. All in all, Resting Rainbow helped make a very difficult situation bearable.

Over the past 20 years, we had had four Yorkshire terriers two of them were moms and we kept a puppy, male and female from each of their offspring. When their time came, we chose to go to Resting Rainbow. Our most recent one Tyler our dear sweet Tyler 🥲💔👼 we took him there yesterday on April 23. Each time we have chosen same-day private cremation. They have a nice serene area to give you time to say goodbye to your pet. It has been a positive experience and has helped us tremendously through the transition. We still have one dog who is elderly, and I am sure we will be returning to Resting Rainbow at sometime in the future to prepare her for her journey over the rainbow bridge 🌈 ❤️.

I lost my fur baby on leap day. I called distraught not knowing what to do. I was greeted with condolences and kindness. I was given several options on what to do. I chose to have him picked up and cremated. They came within an hour and a half of my call. The gentleman picking up my fur baby was so nice and also gave his condolences. The process was smooth and I just received my fur baby back. I have a trinket of his ashes plus the beautiful box urn. It came with a candle his paw prints and a lovely poem. Losing a fur baby is hard to say the least but this company made the process so easy with friendly customer service. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Wow, when you are grieving your pet and your heart is broken, the last thing you want to worry about is the "arrangements" Resting Rainbow answered the phone with a real person, and addressed my needs. They were kind and patient. I had some unusual circumstances as I was in the process of moving when my dog passed and these guys were quick and efficient and made this process so much easier. I don't wish anyone losing a pet but if you do, these guys really take care of you.

Don’t come here unless you wanted to be treated poorly and verbally harassed.My beloved bird passed on March 14th. A few hours passed and I was feeling helpless and unsure of what to do with his remains, knowing I wanted to keep them. I immediately googled nearby pet cremations, and clicked on the first I saw related to the Fort Lauderdale, which was my first mistake.This sponsored google search that populated was a nightmare in terms of dealing with a passed beloved pet/family member. The man, or owner or Director of Franchising who answered and was there to meet me, had zero decorum, customer service skills, warmth, or humanness. He was ill-mannered, rough, uncaring, and could not get any details right such as the name or gender or my pet despite repeating it multiple times.Crude comments such as “we just couldn’t get him to burn!” regarding the difficulty they had in cremating my beloved pet. I was there from 8:30am until past 2:30pm; it was nightmarish. I could not believe the conversations I heard while in the business awaiting the finalization of the process. I overheard the same man stating to a woman they had working on the office space, how lucrative and good business was— no warmth or talking about how they’re helping families deal with post-life care; clearly just capitalistic and concerned about dollars in their pockets; which was exactly the experience I had. The only warmth I felt in this place was from the dog walking around the space.On top of this, there was some misunderstanding with my invoice which I had requested via the phone as I had not received it as promised. I called a week after my request to be verbally harassed, yelled at, and hung up by the same man on the phone. Once again, zero decorum, care, and the withholding of documentation of services. He was so incredibly rude; I can’t believe this person is running a business dealing with families.I have zero interest in any response from the business but thought I would give my honest feedback to potentially save someone else the hurt I felt when I was already grieving.
