It’s hard to put into words just how much Safe Passages, Dr. Amy, and Bryan have meant to us during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. On 09/15/24, we had to say goodbye to our beloved baby, Rugiada, as she passed away from cancer complications. From the very beginning, Bryan and Dr. Amy were there for us with open hearts and compassionate hands. Bryan’s empathy, his ability to understand the depth of our pain, and the supportive presence he provided were beyond anything we could have hoped for. He was there with such warmth, truly caring for us as if we were family, making an unbearable situation feel just a little less heavy.Dr. Amy was nothing short of an angel herself. Her sweet and gentle demeanor, along with her extraordinary patience, made all the difference on that painful afternoon. She treated Rugiada with such love and kindness, as though she was her own, and she made sure we felt supported through every tear and every word of goodbye. My beloved pup crossed the rainbow bridge at early dawn . My vet wasn’t open that early hour so I was searching through the net and found Safe Passage.I called in since it says open at 6am .They were so kind, helpful & , understanding .By 9am , their care specialist showed up at my door to pick up my pup.Right after that I got an email , text to update me the status.The whole process so seamless that made us at ease knowing my pup was in good hands.By the time , they were returning my pup ‘a ashes , I wasn’t home , they met me at my office .They are just wonderful .I can’t say enough good thing about the care & service .Thank you so much Safe Passage Team 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I cannot recommend this company enough. I found them last December when a friend's dog passed. They were efficient, kind and affordable. Im heartbroken to say my best friend and sweet fur baby passed away September 29th at 6am. Given the early hours on a Sunday morning, and our minds clouded with grief from a broken heart watching our 14 year old dog pass away from a massive stroke we were incredibly thankful to find this business to help with the process. Safe passages was swift in returning our call and was able to pick up our angels body for cremation by 11am Sunday September 29th. It was noted when we were paying for our dogs cremation that we wanted a cherry wood/mahogany urn. What was delivered to us looks like unfinished wood and isn’t close to what we requested/desired. We immediately called the business upon noticing the mistake. The receptionist said she noted the mistake on their end and would immediately rectify it with 48 hours. It has now been over 60 hours and myself and my family has called this business more than six times while also leaving voicemail’s requesting a call back. We are still being left in the dark and have now felt like the little bit of peace we could’ve had after our dogs traumatic and hours long passing has been ripped from us. As you can see from my history I don’t leave reviews and don’t enjoy doing this. But I know when my calls are being dodged and considering the line of business you guys fall in it’s disheartening to be treated this way. Especially when the money has already been spent and not once have we asked for a refund or a discount on promises that weren’t kept. You can reference the photo on what was requested and what was received based on my other pack members who have passed previously. Also note this is the first time I’ve used this business. The previous other two times I used Laps Of Love and never not once had a single issue. I don’t mind deleting this review if Safe Passages Cremation decides to return my phone call or Williams phone call.

We would like to thank Margo & Brian from Safe Passages for all the help they gave us through this difficult time losing our best friend Heidi. Margo was very helpful & understanding & answered all of my questions in a loving way. Margo set me up with the vet Amy to come to our home to do the euthanasia & to pick her up. Amy stayed with us & gave us all the time we needed with Heidi before taking her. Amy has a wonderful heart very consolable & caring. I would give Safe Passages & Amy a higher score than 5 Stars & put them all high on a pedestal. I would truly refer them to anyone that is in the same hard decision that we were in to go to Safe Passage’s. They have wonderful reviews & we’re adding ours to the list. I could not be more pleased with this company! They really do care so much! They are extremely compassionate and kept me updated on the whole process with my sweet Libby. The delivery was great and the keepsakes are beautiful and of high quality! I highly recommend Safe Passages!! I highly recommend Safe Passages. Amy, our designated at home vet was simply incredible. She was highly empathetic, sweet, professional and kind. My family and I really connected with her. I was hesitant to move forward with in home euthanasia as I didn’t want to directly see my baby boy depart and didn’t know what to expect. Amy however, made the process so special and easy. She told us that we can have our grieving whichever way made us most comfortable and grieved our loss with us. We were beyond impressed with Amy and Safe Passages and I will go on to recommend any one experiencing a need for at home euthanasia this incredible concept and wonderful service. We have used Safe Passages twice in the last 3 months. Easy to call and give information or via text. Everyone was compassionate and cared what happened to our pets. Matt even listened to my coyote story. Cremation was low cost compared to my vets. We miss our fur babies💙

That’s such a very sad, heartbreaking time. They were so genuinely kind, extremely caring and very generous. Seriously I was so upset about my baby and they were unbelievably amazing with the whole situation. I really can’t say enough. if that wasn’t enough praise Amy that came to my house and stayed from before 1 o’clock till 630 at night with us. She was so kind, caring and patient. She cried with us allowed so much time for us to say goodbye knowing herself how hard it was, you could tell. I can’t say enough I really can’t as this is making me cry from missing my baby. But also cry, remembering how amazing everyone was to both me and my husband at our time of loss and sorrow. We have never had to euthanize a horse before. Safe Passage made this process, although painful, easier to handle with their kindness, patience and showed our precious animal such respect. This company went above and behind to take care of our little loved one. It is heartbreaking to go through a pet passing and they were wonderful! Xavier was the person to pick up and then dropped off the ashes…he was incredible!!! Made us feel at ease and we knew Wheels was in great hands!! Safe Passages I would recommend over and over again to anyone. They took care of my precious girl and let me say my goodbyes. From coordinating to pick up to drop off - the staff was so considerate and sympathetic and kind. This is definitely not an easy experience to write about but I feel it’s important to share the love and compassion that we initially experienced and continue to see and feel with Safe Passage’s. From the beginning Margo took our call and made sure our questions were answered with compassion, and understanding.When the Veterinarian arrived (Dr. Katie) she was understanding, compassionate and loving. You see, that was the part that stood out the most to us… Loving. This is an organization that operates out of love and compassion for not only the animals, but the families that love and care for them. It’s not easy to say goodbye to a loving animal by any means, no matter what the circumstances.However, when it becomes that time and your beloved pet has more bad days than good days and has begun suffering, that difficult decision must be made. We will always remember how much this team did for our family and I am grateful for all that they continue to do for us. We hope you don’t need to make this decision, but if you are wondering if Safe Passages are the right people to help, you have found them.We hope that your journey is a little easier.

I found Safe Passages via google search. It is not my first time using a pet cremation as we have had two other fur babies passed away in previous years. For our other two pups we brought them in to the vet who took over the cremation process. Which was hard on it’s own, having to drive to drop them off after just losing them.Our most recent loss happen on a Sunday and the vet was closed so I called a few cremation places, most wanted more money that what my parents could afford. I found safe passages, Margo was so helpful and kind. They arranged for our fur baby to be picked up the same day, they communicated about time frames of arrival along the way. They helped picked the urn which I was struggling to do, they provided a paw engraving. They brought her back to us, they were absolutely amazing during this difficult time, thank you Margo for taking my call on a Sunday. This company went above and behind to take care of our little loved one. It is heartbreaking to go through a pet passing and they were wonderful! Xavier was the person to pick up and then dropped off the ashes…he was incredible!!! Made us feel at ease and we knew Wheels was in great hands!! This is definitely not an easy experience to write about but I feel it’s important to share the love and compassion that we initially experienced and continue to see and feel with Safe Passage’s. From the beginning Margo took our call and made sure our questions were answered with compassion, and understanding.When the Veterinarian arrived (Dr. Katie) she was understanding, compassionate and loving. You see, that was the part that stood out the most to us… Loving. This is an organization that operates out of love and compassion for not only the animals, but the families that love and care for them. It’s not easy to say goodbye to a loving animal by any means, no matter what the circumstances.However, when it becomes that time and your beloved pet has more bad days than good days and has begun suffering, that difficult decision must be made. We will always remember how much this team did for our family and I am grateful for all that they continue to do for us. After needing to find a new pet cremation company for my kitty, I called Safe Passages and am sooo happy with the entire experience! Margo was wonderful on the phone, sympathetic to my loss, sweet, had lovely phone manners and was very helpful. Within 1.5 hours, my cat was picked up at my home by a nice and caring man, Brian. 48 hours later, my kitty was returned to me at my home in an nice wooden urn with his name & paw print etched on the top along with another wooden plaque and paper with paw prints, a tree was planted in his memory with a QR code I can find, and a sympathy card from the group! SafePassages came to assist me 2 weeks ago during the passing of my mare, being one of the few companies in the state to offer this service for horses. They came prepared with a large truck which was well secured as they used straps instead of chains. I’ve heard terrible stories of other companies that deal with this process so I was hesitant but I was beyond impressed with Bryan who took incredible care of my Cali.
