I lost my 11 y/o bestest boi Patch rather suddenly and had to deal with his remains so we could get him buried. He was a big boy and I was worried about how he would be handled. Jamie was gracious, kind, professional, and so amazingly compassionate. I felt so comforted knowing my bubby was being cared for by such a beautiful soul. The relief and sense of peace was priceless.From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the sweet touches of kindness shown, I had no doubt Patch was in the best hands possible. Jamie made this difficult process simply beautiful. 15/10... would recommend.

Amazing service. The pet cremation places in my town were either booked out 6 months or very unreliable l, so we decided to drive 3 hours (Elko NV to Heyburn ID) to have our cane corso cremated. He was a BIG boy and she got us in right away, did paw prints, nose prints and even checked with us to see if we had a deadline to meet (we did, because we were leaving on vacation in 3 weeks and wanted him back home before that). She was done and had him back to us, private cremation (not communal) within 10 days. Very grateful for the care and kindness show .

A+ customer service we came from Richfield it was well worth the drive. The lady was super sweet and caring I'm pretty sure it's not every day that someone asks you to cremate a bearded dragon. Thanks so much A+

Best experience I've ever had dealing with loss. Professional and compassionate IF we ever have to deal with this level of loss again Jamie will be the first person I call. I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciate Jamie! She is the nicest, most compassionate person I have ever met. My dog of 14 years had just passed away so I was obviously a wreck and just talking with her made me feel so much better. And after talking to her, I knew that my dog was in the best hands!! I will never go anywhere else as long as Jamie is around when it comes to these type of things. I miss my dog so much! But thanks to Jamie, I was able to bring my dogs ashes home along with some things that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Jamie gives the options of getting a clay prints of your pets paw, ink prints of the paws and nose. And even a little bit of hair! I can’t thank you enough, Jamie! I appreciate you so much!

I cannot say enough good words for this Company. We sent our precious boy Watson back to God at age 17 years old. Silver Wings Pet Cremation handled Watson's cremation. Jamie walked me through the whole process & showed genuine empathy. This Company went above & beyond for our beloved Fur Baby.🐕💜🙏

Jaime is the best to take care of your beloved fur baby. She is so sweet and so caring. I asked for a paw ring in clay and also ink, she also did an ink nose print which I wish I would have thought of. I am so glad to have that. I would recommend to anyone that wants to honor their loved pets

Losing a family of pet that you've had for the better part of two decades is always hard, but knowing that they're being treated with the level of respect that silver wings offer makes it easier to deal with .... RIP Ryder

My dog was hit today by a car 15 min before they closed, they stayed open for us to take my dog in. She was very friendly and answered all questions we had she felt just as sad for my dog as we did, very great place!!! Felt very welcomed
