Highly recommend this place! They did such a beautiful job with our baby girl's remembrance and cremation. They are very respectful and mindful during the hard grieving times.

Absolutely amazing. Very polite, freindly, and professional. They absolutely care about pets and the grieving process. Affordable and very willing to work with people on price. Can't recommend enough hope they stay in business for a long time. Would give more stars if able. Excellent and compassionate business. The 2 items pictured I believe were $140-160 don't remember the exact price. But initially we would have paid $30 more for the metal case however due to the fact I'm the only one working in my family and my partner is physically challenged, this business chose to give us a discount. It won't happen with everyone but this place cares enough to listen to everyone's story and help if they can.

Just lost my fur baby and they did a fantastic job on the cremation service they do a private where they lay your fur baby on a table and where you get to say goodbye and they say a prayer

This my second time I used this Pet crematory, on Monday September 11 my poor dog pass away and I remember used this facility 7 years ago when my cat pass away. I called them early I knew their opening hours are at 9.00 am. I left a message on their voice mail and right away contact us. I’m very grateful with the staff of this place they made more easy the hard process of cremate my dog remains. They’re very compassionate, professional and prices are very affordable. I really really recommend this Pet crematory they’re very professional and kind.

With the sudden passing of our beloved cat Patches, I was lucky to find Cherished Pets Remembered Pet Crematorium. It is an inviting warm place and I’m so happy my cat was able to have this final send off like this. The attention to detail was so heartwarming. I believe it was Mr Kaminski‘s son who coordinated everything for us. I was too saddened to mention anything about how I wanted some of my cats fur saved and to my surprise he had saved us some of each color my cat had. That attention to detail does not go unnoticed and it warmed our hearts.

My beloved German Shepherd Spike lived a long life span of 13 years from 2010-2023. He was my companion, my friend, my boy and I can't stop crying whenever I remember him. I miss my dog so much. The service from cherished pets remembered pet crematorium is great. They provide great pricing for cremation and they have a wide selection of vases. The owners are very respectful of the handling of a loved one for cremation and offer a certificate that abides by rules and regulations. I highly recommend anyone living in the south westside of Chicago to go get your beloved family member a respectful service and bring him or her back home to you. Thanks for reading this post.

Matthew is very professional and compassionate. Importantly, he gets the cremation done right away. Your pet isn't placed in a freezer waiting to be cremated, like at other places. Your pet is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our Sadie passed on Tues. and I called this morning. Got a call back in minutes. Matthew asked if we could come in at 11. Another place I called would put her in storage until next week. Honestly I couldn't bear leaving my Sadie like that. Matthew explained the whole process and was so kind and understanding of our grief. Everything was done respectfully. I would also like to thank Mathew's Mom who started this part of the business. She must be a very compassionate person. We wanted to stay with our girl for the whole process as she was always there for us. Thank you again Matthew for making our sad day easier to get thru. I would definitely recommend Cherished Pets to everyone.

This was an absolutey great place that gave us great service and compassion last week on Friday Aug 25 when our cooper passed away. The young man I can't remember his name was wonderful and caring and compassionate to us in our grief and we had our baby back home a few hours later that day. My mother and I started to figure out what our options were when she decided it was time for her little girl Scooter. I found Cherished Pets and spoke with Kathy; owner of the funeral home in which cherished pets is attached to. She was very friendly, helpful and soft spoken. When the day came, my mother and I brought Scooter to the crematory ourselves after the dreaded vet visit. We met with Matthew that day, Kathy's son. He was very helpful, put my mother's mind at ease and was very respectful. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Cherished Pets!!!

This was my second experience with Cherished Pets. I didn’t know where to go when one of my cats passed away last year on the way to the vet. So many places charge extraordinary prices for far less service. I searched for a place that would provide both a sensitive cremation and was affordable. When searching I realized the funeral home in the town I grew up in was affiliated with a pet cremation service. I had been to the funeral home numerous times for family and friends and felt very comfortable that my cats would be handled with care and dignity with the affiliated service. When one of my other cats passed away recently I had no doubts of where I would take him. Both times I called my messages were returned promptly and both experiences were with the utmost caring and respect. They provide a very dignified and sincere experience during a very emotional time.

This was my first loss of a pet and first time looking for a cremation service, this crematorium truly went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for the family that runs this place for making this difficult time and decision more bearable and treating my Salem with such care and respect. I called just earlier today and was able to have my girl's ashes long before they closed. I'll be recommending you to any and all friends or family as a worthy final place for their dearly departed fur babies.

My cat of 20 years passed away on Saturday night I started calling different pet crematoriums and the only one to return my phone call within 20 minutes of making it on a Saturday night was cherish pets. Not only did they explain everything to me at my moment of distress but they treated my cat with so much love. I was able to bring my cat to the funeral home on Sunday and the following Monday I had her ashes.I would like to thank everybody at the funeral home for taking such good care of my Beloved cat. I highly recommend her services especially in a time of grief.

My husband and I was faced with another time of sadness ,we loss our other fur baby Benjamin . We raised two cockers a boy and a girl Chloe they were 3 months apart which brought so much joy into our home everyday , they were so happy and loved . ❤️ They were very attentive... my experience was very comforting in my time of need! It has been perfect, I feel this was best way to say good-bye to my little fella! With dignity and love! Rusty Lee suddenly died in my arms from a brain aneurism at only 7 years old ! I did everything I was trained to do to save him but, even though he saved my behind several times, I couldn't save his! He was my partner for 4 years and my retired fur baby for the next 3. I have never gone through the process of having a furry family member cremated before but in my time of grief, this business made the process seamless and very affordable. We would recommend their services to anyone looking for a way to preserve their babies memory !!!

I'd like to thank Mark for the time and care that he took with my son's cat, Jasper. It was an extremely hard moment for all of us, and you could see the understanding. I'm truly thankful that there are still people like this around, who show empathy and care. I hate to think of losing another pet, but when it happens I will definitely come back and use their services.

Not a pleasant experience, took my Chiquita to be cremated. Was told I would receive a call the next day to pick her up. Never received a call, waited 2days to call. Then I “made an appointment” to pick her up, had to wait 30mins for someone to arrive. Then he was looking for her, for about 5-10min. Wait for someone to make the certificate. When I expressed my concerns he simply said just call and express this to the person who you spoke to originally. This is too much, especially since we just lost someone very special.

Brought my Cassie aka "baby girl" here when she past. Everyone I dealt with were considerate and helped me in knowing my Cassie would be taken care of. They informed me of the process for cremating, which was helpful, this being my first time experience. Thank you for the service you provide.

My bird of 20+ years died suddenly while I was visiting my dad in Chicago last year. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning and get her back in a few hours. They gave me a death certificate and a box which I appreciated.
