Wonderful, caring associates. Jamie is very kind, compassionate, understanding and supportive. She explained the process and helped guide me, presenting all of the options available (we had nothing pre planned). Adrienne is also kind, supportive and caring. She heard what we were looking for, showed us options and helped make it happen. Caitlin provided additional support/ resources to help us through this difficult time. Great team to work with, especially in a stressful situation.Thank you!

I highly recommend Flanner Buchanan for your loved ones burial/cremation needs.Jamie Weyer, the Funeral Director in Carmel, was especially wonderful to work with during a very difficult time. She was most supportive, patient, explaining all in detail, and always there to answer any questions I had along the way. She made sure the funeral was arranged and everything was organized on the day. Her pleasant and professional manner helped make a difficult day so much easier for me.

We are a Funeral Home in Arvada, CO. We recently worked with Flanner-Buchanan to coordinate getting a loved one cremated here in Colorado and returning them back home to family in Indiana. They were always a phone call away and coordinated well to make sure that family had a clear line of communication. Thank you for your help and for holding a high standard of care.

When my father passed at the end of March, Jerry Roberts was great at getting us set up with our needs as well as my dad's needs. His memorial service at the beginning of April was wonderful. He was also tasked with getting our dad to the funeral home for his burial service at the beginning of June. I called the cemetery the day before the planned burial and they had no information. The cemetery (Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Whitestown) was helpful and accommodating for the huge error made by the funeral home. The day of the service at the cemetery, our father was not there! When the cemetery called the funeral home, the funeral home claimed they had it down the following day and at a different time. The director, Jerry Roberts was incredibly unprofessional. Our family watched and discussed our plan with him in April and saw him write down the plans we had set. He was in such a hurry to "close the case" that he did not follow up on an unfinished plan. He did not contact me or anyone else in our family to apologize for his error. I do not recommend using this location for your funeral planning needs.

Words cannot adequately describe how wonderful Flanner Buchanan in Carmel was to work with while planning a memorial service for my brother who passed away unexpectedly. Everyone who we worked with were so professional, caring, sincere, and made everything go so smoothly. They truly listened to our story and got to know who my brother was as a person to help plan his services. Jamie was our funeral director and did such an awesome job. She helped ensure that my brother was transported to Flanner Buchanan and called us the moment he was in their care (so quickly..the same day we met with her!). She genuinely cares and it shows that she was meant to be in this line of work. It takes a very special person to do this! She matched us up with Celebrant Loral Tansy, who was going to be officianting my brother's service. We truly felt SO incredibly blessed to have had Loral as our celebrant. He spent two hours with us listening to our stories about my brother and what our thoughts were for the memorial service. He has such a calm demeanor about him that was so comforting. You could tell that he truly cared for our family and wanted to make this day special for all of us. The day of the service, he told my brother’s story with such grace. It felt like he had known my brother and my family for years. It felt so personal. We are so thankful for him. He has a true gift working with grieving families. Jamie, Loral, and everyone else who helped my family at Flanner Buchanan will never be forgotten. I love all of them so much and feel truly blessed that they have become part of our family now too. Thank you so much for your help throughout this difficult time. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any service you may have in the future.

Our experience here was first class from beginning to end. Jerry Roberts and his staff were extremely helpful. Everything, from memorial service to burial, was flawless. The staff at this facility seems very professional. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Attended the service for a beloved friend. A large turnout including many testimonials. Problems – A microphone was provided but the volume was so low and no one was willing to help the grieving loved ones. The facilities were equipped with a door chime to alert the employees whenever someone entered or exited the facilities. Unfortunately this was louder than the PA system. Several female employees were wearing heels that made for a magnificent clopping sound as they wondered around during the testimonials. Unfortunately this only added to the problem of trying to hear what was being said. After an hour of listening to the door chimes and clopping it was time to go. Unfortunately no one was directing traffic in the parking lot. A mess.
