Daisy Hill was a life saver for me. My daughter lost her best friend of 14 years and I knew when it happened it would be an unbearable loss and painful for her. My great granddaughter found Daisy Hill we reached out to them the personal touch they extended to us was amazing. They handled Snowball with care as if he was their own the options they offered were reasonable and personable. I highly recommend Daisy Hill if your looking for a place that really shows you they care

Doug is great. He took care of both my cats a few years ago and most recently my dog. Friendly and reasonable pricewise. Not pushy in trying to get you to buy or do anything more expensive. Great service.

They were so helpful and amazing! We were allowed to have our own urn as long as there's an affordable fee for it. They are by far the ONLY place that's affordable for cremation in the area. We're a military family, and we didn't want to leave our cat behind, so I am glad I found this place as we refuse to leave our pets behind. They are so understanding, accomodating and military friendly, and the staff was wonderful. I've referred Daisy Hill to other military families!

I recently found Daisy Hill when my mother lost her kitty, Scooty. They were so kind and compassionate and we really really appreciate how gently they handled everything. Today, sadly I will be taking my Budgie Elijah in but I am grateful for the warmth they offer and look forward to being able to keep my baby's memory tangible while we heal.

Daisy Hill took such good care of my Joe. Very professional and clearly caring of the animals in their care as well as the grieving humans coming to them. Thank you Daisy Hill for helping my family say goodbye to a dear friend. On a practical note, the pricing was very reasonable.

My husband and I highly endorse Daisy Hill. We had a plan for our little boy (older small dog); however, he decided his own plan. On-call service was kind and responsive and ended up being able to come to our home (during snowy conditions). Our dog son was handled with so much care from the time he left our home until picking him up. This is not an easy situation for anyone, but having a reputable and caring place means a lot. They have provided peace of mind, and I put faith and trust into their services.

We lost our fur baby Tommy of 15 years in June. Overcome with grief, I searched for a pet cremation service and, fortunately, found Daisy Hill. From the moment I called, we were taken care of. When we got to the office, we sat down and exchanged pet stories and talked about Tommy's life. Doug (I hope I remember his name correctly), was fantastic. He really made this experience the best that it could be. If you're looking to give your pet a proper send-off, Daisy Hill is the place.

Lost my cat a week ago and picked up his remains today . It was a stressful process for us as far as cremation . But Mr Tom and Mr Doug helped us through it all . They were very patient with us , they understood the grieving process ,and Mr Doug sat down and listened to our stories we wanted to share about our pet. We had Thomasina for 22 years and it was very hard for us to go through this but they treated us like family and made us so comfortable with everything !I would like to thank you both for helping us through this difficult time and comforting us when we had no place to turn and thank you for all you have done for Thomasina so we could bring him home I would recommend daisy hill pet cremation services to anyone!!!!Thanks againIneisha and Angela Johnson

The two gentlemen Doug and Tom are beyond kind and caring to work with, very softspoken and loving. We have used this facility with three dogs and each time I have noticed upgrades to the intake portion. We have been treated with amazing understanding and acceptance during a time when we have been overwhelmed with sadness and grief.

You never think about what happens when your beloved furry friend dies. As a kid you put them in the background assuming you’ll never move but Daisy Hill made the process seamless and showed me how normal it is/ should be to honor your pet.

The people working here are incredibly Lovely and understanding, they waited 2 hours for me to arrive and help me though the tuff situation I was in, I then waited for my ride to come pick me up and they we’re giving me their condolences, offered me cookies and coffee which I found comfort so I would give this place 5 stars. 🤍

Terrible experience and totally unprofessional place they literally gave me the wrong urn and spelled my fur baby’s name wrong .The workers were not helpful at all if I could I would give them 0 stars
