Losing my baby of 15 years was extremely hard. They talked me through the process and explained the services and products they offer while showing compassion. They kept me informed along the way, which was greatly appreciated. I could not be any happier with their care and how my baby was returned to me. Thank you all so much!

Thank you so much for taking such great care of batman for us. It doesn't mend our broken heart but it definitely helps having him home.Thank you again

I would give them them 10 stars if I could! My cat passed away on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I had just accepted the fact that there was going to be nowhere to take him to be cremated until after Christmas, but I decided to ask around and I was recommended Paws to Remember by multiple people on Facebook. They were able to call and have someone meet me at their location in less than an hour on Christmas Eve. I found out later the the man that met me there and took care of Carlos was singing in his church's Christmas Eve mass and he left to come meet with me. I thought that I was going to be paying an arm and leg but their services are very affordable. When the unfortunate day comes and I need cremation services again, I'll be going back to them! I cannot thank them enough for how kind they were to me on the worst Christmas I've ever had. Thank you again.

i had my dog ginger cremated here. she was very precious to me and i felt safe leaving her with them. brandon took care of me and seems very compassionate about his job. he talks to you very gently and with empathy and understanding. i really believe they put care and love into every piece they gave me when i received her remains. her ashes were in a sealed bag inside of a nice brown tin that reads ‘until we meet again at the rainbow bridge’ on the top, which i found extremely touching. there is a certificate of private cremation and an ink card of her paw print. for a small extra charge, i also received a clay circle with her paw print and name on it, which was definitely worth the extra money. this experience just felt very peaceful and gentle and caring and respectful and dignified. it was a pleasuring experience and a beautiful end to my special dog, gingers, life. i will always have these beautiful keepsakes of her now because of paws to remember. thank you so much♥️

In one of our most difficult moments, Paws to Remember was there to help us after we put our best girl to rest. Dena is a wonderful, compassionate person who helped us with scheduling pickup of our girl and coordinating pickup of her ashes. Dena explained the entire process to me and put me at ease knowing my girl would be taken care of. Greg, the gentleman who came to our home to transport our girls body was so kind and patient with us as we said our final goodbyes. Greg treated our girl with as much dignity as I would have expected from someone transporting a human body. In such a sad time, Dena and Greg made things just a little easier for us. Though I hope to not need their services again any time soon, I won't hesitate to use Paws to Remember in thr future.

I have had 3 dogs taken to Paws to Remember!Every one of them were cared for in a timely manner. Reasonable cost. And such compassion when they came to pick them up. My last 2 were with me for 12 years. Through the passing of my parents, meeting my husband, and getting married. They were with me through it all. They were very patient until I was ready. They didn't rush me or push me until I was ready.

My parents recently had to have their precious boy Jake put down.Don and Julie O’Guinn have an exceptional staff who are kind, understanding and very compassionate. My parents were devastated with the loss. One of their staff, Jacob, came to get Jake from the vet and he was amazing. Jacob treated my parents like his own. He was so kind and compassionate. My mother was taken to Paws to pick up Jake’s ashes. She had gotten a beautiful box/urn for his ashes and a clay footprint of Jake’s. My parents were taken aback by the quality of the items and again the care received. My family will always use Paws to Remember. Highly highly recommend. TEN stars out of five!

Three weeks ago, we had to say good bye to our beloved sweet cat, Sunfire. It was a quick onset emergency that required that we have him at the emergency vet and had to make decisions in the middle of the night. We called Paws to Remember and got an answer outside of business hours. This person contacted the morning employee at Paws to Remember and she immediately called us. She offered to come in an hour early to receive our pet. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and compassionately. We had our pets remains the next day. Not only was the service outstanding but the price reasonable and much less than the service offered through the emergency vet. Thank you so much Paws to Remember, you have amazing staff and are an asset to our community.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and services of Paws to Remember. When my service dog, Aoife, was diagnosed with terminal bone cancer, someone told me about Paws to Remember doing cremation services. I knew I wanted Aoife to be cremated after I had a doctor come to my home for a euthanasia appointment. Greg came to my home right at the time that Sadie from Paws to Remember told me he would be there. Greg was so kind and compassionate. He let me spend as much time with Aoife as I wanted until I was ready to hand her body over to him. As he placed her body on a stretcher, I have never seen such love and care that he took in picking her up and placing her on the stretcher. His movements were slow, careful, and so gentle. Sadie and Deanna were also wonderful to work with. They helped me pick the best cremation package for Aoife and they understood what a difficult time this was for me.The cremation box was perfectly beautiful and Aoife's remains were carefully placed in the box with her name engraved in a beautiful metal plate on top. The clay paw print and ink prints were amazing. I will always have these to remember my sweet girl by. On top of their amazing services and products, they are very reasonably priced. I was expecting to dip heavily into my savings to pay for a pick up at home, cremation box, and clay paw print. But, I only paid about $350 for everything and my dog was very large - about 62 pounds.End-of-life arrangements are so hard and nobody wants to deal with this or even think about it. But I felt so much relief when I called Sadie at Paws to Remember. The burden they lifted off of me helped ease me through my initial stages of grief, I believe.

Beyond thankful!!! I was very skeptical of having a pet cremated. I just didn’t feel you got back what was yours, but I felt in my heart my future husband would handle losing his best friend better if he was coming home. I called this place. Brenden was amazing! I made arrangements for the next day. Our big guy is now home and it made the closure so much better. They were kind and caring. They even told me not to worry, they would keep our dog company until we were able to come pick him up. Worth every penny and having our big buy home is priceless. Thank you. ❤️

In the last year I have lost my two sweet boys. My dog, Duckie and my cat, Ory. Both were rescues and brought into my life with opened arms and a great deal of love. We lost our lab Daisy Monday morning. Becky was very kind and compassionate while I cried on the phone. The man who came to the house to pick her up was kind and patient as we said goodbye. They made a difficult time a little more tolerable.

I had a friend contact me in need. Her Dane had passed in the night and she didn’t know what to do. I contacted my friend Lee that works with O’Guinn and she took care of everything. My friend later told me how well they took care of everything. They were very professional with their care of her dog. I would recommend them to anyone!!
