HOW DARE YOUWe only had Athena for about a year and a half. During that time, she had the chonkiest of nails I've seen on a dog. We had only known her with thick nails. How DARE you use a damn stamp for her nails. You can clearly see that each nail is identical to one another, grooves and all.Looking through other people's posts here, theirs have the same stamped nails. The SAME nails. The SAME grooves. It is beyond disrespectful. It is abhorrent and disgusting that your company would do that and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

My little dog was 3 1/2 lbs. She had extremely tiny feet. The paw print I got back was twice her size with little toothpick like holes for toenails. Bottom line…wasn’t my dogs paw print. It makes me question whether or not the ashes in the box I received was really hers. This just adds to the sadness due to her loss. Bad job guys.

This place has wonderful people who care and they don't overcharge for cremation like most other local places who charge twice as much. They're very mindful of everyone's love for their pets. I remember when I brought my kitty in, one worker said how sweet she was and gave her a kiss on the forehead. That level of willingness to show love to my pet meant everything in my time of grief.

Losing your fur baby is such a hard loss. I went and got my sweet Elsa yesterday and was so touched by what I received. This package was thoughtful and respectful to my piggy pie💗. Thank you for softening this hard moment.

Our girl was well treated after having her put down to rest💙 We had a private cremation and the beautiful box she came home in fits absolutely perfect in another one we had specially made for her.

We brought in our furbaby, and the lady there was very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this place to everyone with pets.

A place you don't look forward to visiting, for the reason you are there, but would highly recommend in the loss of a pet. Their staff is so compassionate to their customers and do amazing work. Noah's grounds are beautiful and well taken care of.

I recently lost my loving Lab Moose. I chose a private cremation and a paw print before leaving that day. The day before he was picked up I called Noah's and asked about purchasing an additional ash pendant. I was treated with kindness and compassion over the phone.I just brought him home after he was brought back to my vet clinic. He was in a beautiful wood box and there was a blue rose with him as well.I want to thank them for taking care of my boy and getting him back home to me.

We used this company last year, in July, for our eldest dog who passed while we were on vacation in MI. After having our middle dog pass just a few days ago and having an awful experience at another crematory in our home state, I felt compelled to write this review.During the loss of our first pet on our vacation, we were referred to Noah's Pet Crematory. The experience was the absolute best it could have been during a difficult time. When called prior to bringing our dog in to explain we were not at home and were vacationing. The company took our situation very seriously and treated us, our dog, and our time with respect. Upon arrival, we said our final goodbyes to our boy, and he was taken into another room. Looking back, this was a good experience because it allowed me to look through the urn options and decide how I wanted to memorialize my boy. We chose private cremation with a fantastic urn option that had his own, unique paw print on the top. We received the clay paw print, the lock of hair, and we purchased a piece of memorial jewelry where they used his nose etched on the jewelry (he had a unique identifying spot on his nose and that was included on the jewelry etch). I found the company had options but not too many to be overwhelming. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. We were told we would have to wait 10 business days or so for everything if we rushed the order. This was a bit longer than we hoped because we did not want our dog's ashes shipped to us in our home state, so we chose to wait in MI until he was ready. They rushed his order, and we had him and his memorial items back within the time frame they promised. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company.

I got my 17 year old dog Lola back today. I thought she was going to be returned in a tin so I bought her nice urn. She was actually given to me in a nice wooden urn that I would happily leave her in if I could return the urn I bought (but I can't) Noah's was quick to reply. Only issue I had was with the vet's communication and this had nothing to do with Noah's.

Quite unimpressed overall. The rest of my family who coordinated plans for our family pet had a great experience via phone. When I arrived to pick up our pet after the cremating process the first thing I noticed when pulling into the parking lot was a utility wagon piled with what appeared to be soon to be cremated pets. This was upsetting, and not to mention very uninviting. The remainder of my visit went about the same. The staff seemed far from compassionate or caring. The staff were all business, and even then, did not even ask if we were interested in any of their other services/products at the time of pickup. Unfortunately, this is not the first pet we have had cremated. There are certainly better pet cemetery/crematory options in the greater Grand Rapids area.

I have had all my dogs and cats over the years cremated by Noah's crematory. It always was a pleasant experience getting my babies back. This time I am blown away by how beautiful everything looks. A gorgeous wooden box. A red rose ...all in all my little princess came back in a container suitable for a princess. Thank you Noah's staff ❤

We had to have 2 of our dogs euthanized on the same day. It was a huge loss for us. We requested they be cremated due to the time of year. Our vet took care of that for us. Jonah's did an amazing caring job. We where expecting them returned to us in a cardboard box as that was the case with Mom and Dad. The urns are beautiful. I want to thank Noah's for you care with our pups. It helped more than I can express.
Brandon Bender
We were lucky enough to have our vet come to the house to perform the euthanization in our home. We scheduled Noah's to pick up shortly after. The guys that came to pick up our dog were extremely polite and clearly empathetic of what we were going through, and urged us to take as much time as we needed. When we were ready they treated his body with utmost respect. In such a tough time it actually took me back how respectful they were through the whole process. I actually sent an email to the company telling them how good of an experience I had and pleaded they pass it on two those two employees.. I never heard back but I hope from the bottom of my heart they know how much we appreciated it.The delivery and presentation of the cremated remains was impressive as well. I could not have asked for a better experience.. I'd give more stars if they'd let me.

My experience with Noah's was good in the terms of getting my pets remains back in a beautiful manner of having their paw imprinted into a piece that I hung on the wall as a reminder of them. It seems they put care into these pieces I will use their service in the future when the unfortunate time comes again.

Noah’s handled the cremation when my best friend Frito passed away. I can not say enough about the job they did! The services they offered as well as provided brought a peace of mind I wouldn’t have thought possible at that time. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of final arrangements for their furry friends. Thank you Noah’s, for everything!

They talked to me after hours last night when our wonderful cat Barney passed. We brought him in today and were given several options. It also helped to meet their cat. Highly recommend Noah's!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this place. We awoke to our little one passed away on a Sunday morning. We called Noah's that day, and even though they had plans and it was a Sunday they were wiling to meet with us. We declined and went in on Monday instead. The staff was nothing but caring and compassionate. We will be going to Noah's from now on whenever one of our fur babies crosses the rainbow bridge.

My family have all used Noah's for years. Outstanding service and compassion. They're wonderful. While they are a business, they are doing what they do to help people and their lost pets, not because they are a business. They care.

I commend the people who work here because this has to be an exceptionally hard job. I lost my 12 year old cat in January, and the staff were all very compassionate and understanding. They have a cat that lives in the office space that must be used to grieveing owners, as he crawled right into my lap while I was there waiting. I thought their pricing for cremation was very reasonable for the urn I got (the wooden box pictured below). My only complaint was that there was some sort of screw-up with the recipet when I went to pick up the urn, and intially the staff didn't know if I had paid or not. But things worked themselves out in the end.

We've lost two beloved pets in three months and had them cremated. Noah's did a loving job. The paw prints were extra special.

Noah's is not just a final place for your beloved pets/family members. But a place of joy, It is a quaint, clean building with almost a cottage feel to it. When you enter you are greeted by a quite plump cat named Ramsey and a lovely woman, Ellen. She takes time to explain everything, Noah's is a FULL SERVICE one stop place to say goodbye ANYTIME of the day or night to your beloved pet. They have a lovely lush green rolling hill filled with headstones of memories and LOVE. I encourage you to take a walk among these stones and see all the final wishes of their guardians, Or if cremation is your choice as it was with us, it only took TWO DAYS to have our darling back with us!They have a large selection of urns, we chose a gorgeous white onyx urn for Minnie, they have urns for the smallest to the largest of loved ones, you can even have your pets toys placed with them! They also offer a paw print of your beloved pet, this I highly recommend, you might not think you want it while you are sitting in her nice cozy little cottage, probably crying your hearts out, (& being loved on, by Ramsey) but believe me, Ellen, (a kind and caring woman) does a wonderful job with the paw prints. My husband and I in our grief lost our beloved Minnie, a miniature pinscher around 6 PM on a Sunday. We did not know that Ellen would have come to our house, that is right ON A SUNDAY!!! So we placed our darling Minnie in the freezer. DON'T DO THIS, it make it difficult for Ellen to get you your beloved friends, final paw print. Again, I can't make this any more clear, YOU MUST GET THE PAW PRINT, you will have it for when the pain slightly subsides and you are left with all the glorious memories of the good times. WHEN IT IS TIME, or even before hand, Noah's is the only place to go! WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY! We have Minnie's sister, Jackie, a Parsons Terrier (similar to a Jack Russell Terrier) she was born only one day apart from her beloved sister and soon it will be her turn to pass. We have taken the initiative (in advance) to get a matching urn, the same as Minnie's for when it is Jackie's turn to go into the light, or whatever you believe. My husband says, "You are beginning to ramble!" but those of you who have lost a pet know what it is to have your heart torn from your body, when you lose a life buddy. But do yourself a favor GO TO NOAH'S, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. When it is time THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE THAN NOAH'S PET CEMETERY AND CREMATORY. Well that is it for now, we just now picked up the urn with the earthbound vessel of our beloved Minnie, cared for so lovingly by Ellen and Ramsey. Our prayers are with all of you who have lost a pet. Nina and Mark, beloved parents for 14 years of Minnie.

Unfortunately I lost my best friend who I loved more then anyone or anything and am completely devastated and ruined. Noah’s Garden was a very friendly and soothing place to bring my best friend to be cremated and couldn’t have asked for a better place.
