Well,reason for having to use them,it's a 0,but no one wants to have to use them.. I unfortunately have had to use them 3 times for my furbabies...As far as PALS,they get a solid 5! Their whole staff is very professional and very caring!! The came by a picked up last pup after she went to the rainbow bridge,the guys were very caring and carefully took care of her. They had here ready the next day. They made it so much better. They even checked on me to see how I was doing afterwards... I appreciate everything they did for me and my family! Thank you PALS!

We have used Pals pet loss two times. They are so compassionate and treat you and your pet so kindly during the whole process. I was able to pick up my dog just a couple days later, and again their whole staff is so kind and make the process a little easier.

The loss of a beloved pet is never expected, but PALS made it much easier to handle. Losing our 60 pound Bull Dog on a Saturday evening when nearly everything is closed until Monday, we knew we couldn’t wait that long to have our baby taken care of, so their 24 hour service made things go much more smoothly. It was a bit of a drive for us, but everyone on the phone and in person made the process very straightforward and respectful. While no circumstances for pet loss are ideal, I am very impressed with the services I received and would certainly recommend them, and would definitely consider using their services for pet loss in the future.

When my beloved cat of 15 years died recently, I discovered that my vets office would not cremate him because they had not euthanized him. My boyfriend heard about PALS and called them. All I can say is, given the circumstances, it was one of the most pleasant experiences ever. They were kind, considerate, caring. They treated us like he was family, which he was. They have even followed up with us a couple of times just to see how we are doing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

My own pal, Robby, crossed the rainbow bridge back in November of 2016. I never got the chance to thank PALS Pet Loss Services at the time. Back then, I received a couple cards from, I suppose, well-meaning family members. But they spelt Robby's name wrong, which was kind of upsetting. PALS went the extra length to make sure it was spelt correctly on Robby's certificate. Robby was such a good dog. I'm looking forward to seeing him again one day, sooner than I think.

Amazing place, amazing people. We used them for our Misty dog when she was I'll and we had to euthanize her. They treated us with respect, and treated our dog with respect. We got a beautiful paw print and urn. Same when we lost our sweet Catthew Purrington. They never made us feel stupid for crying as we left them in their care. Called early on a day they happened to be closed, then Called their number the voicemail listed. The man who answered was so kind and understanding, met us an hour later and helped us with our girl. We got the call the next day that she was ready to come home.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Losing beloved 18 yr old toy poodle devastated us. We went everywhere trying to find affordable cremation to put her with momma. I have unfortunately lost 2 fur babies. One last year at age 16 , and one this year at age 18. Both times I went to PALS to have them cremated. They had so much compassion for my broken heart and went out of their way to help me and make sure I was ok. They helped me pick out an urn that would be best for my situation, they even helped crop a photo for it They gave me a little paw print, and even made me my little baby's nose print. I really appreciated everything they have done and how comfortable they made me.

We have used PALS 3 times now and they are simply the best! Our dog passed away a few weeks ago right before midnight and they met us within 20 minutes of me calling. Even though it was the middle of the night they didn’t rush my daughters while they decided on an urn, what font they wanted to use, or what they wanted it to say. They are so supportive during the entire process and always go above and beyond!

We had a fur baby of 13.5 yrs past suddenly, they went above and beyond to help in tragic time by letting know options and reassuring that they'd take good care of our loved one. They not only open 24hrs but they provided a paw print of Lily something that my daughter will treasure that during that time never dawned on me to do or ask. They also sent a message 2 weeks later checking on us and to let us know our family in their thoughts. Beyond great cremation services

The good: 5 stars on the turnaround time - was very impressed that we were able to pick her ashes back up a day later. 4 stars on presentation of how she was given back to us. We love that we have a paw print & the signed card was a nice touch. Now the bad: 3 stars on where she was kept, for us to see when we picked her up - in a closet on a shelf?!?! Couldn’t you keep them somewhere that people don’t see it?! Now, the worst part of it all is 2 stars on staff being unpersonable, very unfriendly & cold during a HORRIBLE time of our life! I doubt they spoke 10 words to us the entire process from drop off to pick up! These are people’s family members & they may be “just a dog” to PALS, but she was part of our world and a part of our family. The woman that answered the phone when I initially called, seemed extremely compassionate but when we got there, we had to wait outside for someone to come and open the door, even after being told to call ahead 10 minutes so someone would be there to meet us at the desk - yeah that was a wasted phone call. When we finally got inside, they had us place her on a table at the front door and leave her there like she was going to be discarded with the trash! It was a terrible experience and ultimately left us feeling like she was “just a dog” to them……….
