Generations of my family have used Eaton for our services but a few weeks ago that ended. My grandfather passed away in March 2023. We contacted Eaton and got started on arrangements making it crystal clear to them his eldest child is a thief, a liar and manipulative and to please heavily weigh that when dealing with her. She was estranged and known for lack of cooperation and trying to scam. Eaton's owner allowed her to walk out with the physical hard copy of the cremation order with my mother's signature on it, knowing my mother was the sole beneficiary and power of attorney. My aunt was allowed to steal that document for almost a week before Eaton got it back. Then they refused to call me to let me know when they recovered the document like the owner assured me he would, they called my grief stricken mother. They don't care about your family. They don't care about the trauma it caused and still causes waiting for my aunt to use that signature with forgery intent to steal further. They made a very very difficult and heart breaking time, even more impossible and heart wrenching. Trust someone who holds integrity to your documents. Trust someone who will call and give peace of mind when they fix their screw up. Eaton just wants money now and that's hard to accept knowing how many family have been laid to rest through them, but not any longer. They don't deserve to be trusted with my family members any more.Side note they even said they'd allow my aunt to visit him and see him if she wished but wouldn't allow us a second viewing if we needed it while they allowed it to drag on for a week. The woman's words were "you already got to see him". Glad to know that after 30 years of being papa's sidekick just all washes away after 1 20min viewing but a thief gets a chance to make you bring him out one last time. Lack of empathy, hungry for money.

My Mom passed away unexpectedly last Saturday. All of our family is out of state apart from my sister and I. By chance Eaton Funeral Home was asked to pick my Mom up from the hospital. I am so thankful they were. Travis and everyone at Eaton stepped in and walked us through a very hard time. We had no idea what we doing or even what we needed to do to take care of my Mom's arrangements. The kindness and real compassion Eaton showed us will always be remembered and appreciated. They took care of our Mom and us as if we were family. I recommend them to anyone who is needing funeral services. Thank you Eaton family.

I’m sure nobody is checking Google reviews when you need a funeral home, but if you’re on the ball ahead of time, just know that Eaton’s is where you want to be (or your family)!The staff is absolutely amazing and compassionate. This isn’t just their job, it’s their ministry. They made us all feel so loved and cared for during our time of shock and grief.

My MIL passed unexpectedly at a young age. From start to finish Eaton was worth every penny and more. They held our hand through the entire process and couldn’t have been more caring. They prove that they are in it for the ministry and not the money. Couldn’t have asked for more in such a trying time

Eaton's is literally the only game in town, but they don't make you feel that way. Very professional and respectful. After meeting the new owner, I have every confidence he will continue the tradition of fine service.

Had flowers delivered the recipients did not receive the plant on the day of the service. The employee was condescending when speaking to me. She was not professional and not even apologetic that they could even do a simple task. My advise is to call them to make sure the arrangement you send is delivered to the family.
