My wife and I lost our beloved dog of 11 years and Pet Passages was our last stop on a terrible, long and sad day. They were amazing, understanding and a breath of much needed air. Our baby was so well taken care of by them and their rates are very reasonable. Thank y'all so much for making the hardest time of our lives a bit easier ❤️

As someone who use to work there, and as the first manager, I can say without any hesitation, they treat the animals with the utmost respect and care. Stephen and Caroline were always there for my family. They will go the extra mile for grieving families, which makes all the difference in the world.The biggest difference between Pet Passages and everywhere else, is the fact that it's very personal to them. They want to do anything and everything to make your grieving process less painful.To this day, if Stephen called me at 2am if be there. He's like a brother, and even though we don't speak, I'll always have respect and love for him. He was there for me, and I for him. Somethings do last forever.

this is the first time I've ever had to go the route of cremating a pet. I used to always live someplace where I could bury my pets. Steve was very helpful and accommodating for my specific needs, not just for my pet but for me as someone who suffers from numerous physical disabilities. I definitely recommend Pet Passages to anyone who would like an actual funeral for their pet, or if they just want someone they can trust theur pet with for cremation. It kind of blew my mind that it was an actual funeral home for pets. I wasn't expecting that. And he guarantees that you get your own Pet's ashes back. That's a huge plus!

I lost my soul pet a few nights ago, Sarah was amazing at getting me an appointment to have my beloved hamster cremated. I 100000% recommend pet passages to anyone who's lost their beloved fur baby. I will be coming here again in the future when I adopt more animals and it's their time to go. Thank you Sarah, for taking care of my boy :)

I lost my best friend and a part of my soul along with him a few days ago. My wife was busy organizing my Jagger's last trip and found this place. I am in a state of deep depression and at the time of the funeral I simply could not be in this world, I was overwhelmed with grief. But it was very important for me to see with what awe, care, and understanding the employees of this company treat animals and people. If I had seen even a drop of consumerism, I would have simply left to look for another place, but the girl who works there is very neat and tactful, she loves animals and I trusted her.Today we came to pick up my boy's ashes. My world is still empty and hopeless without him, but I didn’t expect that something in this place today could please me and touch my soul. We received the ashes, a cremation certificate, and the girl showed us something that surprised and pleased me. She made my Jagger's paw and nose prints and wrote a sweet message on the card in my native language. We didn't know that these prints would be made, but the girl who made them knows how important they are to me. When we went to bed, my cat would hold my hand with his paw, and sometimes I would hold his да as we lay next to each other and looked at each other. I didn't think anything could ease my grief, but this sweet ritual gave me a piece of the warmth and love of my best friend.I am sure that these are very responsible people who understand your pain and are trying to help. If you are reading this review because you are looking for a crematorium for your pet's final journey, please accept my sincere condolences. I am very sorry for you and share your pain. Our animals are part of our lives, and we are their whole life. I wish you strength to get through this loss 🤝

We have used Pet Passages two times. In 2016 and again about 2 weeks ago. They are caring, understanding and the place is warm and inviting. Totally trust the whole staff and relieved we have someone to rely on during a very hard time. Cannot thank you enough

As a funeral director, I understand the importance of treating your loved ones with care. When we recently lost our 12 year old French Bulldog, Stephen and his staff handled the transfer, cremation, and entire process with care and compassion. They treated Nadine as a member of our family, which she was. He even personally hand delivered her home to us so we could have her back for Easter. Thanks Stephen. You exceeded our expectations and are very good at what you do. We truly appreciate it.

Our dog died on Friday, and we took him there to get cremated. We paid extra to get a fur clipping and clay impression of one of his feet to remember him by.Got a text this morning that his ashes were ready for collection, and get there to find out they didn't do the fur or the clay impression.It was on the order form, and we paid for it, and it's certainly too late to fix now, so just be aware if you're thinking of going there.

Absolutely the most comforting experience. Sean and Justin were professional and caring when helping us let go of our Gander. They discussed with us each step of the process, were reassuring and were able to accommodate our needs. Our 24O lbs Mastiff was one of the biggest animals they had and there was some extra care needed. In addition, Justin was able to expedite a large enough urn and we took our old boy home with in three days! I can’t thank them enough.

Sean was extremely respectful and answered all my questions. He gave my family time to say our goodbyes to our beloved Maxwell. He talked about all the options we had and helped guide us to the best one for us. I will recommend them to all my friends if they ever need final arrangements for a furry loved one.

In July of 2019 I had spoken with Steven Purdy letting him know that Brady, my dog of 12 years had only a few months left. Once he explained what Pet Passages offered, I let him know that when the day came I would be calling him to take care of Brady.On April 15 I had to make the decision that we all dread. I was heartbroken of course, and still am. I spoke with Steven at 1:30 that day and told him that I would need his services at 4:30. What bothered me then and bothers me still is that I was told that since it was after 4:00 it was considered “after hours” and there would be an additional $75 fee!At that point of course I agreed and I still would but I felt it was insensitive and somewhat unprofessional on Steven’s part to inform me of the fee at that time...especially since I couldn’t get through a sentence without crying hysterically . I expected he would be more empathetic under the circumstances.I did email Stephen weeks later, letting him know my feelings and suggested that he put something on his website to let people know that any services provided after 4:00 is considered “after hours”and an additional $75 fee would be required.I do want to say that I am very happy with the way that Brady was treated and taken care of. I brought him home in less than 48 hours . The person that came that day was beyond kind and understanding . (I’m sorry not to remember his name.)I would definitely recommend Pet Passages to anyone who loses their best friend.

Are family cat passed away and we called pet passages to handle her remains they where very thoughtful and did clay paw prints and ink prints fur clippings and a beautiful urn at a affordable price thank you for your kindness 😊

As a senior dog rescuer, I've bid farewell to many dogs. Most recently, my beloved TJ Wiggles died in my arms while we were visiting friends in NH. Not being familiar with my options, I did an internet search and found these wonderful people, who treated both myself and my boy with respect and dignity. Not having a middle man (vet) gave me more comfort than words can say. I am so grateful for their kindness.

When our 13 year old Bassett Hound passed, I wasn't sure exactly what to do. I wasn't as prepared as I had hoped for the loss or for the particulars surrounding the loss. Quite accidentally, I came across Pet Passages in Lee, NH. I cannot express more, my appreciation and gratitude toward the Purdy family and staff. They took what was a devastating and confusing situation, and turned it into what it was supposed to be; a time to grieve and remember without being stressed by the process itself.If your pet is like mine, an important part of the family, and wish for that pet's passing to be handled as such, you can do no better than Pet Passages and the services and care they provide.
