My fluff boy BOWIE died tragically and suddenly. Which we believe was at the hands of neglectful vets office. We loved him so much and because we had that terrible experience with the vets office and feeling like no cared, we were beyond devastated. So unfortunately we had to bring him back to the vets office to get him cremated. We didn't know they changed centers. IM SO GLAD THEY DID!!!!! My husband did all work. He picked everything for me because I couldn't. Bowie came home in a beautiful gift bag. He came with his paw print which I wasn't expecting, and I loved and appreciated so much, came a blue satin bag. He had a certificate of cremation, nice touch very sweet. His aches are in protective plastic and a beautiful blue satin bag then his urn has his picture. Which came in a blue velvet bag. I cried so much. I loved all of this so much! I rested easy knowing that they cared about my boy! He was my fluff. I can't thank this place enough for giving me the closure I needed to be able to reest a bit easier knowing he was cared for!

Christina in the Newmarket, NH location is just WONDERFUL!! She's extremely kind and professional and she always ensures your final say goodbye viewing of your beloved fur baby is peaceful. She has always done an incredible job making my fur babies look absolutely beautiful. Tomorrow I am having a say goodbye viewing for my 4th (super senior) fur baby. I have sadly lost 3 fur babies within an 8 month timeframe. The final goodbye viewing really helps to set my healing into motion. That last time spent with them means the world to me. THANK YOU CHRISTINA & FINAL GIFT. ❤️🐾

I never got an email or phone call letting me know I could pick up my cat. I had to reach out almost a week after he was put down and they answered back saying yes he’s ready to be picked up. Why did this process take so long and no one reached out to let me know I could get him? Also I paid extra for the engraving that isn’t even on his urn, I have to put it on myself. And I guess from past experiences, this is my first urn that is sealed/nailed shut. I have a family pet grave plot for our animals that I spread some of their ashes at but I’m very upset that I’m not able to do it this time with him. I’m just very disappointed in this whole experience here.

After 14 years, I lost my baby girl Bailey almost a month ago. I didn't name her that. She was a rescue I got when her owner decided to be a POS & dropped her off to me at 2 1/2 years old. No questions asked, and I took her. Best decision ever. She was relatively pretty happy right away. It was meant to be. When I tell you, she was THE BEST DOG I am not lying. She was terrified of fireworks & thunder & hid under the blankets <79 lbs> as if she were a 5 lb puppy. She loved her boy and the other kids that would come over. Never once did she snap or even show her teeth 😳 I so miss her. So when her time came, I made sure to hold her through it & once she was gone, we sent her to you to take care of her. Thank You so much for the Urn and Paw Print mold. You have no idea how much that meant. To know she was well taken care of makes me very happy. I miss my Bailey girl so much. 😢

They were really kind and gentle about the whole process. The pawprint memorial and the card from the office saying sorry for your loss was really nice.

This company handled three cremations for me in the past and had always been kind and timely. Due to that, I had no hesitation in using them for a recent passing.This time around, it was two full weeks from the time they received my Lulu before ashes were returned. Eighteen days had passed from the time she had passed. I had been given three dates they would arrive. When I called to confirm delivery for the second date, I spoke with a man who stated that her ashes had been placed on their delivery truck at 7:26 that morning and would be delivered that day. The same day, they told the vet office delivery would be on Tuesday. After I called the vet to confirm why a ride from Newmarket to Rochester would take 3 business days, a woman from Final Gift called and told me not to call my vet again and Lulu's ashes will "be there when they get there."Having received ashes for three previous pets within 4 days, I can only assume after this length of time that they lost her at some point and will now forever question if what I've received are truly Lulu's ashes.The lack of professionalism, blatant lies and complete lack of empathy contributed to making an already devastating time far more traumatic by destroying the grieving process in the most callous manner.

I sadly had to have my cat Boots cremated. I opted to pick him up myself (they ship too though and I’ve heard their shipping is reliable). The office is beautiful inside and the staff is very kind.In addition to the urn I was given a cast/imprint of his paw print inside of a sturdy leather book, a card, and some perennials to plant in memory of him.Overall a great experience for me. They definitely made one of the hardest times in my life a little less hard with these simple things and I am grateful for that.I have also attached a photo of my sweet Bootie Boy.

The loss of our beloved boy Austin came way too early in his life at the age of 4. We lost him Saturday morning to a seizure and our world was turned upside down at 6am. We chose cremation not really knowing what we'd get when we picked him up. We picked him up from your facility 5 days after he left us and you were right there to open up your door and let us in to pick him up. Thank you so much for not only the beautiful urn, but the foot print in the bag. If you knew anything about Austin, it's that he tossed those "peetz" around like it was his job. They were our favorite part about him. Thank you again for such a beautiful memory.

I loath to write a review because I shouldn't know about this place, but they are amazing. I left a message the day they picked my dog up and not even 3 minutes later they called me back and had no issues adding some last minute additions. Zoey came back in 4 days (on her birthday to boot) and they gave us a bunch of items and references for grieving. I haven't been able to say "thank you" yet because I still cry when I think about her, but to this company; thank you for what you do. You made that event a little less painful to deal with and I will remember that.

Highly recommended! This is a wonderful family run business in NewMarket, NH treats your beloved animal with respect and compassion. They called me promptly regarding my Sammy Girl, and she came home to me in a beautiful engraved cherry box. During a difficult time, I was so relieved to know they took wonderful care of her until she made her last ride home with me.

My Benny was cremated privately at this crematorium and they were very respectful. He will be remembered and honored the rest of my days in the beautiful urn and they also gave me a foot print in clay. They were efficient, had many different options and were helpful over the phone.

7/28/2021 @ 4:32P - UPDATEI received a call from Christina from Final Gift and while they couldn't ship Mollie in the urn I wanted (she had already shipped) this call was a MUCH more sympathetic/empathetic response to the situation and have accommodated my desire for a more personalized memorialization for Mollie. Huge shout out for the grace and compassion shown by Christina in making this a far better experience than I had initially received – Thank You!!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Having lost our beloved Mollie unexpectedly on Saturday 7/24/2021 we paid for aftercare cremation services through the local emergency vet clinic who did/could not provide us a lot of detail on what to expect in terms of urns and ability to personalize Mollie's remains. I reached out via the website to request someone contact me to get additional details on what to expect, timing, ability to personalize etc.. Today (7/28/2021) I received a notification NOT from Final Gift but from UPS to state the Mollie's remains were being prepared/readied for shipment. I am heartbroken, the choice of the urn was decided for us (blue metal) and NO Personalization which means that I will now have an urn that doesn't fit with how we wanted Mollie memorialized - this isn’t a final gift, it's a final nightmare

I caint thank Christina enough for how kind and nice she was through a very hard time i had to face the day that i lost my tora girl and it was a dark time for me and my parents and the urn i got back was beautiful i am glad she is back home with us

This is a very badd company they do not care about your pets they are not a family based company is a Canadian based company You can fact check it And you are being over priced And chances are you probably get maybe 70% of your pet back And I know this because I am dating an Employee there's no confusion and I don't want to hear your lies I know she truth but thanks for reaching out
