After picking up Skipper’s ashes from the vet the other day, I was hesitant to look inside the bag.Yesterday, I decided to take out the small white cardboard box inside, which I assumed contained Skipper’s ashes. What I found overwhelmed me with deep emotion.Inside the white cardboard box, wasn’t the plastic bag of Skipper’s ashes I expected to find, but a beautiful small wooden box bearing a gold nameplate with Skipper’s name. There were still items inside the bag that had been under the cardboard box. One was a touching card and under that, another small, flat wood box inside a cardboard sleeve.I opened the small flat box and there were imprints of Skipper’s feet and a clipping of his fur. I broke out in tears. We were so overwhelmed on the day Skipper passed we didn’t think to take a clipping of his fur, and we were depressed about it.Skipper had a white spot of fur at the top of his back/bottom of his neck that was almost a perfect heart shape. While it’s not evident in the photo, the clipping the crematory provided was of the heart.I’m unable to fully express how appreciative and impressed I am with the care and service they provided. It means the world to us.

I would like to rate 10 stars if I could . My pet died on Sunday and by Friday he was delivered back home in a beautiful elegant engraved box with his ashes and a paw print. A beautiful card . They were wonderful.

I used them initially back in April and I was very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, the first time I had to use them, my dog unexpectedly passed in my home and they came and picked him up, and I retrieved the ashes, with no incident, and the box and plaque was lovely. My other dog had to be put down and I use their services through Willingboro vet. Typically, when you go through the vets office, they send the ashes back to them, but because I have jewelry made using my dogs ashes, I communicated to both the vet and James that I would be picking up the ashes in person. I called earlier this week to confirm with Theresa that I would be there today to pick them up and when I arrived this morning, she was incredibly rude. She was short and dismissive and claimed she did not recall our conversation which was literally 48 hours ago and then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t just hand me over the ashes that she needed to call the vet first because it wasn’t typical protocol for the owners to come pick up the ashes. Again, I can’t reiterate how incredibly rude she was! Not only should you be approachable and friendly when you’re the face of a business and greeting people when they walk through your door, but you’re the owner of the establishment and you’re dealing with grieving customers who just lost their loved ones. I am completely put off to this business by the rudeness of Theresa. It was wild!

This company has superb services, we just recently lost our precious fur baby 10 year old Cheldon, my dog was an amazing family members and my kids were so heartbroken. I had no idea on what to do in this kind of situation when your dog suddenly pass. Do I call the vet? 911? I definitely didn't want to leave him overnight like this. My Vet was closed, so I Google search and I called Paws To Heaven and Keith made this process so easy while we are grieving. The services provided, pick up, pet delivery to the crematory and delivered the ashes in a lovely box with his name on it. After two days my kids came to acceptance of the situation and was thrilled to have him back home.

My bunny passed away 2 am and I sent a message to Paws To Heaven. Keith replied and called me back within 5 minutes. He came shortly after the call. He showed so much sympathy and kindness. Highly recommend this place!

Keith did a tremendous job with an amazing turn around so that I could begin the next chapter after losing my 13 year old Beagle Benny. He was the only pet I’ve ever had and I always knew this day would come but knowing Keith was there to handle everything and provide an amazing tribute to my buddy made things so much easier. Would highly recommend to anyone during the most difficult times.

Brought my GSD here to get cremated after he got hit by a car the lady at the desk was amazing but the man was extremely insensitive we walked thru the front door with our boy in a army tote when asked why we came thru the front door then proceeds to say this is stupid right in front of my 3 year old daughter who’s grieving our dog just as hard I had to walk out and let my husband handle it as she’s crying even harder asking why he called Koda stupid who responds this way to someone losing their pet. It was very disrespectful to say or act like this around a client. Other than that it’s been a decent experience, got my ink pad print. And my boys ashes back in decent shape.

A few years ago I had a house fire. I lost 4 of my pets. All I got was a box with my dogs ashes and one with my 2 cats. No paw prints nothing. You would think after a tragedy people would care. This is me coming back to the people that didn't support my loss or even care.

Update 12/9: the owner reached out and investigated to see what happened. I definitely appreciate the follow up and investigation - found there was miscommunication combined with the dreaded spam folder. While nothing can be undone, I truly hope these issues brought to light some solutions and I am confident that they will make sure this doesn't happen again to another client. Thank you Paws to Heaven for taking these concerns seriously.------------------------------------I am really disappointed in this business. Thanksgiving weekend I lost my sidekick and fluff unexpectedly. I was in completed shock, but was told that the only decision I needed to make was 'do I want the ashes back' (of course I said yes) and that Paws to Heaven would be reaching out to me before the cremation, which would occur after the autopsy was complete. I wanted to talk to Paws about getting her pawprints, because I've been wanting to get a tattoo of her prints, but hadn't done the ink prints because I thought I had more time with her...By middle of last week (around Dec 1st), I still hadn't heard anything from them. I tried calling, and then sent an email through their "contact us" link to ask if it wasn't too late to get her paw prints done.Today (Dec 8, 2021), I received her ashes in the mail. No pawprints. No communication. Date of cremation noted as Dec 3, 2021.I am hurt, sad, angry, and frustrated. I will never have another chance to get her prints, and the lack of communication with them is completely unacceptable. I still haven't heard anything from them.Grieving pet parents - beware.

Last week while we were away on vacation and my son was dog sitting, unfortunately our beagle Molly passed away. He had the terrible job of calling us and telling us the sad news. He called Molly’s vet to see what they could do to help him but they were closed. He then searched the Internet for a place that would come pick her up and cremate her for us. He found Paws to Heaven and we’re glad he did. They came within an hour to get Molly and they were so nice to my son who was dealing with a lot. They said we would have her ashes within a few days, and true to their word they personally delivered Molly’s ashes in a very nice box. It was so hard dealing with the fact that when we left she was alive and we came home to her ashes, but Paws to Heaven made this awful time a little bit easier. I would highly recommend them!!

On July 26th our furbaby Dagger passed suddenly and unexpected. My 13yr old was devastated as it was his best friend. I knew I had to do something special for him, so I turned to Google at 9am on a Sunday Morning. I stumbled upon this page and called Keith who was so very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, came to my home within 1 hour to pick up our beloved Dagger. He was just so sweet and caring, called as soon as he arrived back at his location and let me know he would have him back to me by Tuesday evening! I was completely shocked that it would be so quick. When I tell you that Keith was nothing short of amazing, I mean it! Keith made this sad situation a seamless process for us. Not to mention, the quality of the keepsakes. I would absolutely, without question recommend Paws To Heaven to anyone in need of their services! Thank you so much for all that you have done for us!

Keith was very kind and patient. I would say went above and beyond to make us and our pet feel cared for during this very hard time. I didn’t realize that the ashes did not come in an urne which I initially thought but that’s probably a misunderstanding on my part. Amazing an caring person who took care of our baby. Thank you 🙏🏻

The Garcia Family will be forever grateful to Paws to Heaven, especially Keith who was very sympathetic and understanding of our needs. Losing a pet is losing a member of our family. Sage was our American Bully and had the same birthday as my son Liam. He came to us two weeks after he was born August 10, 2022 and lived a year, one month and few days before he grew wings and abruptly left us. We called and with no hesitation Keith came and picked up our Sage to be cremated and brought him right back to us. Financially, Keith worked with us and a gentleman donated to help us as well. It was a hard time but Keith made it a very easy transition. Thank you Paws to Heaven for sending us Keith. It was an honor and privilege to have him help our family. 5 stars isn't enough and you all deserve so much more! God bless you all and thank you again!THE GARCIA FAMILY

Keith was truly amazing. I made so many phone calls to find this service but no one treated me and my mom with empathy during such a hard time. Keith followed up frequently and kept us in the loop with everything going on with our fur baby. His words during this time made this unexpected passing of our baby just a tad bit better. Everything was beautiful and brought to us sooner than expected. Thank you Keith truly. You have met your calling.

Keith did a really great job considering the circumstances. Came at 8am Christmas morning. Very communicative and extremely empathic throughout the entire experience. Arrival time updates , procedural times, and return time updates. He picked up our pet and brought her back. Highly recommend.

Dont do it.! I had a bad experience a few years ago with this business and still at times thinking about it how they treated me. The man who was the owner was rude and unprofessional when I brought my dead dog in. The woman at the front was giving me wrong inf. Or wasn't sure about something i had asked so eventually I was frustrated. It was when a man , later identified as the owner stormed out and got cocky with me. I recalled we argured which was uncalled for on his bahalf since i was upset about my pet being passed away. They are not compassionate and only care about $.

Our little dog Hope came back to us today, I type this with tears streaming down my face. We cannot thank you enough for the beautiful wooden box with her name on it, and the little jar that contains her beautiful hair. We will cherish this forever. The card inside about the rainbow 🌈 bridge is beautiful, thank you for making the hardest of times a little brighter.

Thank you Paws to Heaven for the respectful treatment of my boy Dodge. I didn't expect such a beautiful box for his ashes, and I'm grateful to have him back home with me. You can tell these people truly care about pets ❤️

Called Keith late (midnight) on a Friday. I met up with him in about 30 minutes or so and gave him my cat that had passed. He was kind, friendly and understanding. The following Tuesday I had my little dude back in a nice box with a paw print to go with it.Everything I hoped for and needed. Thank you Keith.

My cat passed away recently. I found out that my vet Oneal Animal Hospital works with Paws to Heaven for cremations. I got my cat cremated and selected the shadow box feature where they put the ashes in a wool bag of some sorts in a nice wooden box with your animal name's engraved in it. They also give you a cray paw print with a frame and a beautiful letter. The price was very reasonable as well compared to other companies.. I specifically asked for a inked paw print because I wanted to do a tattoo of his paw print, and they did it for me, so I am very happy with the entire process and customer service. They did a beautiful job and helped me with the grieving process of losing a pet.

Got my Gizmo back today thank you so much for all the love and care you gave him. His box is beautiful I miss him so much but he’s back home. The shadow box is beautiful as well

I can't express my gratitude for such an excellent experience during the roughest time. The Cemetery owner Keith who works with this crematory was an angel for us and our cat Kitty, and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders that I didn't even realize was there until it left. This help will never be forgotten 💖

I contacted this place at 9:28 this morning to inquire about cremation services for our horse we had to put down last night. The guy I spoke to on the phone stated that they closed to public at 11:30 or 12 today, however he said " I will be here all day". We arrived with our deceased horse in tow at 1:46pm to shuttered doors, no note, and all of our phone calls went unanswered. Luckily the company that we hired to transport our horse offered to take her remains home for safe keeping until other arrangements could be made or we would have been stranded in your parking lot with a dead horse. Than they had the audacity to call my girlfriend back at 5:44pm trying to convince her that the conversation never took place with me and that we were supposed to call them back and never did. There is call history now a days as well as speaker phone that disprove his gaslighting attempt, there was 3 people present for the phone call. I understand mistakes happen and emergencies come up but if you know you have people coming with a dead 1,400 pound animal and have to leave prior to their arrival you should at least answer their phone calls or apologize and not gaslight them when you call them back. I can not speak for their level of services but if this is how they interact with potential customers I would not entrust a beloved animal to their care.

Keith is amazing . My baby malano passed away Thursday . Keith has been amazing with helping my family in this time . Constant communication. meet up from the vet was easy . Keith came out in a snow storm to delivery my baby back to my family after only one day. The price you cant beat, it's the cheapest I founded looking around for 2 weeks . I'm so grateful for them in the hardest time thank you !

What can I say from start to finish Keith and Paw 🐾 heaven have been both more than spectacular. I called Keith in pain and dispare. My Daisy 10 yr old calico cat passed away and I was in utter disbelief and sadness. He calmed me down and was at my place with 45 minutes. He then collected Daisy and took her straight to Paw Heaven where they did an amazing job with her ashes and was able to even get her paw print in clay. I received her within 48 hours. Again I could not have gotten through this without Keith’s help and guidance he was nothing more than a blessing during this trying time.

When our beloved dog Leelu Dallas passed away at home, my family was stuck in grief and unsure what to do. Keith went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to feel any more pain than we already were. He displayed professionalism and empathy during the entire process. Displaying those 2 qualities at the same time is rare and feels like a big hug during such a difficult time.Leelu was picked up and brought back home in 2 days and now we are able to move forward with our grief knowing our silly girl is back home.

The staff at Paws to Heaven is caring and kind. My pet's cremains we delivered to my house in a beautiful box with a certificate. Thank you for taking care of my baby. It was a relief to have the his cremains delivered to my house, going back to the animal hospital that soon would've been too painful. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

My beloved pet Kenji left the world to move onto a better form suddenly. It was a tragic event that hurt me very much and my family. I want to thank you Keith for driving to our house to pick Kenji up after his passing. We were worried that it might be a high cost to get him cremated. Luckily we found Paws To Heaven Pet Crematory. The service was great. Keith was there on the same day and delivery Kenji ashes back in a very quick manner, within a couples day. I was very relieved after seeing Kenji again. Even he is not physically here. His memory will live on with us forever.

So thankful how quickly my soul dogs ashes came back BUT very disappointed in her paw print… someones thumb imprinted over her one digit and finger nail indents on the next digit over… ( as If someone messed up and used their thumb to make more of a digit indent ) very inappropriate as the paw print should’ve been remade and gross to see someone else nails indented into it?? Extremely upsetting seeing how this was my last holdable memory.

When I say I am in tears. My baby passed on Sunday and I was called to come get her ashes today. I knew I would be emotional because she’s been apart of my family since I was 15 years old, but when I opened that box and saw this beautiful red wood box with a name plate that read “Chocolate” I cried. It was so beautiful. It literally broke me. The certificate of cremation and The Rainbow Bridge, really are beautiful touches. I’m still teary eyes. If I could post pictures I would. (Service through Philadelphia Animal Hospital)Beautiful job, well done and Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good about Paws to Heaven. The level of compassion and professionalism they showed me and my horse that passed away was second to none. They were able to accommodate my needs the same day and at a good price. Their driver came to our farm to pick up my horse for cremation and the driver even took the extra effort to make sure my horse, Whiskey's, face did not touch the ground, which meant the world to me. His ashes were delivered back to me in a beautiful wooden urn with his name inscribed on a very nice brass plaque. If you have a loved pet that has passed, and you want to have him / her cremated, Paws to Heaven is the best in the business. Our remaining horses will only go to Paws to Heaven when their time comes.

Kate Hollis
Our vet sent our dog here for cremation. We were expecting a sealed bag in a cardboard box to come back. Instead we received a beautiful box with her name inscribed on it and a beautifully written card and certificate. This is above and beyond what we expected and truly appreciate the thought and compassion for the loss of our beloved pet. Thank you!

Thank you guys so much for making the passing of my sister family pet rabbit special. When I first called on a Sunday they answered the phone and was very kind. A guy came to my home within an hour to pick up my sister rabbit that had passed. We received the ashes back in two days. My sister rabbit meant the world to our whole family and we are all amazed with the service we received. We truly appreciate it, Thank you so much.

I have a wooden box of ashes from a different crematory that I had done years ago, but it's not as nice as the one I recieved from Paws to Heaven. The box I recieved from this specific crematory is beyond impressive. I cremated two of my pet rats here and both times I had great experiences. The office is really clean and quiet. The two people that I spoke to were always nice and compassionate. I live in Bensalem, so I called Paws to Heaven before driving to their place of business so I could ask a few questions. The phone conversation was sincere and all the information was given openly. Pricing is consistent. Questions are answered with a lot of kindness. I can't boast enough about this place honestly, I will be recommending this location to anyone I know or meet who needs this service done. I really appreciate the great service I received. It is hard leaving your recently deceased and beloved pet in someone else's hands, but you do not have to worry when you go here. Everything is handled with quality and a lot of care. Thank you Paws to Heaven in NJ!

My beloved cat, Sasha, passed at home. She took a nap and never awoke. I called Paws to Heaven at 8pm on Tuedsay, sobbing, and the woman who answered relayed her condolences in a very nice way. She also informed me of her hours and that they only accepted cash. I dropped my cat off the next morning and this morning we were able to collect her remains. They were given to us in a nice wooden box with her name engraved on it. I never wanted to have to go through the pain of losing my fur baby, but Paws to Heaven made it a little easier knowing I could keep her with me for as long as I live. Thank you Paws to Heaven for your help during this painful time.

Paid $100 for my guinea pig who was sadly put to sleep this week. Most places quoted me $200+ plus an urn so I went here because money is short right now. I can say you pay for the service and not the compassion/conversation while you’re there. 2 hours after putting my baby to sleep, I was a crying mess and I was greeted with a cold conversation, which included nothing more than “his name?” And “That’ll be $100.” I received a wooden box with a personalized plaque with his name, which was nice. I could’ve done without the mass-produced pet eulogy card that was folded in half, crumpled under the urn in the cardboard box I recieved. If you’re looking to just get the job done, I’d recommend them. If you’re looking for someone who will act kindly to you in a time of distress, I wouldn’t recommend.ETA we requested paw prints for a tattoo and never received them.

We were heartbroken when our dog of 13 1/2 years passed away. We called and made an appointment for 10:00 AM private cremation. The man who escorted us back to the room was kind and understanding of our grief. He showed us the room and asked us if we needed a few more minutes alone. He then directed us to a nice waiting room that was clean and neat. The included mahogany box was nice and had our dogs name engraved on a metal plate. Going there actually gave some closure to a stressful situation.

I got my pet's ashes today and I was really sad but also happy that I was able to get something to remember my Piko in a very special way. The box was personalized with my pet's name and they even made a clay paw print to remember him by, which made me cry even more by the way. But thank you for providing the service and making this sad moment for me much easier by memorializing him in such a nice way. What I really love the most was the paw print in clay. That was a pleasant surprise because I meant to have it done before he passed but I didnt know our days were so numbered by then, thank you from the bottom of my heart for adding that special part and allowing me to accept that he is gone, but also remembering the fond memories we shared.

I had my 13 year old poodle put down for being very sick and had him cremated by paws to heaven. His remains came 8 days later in a beautiful mahogany box with his name engraved in a gold plate. Along with the box came a beautiful rainbow bridge story. Although I am devastated, I appreciate the beautiful gesture.

Thank you to Keith for his compassionate care . Keith was so compassionate, he came quickly to pick up my precious girl. Thank you Keith for your professional care.

This facility went above and beyond our expectations in conjunction with the Animal Welfare Association when we said goodbye to our dog. The beautiful home for our girl's remains was more than we imagined. Thanks for making such a difficult time a little easier.

Amy Lookingbill

The locals vets use this service and reviews were goodHad to put my dog down for the first time . We brought our dog there ,as we wanted to give her dignity , not sure if the owner was having a bad day but his bedside manner was cold and abrupt . We said we wanted her creamated with her sweater and my son shirt and to throw the blanket out as it was given by the vet and it did not mean anything to us . When we returned the clothes were in a bag and when we asked about it he said you said to use the blanket . There was four of us there and we know what was said . He is cold and insensitive . Not sure what we are going to do when our cat passes as they are the only place around and I guess when you don’t have choices you are entitled to an attitude.

When I opened the outer box I was surprised to find a beautiful mahogany type box with a lock & 2 keys and the name of our dog engraved on the top. A wonderful little memorial that was received in a timely manner.

We used thier services about 6 years ago, very nice. Our 2nd dog died, checked thier website, they do pickups, waited for them to open, only to be told they aren't doing pick ups due to Covid. Totally understandable, but wish thier website stated that, as I'd have asked a family member to stay home and help transport the body, now I'm scrambling for help.

Professional....Patient......and most of all caring. These folks are a class above!

Our Beloved Teddy Bear (family cat) passed away and our family was just absolutely devastated, He was a part of the family, did things with us and all. We contacted Keith, a gentle kind soul and he was very understanding from beginning to end! Thank you for everything! R.I.P Teddy Bear 🧸
