Our cat passed away over the weekend. I had called on a Sunday hoping to leave a message and was surprised to received a call back on the same day. They were able to take our Brody that day. We are so very thankful and greatly appreciate their compassion.

Shelly and Ralph are such kind and compassionate human beings. They themselves are animal lovers and understand the gravity of loss that comes with losing a pet. They take the utmost care in their work and deliver a beautiful final product that cherishes and honors the memory of your four legged friend.

Shelly and her family are truly wonderful people. When our lab unexpectedly passed, Shelly showed so much compassion and kindness while guiding us through the next steps. We received our pup’s ashes back in a few days (hand delivered by her son in Carlsbad) in a beautiful wooden box along with his paw print. Shelly’s compassion towards animals and their grieving owners will not be forgotten.

Wonderful people. We have had 3 of our fur babies cremated through them and each time they show amazing kindness during those difficult times. Recently, my fur baby died suddenly at 4 and they came to our house to pick her up. They showed a lot of respect as I was having a hard time saying goodbye to her. If you want someone that shows kindness and compassion about losing your pet, go to treasured friends.Thank you again. I got my baby back today and it was beautiful to see her paw print again

When my dog Shadow Berry (my husband let out 6/7 year old kids choose the name) died suddenly, they were in my neighborhood so they came and picked her up. So, so compassionate.They have earned my business and this review.Thank you.

To Ralp and your family thank you for helping us during this difficult time, you are true angels on earth. Thank you for your compassion and treating us and our Stormi girl with love and respect. If anyone finds themselves in a situation where you need their services please go see them you will not be disappointed. They are wonderful people who are there to help in these different situations. Now because of you guys our Stormi girl is coming home where she belongs with us and she was in great hands while she was away I could write a novel on how we have been at peace knowing you guys treated and cared for her like she was your own so for that we are forever grateful God Bless you for all that you do

Shelly and her dad showed us such kindness and compassion when we lost our beautiful Maggie May. You couldn't leave your own beloved pet in more caring hands. At such a difficult time, it's so reassuring to know that the pet you loved so much will be treated with care and respect.

These wonderful people made a difficult time much easier for me. Ralph came to my house right away and brought my beloved Sylvester back in a short 3 days. The lady I was helped by was the most sweetest lady, I was so sad and crying and had no idea what I was doing and she helped me out and talked me through everything she could help me with, she had so much to do and still made time for me to bring my baby bagheera to her I am so grateful for the lady at Treasured friends crematory and they are not overpriced very affordable thank you so much

I cannot say how greatful we are to Treasured Friends. We lost our fur baby Zoey at the end of June and they came and picked her up for cremation. It only took a few days and they called to say she was ready to come back home. My husband and I have fallen on some very hard times and we could not afford to get her. Ralph who is an angel said for me to come get her and bring her back where she belongs. I can never Express how their kindness has touched our hearts. If you are ever in need of animal cremation they are the ones to call. They truly understand how important our fur babies are to their families. God Bless you Ralph and thank you for taking such good care of Zoey.

Friday night a friend's beloved kitty of 20 years passed. We called the number, fully expecting to have to put kitty in the freezer until Monday. No, they came over at 9:15 pm to our friend's home, very lovingly picked her up and carried her. They will bring her home Tuesday. Very reasonable price. Very loving care.

Really sad that she's passed on,she's handled 3 of our boys....best service and understanding. .you don't find that in business this days..or in people...hope her sons or family carry on the business those are gonna be big shoes to fill..my thoughts ,prayers go to family and friends..and I'll always recommend treasured friends to everyone that looks at they're pets as family
