Tracy walked me through the entire process when I decided to send some of my mom’s ashes in to be made into a diamond. I was so pleased with the result, I ended up sending more for earrings. I know, without a doubt, my mother would be so pleased to have been incorporated into stunning jewelry that will continue to travel the world with her family.

I'll start off by saying Ginger was my heart dog. I was only given a short amount of time with her when she succumbed to cancer. I rescued her after she was saved from a dog fighting ring. To loose her so soon when I thought I'd have so many years with her broke my heart. That's when I started thinking about how I wanted to memorialize her. I had seen an advertisement for creating a memorial diamond from her ashes and that's when the idea was planted in my head. I researched several places and settled on Lonite after reading reviews looking at the diamond options and cuttings, and looking at settings. Tracey made this whole process much easier. I was a worry wort and contacted her many times and she was very patient with me with all my questions and concerns. I was also able to get updates and see the progress on their website. The final result was beyond my expectations and I was beyond thrilled at how beautiful the ring was. I also liked the unique setting I picked...unique like Ginger was. I may not have had much time with her on earth but she's always with me and i think of her every time I wear this ring. And for that I have Lonite and Tracey to thank for this. You will not be disappointed with their service or product. And the cherry on top? I was able to get her remaining ashes sent back to me for which I was very thankful. I will use them in the future (though I hope it's many, MANY years from now) for my current dog. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tracey and Lonite!

Lonité having a local office here in Buffalo where we could go and ask questions was extremely helpful. I'd done research on multiple companies that do memorial diamonds, but that possibility for an in-person meeting made the difference. Tracy H is very knowledgeable and patient, and answered our questions so we could make an informed decision. This is not a fast process; our 1 carat diamond took about 18 months from start to finish. But it's so gorgeous it was every bit worth the wait. (Truly, even the picture can't do this beautiful stone justice.)

I lost my dog last year who has been with me for a long time. Then, I came across Lonite online.To be honest I wasn't expecting much from a product with such a long lead time at first, but the idea of turning ashes into diamonds got to me and I decided to have a small diamond made from part of my dog's ashes and my hair. customer service, Tracy, really put me at ease and would patiently answer my questions and give me timely feedback. ❤️My dog is now here for me in a different way.

Tracy Highway "held my hand" from start to finish with the process of creating a diamond from my dear husband's ashes. I never felt judged for ANY question I had through the year long process and Tracy responded quickly and with kindness and compassion. Upon receiving the ring, I was totally impressed with the presentation, the documentation, and the quality. I would highly recommend LONITE.

I cannot thank Lonite enough for such a beautiful keepsake from my son. I will admit I was extremely nervous about sending my ashes off to a company I had never heard of for a process I had never heard about. I was pleasantly surprised with every email and tracking update. Lonite is amazing and went above and beyond to create the perfect diamond for me. I was very pleased with my service from lonite .My customer service people were fantastic answered any questions. A big thank you to Roxy!!Yes the making of the diamonds took longer but I was able to go onto web site and track my diamonds so that helped.Being in a different country had me worried when it was delivery time but all went smoothly.I have recommended them to others.My diamonds are beautiful and were very respectfully presented.

After waiting for 18 months, I received my memorial diamond in honor of my mom but, the ring was engraved with the incorrect birthday of my mom and they engraved the wrong style of ring band. How does this happen? I have countless emails with Tracy where she confirmed my order and my mom's birthday. This should not happen and is such a testament to their unprofessionalism. I still have not been contacted by the company about this issue so I know they don't care about how they treat their customers. I would take my mom's ashes elsewhere if I could do this again. I will not recommend Lonité to any friends or family. This whole experience has been devastating to me and my family.Updated:It's August 12, 2022 and I still haven't received my ring after three months of revisions. Five days ago I emailed for an update and that email has gone unanswered and unacknowledged. I don't wish anyone have to deal with this company.

According to the original timeline, the project should have been completed within 12 months. However, it has been more than 14 months since the project began, and I have yet to receive the final deliverable. The customer service provided by the company has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have contacted their representatives multiple times, but they have been unhelpful and unresponsive. The representatives have been blaming different departments for the delay, and there has been a lack of transparency in their communication.

They have terrible customer service. I've been trying for months to get someone to get someone on the phone to explain the process to me and answer some questions. They never pick up the phone during business hours. Someone named Tracy told me they had "phone problems" then just ghosted me. I wouldn't trust giving them my loved ones ashes.
