Matt was amazing. Opened up on a Sunday. Very helpful and caring.gave us time to say our final goodbyes to our beloved Zoey who passed away this morning. This was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do and Matt was there and showed all the compassion in the world. God bless this man.

I reached out to Matt at My Pet My Friend Crematorium after my sister's dog passed away to inquire about their services. He informed me that the cremation fee was $400, with an additional $100 for pickup, which he accepted in cash. When I called back to ask if they accepted checks, he clarified that only cash and cards were accepted. However, once I confirmed that I would pay by card, his tone changed, and he became dismissive, abruptly stating that he was closing after handling six dogs and then hung up. I suspect that if I hadn’t mentioned using a credit card and had opted to pay in cash instead, he would have remained available. I first called him at 4:54 PM and then again at 4:58 PM, even though their website indicated they closed at 6 PM. Matt was quite rude and insensitive, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Fortunately, we found Guardian Veterinary Emergency, who were very compassionate and supportive during this difficult time for my sister. Rest In Peace Corona King

Just tried calling, he was abrupt, told me he couldn’t help me and hung up. How can anyone recommend this place as being amazing and friendly is a huge mistake. I just lost my cat, I’m heart broken and they’re careless & cold. I would not recommend such a place.Response: I don’t know who the hell it is you’re thinking of, that couldn’t afford the cost as I had never called you before this morning, my cat just passed away in my arms 3:30 this morning. You did not talk to me as I am a woman, not a man. So it’s on *YOU* sir for how you answered me when I called. You didn’t even give me a chance.

I really recommend this place! The owner was so nice and was able to cremate my cat the same day I called. He was even willing to stay open a little longer. The next day I wanted to pick up the ashes and even though he wasn’t there he left the ashes for me to pick it up. I really appreciate it!

This place is amazing. The owner is such a kind, compassionate human being. My very large dog ran away. After weeks of searching for him, he was found dead and not In the best condition. Matt quickly came out and helped me and even transported my dog’s body. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. This place is so professional. My family is really grateful for his kindness and service.

It is already a very difficult thing to do, but if you can have a place show compassion and understanding of your loss it makes it a bit more bearable. My Pet My Friend Crematorium did just that. They made the hardest part of saying goodbye a little easier.

Just want to say thanks to Matt, the owner Pet Cremation for going out of his way to open on a Sunday evening for my family after my dog Chubby died suddenly that day! Very compassionaite and professional and had mydogs ashes back the very next night! So glad there is a place like this!

When our beloved Rhodesian ridgeback "Diesel" of 11.5 years passed away I contacted Matt to handle his cremation. Matt was prompt to respond with answers and made appointment for the same day. He offered his sympathy and assured me that my pet would received a private service which was important to me. This was an extremely tough loss for my family and Matt made it a little bit easier due to to his care and compassion for my pet and situation. He provided an Urn with Diesel's remains early the next day for a fair price. I would recommend Matt to anyone in our situation. God bless.

I highly recommend this business. The owner met me with my beloved pet within 45 minutes of calling him. The whole process was complete in 10 hours . I was able to have my pet”s ashes with me that very night. I had them put in a beautiful pink heart. The owner also gave me a necklace with a heart that had her ashes in it. It was such a thoughtful thing for him to do. Having her ashes so close to me has helped me with my grieving process.

Wonderful place. Our beloved Bella passed away completely unexpectedly in my girls arms. They didn't want her cremated at the vet because they do several animals at a time and you can't be certain you are getting your pet back. I called and Matt was so comforting and accommodating. My bearded dragon recently passed and he was a great pet to have. I was gonna bury him until I found out about My Pet My Friend. He offered great compassion and general sympathy. He explained the process and other great information. Love that he talks you through the process, let’s you see your fur buddy or in my case my scaly friend before cremation. They do have some very nice urns and ones that you can wear as a chain or necklace, if you don’t have your own urn or carrying case for your pet. Couldn’t be happier or comfortable with my experience at My Pet My Friend. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved coming over here. The place was calm and welcoming. I brought my first pet here, and while it was heartbreaking to lose her, the owner was kind and understanding towards me. He even offered me the best urns he had just for my princess. I even called him and thanked him for his service! I will always be thankful to him for doing this for me. Thank you so much, sir!

Matt is very caring and a wonderful person. My dog suddenly passed away on Sunday and he was able to put her to rest that same day. I picked up the custom made urn the following day. Very compassionate and highly recommended.

This place is amazing! The owner is the most compassionate man and he has a beautiful soul. I didn’t want to drop my little guy off at the vet to be sent out for cremation because you never know if you are actually going to get your dogs ashes back or if they will be mixed in with other animals. I felt very confident and comfortable taking my baby here because it is privately owned and the owner is very caring and keeps everything organized and separated. I am so happy that I found this place and I highly recommend it.

Matt is an amazing individual. I called before he was opened today and set up for my dog Dakota to be cremated. He not only told me he could do it right away. I was able to pick her up the same night. He made a tough day easier to deal with it. Thank you again Matt.

I am very sad, my hamster died, I spoke to the owner of my pet, my friend, and he gave me an appointment at 1 in the afternoon, I arrived and it was closed, I call 4 times and he sent me to voicemail, the saddest thing is that I can't find another place because it's Saturday, the owner would have told me that I couldn't do it and so look for another place, I really wanted my hamster to be with me, all the time...Noo, you said 1 in the afternoon, if I was wrong why didn't you call me or return my calls?Another thing, I'm not a woman.

The nicest guy,was very sympathetic and knowledgeable. He treated me as a friend and was very personable and kind to my wants for my pet.He got me paw prints,and did a quick cremation. After calling 2 other crematoriums and being told can't do the service for 3 days and the other 1 week Matt answered the call and cremated my dog same day it was a pleasure meeting with him he is a very friendly, honest animal loving man. Thank you Matt! God bless you!

The guy was very nice, and considerate of my family and their needs, I had to cremate my dog, it was our first cremation. He did a great job gt the ashes back the same day. He is legit, and does single cremations, and for way cheaper than what it costs from a vet or other places for group cremations.

Do not even call this guy all tho he gave me a fair price I asked him if I can sit there while it’s being done and he told me it’s a waste of my time when my pet bird Romeo was my life and kept me going everyday and never left my side and the guy had the nerves to say it’s a was of my time.
