The bond between a pet and a human is a sacred one, and when a pet is gone, a part of us goes with them.Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole.Everyone is taught that angels have wings, but the lucky ones of us find they have four paws. I had a little Guinea pig Sir Oreo he was my companion and i felt it was suitable for me to do a cremation for him an All City pet Cremation help me do right for my lil buddy.They got back to me within 5 days so i could pick up my pet they do a variety of other animals and the Urn they have range from 90 to 200 i believe but they were very helpful. I would like to Thank All City Pet Cremation.Good place to get you beloved pet Creamted if you want that Option. And they also include the Box for your pet and if you want paw prints they provide that too but for and extra 35 dollars

My heart was absolutely broken losing my sweet girl Minx. I called a few places and All City Pet Cremation gave me the best quote. You have the option of them coming to you,or bringing your pet to them. Upon setting foot in the door my heart was at ease. They took time and consideration in making the space beautiful. You would not know this place was for pets. They understand the importance of handling and honoring our fur babies. The owner was very kind, empathetic,and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough. My first pet and best friend Mars had passed recently. I had my boy cat with me for all of Sunday unable to get a hold of anyone still early on a Monday, and finally found All City. They were ready to see me right away and Alexis was so welcoming and comforting when I arrived.She explained all my questions thoroughly and was very patient and extremely polite. She helped guide me through the decisions for picking out Urns, paw print, and nameplate.By the end of the week on Friday I received the call that my baby boy was ready for me to pick up. I couldn’t leave work until 4, but they waited for me to arrive at just past 5 to hand over my Mars’ Urn.I am so very happy with the services, the certificate of private cremation, the paw prints and the quality of the Urn and Nameplate.I thank you all at All City for helping me through this difficult time. Thank you so much for giving my baby boy an honorable final way to rest and be with me. He is right here at home in his favorite spot.

We uplifted our cat’s ashes yesterday and I must say, their service’s are very impressive. We were given a cute little box with his name tag, containing his ashes, a certificate of his cremation and also a paw print (which we paid an addition price for, but it’s worth it) that has his little paw printed on. It felt like our cat had a real funeral and I’m very happy with the send off our cat had. Thank you All City Pet Cremation. We are very pleased with your service. 10/10. 🐾

First and foremost, All City is THE BEST in the business, hands down. They were professional, patient, caring, reasonably priced, and upheld every fine detail of our contract which also included a rapid and respectful response. I HIGHLY recommend All City to anyone and everyone in need of their services. I plan to make an appointment for a special urn necklace to memorialize my sidekick’s life. They also offer a beautiful and varied collection of memorabilia to honor your loved one.It has taken me six years to write this review due to the sheer pain and emotions I've experienced from losing my service companion who crossed the rainbow bridge. To this day, I still cannot bring myself to go through the process of acquiring a new service companion, even though I am disabled and in need of one.That being said, I cannot recommend All City enough. The compassion they provided during such a difficult time was so kind and so needed, and I am truly thankful.

All Pet Cremations has been so great to work with I would highly recommend them. I am in Memphis Tennessee and my best friend who lives in NYC cat passed away. I recently entrusted my beloved cat, Leeloo, who had been with me for 16 wonderful years, to this pet crematorium, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their care and service. The young man who assisted me was compassionate and took the time to explain all the options available. I was told I could pick up her ashes in a week, but they kindly called me earlier to let me know they were ready.When I picked up her ashes, I was touched by the thoughtful presentation: a beautiful dark-stained box, carefully wrapped, and placed in a lovely purple paper bag. It was a comforting and respectful way to honor her memory.I almost went to a vet for this service, but their prices ranged from over $100 to as much as $300. Thankfully, I decided to search for a pet crematorium instead and found this place. Not only was it more affordable, but the personal care and attention made all the difference.If you’re looking for a place to say a respectful goodbye to your furry friend, I wholeheartedly recommend this crematorium.

Lost my Luna (Pearl Cockatiel) on Sept 16 suddenly she was only 10 months old, brought her in to All city that night. I didn't have an appt and I was seen very nice and clean they had beautiful choices of urns to purchase for my bird I don't remember much if any condolences because I was in a daze but it's ok barely remember getting there. I got her back that sat with her id tag that was around her leg and some of her feathers i also had a few around that i found around the house. It was far because I live in the bronx but I've gotten my cats cremated elsewhere and wanted to try somewhere else. It was nice may use it again when my other pets pass thank you. My luna has gained her angel wings.💔🙏

After loosing my dog which was like everything to me. Being able to have someone assist you after hours to help accommodate during heart break I was feeling . The service was unmatch very professional & gave me the time to say my goodbyes and have that final moment it meant a lot to me. The urn I bought my self . It has custom metal urn inside the metal framing . Wanna say thank you for helping me with the final time with my Charlie ❤️

Considering the circumstances, this place is very helpful during a very trying time. Would recommend anyone to go there, to have their fur babies final arrangement taken care of. I have used them twice and everything went as smooth as can be expected. They were available night and day and were quick with the process and I had my babies remains within a couple of days.

My cat Precious died recently and I was looking for a pet cremation place that wasn’t overly charging me for my loss. Not only was All City Pet Cremation affordable they were emphatic to the loss of my best friend. They came within 30-45 mins and handled my cat with care. It does take about a week though to receive the ashes (they call you to let you know) . I was very pleased overall with their service and would recommend to anyone.

My best friend’s dog had to be surrendered to a shelter and they scheduled him to be euthanized. I immediately called All City Pet Cremation to find out what we should do and tell the shelter so we can get him back and have him cremated. They kept giving us the run around and not an actual date or time. I kept calling and texting Joe (the owner of All City Pet Cremation) at random times to update him on what’s happening. Unfortunately, they put down my best friend’s dog without letting us know anything and the following day I called Joe to let him know we haven’t heard anything and he was already there on a different case but checked for us. Thank God he was there and was able to pick up her dog and bring him back to the store front. Without Joe, she wouldn’t have been able to say her goodbyes. The staff at All City Pet Cremation were so understanding, patient, and kind. They made this difficult time a bit easier for us to navigate.

Lost my Luna (Pearl Cockatiel) on Sept 16 suddenly she was only 10 months old, brought her in to All city that night. I didn't have an appt and I was seen very nice and clean they had beautiful choices of urns to purchase for my bird I don't remember much if any condolences because I was in a daze but it's ok barely remember getting there. They really are a 24/7 service. They were very kind and understanding of the very sensitive situation of losing my dog. I was able to have her picked up by someone on their team for an additional cost but worth every penny due to my emotional state. I highly recommend them when losing a pet if you want to have them cremated. I got my pup back within a few days. Unfortunately my best friend Belle just passed and it’s been a really emotional time. I searched for many places to cremate my dog but none of them were as kind and caring as All city pet cremation. I strongly recommend Joe and All City Pet Cremation they sit there and they let you ramble on about your pet and how funny and sillier pet was they let you grieve. They help you through the process which is really fast and smooth. You know on 11 523 my kitten tragically died after being lunged out of a window by my sister From, then I refrigerated her body and brought her to jail the next day after calling multiple crematory’sIt was Joe that took me in immediately. I was running a little late and he made an exception still I wasn’t ready to say goodbye. He let me sit there with her. I’m so her body started to develop a smell. At that point he took her away very very very affordable every other Crematory That I contacted wanted 500 or better I spent 280 very affordable highly recommend the scenery is comforting and it gives you a great cozy space to grieve and say your final goodbyes he is very supportive emotionally and gives great advice, very understanding and willing to work with you again I picked up her remains on 11/10 Joe was great. He wasn’t scared to handle the remains either when I asked him to transfer them into a remembrance earned necklace. You got a love Joe everyone I gave great reviews on TikTok and on Instagram I absolutely love it admin other shock about the negative reviews they are very homely, even their couches they just feel like clouds very comfortable place very comfortable to be around him and everyone else and hopefully I never have to see him again not in those circumstances thank you Joe thank you so much

All City Pet Cremation will forever have my utmost appreciation. My dog had tragically passed on March 9th and they were on the scene the same night. She was handled with my care as they moved her. They really are a 24/7 service. They were very kind and understanding of the very sensitive situation of losing my dog. I was able to have her picked up by someone on their team for an additional cost but worth every penny due to my emotional state. I highly recommend them when losing a pet if you want to have them cremated. I got my pup back within a few days. In a standard urn they have urns there If you want something more special or personalized.

Unfortunately my best friend Belle just passed and it’s been a really emotional time. I searched for many places to cremate my dog but none of them were as kind and caring as All city pet cremation. They really care about your pets and understand how difficult it can be. Joe walked me through everything that was gonna happen and every option I had. I was so grateful that I came across All city pet cremation during such a difficult time. I had called around to many different vets looking for a cremation service for my Henry who had passed away on a Sunday morning when I came across All City Pet creamation. I was so grateful they were open. The prices were incredible reasonable literally half of what the veterans office was charging . When I arrived I was amazed on how beautiful the place was. On September 1, I lost my diamond. She was 15 years old. She gave us 15 years of joy, but she was suffering and we lost her. I called NY cremation from the minute. They answer the phone. He was very attentive, caring nourishing, and was able to see us right away, he took our diamond diamond was cremated. He called us and he let us know that the ashes were there. I would highly recommend for those people that lose your pets because they are part of the family and they treated us with kindness and love and understanding, highly highly recommend them.

We recently used all city pet cremation after losing our beloved dog. The 24 hour service was convenient and we received our dogs ashes quickly, however the person who provided our service lacked empathy and compassion in our time our need. When we arrived with our dog, we didn’t even receive any condolences for our loss and the entire process was very transactional even though I was visibly crying and very upset. Additionally, when they called for us to pick up the ashes, the person on the phone still didn’t share their condolences and said “make sure you’re here before 2pm”, which I felt like was very sharp and again lacking compassion. I went to pick up our dogs ashes, there was another family there, also very upset and crying and they seemed to have a similar experience. When you’re in a business like this one customer service and care can go a long way. I was disappointed in the way we were treated, but if you’re looking to get the service done quickly without and compassion feel free to use their services. I personally, wouldn’t recommend their services any of my family or friends.

I lost my poor golden retriever who is 92 pounds I tried to get him over to the crematory I couldn’t because I didn’t really have anybody to help me. They came all the way from ozone Park to Bayside Queens did it for me a great earn and everything for Charlie one of the best crematories I went to since thank you very much all pet crematory. I strongly recommend Joe and All City Pet Cremation they sit there and they let you ramble on about your pet and how funny and sillier pet was they let you grieve. They help you through the process which is really fast and smooth. You know on 11 523 my kitten tragically died after being lunged out of a window by my sister From, then I refrigerated her body and brought her to jail the next day after calling multiple crematory’sIt was Joe that took me in immediately. I was running a little late and he made an exception still I wasn’t ready to say goodbye. He let me sit there with her. I’m so her body started to develop a smell. At that point he took her away very very very affordable every other Crematory That I contacted wanted 500 or better I spent 280 very affordable highly recommend the scenery is comforting and it gives you a great cozy space to grieve and say your final goodbyes he is very supportive emotionally and gives great advice, very understanding and willing to work with you again I picked up her remains on 11/10 Joe was great. He wasn’t scared to handle the remains either when I asked him to transfer them into a remembrance earned necklace. You got a love Joe everyone I gave great reviews on TikTok and on Instagram I absolutely love it admin other shock about the negative reviews they are very homely, even their couches they just feel like clouds very comfortable place very comfortable to be around him and everyone else and hopefully I never have to see him again not in those circumstances thank you Joe thank you so much

All City Pet Cremation will forever have my utmost appreciation. My dog had tragically passed on March 9th and they were on the scene the same night. She was handled with my care as they moved her. The process was faster than i had expected and when I had gone to pick her up it just so happened they placed her in a beautiful purple urn which brought me to tears because purple was her color. They make a pet owner very comfortable and provide a sense of ease during and even after the process. My beloved dog, not just by me, but mom I by everyone he met was not only adorable, but super intelligent, silly, alpha male, very talkative and loved to play in the woods outside the city and win in lakes. I’d throw a toy really far into the lake and he would just tske a running head star and leap in and swim and swim back with his toy in his mouth. Unfortunately he went too early, and I harken him to two vets but at night time he would just pace around whine so I knew whatever was going on wasn’t going away so I decided to take him to the ER again that very next morning . And he woke me up at 4 am, ices thinking he had to out back to pee and started tout of bed snd he came with those gorgeous sweet eyes for the last time. Proolr build connections with animals but our connection was like nothing anyone’s every seen and he slept with his head on my lap every night for 9 years. I tried to save him but jit was his time. I tried calling 911, :311’ and 24’hour services that never picked up. So the next day my sister found Legacy Pet crematory and Joe showed up and took my beloved baby boy into his car with care and gave him back to me in this beautiful urn. Joe was so helpful snd really compassionate. He’s my angel now and I get to spread some of his ashes in his favorite spots to explore in the woodsSo he could become a part of nature and live on plus the 28 grams that vanish upon dying his soul went on to become all around men, he never took his eyes of me and was so loyal and sweet and now he rests lm peacefully. This is a photo of him playing being silly.❤️❤️❤️ thanks you guys so much especially Joe he really treated hun wonderfully.

Really nice and professional place, they took their time in explaining the time process it would take to receive my pets ashes, prices are very reasonable,they also have a variety choices of urns but I chose their standard urn because it reminded me so much of my pet, I was surprised when I first called and they told me they took various pets not just cats and dogs. I felt completely safe in leaving my pet guinea pig in their care. Overall It was a good experience, they were kind and helpful, they understand that our pets are more then just pets, to me my guinea pig was my baby, my little ray of sunshine. Thank you once again.

My 15 year old dogther passed away on 4/21/24. My friend had used All City and highly recommended them to us. I called and spoke to Jeremy who was compassionate, understanding, accommodating, and sympathetic. He said we could drop her off anytime 24/7 but just needed to give advance notice of approximately when. When we got there the place was immaculate. Jeremy greeted us and explained the entire process from start to finish and offered us additional options if we wanted. We opted for a paw imprint so we would remember the shape of our pet’s paw forever. We dropped off on Sunday and the private cremation was done and ashes ready by Wednesday. Pick up was as efficient as drop off, just needed to call and give advanced notice of estimated time of arrival.I would highly recommend this business to anyone who may unfortunately need this service. By the way, their prices are the best in NYC.

Batman was my sweet little guy for over 15 years. He had an enlarged heart that was pushing his wind pipes and with his age...I didn't want him to suffer. It was extremely hard for me to say good bye and especially hard for me to drop him off and to have to pick him up in ash form. It's been a life adjustment for me but I would recommend this (sorry if you loss a pet) place for private cremations...she let us come early, let us take our time to say goodbye to him. I hope I never get to experience this again but yeah. They were super nice

Joseph went above and beyond helping us out with cremation for my mother in laws dog that unexpectedly passed away, he was available after business hours and met up with us so we could start process, he answered all questions right away and was very patient. This is not a review anyone ever wants to write. But. When calling MULTIPLE cremation services that claim to be 24/7 after my elderly cat passed late Saturday/early Sunday... All City was the only one that answered their phone. They were the right mixture of efficient and comforting, and got a driver out to pick up my cat even faster than the estimated time.

When someone loses a pet, people usually assume is a dog or cat. But a pet is pet no matter the size including lizards. When my brother's pet bearded dragon lizard time came, we were very distraught and sad for its sudden passing. My brother loved his lizard very much and we wanted to make sure he got the proper treatment. We searched online for pet cremations all over that were hopefully open late at night. We live in Brooklyn and all nearby locations were "supposedly" opened but the locations were random buildings and the numbers always went to voicemail. Thats when we found All City Pet Cremation, they answered quickly and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. It was close to midnight but yet he gave us a slot to come in.Once there, the guy helped us through the process and gave us time to say our goodbyes. It's not easy losing a pet but we're glad we found a place this trustworthy. I recommend others to come to this location and not trust other places that only offer "pick-up" services. My brother received his friend a few days later and is feeling better that he has his friend at home again. Thank you All City Pet Cremation for your help.

I lost my Cat after having him over 18yrs.. All City Pet Cremation were reasonably priced they were accommodating in my time of grief . I'm soo glad that I found them 💕. Very accommodating and friendly. Nice choice of urns. Calm and quiet location to make your decisions and say goodbye to your furbaby. The only thing I would say to make it better is if they were to offer the pets name engraved on the urn instead of the gold (no color choice) sticker. other than that, the staff were great, Jeremy was very compassionate and explained the process to us with kindness and compassion.

Very nice place. When my cat passed, i fould them on the web, called them, and I was able to bring my cat to them right away with no wait.The prices were very reasonable, the place was clean and nice, the staff was friendly and caring. All City Pet Cremation is an amazing place for your pet final resting place. This place makes your feel like just like if you were at a funeral home for your human love ones. It’s imitate, comfortable, inviting and the best setting I have ever been to for pets. The staff is amazing and professional to say the utmost. You can call any hour of the day if you need to make arrangements to have your pet picked from any of the five boro’s and upstate NY I believe. If you take your pet to the funeral home you will need to make an appointment to do so. I found their prices to be affordable for the going rate. If your pet passes away at home and did not need to be euthanized (which they do not do) then you will be paying about the rate included if euthanized. I found that allowing my pets to died at home was better for them because it was in a place that allowed them to die comfortable around family and it was more peaceful for them and for me. They also have a beautiful selection of Urns and jewelry keep sakes. I personally highly recommend this place for your pets cremation.

This will be my last review for Joe. I found him 4 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find someone that was so understanding and empathic to our loss. He took our Lucky and we received him 1 week later. However, our family still had our Shea and although I told Joe jokingly I hope I never see him again, I knew there would be one more time. It came on December 31, 2020, our beloved Shea passed leaving us with the biggest hole in our hearts. I called Joe again and he came to pick her up on New Year's Day. While most of the businesses are closed Joe made his way to us and with such care and consideration took our girl. I am so surprised at the negative reviews, as I have had 2 separate experiences 4 years apart and I wouldn't pick nor trust any other place. So Joe, I would like to say thank you, words can not express how grateful my family is for your empathy, consideration and sincerety, for not rushing me and listening to me ramble about my girl to ease the pain of knowing I'm finally taking her home for the last time. I highly recommend this company to handle such a difficult time. 5 stars all the way.

My fur baby was made a priority by the amazing staffs, my furry baby Ruby the toy poodle took his final lap around the sun the morning of 2/12/23 at home. My beloved dog, not just by me, but mom I by everyone he met was not only adorable, but super intelligent, silly, alpha male, very talkative and loved to play in the woods outside the city and win in lakes. I’d throw a toy really far into the lake and he would just tske a running head star and leap in and swim and swim back with his toy in his mouth. Unfortunately he went too early, and I harken him to two vets but at night time he would just pace around whine so I knew whatever was going on wasn’t going away so I decided to take him to the ER again that very next morning . And he woke me up at 4 am, ices thinking he had to out back to pee and started tout of bed snd he came with those gorgeous sweet eyes for the last time. Proolr build connections with animals but our connection was like nothing anyone’s every seen and he slept with his head on my lap every night for 9 years. I tried to save him but jit was his time. I tried calling 911, :311’ and 24’hour services that never picked up. So the next day my sister found Legacy Pet crematory and Joe showed up and took my beloved baby boy into his car with care and gave him back to me in this beautiful urn. Joe was so helpful snd really compassionate. He’s my angel now and I get to spread some of his ashes in his favorite spots to explore in the woodsSo he could become a part of nature and live on plus the 28 grams that vanish upon dying his soul went on to become all around men, he never took his eyes of me and was so loyal and sweet and now he rests lm peacefully. This is a photo of him playing being silly.❤️❤️❤️ thanks you guys so much especially Joe he really treated hun wonderfully.

Really nice and professional place, they took their time in explaining the time process it would take to receive my pets ashes, prices are very reasonable,they also have a variety choices of urns but I chose their standard urn because it reminded me so much of my pet, I was surprised when I first called and they told me they took various pets not just cats and dogs. I felt completely safe in leaving my pet guinea pig in their care. Overall It was a good experience, they were kind and helpful, they understand that our pets are more then just pets, to me my guinea pig was my baby, my little ray of sunshine. Thank you once again.

My furbaby Merci recently passed away. I called her mom my daughter who lives 2 hours away in Connecticut. By the time, she got to Grand Central Station, she gave me the information for All City. She looked at few others but didn't get a good feel from them. She said that she looked at All City's website and just knew that they were the ones. She was right. From the minute that I spoke to them, they were very understanding and professional and kind and took great of my furbaby. They were very respectful of my time and they called me when it was time to pick up her ashes. I don't know how much something like this normally cost but I thought that their prices were very reasonable. The store is very tastefully setup with urns that can be purchased. I would definitely recommend All City for your pet's final services.

I highly recommend All City Pet Cremation for any pet parent that has loss a pet. I recently loss my best friend and it took a hugh toll on me but the professionalism and care that was shown to me and my dog by All City Pet Cremation absolutely helped in softening the devastating blow. The Death Certificate, the Paw Print and the wide range of beautiful Urns warmed my heart and the fact that they provide pick up service was a phenomenal plus. Words cannot describe the pain of losing a close friend that always greeted you at the door and spun around like a lunatic cause she was happy to see you home. HERA was a 4yr old, beautiful Cane Corso, absolutely loved by me and my family and it was devastating to lose her! So here I am, shortly after midnight, quick search listed All City Pet Cremations, 2nd ring Jeremy picked up and gave me all the information I needed so that I knew she would be in good hands. Next day I dropped her off and after meeting him and his partner in person I knew that HERA would be properly taken care of. They also suggested getting a PAW print, got 5! On Father’s Day we shared good memories a few pictures and I gave a beautifully encased Paw Print to my Wife and each of my kids. Perfect way to forever keep HERA close to our hearts!All City Pet Cremations, THANK YOU!

My pet passed away unexpectedly on a Sunday at home. I found all City Pet cremation on a Google search & we called. They said they can pick up my dogs remains within an hour and an hour and a half and they were true to their word they picked him up and Friday the following week I already had his ashes thank you so much for being so kind and so quick with this difficult process.
