Just want to thank everyone for the fast turnaround for my beloved tuxedo gizmo. I have found some comfort having him home quickly and it has helped so much in this grief. The wooden box containing his ashes his lock of hair and his paw print were beautifully done. Thank you for the card sent to my home. I hope I don’t have to do this again for a long time, but if I did I wouldn’t choose none other than here. Blessings always. The Nicodemus family

I don’t typically write reviews but I was moved to write this. My best friend, beloved family member passed while we were on vacation in Charlotte. Her death was not expected. I was a mental and emotional wreck. She had been with us for 15 yrs. My daughter was able to find Paws Whiskers and Wags. They were discreet, respectful, caring and gentle!! We were headed home the next day….we left on vacation with Reyna and we were going back home with her. They prepared her in a very timely manner and presented her with grace and dignity. Paws Whiskers and Wags are an amazing company. This is their job but they have the love of the pets and families in their heart! Thank you and God bless you!

I lost my Lelu just a week shy of her 20th birthday. Paws, Whiskers & Wags not only sent me back her ashes, but they put them in a beautiful box that I could add her picture to, had her name put on the box and also provided me with a lock of her hair and paw print. It was very humbling to receive all of these and it also included the Rainbow Bridge poem and a card. Thank you for your kind words and for taking such good care of memorializing my sweet Lu!

I lost my fur baby on August 17th he was apart of my family for 15yrs, although I didn't deal directly with Paws, Whiskers & Wags, my vet Banfield uses them and I must say I was very impressed when I got my Gizmo ashes in this beautiful box and his paw print. I was overwhelmed with emotion, but having this keepsake warmed my heart. Thank you Paws, Whiskers & Wags

I would NOT trust anyone else to care for my furbabies. I have used them since 2015 when we sent our rescue baby Molly across the Rainbow Bridge. Since we have used nobody else! I even drove to SC picked up my grand furbaby and brought her here to them.

The staff at Paws, Whiskers & Wags were very professional, compassionate and understanding when it came time for them to take my 12 yr companion, Eliie, into their care. It was the kind of service I was looking for especially after losing my dog less than 24 hours previously. Highly recommend these guys. Rest In Peace Ellie girl.

The staff were very caring and respectful of my loss of my fur-baby, Apollo. The location itself is very comforting and calm. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my fur-baby. They even memorialized him on their instagram. Thank you so much for your kindness during this hard time.

I cannot express the gratitude that we feel knowing that our sweet boy received such compassionate care. Not only were we completely satisfied with the services provided but Paws, Whiskers & Wags made sure that we knew he was taken care of. The thoughtful card and emails expressing their condolences were much appreciated!

While I did not deal directly with Paws, Whiskers & Wags, I was completely satisfied and pleased with their services. Everything was done through the veterinary office. The packaging and delivery was thoughtfully done along with resources and keepsakes that were included with the return of my sweet girls remains.Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier to deal with.

My darling boy was sent here by Banfield Pet Hospital when I paid for a private cremation. Though I didn’t personally pick the crematory, I am so grateful this is the one chosen for my baby. I didn’t pick the urn, but it’s a beautiful cherry wood one with a slot for a photo. It’s very secure and sturdy. I know my Pippin would’ve loved it.They went above and beyond by including a lock of my kitty’s fur, seeds to plant in honor of him, a poem about the Rainbow Bridge, pamphlets on grief, resources for a pet loss support group, and a certificate with proof that it’s his ashes.I was expecting just an urn. The amount of thought and care that was put into this memorial collection astounds me. It gives me relief to know my baby was treated with love and dignity through the entire process. The price for the private cremation was worth every penny. Thank you for honoring my sweet kitty and providing me with lasting keepsakes.

I can't stress enough how amazing this facility is. This is the second time I have had to use them and they are all amazing. I miss my little girl everyday they made it a little more bearable. Thank you to each and everyone who had a part in my Jerseys final moments.

My family and I recently used the services of Paws, Whiskers & Wags for our 16 year old Yorkie, Riley. We can't express our gratitude enough with how well we were treated and the respect shown to Riley. We were also very taken aback with the lovely mementos such as Riley's paw print that was given to us. Thank you for making such a difficult timeeasier to bear.

Great experience from start to finish. Knew “the time” was coming, so I was fortunate to have made the arrangements several months prior having picked out the urn and other memorabilia for my dog. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of information and resources that came with the remains and it truly felt like this company took everything personally. Can’t speak to the pricing as this isn’t something I’ve done before, but I felt it was fair having researched comparable services. I’d recommend their services and they’ll be the first on my list for future pets.

I’ve lost two of my best friends. My dog Ares in 2018 after battle with heart failure… and just recently my cat Tate who unexpectedly passed away. Missing them so very much. Both times they were sent to Paws, Whiskers, and Wags to be cremated and each process was comforting. They came back to me in a timely manner, and in the most precious carved wood boxes. They provide little keepsakes to keep your baby close and it means everything. As unfortunate as the meeting is, I am happy that you take care of my babies.

Paws, Whiskers and Wags were very supportive and professional during a very difficult time for our family. We appreciate your quality service the respect and care that you gave to our Bandit.
Cherie Heinen
I have used this service a couple times before, in 2021, however they seem to have changed a couple things. Their staff is very friendly understanding. And compassionate. However upon picking my sweet Rusty up this week I was disappointed to find his ashes in a velvet bag and not a beautiful decorative tin as in the past. The paper bag was also of lesser quality but that didn't bother me near as much as receiving my baby's. ashes in a velvety bag. Perhaps this is an attempt to increase sells in their overpriced urns, or perhaps its just a cost saving measure, I'm not sure but it was disappointing.

I cannot thank Paws, Whiskers & Wags enough, especially Kevin and the two wonderful women that were with him. My mom's dog died suddenly at home and we had no idea what to do. My husband called over 10 places and Paws, Whiskers & Wags was the only company to return his call. Kevin and his team came out to pick up our baby after hours and were so compassionate, kind, and gentle with the process. Thank you so much for handling Gerbe so gently and with dignity. You made a hard process as easy as possible for our family. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Thank you so much for your kindness. Everyone at PWW was so compassionate and professional. They were so respectful and helpful. Thank you for everything you do for families like ours who lost their babies. 100% recommend this company. They were wonderful.

We experienced the loss of three senior rescues within a few months (November, December and March). We were treated with the utmost respect and dignity with our three recent encounters just as we were over the years with our other fur-babies.
Judy and Louie Gustaferro
Our Lucy was over 15 years old when she became very ill and left us heartbroken. We took her to Banfield on a Sunday morning and they were so good to us. We now have her on our fireplace mantel!

Amazing service was provided from customer service to being very patient and kind during this hard time for me. Everything was explained in detail and I was able to pick certain items I wanted for my dear rabbit Oosh. I got his ashes & a lock of hair that was included in the cremation price, I also chose to get his foot print for an extra charge. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend this place.

We brought our beloved Doberman to Paws, Whiskers & Wags in December 2021 to be cremated. We were incredibly impressed with the sympathetic staff and the super clean facility. They took him gently out of our car, arranged him respectfully on a gurney and let us say one last goodbye. We waited for his ashes, which was convenient and therapeutic. We feel so fortunate to have found P, W & W in the midst of our grief, and we will always be grateful for the empathetic staff who took such good care of our beautiful boy.

PAWS, WHISKERS & WAGS IS AMAZING. THEY TREATED MY PRECIOUS GIRL WITH THE UTMOST DIGNITY AND RESPECT. THE ROSEWOOD BOX HER ASHES CAME IN HAVE AN OPENING FOR A PHOTO SO I CAN KEEP HER MEMORY ALIVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY GRIEVING PET PARENT.

We could not be happier with their service. From start to finish they were just wonderful. Olivia and Brittany were amazing, Brittany especially was so compassionate and helpful since we dealt with her the most. The took such good care of our baby Charlie and the presentation we received back was beautiful. I highly recommend this company. It is such a sorrowful time and they get it. Thank you so much for caring. Oh and yes, they donate to the local shelter too which speak volumes.

My 13yr old cat Salem, passed away suddenly at home in my arms. It was a traumatic event. I took her body to the vet office who deals with paws, whiskers and wags. I received a call from them the next day to say they had picked Salem up from the vet. We went over what I wanted and cost. For 180 dollars, I had a pvt cremation, paw print that was baked and painted with her name, ashes returned in decorative wooden box, and lock of her fur and a heart shaped seed card to plant in her memory. I appreciated all the help.Very professional, caring and understanding of the loss I felt. Would recommend this company.

DO NOT USE!!!Incredibly unsympathetic and careless. Initially over the phone they just confirmed my info and my pets info and asked if I wanted a paw print to which I replied yes and gave them payment on the phone. I was never asked about an urn or any other arrangements. They delivered her remains back to the vet which was an additional charge and a service I didn't ask for. I couldn't find a paw print anywhere and checked the bill to confirm it was on there. I called them asking if it was misplaced or something. They called me back later stating I gave unclear responses when they were setting everything up and no paw print was taken. I'm not sure who got confused though because the bill and myself seemed to think there would be a paw print. Since I will never be able to have a paw print for my puppy they graciously offered a refund and asked if I wanted to speak with a manager about it. I stated I would speak to the manager if they had anything they wanted to say about the situation and the receptionist just gave me a refund and a sorry about that.

I lost my beloved Kitty this early morning and these folks were so nice!!! From the initial phone call , the difficult process of saying good bye and handing her over for the cremation, they made room for me and handled her with care and compassion I'm so glad I found your services and am so grateful. Thank you!

I received my sweet boy Scrappy paw print shadow box sets and so much more!I was given a lock of his hair, a heart shaped seed to plant in my garden to remind me of him, support pamphlet with information on books, a virtual support group pamphlet and a sweet poem that went with my shadow box. They did such a great job!I thank you so much from your excellent customer service, to your care with mybaby's memorial.

We came to this establishment with a heavy heart and tears in our eyes and I immediately felt compassion and care from the staff. Talking with Kristine (hopefully I spelled that correctly) I could tell she truly sympathies with us and was very respectful of our situation. They made the pain we had feel just a little bit less which we truly appreciated. The Momentos they gave us when we picked up our pet's ashes was truly beautiful and it touched our hearts. Our dog lyric says thank you for treating her with respect and love ❤️🥹

No one wants to have to experience their pet crossing the rainbow bridge but I’m so thankful for paws, whiskers and wags. Our beloved guy Raleigh passed in his sleep this week. We brought him to Banfield Wednesday morning when they opened and they partner with this company for cremation. A few hours later a really compassionate man called me (I wish I could remember his name) to let me know Raleigh was now in their care and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. We picked up our ashes on Friday from Banfield. We have a beautiful urn, a lock of hair, and a heart with seeds to plant. We also paid to have his paw print and name in a leather bound book. So impressed with the compassion and level of service during such a difficult time.

My Beautiful Fur Baby (Lil Boy) passed away on 12/10/2022, This is the first place I called, and The guy I spoke to was so Soft and compassionate, he told me they were closed but welcomed me to come in on Monday. I called a few other places because I wanted it done asap, but everywhere I called was nowhere near as compassionate or spoke to me in a way where they understood how important and sensitive this process is. we as a family decided this was the best place to pay our final respects to our precious family member.

I could never ever thank this company enough for there kindness and love of my sweet baby. Loosing him was the toughest thing and I can’t even begin to put it into words even, but From the moment I called them they were so loving and overly caring. Madison is really an angel here on earth and she was so understanding and helpful and it’s exactly what I needed as loosing my baby was way too much for me to even handle and she made it possible for me and for that I will forever be thankful. I received my baby back so soon to take him back home with me and I’m just so happy I choose paws whiskers and wags for my baby. They’re so sweet, very professional and actually seem to truly care about your loss. Thank you so much for everything PW&W and Madison you’re the sweetest person ever...thank you for caring of me and my sweet baby.♥️

I lost my baby girl Lila on Friday 5/22/20 and called up Paws whispers & wags. I spoke to Madison and she was so compassionate and took care of everything. They sent out driver to pick up my dog his name was JAMES very professional and took very good care of my baby. Did I mention driver came here in a storm bless his heart. Thank you James and the entire staff for taking care of my baby. I would give you 10 stars but will only allow me to give 5. Keep up the great work and I'll definitely put your name out there to people on Facebook. They made this hard time on me much easier. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I got to share my last ride home with my baby and now I'm at peace. Lila also thanks you if she could speak. You guys are AWESOME....

Not only were they the most affordable, they are EXTREMELY compassionate and understand that our pets ARE family... They were loving and understanding. They didn't dismiss our love because of her species, like other places, they were gentle and caring. They even handed me Kleenexs when I began to cry and I cried a lot. They offered to pick up Abby, our ambassador squirrel, and they also hand delivered her to us... Just another step to make our difficult time easier.I can't recommend them enough. They make this heartbreaking time as bearable as possible.Emilie NelsonOwner and Director of NC Wildlife Rehab

Please do not use this place. They are very disorganized. My emotional support dog Trinity passed suddenly on March 16th 3023. My vets office uses this service so I left her to be cremated at my vets office. On the 22nd of March around 3:45 I got a missed call. I did not listen to the message, but as I was expecting a call about my dog I called back. It was Paws, Whiskers and Wags. The woman answered and upon hearing who I was told me Biscuit was ready to pick up. I told her my dogs name was Trinity. She apologized and said, I see she is coming Mryrtle Beach. I replied I left her at Banfield in Fayetteville, NC. I can't remember much after that. I stepped outside from work and called my vet. They told me they had just sent my Trinity that day. It was another 9 days before I got her back. I had two lost days of work with migraines from stress. I went back back and listened to the voice mail. I have it saved. Yes, the woman called my phone using a wrong number. If my phone number was on Biscuits file then I am sure my info was not attached to my dog.Strike one was was calling me wrong and leaving a message.Strike two was not double checking my dogs name before telling me the wrong dog was ready for pick up.Strike three was continuing to tell me the wrong place where my dog was coming from.I don' t care how good a tag is, if none of the information in the computer is right then they may as well throw it all away. . To Avoid a horror story like mine and trama to add to your grief please find another pet crematory. And I do pray Biscuit made it home.

Paws, Whiskers & Wags is Banfield's Hospital choice for handling the pets crematory. I have to say.. I am grateful, thankful and blessed of Banfield's choice. Paws, Whiskers & Wags are OUTSTANDING. They had me from the phone call. Hearing the voice from Kristine was so heartfelt, "we picked up your sweet baby Sandy and we will be taking care of her...." This was so touching and at that point I knew my babygirl was in excellent hands. Kristine informed me that Banfield will give me a call when Sandy returns. Banfield called and I picked up my sweet babygirl. Once I got home I did not expect all that i received from Paws, Whiskers & Wags. A very beautiful cherrywood urn, with a Rainbow Bridge poem, a lock of fur, a pamphlet on grieving for the loss of your pet, a pet loss support group, a certificate of proof that the ashes belong to Sandy, a sympathy card and at my request her clay paw print in a beautiful leather binder. And wait that's not all a tye-dyed towel to represent the "Rainbow Bridge. It gives me relief to know my babygirl was treated with love, care and dignity through the entire process.Thank you for honoring my babygirl Sandy and providing me with lasting keepsakes.

I was too distraught to open the box when it came. I thought I would be opening to scatter his ashes; however, inside was a lovely wooden box with a touching quotation. The box is sealed (though I think it can be opened). Very professional and exceeded my expectations.

Experiencing a lost of any kind is hard when it’s someone or something you love. Lost my cat, MrMr this week to kidney failure. Called Paws Whiskers and Wags and spoke with a representative my the name Madison. She was so understanding, polite, professional, but most of all, compassionate to my loss. The service performed was perfect and the lock of hair from him memorable. Thank you all for your service 😄

When you have to face the loss of your pet, it's such an overwhelming grieving process, sometimes unbearable. I knew I wanted to keep my beautiful 17 year old Russian Blue kitty Tiger with me but wasn't sure of the process. When I called PW&W, Henry was beyond a compassionate and caring person and knew exactly what I was going through. I knew my baby Tiger was going to have the respect and integrity that I wanted him to have. I also knew that I was getting back my Tiger and only my Tiger. If you have a pet, you will be faced with the decision one day. I would recommend calling Henry. He will answer ALL of your questions and honor ALL of your wishes for your baby. The entire staff at Paws, Whiskers & Wags were so helpful. Thank you Henry and everyone who helped us today.

I gave low stars because I'm sad 😔 I got the pups pawprint memorial and urn after her passing. It looks like a fourth grader completed this task. I received a soft, blob [draw a cirlce with your eyes closed] with fur, dirt, scabs stuck on both sides. No name nor in a leather keepsake as advertised. I can't return or reorder better prints on account of she's ashes now. My broken heart says F these people for playing games for profit.

Me and my daughter's dog Pepper passed away a few weeks ago. We decided to let Paws, Whiskers & Wags handle our baby and let me tell you, I've never met anyone more pleasant and professional than Kevin. He made sure everything was explained properly and offered his condolences. He truly understands a persons pet is not just a pet but a family member that brought joy, love, laughter, happiness etc...in a person/people lives. THANK YOU KEVIN FOR GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY TO MAKE OUR LOSS COMORTABLE!!!!!

Everyone was very professional and compassionate. They took great care of my kitty Dodger recently and my kitty Chloe in 2018. A donation was made by them in rememberance of Dodger, to a local animal charity. I very highly recommend them. They made the heartbreak of losing him just a little bit easier. Thank you all so much!

Very nice and professional. My family’s golden retriever passed and my wife was unable to be there to say good bye. The staff told us to come back the next day and they had her laid out on a table with a nice pink blanket draped over her. We said our goodbyes and I was allowed to go back and watch the put her in the furnace. A nice was for closure we got her as a pup a I saw her all the way to the end, as far as I could go. Thanks.

I drove by this place a thousand times the past year or two. I never thought I would need their services. Paws, Whiskers & Wags provided a caring environment to say goodbye to our pet. It did not feel like a sterile/medical-type office. It was warm and quiet. The staff was extremely considerate of our loss. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have had to use their services twice this year. Once for my sweet Rouffis (21 year old cat) and this week for Bailey (10 year old cat with cancer). They are the most compassionate group of folks in such a sad time. They treated my babies as if they were their own. It is a hard business and an especially hard time for the ones having to say goodbye, but they make it a bit easier.Thank you all so much!

I just wanted to send the warmest thank you to the crew at Paws, Whiskers & Wags. My hammie passed overnight. I inquired about cremation prices. They're affordable and the young woman on the phone was super polite. Once I arrived I called and a staff member retrieved my hammie. The turn-around time was the next day. I was relieved it wouldn't be long before I was able to have some peace knowing he's "back home". I received the ashes in a clear baggie, foot prints, and a bit of his hair. Needless to say, seeing his hair produced even more tears. I absolutely LOVE the tiny foot prints. There's also a Rainbow Bridge Poem inside of the foot prints booklet.I can honestly say, this was the best experience I could have ever asked for. The ease and care that they put into providing amazing customer service and understanding... I couldn't have asked for more.I purchased an ern necklace online they they were also happy to put some of the ashes into. I would vote 10 stars if I could.Thank you, so much! Scratchy, will always be remembered, and each of you greatly helped in this process. ❤❤❤

We had a private cremation for our precious kitty Jazz. That was important to us to bring only her home. It was very difficult to watch and go through all this, but the staff, Alafia and Brittney were the absolute best! These two compassionate girls made the experience sacred and we have our Jazz home with us forever. Thank you Alafia and Brittney.

I had my cat Jasper passed away lovingly in my arms and was extremely afraid to have his body cremated even though we've use this business before for a neighbors dog he was my child and I want nothing but the best for him. The two women that help me you're so understanding as I sat there and cried with my son for the last time. They reassured me of his cremation and his ashes will be his ashes only. To see the looks on their face of condolence made my decision that much easier. I recommend this business to anyone that is in the unfortunate need of the service.

I recently dealt with PW&W. I cannot rave about them enough. They were super friendly and helpful. They made the whole process super easy. Jamie and Madison were awesome!I dreaded picking up my Kloe’s remains but I was beyond blown away at the beauty of her Urn. The way the whole package was put together was amazing. I found so much comfort in the way it was done. Thanks so much to PW&W for everything!

I hadn’t looked in the bag in over a year and a half since my best friend passed. What you provided surpassed my expectations. The cremation box (container) was simple and elegant. The card was an especially nice touch. Classy. Thoughtful Thank you

I lost my kitty Gizmo of 21 years about a week ago. It was an extraordinarily painful experience that I have never gone through before. The vet suggested having her cremated and said Paws Whiskers and Wags would do it. I just want to thank you for the professional way in which this was done and the presentation after. I pray that she is somewhere happy and at peace. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

All I can say is thank you! Me and my husband lost our sweet boy unexpectedly yesterday.. To say I am devastated would be the understatement of the year. Jimba ( his born name was Simba but we never called him that ) was 3 1/2 and had so much more life in him then he was given. He was courageous and spunky, loved his momma more then anyone and was the most talkative cat you’d ever meet. His passing was a stab in the heart for me. I was given the name of another pet crematory ( who I won’t name ) by my vet that we called and I immediately felt the coldness of the woman on the phone and I told my husband we would not go there. I am beyond grateful I found you guys, and we decided to make a further drive!!! The lady that came out ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name with everything going on it didn’t even cross my mind ) was an ANGEL in the process. We had pulled up towards the side of the building cause the light was shining in our eyes as we were talking to our sweet boy one last time. And she came out thinking we were ready the second she saw my face she immediately apologized and said she’d come back.. She let me take almost a full hour - as they were about to close mind you, and talk to him and cry and second guess if we were making the right choice or if we should have buried him.. I truly believe to work in this type of business you need to be like that woman. She made such a heartbreaking experience manageable. On his form my husband put his legal name Simba but on the box we brought him in it had this: Jimba ( Jimbeeza ) Best boy - She noticed the difference and came out after taking our papers and said “ I noticed on the paper it says Simba but on your babies box it says Jimba- did you mean to do that. And we explained even though we named him Simba like most animal lovers do, we NEVER called him that. He was Jimba or Jimbeeza best boy. She made a note that on his paw print casting they put Jimba. She also cut off the part of his box that had those words and brought it out to us. I could go on and on about the love and care and detail she put into this experience. I never thought I’d have to turn over my baby to be cremated. Not this early into his life. And not on such short notice!! I am so grateful for the love and care they treated us with. Even down to how they worded it. They referred to him only as our baby, and made a note at the end to say we’ll call you in 24/48 hours when your baby is ready to come home. I hope whoever is reading this is not going through what I am but know that’s 99% of the cases here. I hope you choose them and you feel a sense of peace knowing the last thing you did for your baby was bring them here. Thank you Paws, Whiskers, and Wags team! But more importantly to the beautiful soul that came out and took my fur baby from me- THANK YOU! You made one of the worst days of my life a little bit easier and no review I write could ever sum up that feeling. ** Jimba came home tonight, and came with his paw print just as she described with his name on it, and a beautiful full bag of his orange fur. They made sure to include pamphlets for grief support groups- and gave us a beautiful poem for lost animals. While I wish we never went through this, I’m happy to have my baby home and done with dignity and respect to him. Respectfully so, I hope to NEVER see you again- but would recommend anyone to you that just lost a baby.

There is people who say they care and there are people who care These people CARE!They didn't have the urn i wanted an was like we can order one or we will do what ever to help you , because i wanted a certain urn they even suggested there competition ,because it was all about me an my pet not them. The quick turn around was so impressive, less then 24 hours my pet was back at home where he belonged.I suggest you use them an quickly find out how caring they really are!

When me and my girlfriend were faced with this decision we were so scared that we weren't getting our beloved Millie ashes back and they ensure us that we would . They were so compassionate and so sweet and gave us quite time with our Millie before she went on! We received her ashes that day and I couldn't be more happier with the decision we made. Our Millie has returned home ! Thank you so much !

I work at a pet hospital that uses PW&W for our cremation services. My pet has just passed and when I called today to inquire about when she'd be picked up and her ashes dropped back off, Henry was especially sensitive and compassionate with me and offered me several options to ease my pain of having to work at the hospital on the same days she would be picked up and dropped off there, including having the driver call beforehand to allow me to step out, and even potentially dropping her off at another clinic for me to pick up after my shift. I really appreciated Henry's helpfulness with my specific situation and offering unique solutions, especially with how hard this has been already for me. I am comfortable leaving my precious pet's body with PW&W if they employe people like Henry.

My 17 year old car suddenly passed away early Friday morning. I am devastated. I didnt want to leave Oscar and not know he wasnt being cared for but the vet assured me they will take excellent care of him. When I got his ashes back - they were in a bag with a beautiful carved box where his ashes are and a little card with his beautiful fur. I really didnt expect so much care to be given for him and it made it easier for me. Thank you guys for going the extra mile for these pets. He was like my baby.

The best place in NC to care for your fur babies. I would not trust another after using then a few times. They're always professional and handle my every need during such horrible times. They're the best

We had a dear family pet cremated and chose paws and whiskers based on a word of mouth recommendation. They were a perfect combination of sympathetic and professional in all aspects. I would definitely recommend.

Jamie and Madison were awesome!I dreaded picking up my Kloe’s remains but I was beyond blown away at the beauty of her Urn. The way the whole package was put together was amazing. I found so much comfort in the way it was done. Thanks so much to PW&W for everything!

With the sudden passing of my dog, I came to them and they were so wonderful. They were compasionate, they explained everything clearly and ensured we got everything we wanted to keep our memories of our baby girl. 10/10 recommend!!!

I couldn't say enough good things about Paws. Madison handled my needs with care and in the event I need to use their services again, this will be the only place I call upon.

Friendly staff and wonderful service, and thoughtful keepsakes were an unexpected bonus.

Most rude and disrespectful company ever. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate will never refer this company to anyone. Needs to be shut down.

It was a very tough time but you made it easier for us to make it AND know/understand it was the best decision we could do for Foxxy.
