Being I recently moved to North Carolina I’m so blessed the Lord made Serenity come up while I was scrolling trying to find the absolute best for my girl. When I unexpectedly lost my sweet baby Willow I called bright and early, Eric greeted me with nothing but kindness and compassion. I thought then I already knew I picked the right place but not even 2 hours later upon meeting him the first thing offered was a hug - it let me know it wasn’t just a transaction it was care and compassion. The attention to detail for my girl is everything. I will forever cherish these memories & I am so beyond thankful. I pray I never have to in the near future again, but I would drive the distance over again just for the incredible service.

Serenity Pet was careful and considerate of our loss and brought our pet back home in a timely manner. Their prices were affordable compared to other cremation services and the urn they provided is beautiful. They even added string to the clay paw prints so they could be used as ornaments. I called Eric the morning my Miss Kitty was sick and he talked me through everything that I needed to know and my wish for her to die naturally at home.He told me the price of his services and they were extremely reasonable. I told him that when she passed I would give him a call.When she did pass away, I called him and he was so kind and understanding. I was a mess. He sent one of his employees who could not have been nicer and very lovingly took her.When she came back home, everything was done beautifully and I would recommend them to anyone! Let me tell you a story about a little bun named Tobias. He was the sweetest little boy and the most rambunctious. He loved running around your feet and pawing at your leg. He loved ripping veggies out of your hands and he loved trying new things. He was a little poop monster who made every day better as soon as he sprinted up to your feet.Sadly, those little bunny paws don't run anymore. I won't feel the way that he gets my attention by standing against my leg or sitting on my feet. I won't get to kiss his little head or scratch his little ears.What I can do is appreciate his life and appreciate how sweet and kind this place was to him after he passed. I called crying because he had just passed. I wasn't even home and I wouldn't be for over a day. They arranged a pickup for him on Tuesday afternoon and they returned my baby boy today.They did amazing work and they were so nice and gentle. They didn't try to sell me anything, they told me their price, they told me what it came with. They didn't try and upsell me or point me towards their website.This is the company I'll go to for any more pets that eventually pass. Without a doubt. I'd give them 100 5 star reviews if I could.From dust to dust bunnies, hop high my little friend. Return to the stars from whence you flopped.

Every person that I interacted with from the first call to delivery of my pets remains were kind, compassionate and professional. The gentleman that came the day my Charlie was put to sleep was so patient and handled her with such care and gentleness. The interment box is so personalized and beautiful. Included were glass containers with some of her ashes and the other has her hair clippings. The ink prints and clay impressions were precious! I cannot think Serenity enough for the care of my Charlie girl!

I did a review several months ago expressing just how much the services provided by serenity had meant to me in one of the most devastating times. The loss of my senior rescue was undoubtedly one of the hardest I’ve ever experienced. I wanted to share my gratitude once more and let the world know that the service provided has continued to help me with my grief. It did not stop the day they delivered my sweet Piney Girl back home it has continued and I will forever be so grateful to the staff for all that they did for me. As Christmas approaches I couldn’t help but feel overwhelming sadness as it was always Pineys Favorite time of year. Just like a child she would become so excited seeing the tree go up and presents. She would literally open her gifts and if my daughter wasn’t opening hers fast enough she would jump in and help. This year I put the tree up but it was not nearly as fun without her dragging limbs to her bed and knocking the tree around with her wagging tail. However I smiled when I hung her beautiful paw print on the tree provided at the time of her cremation she is still a part of out Christmas’s and will be for years to come Thanks to the services of Serenity. So Thank you guys for all you have done for me and my family in helping memorialize and keep the memories alive of our sweet, funny fur-ever Girl. You continue to help us through our grief without even knowing it.

My first experience with Serenity Pet Cremation and Burial was about a year ago the Trinity location. Our oldest dog passed and my son was devastated because he couldn’t get enough digging done to bury her due to the ground being nearly frozen. I started looking online to see what options were out there and it wasn’t a difficult choice once I saw reviews for this company. Eric answered promptly and was polite and respectful and was at our house in no time to pick up our sweet Paisley himself. My son cherishes the wooden box with Paisley’s ashes and the paw prints and locks of her hair. The company is responsive, kind, compassionate and professional. Highly recommend them if your fur baby crosses the rainbow bridge.

Eric is the absolute best at what he does. Both my daughters lost their family dogs within a year of one another. Eric responded immediately and showed such compassion, understanding, care and respect for the whole family. He responded within minutes and was there at both homes within 30 minutes. He definitely doesn’t do this for the money. His heart is genuine. My daughter’s families were devastated and Eric made it so much easier for them to cope. He handled Titan and Loki with such care and had their ashes back as soon as possible. He gave them beautiful paw prints, ashes, keychains and other items to remember them by. I would recommend him to anyone. I can guarantee you won’t find anyone else so willing to handle your precious pet the way he does. Serenity pet cremation is the best!

i called serenity pet for the first time ever to make a phone call no pet owner ever wants to make. our beloved Holly girl passed peacefully at 13 years old. from the moment they picked up the phone, they were the most empathetic, gentle, kind and respectful. they explained and handled the whole process without it feeling like a business transaction. they were so gentle and respectful with our sweet Holly girl, and we knew from the moment they picked up the phone that we made the right choice. once arriving to pick her up, they didn’t rush the process, they explained everything, allowed us to ask all the questions we wanted and where thorough with their answers. we opted to do 2 separate urns so that my father and i could both always have holly with us, as she was our dog together. i was worried this wouldn’t be possible but serenity assured me it was and ensured it happened. they stayed in touch throughout the whole process. their communication gave me peace of mind. i can’t recommend them enough. we are so deeply grateful for their gratitude, professionalism, respect, kindness and gentleness with our holly girl. we truly will never be able to express how thankful we are and will live in debt to them for such a beautiful honor to our holly and for their kindness during the worst time of our lives.❤️🐾

I am so thankful for everyone at Serenity. The services they provide are phenomenal. I found about Serenity after I had a dog pass. I had no idea that there were private companies that could provide services like this. Unfortunately, I had another dog that was at the end of her life and I was able to coordinate her aftercare with Serenity. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet. They came to my home and picked Lincoln up and brought her back a week later. They even reached out to me the day after to see how I was doing. The end of life for a pet is always hard but thanks to serenity, this process was the best it could have been. 🖤

Quick and empathetic. Eric answered my call sometime around 7am and was able to pick up my sweet boy in under an hour. He was polite and punctual and he took good care of our boy. We had our dog cremated and got him back in a week with a really nice box that had his picture and name on it along with a couple of other keepsakes 🐾 I highly recommend Serenity Pets services.

My cat snowflake recently passed away unexpectedly and i was looking for places that could come get her that night. This place had amazing reviews so we gave them a call. it was 9:00 at night and they were here immediately. this is genuinely all i could have asked for, my cat was my best-friend, and they helped me put her to rest in the most beautiful way possible as-well as affordable. I got her back within the week and its all so beautiful. thank you serenity pets. i definitely recommend anyone who needs this kind of service to choose them. (i also got 2 paw prints that aren't pictured, one in the shape of a heart and one thats circular.)

These past few weeks have been so hard for our family. First, we had to lay our wonderful rescue dog, Harley to rest and then, 3 weeks later, our cat of 20 years died in her sleep.While at the emergency vet, we decided to go with a local owned business for Harley's cremation rather than a big corporate company. Eric recommended Dr. Campbell with The Peaceful Paws for the euthanasia; this is something no one wants to do, but I highly recommend both of them if anyone has to go through this process. Eric was very helpful when Trooper got sick. His kidneys were failing and we did not want him to suffer. Eric recommended Dr. Campbell with The Peaceful Paws for the euthanasia. When we had to say goodbye to our beloved Rottweiler in 2022, we were devastated. The thought of not bringing him home was crushing. Serenity Pets was there with no notice to make sure our boy came home. He was honored beautifully and will remain with us forever.We had to use him a second time sadly in 2024. After enduring the loss of our loyal Onyx, we wanted to honor her and bring her home where she belonged. Serenity Pet Cremation was kind, empathetic and gentle with our baby. I recommend Eric Hicks with Serenity Pet Cremations 100% with caring for your fur baby after death! He went above and beyond for us to ensure he had returned our pups ashes to us in a timely manner. We wanted a certain photo used for her urn/box but the quality wasn’t the greatest, but he made it work! We knew what the price included but we didn’t expect to get back a glass cork vial with some of her ashes and name on it as well- that was a pleasant surprise! Serenity Pet took care of my cat after she passed January 27th, 2024. They were so very kind and patient when they arrived and picked up Sarah's sweet little body. I had options to choose from and was so very pleased with all of it. Sarah's urn is a beautiful wooden box with two pictures framing her name and some words I chose. There were ink paw prints, clay paw prints, hair and even some of the ash set aside for me to use for jewelry or whatever I choose. Also, they schedule the return to you and do a personal hand-off. We made the call to Eric late at night and he came with Dr Hulin and helped our Bestest girl Lulu cross over to Rainbow Bridge. Losing a pet is one of the hardest things to do. When our sweet boys health declined I called serenity pet cremations and burial to get information about our next step when there was no where else to turn. Once max had passed we called back, they came out and picked up our baby. They kept in contact through the whole process with any questions or concerns we had. Eric and his team were a blessing. Eric and the team were wonderful. They came to our house on Mother’s Day to pick up our sweet Buddy. We had him back within a week. His ashes were given back to us in a well made wooden urn engraved beautifully with his name and a picture. They were also kind enough to add clay molds of his paw prints, and a lock of hair. Quick and empathetic. Eric answered my call sometime around 7am and was able to pick up my sweet boy in under an hour. He was polite and punctual and he took good care of our boy. Eric is the absolute best at what he does. Both my daughters lost their family dogs within a year of one another. Eric responded immediately and showed such compassion, understanding, care and respect for the whole family. He responded within minutes and was there at both homes within 30 minutes. My cat snowflake recently passed away unexpectedly and i was looking for places that could come get her that night. This place had amazing reviews so we gave them a call. it was 9:00 at night and they were here immediately. this is genuinely all i could have asked for, my cat was my best-friend, and they helped me put her to rest in the most beautiful way possible as-well as affordable. These past few weeks have been so hard for our family. First, we had to lay our wonderful rescue dog, Harley to rest and then, 3 weeks later, our cat of 20 years died in her sleep.While at the emergency vet, we decided to go with a local owned business for Harley's cremation rather than a big corporate company. Wow!!! Amazing company. First let me start by saying this company made a sad moment for me very pleasant and less painful. We lost our beloved 16 year old chihuahua late at night in February. We weren’t sure what to do or who to call. My husband started googling pet cremations and ran across Eric at Serenity Pet Cremations. We gave him a call and were greeted with a compassionate voice who was willing to come to our home late at night to pick up our Pat Pat. When he arrived he was so compassionate, friendly, professional, and sympathetic to our family. He asked questions and got all of the details to make her cremation everything we hoped for. I cannot recommend Eric enough. My sweet kitty passed away unexpectedly and I knew I wanted her cremated so I can take her everywhere with me. I’ve never cremated a pet before so I was nervous and skeptical about who to call. Serenity Pet Cremations was one of the first places to pop up on google, and I’m so glad it did. I recommend Eric Hicks with Serenity Pet Cremations 100% with caring for your fur baby after death! He went above and beyond for us to ensure he had returned our pups ashes to us in a timely manner. We wanted a certain photo used for her urn/box but the quality wasn’t the greatest, but he made it work! We knew what the price included but we didn’t expect to get back a glass cork vial with some of her ashes and name on it as well- that was a pleasant surprise! Extremely kind and compassionate folks here. I had to say goodbye to my 15-year-old beloved soul dog, Payton, abruptly on a Thursday morning with very little notice. Serenity Pet answered the phone on the second ring and understood instinctively how overwhelming all the logistics were; they asked only for the most essential information and let the rest wait until after I'd said goodbye to my girl. They were flexible and understanding as I encountered vet delays, and very kind and compassionate when they arrived to collect Payton at my home afterward. They handled her very respectfully and were extremely sweet to me when I was at my most heartbroken. They did a wonderful job with her wood box urn and not only got me nose and paw prints on cardstock, but pressing of her paws in clay, all of which I will treasure. The owner himself dropped everything off and was kind enough to listen to me talk about my girl a bit. This is obviously one of the most heartbreaking experiences a pet owner can go through, but this team's compassion, kindness, and heart for their work make it much more bearable. Cannot recommend them enough.

When we made the heart wrenching decision to help our Rosie across the Rainbow bridge we used Dr.Jennifer Campbell of The Peaceful Paws. When she asked about aftercare, I quickly said Yes & didn’t think about it. I was so surprised when Eric reached out to let me know he could bring her home anytime. Words can not express the way I feel about Serenity Pet and Eric. My sister in laws cat was in bad shape having seizures and posturing. He needed to be humanly put to sleep and I hit a brick wall every where we turned. I called Eric and he recommended Thomasville Veterinary, Dr Jason Hulin, and they worked us in that morning. Friday afternoon I came home to a deceased pet duck named Pancake. I felt weird calling Serenity Pet Cremation asking if they would take care of my pet duck. Eric was so sympathetic, compassionate, and caring. He understood my duck was just like any other animal, a member of our family. He arrived quickly to our home. I cannot recommend Serenity Pet Cremations and The Peaceful Paws highly enough. Our beloved 17-year-old cat Emma began declining quickly after the holidays, and then stopped eating. We knew it was time to say goodbye to her. Dr. Jennifer Campbell and Eric came to our home the day I called - they were immediately available, and so kind and compassionate. We learned about Eric at Serenity Pet Cremation from a close friend who just lost their fur baby. I had the conversation with him to learn more about the process. Right away we knew this was the company we would use when the time came. It arrived sooner than we thought. During the difficult time Eric checked in with us to make sure we were ok. When we picked out the Urn, he gave us several choices which were very affordable. He brought our boy home today and was very comforting to speak with. We would HIGHLY recommend you use him when the time comes to say goodbye to your family pet!

Serenity Pet Services is s Godsend. My son found them for me after my 18 year old Maltese died yesterday morning. They came and picked up my dear Monique Suzette last night and I picked out the urn i wanted. Today I had my son pick out the picture for it. I cannot recommend Eric enough. My sweet kitty passed away unexpectedly and I knew I wanted her cremated so I can take her everywhere with me. I’ve never cremated a pet before so I was nervous and skeptical about who to call. Serenity Pet Cremations was one of the first places to pop up on google, and I’m so glad it did. After reading the reviews I gave Eric a call. From the start he was very friendly and respectful of me and my kitty. He doesn’t charge a crazy price like most other places do, and I was thankful of that since I just had a baby. My kitty was returned to me today and I am so happy with the outcome. Extremely kind and compassionate folks here. I had to say goodbye to my 15-year-old beloved soul dog, Payton, abruptly on a Thursday morning with very little notice. Serenity Pet answered the phone on the second ring and understood instinctively how overwhelming all the logistics were; they asked only for the most essential information and let the rest wait until after I'd said goodbye to my girl. They were flexible and understanding as I encountered vet delays, and very kind and compassionate when they arrived to collect Payton at my home afterward. They handled her very respectfully and were extremely sweet to me when I was at my most heartbroken. They did a wonderful job with her wood box urn and not only got me nose and paw prints on cardstock, but pressing of her paws in clay, all of which I will treasure. The owner himself dropped everything off and was kind enough to listen to me talk about my girl a bit. This is obviously one of the most heartbreaking experiences a pet owner can go through, but this team's compassion, kindness, and heart for their work make it much more bearable. Cannot recommend them enough.

When we made the heart wrenching decision to help our Rosie across the Rainbow bridge we used Dr.Jennifer Campbell of The Peaceful Paws. When she asked about aftercare, I quickly said Yes & didn’t think about it. I was so surprised when Eric reached out to let me know he could bring her home anytime. He was so sweet and compassionate, and respectful of our grief. And I didn’t realize that we would get a paw print and even some resin art with her ashes in it! AND! It was less expensive than a larger company that our vet had used for a different baby,plus we had to pick her up ourselves. Eric came to our door and even gave me a hug. Words can not express the way I feel about Serenity Pet and Eric. My sister in laws cat was in bad shape having seizures and posturing. He needed to be humanly put to sleep and I hit a brick wall every where we turned. I called Eric and he recommended Thomasville Veterinary, Dr Jason Hulin, and they worked us in that morning. Eric went and got little Domino and handled everything for us. The respect and empathy shown by both his staff and Eric made the whole process much easier. Friday afternoon I came home to a deceased pet duck named Pancake. I felt weird calling Serenity Pet Cremation asking if they would take care of my pet duck. Eric was so sympathetic, compassionate, and caring. He understood my duck was just like any other animal, a member of our family. He arrived quickly to our home. Eric made my daughter and I feel at ease. We knew Pancake would be in good hands. Eric returned Pancake on Sunday! He saved us feathers, put her in a beautiful urn with her name & a duck decal, took the time to make impressions of her webbed feet and returned her with a beautiful piece of resin with some visible ashes. 😭 I will forever be grateful for Eric and his services. From the minute I contacted Eric he handle everything with compassion. He contacted Dr. Harris and arranged everything. It’s hard to say goodbye to a beloved pet but he made the process seamless. They arrived at our home and let us take all the time we needed to say our goodbye to our 15 year old girl Leona. The first contact I had with Eric at Serenity was about 8 months ago. I was in the airport trying to get home. I thought we were losing my sweet girl. She was 18 at that time and had a really bad seizure. Eric was so kind and so helpful. He answered all my questions. Well my girl made it through and lasted 6 more months. A couple of month ago, we knew it was time. But we were completely heartbroken. I questioned the timing, but once again I called Eric. Again, he was awesome and so understanding. When the day came, Jack from Serenity came out. He too was so understanding and never rushed us. He even prayed for us. When Jack brought our baby back, he did it with such care. We knew it was time to say goodbye to her. Dr. Jennifer Campbell and Eric came to our home the day I called - they were immediately available, and so kind and compassionate. They even waited until my daughter could get home from work so that she could be with the cat she's loved since she was 5. Eric seriously made this whole heartbreaking experience so much easier. He drove well over an hour to pick my baby up the night we put him down. We lost our boy pickles unexpectedly toward the end of December. As fur parents this is our first time losing one our fur babies and we were unsure of where to turn. We came across Serenity Pet Cremations and we are so glad we did. Eric answered all of our questions without hesitation and not once made us feel like we were asking too much. Not only did he pick up pickles a few hours after reaching out to him, but he treated us, our fur baby and our home with the upmost respect. Given it was during the holiday season, we got his ashes in a good amount of time and couldn’t be more satisfied with what we received. Saying goodbye to our boy Astro was hard and unexpected but Eric and his associate have been there every step of the way to take care of his remains. The wooden box with his name plaque and pictures is absolutely beautiful. They also include clay paw prints and a resin heart with ashes mixed in. Eric went above and beyond on such a short notice Friday my oldest sacrifice passed away due to being very sick and I didn’t know what to do with the size of a box the vet gave me so I looked on Google and I found Eric he came immediately picked up sacrifice he was very nice and passionate then sadly Monday I had to call him bc my husky got hit by a car he came soon as I called him he worked with me on payment bc I just had one dog die. We lost our senior dog on a Saturday afternoon and had no idea what we were going to do since it was the weekend after the vet closed... I'm beyond grateful to have found Serenity as within the hour, the owner had come to our home and gently carried her out. He sent photos of complementary urns and we selected an intricate wooden box for her ashes. As amazing as he was, that wasn't the end of his compassion. He also brought her home to us personally. For the service we received, I was shocked that it was reasonably priced. We also received an ornament with her name, and 2 cast paw prints. She is now next to her sister who passed away 2 years ago whom Sugar idolized. She also had a special bond and was very protective of our blind cat... now they're all together again and most importantly with us as they belong. I can't recommend this company more... we've had most of our pets cremated at the end of their lives, but we have never received the dedication and kindness before finding Serenity. I hope that they will prosper in the community they're so obviously dedicated to helping.

On July 29, my sweet chiweenie passed away unexpectedly. I was so heartbroken, struggling to find a place to cremate my baby because everyone else were closed. Thankfully, I was able to find Serenity Pet Cremation when I needed them during this tough time. Eric answered my phone call within seconds and offered to drive an hour away to pick up my baby but I decided to have one last car ride with her. I received my baby today in a beautiful pink pottery, two clay paw prints and a small resin piece that included her ashes. I now feel abit better that she’s finally home with me. I called and Eric and he offered to come within 2 hours to PICK UP my furr baby! Very compassionate and respectful! Eric brought Joker back home to me today and I am so super pleased!! Saying goodbye to our boy Astro was hard and unexpected but Eric and his associate have been there every step of the way to take care of his remains. The wooden box with his name plaque and pictures is absolutely beautiful. They also include clay paw prints and a resin heart with ashes mixed in. Eric went above and beyond on such a short notice Friday my oldest sacrifice passed away due to being very sick and I didn’t know what to do with the size of a box the vet gave me so I looked on Google and I found Eric he came immediately picked up sacrifice he was very nice and passionate then sadly Monday I had to call him bc my husky got hit by a car he came soon as I called him he worked with me on payment bc I just had one dog die. We lost our senior dog on a Saturday afternoon and had no idea what we were going to do since it was the weekend after the vet closed... I'm beyond grateful to have found Serenity as within the hour, the owner had come to our home and gently carried her out. He sent photos of complementary urns and we selected an intricate wooden box for her ashes. As amazing as he was, that wasn't the end of his compassion. He also brought her home to us personally. For the service we received, I was shocked that it was reasonably priced. We also received an ornament with her name, and 2 cast paw prints. She is now next to her sister who passed away 2 years ago whom Sugar idolized. She also had a special bond and was very protective of our blind cat... now they're all together again and most importantly with us as they belong. I can't recommend this company more... we've had most of our pets cremated at the end of their lives, but we have never received the dedication and kindness before finding Serenity. I hope that they will prosper in the community they're so obviously dedicated to helping.

On July 29, my sweet chiweenie passed away unexpectedly. I was so heartbroken, struggling to find a place to cremate my baby because everyone else were closed. Thankfully, I was able to find Serenity Pet Cremation when I needed them during this tough time. Eric answered my phone call within seconds and offered to drive an hour away to pick up my baby but I decided to have one last car ride with her. I received my baby today in a beautiful pink pottery, two clay paw prints and a small resin piece that included her ashes. I now feel abit better that she’s finally home with me. After an extremely traumatic event on Mother’s Day weekend(my first one to add insult to injury) we lost 2 of our pups in one night. After scouring the Internet I called Erik, he was kind and caring and extremely understanding of our situation. Eric and his contingency of vets are fantastic! I recently had to use their services to take care of my father's two senior doggies. They arrived on the same day I called and worked with my father and me to schedule the services. I lost my Nina last week. I was devastated and couldn’t even think right. I found this place on google and I am so happy I did. They not only offered to pick Nina up, but agreed to meet me close to my house so that my kids would not see. The lady I met was comforting and soothing. She stood in the rain with me and hugged me while I cried. I knew my baby girl was going to be in good hands. A little over a week later, the same woman that comforted me personally dropped off my Nina’s ashes. I received her box with a picture, her ashes, paw prints and a jar with her hair. I cried. I can still smell my girl. The care, sympathy and overall treatment by this company was above and beyond. Thank you to the entire team. I am happy that although Nina isn’t alive with us, she’s finally home.

Some people are just made for the profession they are in. The owner was so kind, understanding, and soft spoken to accommodate the hurt we were feeling over our lost fur baby. Her remains were divided into two memorial boxes. The quality is high-class, just as our Sadie girl was.

I can honestly say this was one of the most trying time in our life. Eric was by far the nicest and most considerate of what we needed for our baby bug. His compassion, respect, kindness was so much appreciated. He absolutely went above and beyond. He was reassuring that our baby would be handled with the greatest care. He brought her home on a Saturday afternoon with family and friends waiting. Her urn the paw prints the small trinkets with her ashes embossed in them were perfect, she will forever be with us. After making the decision for our baby, we contacted Eric about in-home euthanasia and cremation for our girl. Not only was Eric extremely thoughtful, he was very helpful and coordinated with Dr. Campbell to make sure everyone was on the same page. Our Baby was put to sleep at our home, and Eric was there immediately after to take her to her resting place. Everything was done so professionally and in a timely manner; it made everything much less traumatic and more personal for our family. We will call Serenity again should our need arise.

We had to put our 17yr old family dog to sleep quite suddenly. I was originally going to bury her but I changed my mind due to the ground being cold for a few days. The mobile vet gave me Serenity Care s number. They came and picked her up and took whatever we wanted to go with her. They cremated her and put her in a very nice wooden engraved box, made paw prints and put her paw prints on a card. They shaved some hair and out it in a vial with her name on it and put some Ashe’s in a vial too with her name on it. They delivered that to us the following week. Sadly I had to put my Lulu to sleep earlier this week, Eric was so kind and understanding, he explained the process of what would happen after she was put to sleep by the vet and what his process would be, I appreciate the option to have my baby euthanized at home, Eric was so kind when he picked her up, gave me the time I needed with her. Eric and his contingency of vets are fantastic! I recently had to use their services to take care of my father's two senior doggies. They arrived on the same day I called and worked with my father and me to schedule the services. Eric provided many options for the doggies so we could choose the right one for our needs and budget.Dr. Campbell and Eric were very kind, compassionate, and not only were they sweet and gentle to the doggies, they were kind to my father who was not taking the loss very well. The experience I've had with Pet Cremation & Burial,Eric had went way beyond what anyone would have ever done as a company and or any individual. We had to put our 15 year old Rottweiler , Dozer, down Friday feb 22 2024. I spoke with Eric prior to having dozer put down and he was super compassionate and accurate with the time he told me he’d have someone here to pick my baby up. Savannah was very professional yet compassionate when she came to get my boy. She complimented how beautiful he was & we helped her get him in the truck. They even have a bed & blanket in the truck for them 🥹I just received my baby’s urn and paw prints back feb 28. They did a fantastic job on his name plate and the photo everything is beautiful and i can’t thank you guys enough for everything. Serenity pets have been completely 100% amazing they were able to help with cremation for both of our pups both times they came out immediately after I placed the call even around midnight they were therevery professional and friendly.We went with a Ern the first pup and it was very stunning our most resent pup we went with the box option and it is beyond gorgeousTurn around time both times was very great with the work they put into making everything special for us The familyI went with them twice and there price is great I would honestly say cheap considering everything they do

On Sept.10,2022 We lost our baby "Sheba". The heartbreak we endured from losing her was like no other... Eric returned my phone call in a blink of an eye. He assured us he would be out to our home and he would make sure she would be in great hands with Serenity Pet Cremation& Burial.. He picked up and safely returned our baby back home to us. I have used Serenity Pet Cremations three times in the last year and a half. I just recently lost my angel and best friend Mercy. She deserved the best and received it from Eric and Kym. They are so compassionate and caring. They patiently listen as you talk about your beloved fur baby and cry. It's been so hard losing my babies over the last year. But each time Eric and Kym have been so compassionate. They picked up each one from the house and brought them back home to me. They provide a wonderful service and do it so well! May God bless them! Mercy, Grace, and Faith were all treated with respect and dignity and I was shown such compassion.

So glad I found Eric and Serenity Pet Cremation. After nearly 15 years, our baby Jesse James crossed the rainbow bridge. He was the sweetest cat and will be missed. It was very sudden. He had been sick but was improving, then too a turn that he couldn't recover from. We were not sure what we were going to due with his remains, but we know he needed to be with us. After thinking about burial and deciding that was a bad idea with other pets in the home and neighborhood that could dig him back up, it was decided to look into cremation. Eric was able to come pick up Jesse James the same day I called and informed 7 to 10 days. Jesse was back home in 7 and that was with a holiday weekend. Now we know no matter where life takes us, Jesse will still be able to go with us. Thank you Eric. The ceramic jar and plaster castings of his paw prints are beautiful and a perfect way to honor him.
