My Mom passed unexpectedly and these kind people took care of us like we were family. The building was nice and the flower spread that was included was perfect. It was a hard few days but they made sure we had what we needed.

My father was cremated and did not have viewing hours, so I cannot speak to their funeral services. However, we were satisfied with everything that they did for us. Mike was our primary contact, but everyone at the Calcutta location was helpful and easy to work with. They also helped us with cards to hand out at our memorial service that we held at a local park. Their kind assistance was appreciated during such a difficult time.

A few issues arose with my mother’s life insurance and I was helped by Laurie Brennen and she really helped calm me down. We went over everything. She took the time to make sure her contract and mine matched up. She was a great help! She really knows her job well. I appreciate all of the help she offered! She made my day easier than what I thought it was going to be. She is very personable and that makes a huge difference in my eyes.

My brother passed last Saturday, and Matt was exceptional in meeting our needs, and my Mothers wishes for the service. Matt was very understanding with my other brother and I, as we kept changing things. They did an amazing job for us and I want to personally thank Matt and the staff for a beautiful service

Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Home exceeded our expectations. The staff is amazing especially Laurie B.! Laurie made everything come together exactly as we expected it to. Mr. Sigler was also very nice and understanding with our family. They all made a stressful time not so stressful!

My family has no funeral plans as of yet. However, the more I hear of a new funeral director at Martin McLean Altmeyer, Amy Greenaway, I have plans of making an appointment soon to make our arrangements. I have came in contact with her at a friends services and the care and compassion she displayed to the family was heaven sent.

I personally have not dealt with Martin McLean or Care facilities for my family arrangements. However, I know a family that recently dealt with them and they said the Funeral home and DIRECTOR were more than accommodating. I personally know one of the directors and their family and I would have no problem ENTRUSTING the final earthly days of my loved one with her or MARTIN MCLEAN ALTMEYER FUNERAL HOME.

Horrible customer service!!!!! My deceased father's services were held here. Our entire family has always used Dawson's . He chose here because of the relationship already established with Dawsons. My 89 year old grandmother was not even acknowledged. She was not greeted by the director at all. I asked that we his children be removed from an obituary that was totally inaccurate. The director stated that he could not accommodate me. Not only was they rude the body was poorly prepared for viewing. I have attended many funerals and i have never heard of such disrespect of a family. If you eant a family atmosphere, warm reception, and genuine empathy give Dawson your business.

We have used the Martin / MacLean Funeral Homes repeatedly over the years. They took care of both my father and my mother. Pricing is fair and the service directors are top notch. Excellent people.

I just want u to know that it was the worst funeral I have ever been to!!!! I have never been so disrespected in my life!!! My father Jack Moore looked horrible!!!! The funeral director was very rude!!!! Weren't aloud to take pictures weren't aloud to put pictures in the casket nor a flower!!!! When I asked if I could I was threatened by the funeral director that he was going to call the police!!!! At the end of the service's noone could even speak about my father!!!!! Noone in my family will ever give u business again!!!!! If I had my choice my father would have never came there!!!! We will continue going to Dawson's!!!!!
