I'm a receptionist with a small practice an hour west of PCS. Jamey picks up and drops off at our location twice a week. Pets are returned to our office within 48 hours of pick up. Our clients are always satisfied with the results and turnaround. I've only been here for 8 months but I've heard horror stories about services from other companies our clinic has contracted with in the past. PCS feels like an extension of our team and we are grateful for their service.

This company and service is absolutely amazing. They handle your furry baby with tremendous care and personally deliver them to your door. Their boxes are absolutely beautiful and they truly do care about your lost loved one. Highly recommend and will use them for all our pets in the future.

They were so nice! DAVE actually delivered my baby to me at home. The oak box is absolutely beautiful and the plated name is also. I feel like they handled my baby with great care also received a.charm with other items. It is beautiful. I would definitely recommend if you absolutely had no other choice to use their services! I definitely recommend PCS to anyone who needs these services for their beloved pet. Daryl came very quickly to pick up my beautiful bunny, Tizzy and he had her back within a few days. I was new to this process as it was the first time I had a pet die as an adult; but he explained everything very well and was super nice. I will definitely be reaching out to him again when needed. When my Ninja went to heaven I wasn't sure where to go but wanted the best for my baby, glad I found Daryl at PCS Wickliffe, he got us right in and it was close by. Great price with additional options-I got the foam paw print and a fur clipping. He made me feel better in a tough situation and explained and showed me everything. So professional, responds to voice mail, and as I was not the one who picked up the cremains of my cat, he called me to make sure I was pleased with the services provided and to make sure Kobe arrived home safely. We cannot thank Daryl enough for how kind he was during this rough time for my daughter. She lost her 4 month old puppy, and wanted to deliver her baby to him herself. Michelle enjoyed talking to Daryl, and he helped her with the grieving process. He was so compassionate, and returned Duchess the very next day in a beautiful urn. We suddenly had to put our Juno (140 lb Mastiff) down and was unprepared for the process. After she was gone, the clinic was going to put her in the back room of their offices and could not guarantee when she would be cremated. This was not acceptable to us. I immediately called Daryl and he was willing to help. We drove her to him and he was so caring and treated her with dignity and respect. Dennis made such a difference. It eased our grief and he treated us with concern and kindness. I would highly recommend Daryl.

Highly recommend!!! Daryll was so helpful and compassionate during such a difficult time losing my fur baby. Was so hard of a thing to go through andHe made me feel so comfortable knowing what care was being given to my baby after she passed. I didn’t have to wait weeks to get her back. He also offers a foam paw print so I wouldn’t have to worry about a clay one breaking or cracking and it comes in a little case that closes so you can’t accidentally touch the paw print then you can place a photo in the top. Love the heart charm with the card and paw prints in it the charm is 2 halves. One placed with her and the other for me to keep so she’s with me all the time. Also a beautiful wooden urn with name plate. I would never go anywhere else for something that is so hard. Amazing compassionate caring place

We lost our kitty recently and were very fortunate to be able to be with her during her last moments.I called and was very nearly immediately able to take her in for cremation. Daryl was very kind and compassionate and we had our Iggy back the very next day in a beautiful wooden box with her name inscribed on it along with a half heart pendant (half with Iggy and half for us,) paw prints and a lovely card with her paw prints.Daryl then went above and beyond by delivering her to me. I would very highly recommend them and will unfortunately, but gratefully use them again.

I have used them in the past when I lost one of my fur babies and have recommended him to several people. Unfortunately on Tuesday I made the decision to send my kitty Monkey over the rainbow bridge due to health issues. I called Darryl to make arrangements to pick him up after the vet appointment. I was crying so hard he could barely understand what I was saying so I had to repeat myself a few times. The compassion and patience that Darryl showed me was above and beyond. When he picked Monkey up and dropped off his urn 2 days later he knew how hard it was for me. The look on his face handing the urn to me showed that he sympathized and understood my grief. It’s hard losing a pet but for him to do this day in and day out dealing with seeing our grief shows what an amazing person he is.

My daughter suddenly lost her bunny Clovey(Clover). He was amazing to get us in and make the experience for her as easy and comforting as possible.We have used his facility in the past and will always continue as he understands that pets leave a paw print forever in your heart.The fur and paw print she received not knowing we were getting made her cry tears of happiness that he thought of that.Thank you so much from all of us!!

Had a couple issues but nothing insanely serious:- Receptionist yelled about how much she hated snakes when I dropped off my deceased pet (not the one who was helping me, another one across the room who had overheard me)- I was contacted and told they were unable to do a belly print for my snake :( I figure there’s not much they can do but it was still disappointing- Called me when my pet was ready even though I specifically requested a text instead of call (I have hearing issues) and I had to get another person to help me with the call because they refused to text (even though they had texted me earlier in the process to let me know they couldn’t do a belly print)Picking my pet up was okay, the receptionist was kind and had everything ready when they said it would be.TL;DR: Overall, if you’re d/Deaf/HOH or a snake owner I don’t recommend working with this service unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else. Relatively cheap options (considering most places I’ve seen are $100+), but not a totally enjoyable experience IMO.
