This is our 2nd time using their services, the first time was a few years ago for our dog, an amazing experience in a sad time. This time it was for my daughters cat. This was a sudden and unexpected event. After dealing with the wonderful people at the vet hospital, they handled the transfer and everything. Our sweet boys ashes and his paw print were delivered to us by the company. The gentleman who delivered the ashes was very kind and compassionate to our loss. The box is beautiful and the paw print is perfect. Thank you so much for what you do, this brought my daughter so much comfort to know her best friend was taken care of by people who care.

I don’t leave reviews often, but good or bad when I do, it is very much deserved! I have to say my family and I are so happy we chose them. I called around to a couple different places and felt they were unreasonable. PCS inc was not only reasonable but they were great people that brought us a little more comfort during this hard time. Our whole experience was awesome, from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the sense of urgency! After payment, my pup was already picked up and on the way there within an hour and thirty minutes. I’d like to thank the whole team and staff for helping us out!

Your empathy and professionalism during this difficult time were truly appreciated. This being the first time experiencing letting go of a pet has been really rough on our family. So, I wanted to let you know, I am so grateful of all the extra steps you had taken, which shows in all the special little touches. I let my vet know...I wanted a paw print of her, but forgot to ask for a snippet of her fur. When I got her back, I received a beautifully done paw print, and a locket of her fur (thank you), and a card that contained a token of a broken heart...receiving that keepsake and knowing the other 1/2 has been put in her box with her was simply amazing.Thank you for being there!

When our Bailey passed away June 8, 2024, I contacted Pet Cremation Services. I had not had this experience in the past so I had no idea who to call, but based my decision on reviews. So glad that I did… From the very first interaction with the staff, they were so compassionate and caring. The gentleman that picked Bailey up, Jamie, was wonderful; And Paul returned his remains. He was great, as well. I was so pleased with everything I received and was very shocked with the quality for the price. Will definitely recommend Pet Cremation Services. He was with me just short a month of 21 years and though it had been expected, it was still an extremely disheartening and emotional experience.I could not be happier or more impressed by the quality and service extended to me. The memorial box meets my expectations exactly. Even more, are the additional details that I had not even thought to ask for including a lock of his hair and the imprint of his paw. The beautiful velvet sack and sympathy card rounded out my needs perfectly. Jessica exceeded all expectations for any type of business. She showed that she really cares and put in an effort to make me as comfortable as I could be during the most difficult time. We had to put our baby Tickles down last week. Our vet uses Pet Cremation Services. We didn't know what to expect but we trust our vet. Tickles came home yesterday in a beautiful wood grain box. I could not be happier with the ease of the entire experience. Pet Cremations made a very difficult time as beautiful as it could have been. They were very fast as well.

My vet uses this company to do cremations, so when my cat passed away, she was sent there. I was nervous about her having to travel so far and thinking about horror stories of mix-ups or not getting cremains back, but something else. The vet explained their chain of custody system to ensure that does not occur. I got my fur (most definitely her!) and a charm with the other half in the urn along with a paw print (this company does paw prints as well, highly recommend). Super reasonable price too, if that's something you're concerned about.

They went above and beyond my expectations! I’m used to just a box of ashes and a clay paw print, which was what I was expecting but what I received was so much more! The wooden box is beautiful and good quality. The black shadow box the paw print came in is definitely my favorite part. It’s very nicely done and color they use is very pretty. The card absolutely made me cry but it was so beautiful. They also added a little lock of hair in a little bag which I thought was nice too. I did put the 1 half of the card in the shadow box so I could easily display both, but a picture of your pet would be cool there too. This company definitely takes pride in their work and it really shows. When the unfortunate part of owning a pet happens, I highly recommend using this company to honor your pet ❤️

PCS cremation service should work on hiring better drivers. The driver driving on 71 south today told me to hurry up with hand gestures, as we were driving into stopped traffic. He then cut in front of me, just to be stopped by the traffic I was driving slow for. Helps to use GPS! Man drives wild in traffic with your deceased animal! All while the highway patrol was behind him 😂

Most of the experience was good, Up until today, June 5th, 2024. I went to this business because they had pretty good reviews and were the most cost effective for me at the time. My dog passed away back in September of 2023 and I took her in and waiting for her ashes to be ready for pickup. They took longer than the quoted time to get her back to me and when I called up there they told me she was out for delivery, which I never set up. So, I had to call multiple times to get a definitive answer as to whether or not she was ready to be picked up. Fast forward to June of 2024, I get a call from the business telling me my dogs ashes are ready to be picked up and paid for. MY DOG PASSED AWAY IN SEPTEMBER OF 2023, AND WAS ALREADY PICKED UP BY ME. Upon calling back, the lady has no answer for me when I asked her if I have someone else’s pet! She tells me she needs to speak to the boss and is “sorry for the inconvenience” and will call me back. This is more than an inconvenience!! This is traumatizing. Especially knowing that potentially someone else is getting the wrong pet back as well. Whose pet did they cremate and try to give me!? This makes no sense that this is able to happen. Something from back in 2023 and you’re telling me to pick my dog up almost 10 months later?! Are they even cremating the correct animals for the owners? Or are they just giving them whatever ashes they have and claiming it’s their beloved pet?! Mind you, I also got the paw print and piece of hair included with what I purchased. Whose pets paw print were they giving me? Whose pets fur was it? I went to this business hoping to make it as easy as possible during my time of sadness, and it has been horrible after this incident. Do better, please.

My mom was actually the one who arranged for my dog to be cremated, but they picked him up from MedVet the day after he was put to sleep, and I got him back 5 days later. They even included his paw print, some of his fur, and a half heart charm with the other half of the charm in the box with dog's ashes. It was completely unexpected but very touching.

I broke down crying when they delivered my baby! Cremation was SUPEE fast, I loved every detail and thought they put into this . I wasn’t expecting my babies paw print in a glass frame and the box was so beautiful, clean and a perfect size ! I loved that they delivered my dog ! Such a great experience

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers. Our cat passed away yesterday and we took him here to get cremated mainly because it was more to speed with what we could afford. When we walked in to let them know we were there she was filling out a paper for us, and her and the associates in the background were joking and laughing, not caring that someone was mourning a loss. We absolutely will not come back here. I do not recommend this place.

From talking about options to get her there so we could afford the cremation to being available for questions, he was awesome to work with. I am absolutely blown away by my experience with Pet Cremation services. My clients pet cat of 9 years "Morris" suddenly passed away. I arrived at work to find her heartbroken. I began to Google different places and quickly found this one. Within a couple of hours, I had made arrangements for "Morris", and He was picked up by a caring staff member; My client was even allowed to carry Morris out to the waiting van and say goodbye. Today, she received Morris's remains, and everything is absolutely Beautiful! All of this for $150 was incredibly affordable and worth every penny!Thank you Pet Cremation Services, for the phenomenal job you do for those who have lost their furry family member.

We were so surprised that they would deliver it here since we live over an hour from Columbus, and it was a huge weight off of our shoulders. Most of the experience was good, Up until today, June 5th, 2024. I went to this business because they had pretty good reviews and were the most cost effective for me at the time. My dog passed away back in September of 2023 and I took her in and waiting for her ashes to be ready for pickup. They took longer than the quoted time to get her back to me and when I called up there they told me she was out for delivery, which I never set up. So, I had to call multiple times to get a definitive answer as to whether or not she was ready to be picked up. Fast forward to June of 2024, I get a call from the business telling me my dogs ashes are ready to be picked up and paid for. MY DOG PASSED AWAY IN SEPTEMBER OF 2023, AND WAS ALREADY PICKED UP BY ME. Upon calling back, the lady has no answer for me when I asked her if I have someone else’s pet! She tells me she needs to speak to the boss and is “sorry for the inconvenience” and will call me back. This is more than an inconvenience!! This is traumatizing. Especially knowing that potentially someone else is getting the wrong pet back as well. Whose pet did they cremate and try to give me!? This makes no sense that this is able to happen. Something from back in 2023 and you’re telling me to pick my dog up almost 10 months later?! Are they even cremating the correct animals for the owners? Or are they just giving them whatever ashes they have and claiming it’s their beloved pet?! Mind you, I also got the paw print and piece of hair included with what I purchased. Whose pets paw print were they giving me? Whose pets fur was it? I went to this business hoping to make it as easy as possible during my time of sadness, and it has been horrible after this incident. Do better, please.

They didn’t make us feel like our Archie was just another dog. When I got the call that he was ready to come home I was in the middle of teaching a lesson. I called back and the gentleman on the phone gave me a minute to set up a time to have him brought home, as I couldn’t talk without getting super emotional. They delivered him at the time they promised and the driver took the time to ask about him. Having Archie’s ashes home gave our family a little sense of peace.

We had to put our almost 13 year old Jack Russell down due to cancer. We got him when he was 6 weeks old. When we picked up his remains from our vet, my husband and I both cried again. My mom was actually the one who arranged for my dog to be cremated, but they picked him up from MedVet the day after he was put to sleep, and I got him back 5 days later. They even included his paw print, some of his fur, and a half heart charm with the other half of the charm in the box with dog's ashes. It was completely unexpected but very touching.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers. Our cat passed away yesterday and we took him here to get cremated mainly because it was more to speed with what we could afford. When we walked in to let them know we were there she was filling out a paper for us, and her and the associates in the background were joking and laughing, not caring that someone was mourning a loss. We absolutely will not come back here. I do not recommend this place.

I had to put my dog down at my vet, as he was 12 and started losing feeling in his back legs. Our vet uses this company and they called me 2 days later to let me know he was ready. I was impressed as I have used other places in the past with a past veterinarian and it took weeks. I talked with a girl named Ange...and she was just so nice. They actually deliver your pet to you. She set up a time with me and was at my house right on time. They are so caring. She talked to me for several minutes and made me feel good knowing he was in good hands. I will always use this company from this point on. I highly recommend anyone to use them as well. Great place, great people. And they are caring especially during such a hard time.

They respected our wishes. And they were very quick with the process. Which made the grieving process a little easier. We have lost three pets and chose them everytime. They do not do ink prints for your pet. They do impressions instead which are beautiful and very touching. I suggest if you go only through them and want ink prints you try to do them yourself or get your vet to do so. As hard as this was for us we felt that all our babies were in good hands. They helped all our babies be more then honored. This was our expierence and I wouldn’t of chose it differently.Thank you PCS for loving our angles and helping send them to the heaven they deserved. ❤️

I was not going to be home on that day so I made arrangements to pick my Caira's ashes at the company on Frank Road. The staff there are kind, compassionate people and treated my dog with the respect she so well deserved. They lost my sister's cats fur. There was a mix up during processing. No one mentioned there was a mix up before or during pick-up. After pick-up, my 11-year-old niece looked in the envelope and the fur was from another animal. It was truly tragic, especially after losing her first pet abruptly just days before. This took place on a Saturday, with no management on site. We were advised we would receive a call first thing Monday morning. Around 10:30 am we still had not heard from anyone. We decided to drive to the location only to find out that not only did we not receive a call, but they still had not even attempted to rectify the situation. When asked for reimbursement, they skirted around and offered a cheap necklace instead. We left with what felt like empty promises, and still, with-out fur, answers, or any real accountability. The carelessness in which this situation was handled was astonishing and I strongly discourage anyone from putting themselves through it in an already difficult time.

My heart is broken beyond belief. Having them come and pick my precious little baby was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, knowing I would never see her again, but it was easier that taking a ride with her in the car and handing her over. My Macy's ashes were personally delivered the next day with paw prints and a clipping of her fur. it makes it slightly easier having her home with me and the speed at which they did it was so helpful to my heart. I would absolutely recommend this company.

My little Maxwell passed away on 10/10/22. I received him today 10/14/22. He was almost 17 years old. I am heartbroken, but when I received him today I was comforted because of the great presentation. The box was beautiful. The paw print was in a very nice case. The lock of hair is what choked me up. I just had cat euthanized on Saturday night and I got her cremains returned to me this morning. So they were very quick about taking care of her. Pet Cremation Services was compassionate, professional, caring and the return of my dog, Tank (16), was really fast. I wasn't expecting him to be home to me in a couple days. I also liked that they referred to him by name!My only issue is my lack of options, per se. I'm not sure if there was an option as it wasn't presented to me, but I'll mention I had another dog, Diamond, pass in 2016 of cancer at the age of 5. She was taken to a different cremation service (name irrelevant). The vet uses your cremation service and with me not having to go through this type of ordeal for some time this service was truly convenient and helpful. While I'm happy in having Tank home I can't help but feel I'm left with only my Tank Tank in an urn. The other cremation service provides a card "certificate of cremation" with a paw print and small bag of fur clippings along with the urn which leaves me/us with a piece of them. We (the parents) don't realize how precious these things are until we don't have our babies any longer. If this service isn't offered, (as a pet parent who REALLY loved my Tank) I HIGHLY recommend implementing this courtesy service. And if it's already in play, I ask you please ensure all customers know their options. Please.I thank you so kindly for taking care of Tank while he was in your hands. Blessings!!

We had to have our cat Blaze put to sleep a week ago today. We were on vacation in Florida when it happened so we were not able to be there with him. A family member had to do it for us. I’m heartbroken. I just returned home from some time away to find that my sweet Laydi girl was delivered home but my requests were not granted. I specifically requested 2 paw prints, her hair and a nose print. I received half of a paw print and some hair. I also requested for her to be split into 2 bags so I could ship her across the country to her other momma. None of my requests were met. So heartbreaking. I will be notifying my vets office not to use this company. The only good thing that came out of this was that my baby is now home with me and the young man Jared who personally called me and delivered Laydi home was personable and very kind.

They are all very sweet, caring,helpful, understanding, and very sympathetic about the loss of your friend. Our oldest cat, Ripley, whom we'd had for nearly 20 years (she was 19 years, 8 months old) died at home three days ago. Two days ago, I called Pet Cremation Services. They were so kind. They respected our grief. They came and picked her up on Monday, then dropped her off today. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone I dealt with was so nice! I highly recommend them!

We lost our dog unexpectedly and called around for prices. Either they wanted a lot of money to pick up, cremate and deliver her back or they weren’t willing to work with us to pay for it on payday.Well Per Cremation Services did everything that we wanted to do with other places. They worked with us. They picked her up, and brought her remains back on payday and we couldn’t have been more happier with their service. I had to put my dog down at my vet, as he was 12 and started losing feeling in his back legs. Our vet uses this company and they called me 2 days later to let me know he was ready. I was impressed as I have used other places in the past with a past veterinarian and it took weeks. I talked with a girl named Ange...and she was just so nice. They actually deliver your pet to you. She set up a time with me and was at my house right on time. They are so caring. She talked to me for several minutes and made me feel good knowing he was in good hands. I will always use this company from this point on. I highly recommend anyone to use them as well. Great place, great people. And they are caring especially during such a hard time.

They respected our wishes. And they were very quick with the process. Which made the grieving process a little easier. We have lost three pets and chose them everytime. They do not do ink prints for your pet. They do impressions instead which are beautiful and very touching. I suggest if you go only through them and want ink prints you try to do them yourself or get your vet to do so. As hard as this was for us we felt that all our babies were in good hands. They helped all our babies be more then honored. This was our expierence and I wouldn’t of chose it differently.Thank you PCS for loving our angles and helping send them to the heaven they deserved. ❤️

This is the first time I experienced Pet Cremation Services. A kind man delivers our sweet pets. I was not going to be home on that day so I made arrangements to pick my Caira's ashes at the company on Frank Road. The staff there are kind, compassionate people and treated my dog with the respect she so well deserved. They lost my sister's cats fur. There was a mix up during processing. No one mentioned there was a mix up before or during pick-up. After pick-up, my 11-year-old niece looked in the envelope and the fur was from another animal. It was truly tragic, especially after losing her first pet abruptly just days before. This took place on a Saturday, with no management on site. We were advised we would receive a call first thing Monday morning. Around 10:30 am we still had not heard from anyone. We decided to drive to the location only to find out that not only did we not receive a call, but they still had not even attempted to rectify the situation. When asked for reimbursement, they skirted around and offered a cheap necklace instead. We left with what felt like empty promises, and still, with-out fur, answers, or any real accountability. The carelessness in which this situation was handled was astonishing and I strongly discourage anyone from putting themselves through it in an already difficult time.

My heart is broken beyond belief. Having them come and pick my precious little baby was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, knowing I would never see her again, but it was easier that taking a ride with her in the car and handing her over. My Macy's ashes were personally delivered the next day with paw prints and a clipping of her fur. it makes it slightly easier having her home with me and the speed at which they did it was so helpful to my heart. I would absolutely recommend this company.

We have used Pet Cremation services for quite a while now. We do rescues and we also have had a lot of pocket and exotic pets. Whether we have had to call them or use them through the various vets in the area it's always been a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Always professional and kind. I had an excellent experience with Pet Cremation Specialists. From first contact over the phone until my pup was home, they treated him with respect and were wonderful to work with. Since my dog’s death was sudden and unexpected I hadn’t thought of what we would do if he passed. I called and they were patient with me and my questions. Within 2 hours of first contact they had picked up my baby. Then he was back home within 48 hours even though we opted for an urn that required personalization. I was a mess when Tosh was initially picked up and sent a few items with him (his blanket, favorite toy, and a box we had put him in). I gave instructions for some pieces to be returned and others not to be. I wasn’t sure if anything would come back, and honestly wasn’t too worried if it didn’t. But everything was done just as I requested.So I don’t hope to need the services of Pet Cremation Services again anytime soon, but should it be necessary I would call with zero concerns.

Given that my wife and I do a lot of animal rescue, we have had many of our rescues as well as our pets pass away at home. We have never had to second guess our decisions to always call upon Pet Cremation Services when one of our cats has passed.The employees are always extremely friendly and compassionate. I entrusted them with a pet of mine for cremation with a wooden box and name plate. They are correcting the name plate error, which I appreciate. However, they included a paw print of my kitty that looks like absolutely nothing… it’s insulting that it wasn’t done again or it at least wasn’t included so I wouldn’t miss the opportunity to have her paw print. I wouldn’t recommend taking your beloved pet here unless you take care of any keepsakes before.

I just had cat euthanized on Saturday night and I got her cremains returned to me this morning. So they were very quick about taking care of her. Pet Cremation Services was compassionate, professional, caring and the return of my dog, Tank (16), was really fast. I wasn't expecting him to be home to me in a couple days. I also liked that they referred to him by name!My only issue is my lack of options, per se. I'm not sure if there was an option as it wasn't presented to me, but I'll mention I had another dog, Diamond, pass in 2016 of cancer at the age of 5. She was taken to a different cremation service (name irrelevant). The vet uses your cremation service and with me not having to go through this type of ordeal for some time this service was truly convenient and helpful. While I'm happy in having Tank home I can't help but feel I'm left with only my Tank Tank in an urn. The other cremation service provides a card "certificate of cremation" with a paw print and small bag of fur clippings along with the urn which leaves me/us with a piece of them. We (the parents) don't realize how precious these things are until we don't have our babies any longer. If this service isn't offered, (as a pet parent who REALLY loved my Tank) I HIGHLY recommend implementing this courtesy service. And if it's already in play, I ask you please ensure all customers know their options. Please.I thank you so kindly for taking care of Tank while he was in your hands. Blessings!!

We had to have our cat Blaze put to sleep a week ago today. We were on vacation in Florida when it happened so we were not able to be there with him. A family member had to do it for us. I’m heartbroken. I just returned home from some time away to find that my sweet Laydi girl was delivered home but my requests were not granted. I specifically requested 2 paw prints, her hair and a nose print. I received half of a paw print and some hair. I also requested for her to be split into 2 bags so I could ship her across the country to her other momma. None of my requests were met. So heartbreaking. I will be notifying my vets office not to use this company. The only good thing that came out of this was that my baby is now home with me and the young man Jared who personally called me and delivered Laydi home was personable and very kind.

After having had a terribly rude conversation with someone from Shoedingers Pets I contacted Pet Cremation Services. Everyone I spoke to was nice and pleasant. I was calling in regards to our beloved family dog, and everyone always referred to him by name, never as just the dog, or the animal, as Shoedingers did, that alone showed so much respect and compassion! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. First off our interaction was very brief but it gave me more peace than I have had in days...months. Our dog Leo, 11 y/o, has been sick for months. Friday he took an unexpected turn for the worst and it was determined that it would be best to let him go. I have never gone through this before and certainly did not expect a) for him to come home so quickly b) be delivered TO me at my home, personally c) such a beautiful, simple box d) cost including the box, less than $80. Ashley called AND texted me this morning. We arranged for her to come in the early afternoon and she was here on time. I dont know if they realize how important their work is and how much it helps to have such care put into this. I cannot explain how appreciative we are and since we will continue to have fur babies who will inevitably cross the rainbow Bridge, we will request them every time. Thank you guys sooooo much. This company is amazing. Our cat was ran over right in front of my children. So we knew we had to make a decision to put our children at peace. We call Pet cremation services inc the very next morning. They were so kind, jumped straight into action, had my poor taggers picked up within one hour, and not even 24hour later they were calling me asking if it was ok to deliver him back to my home. This experience was horrible! The place had my girl over a week and then didn’t give a courtesy call to let us know that they wouldn’t be dropping her off on the day they was suppose to. also said we owed a payment when we had already paid 135.00!! i also left a message asking about Sookie and they never returned my call.. Very dissatisfied and upset with the whole company. and Paula seems very unprofessional!! I used them in 2020 when we lost our Bubba and it was the best experience.idk what’s up but they need to also let the drivers know to make sure your giving the right ashes to the rightful owners and that they need a better system in organizing their boxes when delivering and to make sure the person who took the payment puts it in the receipt so the driver isn’t asking the pet parent for money when is paid for! Us who decided to go through this company you should do better in your service because we just didn’t loose a animal WE LOST A PET AND FAMILY MEMBER.For future we WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY!!I suggest you look into some other company if you loose a furbaby and need services done!!!

Very very impressed with this company. I never knew much about pet cremation but unfortunately my pet and family member of 13 years, Hope, crossed over to rainbow bridge. But again, they went above and beyond with their service. I wasn’t expecting it. Thank you very much. Also shout out to Heidt Veterinary Clinic. Amazing place.

Answered my phone call at 6 am in the morning when I woke up to find that my cat had passed the day before I had planned to have him put to sleep. They came around noon the same day to pick him up and delivered his ashes back to us the next day. They offered either a metal tin or a wooden box for a little more. Seemed very reasonably priced, $55 for my 6lb cat. Thank you for caring for my pet.

I have used them for several pets over the years. They pick up your pet at your door and deliver their ashes back to you in a day or two. They are so compassionate and easy to work with. Also reasonably priced compared to veterinarians who seem to add some profit into the final cost.

The service was pretty quick and I was happy to get my girl home but they spelled her name wrong on everything. Even the clay paw print and since there is only 1 copy the vet is correcting it and turning an "e" into an "a" and ordering a whole new plate for the box. Not really what I wanted to discover after I picked up my girls ashes from the vet, she didn't deserve a careless mistake like that. Nothing like your memorabilia have visual alterations. Wish the vet would of used Schoedinger.

They are so caring when we drop my fur baby off . They offered to pick him but I had to do and say my goodbyes to my chop chop I asked the to keepHis blanket on him till it was and said they would. I got my baby back today and they did a wonderful job Thank you for all you did for us .

My dog Brutus passed away at 11:36 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28th. He was 17 years old and has been with me since he was 4. I called Pet Cremation Services after he passed and they called me back first thing Thursday morning and were at my house within an hour. The gentleman made sure we were ready before gently moving his body into the sling and carefully and quietly removing him from my house. I got a call today from Angie that Brutus was ready to come home and she is bringing him to my office since I had to come back to work. Everyone has been extremely kind and respectful from start to finish. They have treated my family and my beloved Brutus with the love and dignity he deserved. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind to us during this extremely difficult time.

We lost our Dog. Pet cremation services was an affordable alternative in a time of need. But we didn’t get her paw print or hair. They cremated her without us knowing we wouldn’t get those. Now it’s too late and we are very upset. I will never use this company again. Go to Schoedinger.

After having had a terribly rude conversation with someone from Shoedingers Pets I contacted Pet Cremation Services. Everyone I spoke to was nice and pleasant. I was calling in regards to our beloved family dog, and everyone always referred to him by name, never as just the dog, or the animal, as Shoedingers did, that alone showed so much respect and compassion! Jack, the driver that came to pick our boy up was amazing! He took time to ensure everyone, including my kids, was alright and understood the process! Our boy was back home with us the next day. Great services, couldn't recommend them more highly!

When our fur baby Pixie passed away we took her to Diley Hill Animal Emergency Clinic. They worked with Pet Cremation Services. Pet Cremation Services had her back home to me within 2 days which helped tremendously with my grieving process. The tin was adorable and they gave me a perfect paw and nose print. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. First off our interaction was very brief but it gave me more peace than I have had in days...months. Our dog Leo, 11 y/o, has been sick for months. Friday he took an unexpected turn for the worst and it was determined that it would be best to let him go. I have never gone through this before and certainly did not expect a) for him to come home so quickly b) be delivered TO me at my home, personally c) such a beautiful, simple box d) cost including the box, less than $80. Ashley called AND texted me this morning. We arranged for her to come in the early afternoon and she was here on time. I dont know if they realize how important their work is and how much it helps to have such care put into this. I cannot explain how appreciative we are and since we will continue to have fur babies who will inevitably cross the rainbow Bridge, we will request them every time. Thank you guys sooooo much. RIP Leo 11.10.09-11.20.20.

This company is amazing. Our cat was ran over right in front of my children. So we knew we had to make a decision to put our children at peace. We call Pet cremation services inc the very next morning. They were so kind, jumped straight into action, had my poor taggers picked up within one hour, and not even 24hour later they were calling me asking if it was ok to deliver him back to my home. The process was hard enough on my family, and they literally made it all so easy. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts, for taking care of our little guy!!! There were many opportunities for exceptional service, and they are batting 1,000 on those opportunities--from special requests on engraving, to STAT pick-up and delivery service. Of all the companies with whom we do business, Pet Cremation Services can't be beat on their service.

Did a horrible job getting my cats foot print. It's just a smudge on a piece of paper. I wish they had taken the time to get a decent print. It's not like it's that difficult my cat hard already passed away.

I called them on 4/12/2021 and was wanting to get my dog cremated I was crying and the nice lady who answered the phone told me to take my time ... the next day they picked my dog up and the nice man gave me words of encouragement and knew my dog was not just a pet but my family and then they called 4/14/2021 and dropped my baby back off to me ... the best part is that they called him by his name and treated him as my family .... I give this company 5 stars they are really nice caring and understanding and you can tell that it's just not a job but they love what they do ..... thanks so much pet cremation services 😊

Just had my best friend cremated at this so called facility I think it's the worst place ever unprofessional can't answer questions or prices I ask for paw prints and paid for extra ones as well and got two smuged prints that will go in the trash ,now I have nothing from my dog was expecting way better service than received would not recommend this place at all ,not sure the ashes you do receive are even your pet guess they don't understand our losses and that our pets are family and kids to us .
