First let me say that when I called the office to ask a few questions the woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful. She offered condolences several times and was very easy to talk to during a hard time. They did an amazing job with my fur baby. When I received the remains, there was paw prints, a lock of his fur, and a clay paw print with his name. His urn is beautiful. I highly recommend them. They weee truly amazing at a very difficult time for my family! Thank you!

The lady on the phone was so kind and patient at helping us pick out our urn and didn't rush us. When we received our furbaby back his urn came in a bag with a beautiful velvet bag with a card , his fur and paw print. Also a number to call a grief counselor if needed. I highly recommend, they were wonderful.

Just okay. Faithful Companion was so much better, and for the same money. Like another review mentioned, the paw print in rather poorly done, and you can't get another chance at that. Took over a week, Faithful Companion was 1 day. Everything was covered in dust and ash when I picked it up. Not pleasant.

In a time of great distress and unrelenting pain, depression and lostness at the loss of my beloved almost 15 year old companion, best friend and child, Pookie, Trusted Journey helped ease my worry and pain by being concerned, sympathetic and caring as though my dog was everything to them as well.Specifically, Craig Worth who went above and way beyond any person by helping ease the worry and pain by providing information that left me where I could begin my journey of grief. He communicated with me when he said he would and left his line open for continued communication.Craig spoke with me in a way that was genuine and caring as though he knew the deep love I had for my baby boy and the pain I was experiencing.Once I got my baby back, I was blown away by the memories Trusted Journey helped me to hang onto. They made a paw print of my dog and gave me a card with a heart and inside the heart was the very hair from my dog — this made me break completely down and I can't thank you enough Craig, and your employees for raising yourselves to a standard that far exceeded my expectations.If I could give you a million stars, I would give you that in a heartbeat..Thank you, Graig! Thank you for caring when you didn't have too.

I'm trying to understand why this place has no reviews yet (unless they're hidden)! So, my review is WELL OVERDUE!! My dog, Diamond, passed in 2016 of cancer at the age of 5. You all handled me and her with much compassion and care. I'm writing this review, however, after now dealing with the death of her almost 16 year old brother, Tank, a couple days ago. The vet used another cremation service and with me not having to go through this type of ordeal for some time this service was truly convenient and helpful. My issue, however, is I'm left with only my Tank Tank in an urn. Veterinary Cremation Services at least offered a paw print and fur clippings along with the urn which leaves me with a piece of them. We (the parents) don't realize how precious these things are until we don't have them. THANK YOU!!!!

This is the second pet loss I've had to experience. I just went with who they suggest because in the moment you don't want to think about it. The last time I went thought a different place because Med Vet recommended it. It was as good of an experience I could have hoped for. They essentially had a package that included 2 clay prints, 4 different paw prints on card stock, a noise print, some hair shavings a charm and she was in a box with a nice tag on it. This place however under whelmed me. It seemed as if they do t really care. The phone call I got to set it up was horrible, th girl was in training which is part of it but it did not give me the feeling I expected. I asked if there was a standard package and she said it came with a paw print and a name plate with the box. Okay cool I want that. I got him back today. There was a rushed clay print that looks nothing like his print, a name tag that just said his name and a box with his ashes. No card, nothing that made me feel like they understd what we are going through and cared. Not to mention I would have paid all kinds of money had I know. I wouldn't even get a ink print of his paw. Idk not a good experience..I'm just so upset by this.

Trusted Journey went above and beyond for my sweet, family dog Uno.We have always taken Uno to Berwick Animal Clinic for vet care... If Dr. Bando trusts them, I trust them too!Our urn was beautiful, and when I received our clay pawprint, I was brought to tears.Thank you, Trusted Journey!!!!

Absolutely a wonderful company. The employees will go above and beyond to make sure that it is an easier process when losing your pet. They make sure that it is not an added stressor in an already stressful and emotional time. I recommend using them in the process when losing a pet.

They did a really great job capturing memories of the most horrific thing ive been through. I definitely recommend them. They took very good care and put thought into the process.

Do not go here. This guy is rude and selfish and extremely inconsiderate. Laughed and snickered at my animal having to be brought in for cremation and wastes peoples time with callbacks and rambling and avoiding answering questions. Don’t use this guy. Give the business to someone who actually wants to help people.
