Everyone was very nice and comforting. They explained everything so that we understood all the services that they offered. Jim and all the staff took very good care of all the family members. If we had any questions or needs theywere all taken care of in a very timely manner. My family and I was very pleased with everything.

Not only did they help me with my Grandpas funeral but also a couple days later my brother in laws funeral as well. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.

Couldn't ask for more compassionate and caring people to help with everything you need during very difficult times. They are wonderful at making the process as easy as they possibly can. The attention to detail is exceptional. You can get ahold of them at any time and will help you every step of the way. Give you time to pick out everything you need without added pressure, but instead give advise when asked. They really truly care and we couldn't appreciate it more. We would trust them with anything needed in the future.

The compassion that I received from Vernon funeral homes was well beyond expectation. They walked me through the entire process, and I never had any questions. Although I didn’t want this experience to begin with, I’m glad I had it with them.
