Our James of 12 years, GSD, passed away peacefully this morning in our home with us by his side, Thursday, September 19,2024. The young man that came from faithful companion was amazing. He was so attentive and listed to the numerous stories we had about James and his brother Jesse. The young man had a GSD too and shared some stories of his pup and his other dog. He made the experience of taking James to their facility so much more beautiful. We want to say that Faihful Companions did an amazingly with both Jesse, 2 years ago and James today. We want to express our gratitude for being so kind in a difficult situation. God bless you for what you do for us pet parents. We appreciate you and everyone associated with your office. Even the person who took our call was so sweet and wanted to make sure we were okay. She had someone to our home within less than a couple hours. Thank you so much!!

My vet used this company for their cremations and only said it would be one to two for his ashes to come back. I was slightly skeptical because my friends who had lost pets had one to two weeks before they were returned.I got a call the next day that he was ready to be picked up and I'm beyond satisfied. His ashes were in a nice cherry oak box with his name on it, along with grief support guide for me.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my baby, Miso, I appreciate it immensely.

The body of my sweet bunny was given to them by My Pets Vet after whose surgery she died and I was told that my faithful companion will call me with options and urn costs and modifications. I didn’t get any call. I got a call today that my Fluffy was ready to be picked up and I need to pay almost $350! I was never given an estimate and option! But later they called me after finding the circumstances of my Fluffy’s death and said that the will refund me full amount . They were very compassionate on the phone . I know it won’t bring my antidepressant back but at least this place didn’t make money on my grief .

I don’t have the words to even describe how special this place, these people and the services they offer are. I worked at a local vet clinic for five years and became familiar with the company through that. Today was my third time going over there to cremate someone beloved to me. And my second time in the witness room. I will never go anywhere else. The first time, my childhood cat Cali passed away, and Michael was the one who assisted in the witness room and with her remains. I will never forget him or the genuine kindness and empathy that he carries, he made it one of the most special moments in my life. The second time, I was dropping off one of my sister’s treasured strays from the colony they care for, Private Dewdrop. I was met with the very same kindness and genuine compassion then. And today, I bore witness to the cremation of my beloved Rudy, who passed suddenly overnight. From Mindy, who took my sobbing call not even four minutes after they opened, to Taylor, who greeted me at the door with a warmness and loving care that was truly exceptional, to Bruce - who tended to Rudy and spent time in the room with us. He was gentle and sweet and so kind to me and my husband. You are all angels and the world needs more people like you. Thank you for taking the darkest moments in our lives and turning them into something to be cherished.

Our beautiful family member passed away in my arms 2 days ago after surgery. She was still so young. She was more than a dog. She was my heart. We were together 24/7 from the moment she came into our lives. She was always with me. We were so close, and I know she loved me just as much. The grief is killing me. I can't put her ashes down, I can't believe this is her. I can't sleep. I haven't slept in 3 days. I can't believe this happened. I love you Chloe. Only 5 years old. She should have had so much more time on this earth with us. With me.This place is wonderful. Everyone we talked to was kind and empathetic despite doing this for a living. Her urn is beautiful, and her paw print was a wonderful surprise. I thank everyone who works for this company with the bottom of my heart. You all are amazing. We appreciate you. It's so fresh. The staff here are incredible!! They helped my friend with her sweet girl passing in her home. Very accommodating and patient with us. They gave us rundowns of everything, how it goes, and went more than above and beyond!! We lost our Jesse, GSD, on Wednesday, 6/15/2022. He died peacefully in his bed on our kitchen floor. It was devastating to us. He was 9 years and 1 month old and was the most compassionate dog you ever want to meet. He loved people, kids and animals alike. Faithful companion came to our home last night. They were very understanding and sorry for our loss. He was even concerned about the feelings of Jesses brother James and made sure that James was okay before removing Jesse from our home. They couldn’t have been better concerning the circumstance. He let us talk about are pet and was so sweet and kind. He made sure we were well taken care of and allowed us to say our goodbyes to our Jesse. We recommend their services 100% and will tell all our friends about them. They came within 30 minutes of our call and we appreciated their quick response. I lost my son Milo Lee on 12/01/2024.Faithful companions was the most amazing cremation service I could have asked for.They brought my baby back to me at home personally. The man who brought him home (I apologize for not remembering his name) was one of the kindest, most considerate people I have met. I did break down when he brought him home but he made sure to help console me and I will always appreciate that.I did have a paw impression done of Milo. I do not think the staff will ever understand how much I treasure this. Not only is it a paw print. They managed to capture some of his fur in the impression as well.Thank you all for taking care of my baby.

The staff at Faithful Companion treated me with such kindness when I brought my soul cat in to be cremated last week. They did not pressure me to pay for anything extravagant, simply assured me that he would be privately cremated and ready to be picked up the following day, which was in fact the case. The staff member that assisted me when I came to collect him was very respectful and kind. I will absolutely be using their service again when my other aging cat passes on and will be referring friends to them should their needs warrant their services.

Our sweet Spencer was treated at Med Vet as an emergency. With his chronic condition we did not want him to suffer. When we left MedVet they said Faithful Companion would be in touch. We received a call within 2 hours. They explained our options and set up a time the next day to deliver his ashes home to us. The event was so sad but they were very caring, compassionate and thoughtful. Thank you for taking care of our sweet boy at the very end.

I hope I never have to recommend Faithful Companion but when you find yourself having to say farewell to your pet, there are not enough words to express how grateful I am Faithful Companion handled my 9 year old English Bulldog "Gator" remains. Not only were they patient in allowing me time to grieve but also allowing me to take my time to choose the inscription. I spoke to Kyle who I believe handled Gator, or at least he was the one who I dealt with. Kyle was so pleasant on the phone even calling me to confirm how it was going to be displayed on the box. When the remains arrived the driver was super friendly or as friendly as one can be under the circumstances :). Gator'd box arrived in a nice gift bag and the box for his remains was extremely high quality and well made. When I opened the bag, I burst into tears when I saw they had also took an impression of his paw print!!! Thank you Thank You Thank You!! Words can't convey how much his paw print meant to me!!! I realized this past week, I never got around to taking an impression so I had so much regret because I thought itnwas gone FOREVER. When I opened the bag and saw it was with his remains, it truly meant so much too me. As well as knowing I don't have to live with the regret I would never have it. It is like Faithful Companion read my mind!!! Up until recently I never knew companies like Faithful Companion existed. I look back and think how things could have turned out so horrible had MedVet not worked with Faithful Companion. What would I have done? Try to grieve the loss of my little boy Gator while scrambling to figure out the process of his remains? I could barely decide on what to inscribe? I can't even imagine trying to deal with all the little details when my heart was devastatingly broken!! As much as I hate to think any pet parent will be faced with losing their pet, I would not trust anyone else to handle my pets remains except Faithful Companion..When the day arrives for Gator's sister Daisy, I am deeply and forever grateful I can reach out to Faithful Companion, Kyle and the other staff to handle the details. Gators cremation box is beautiful and a meaningful tribute that honor's Gators legacy! Also I want to add I was very impressed that Faithful Companion even delivered Gators remains directly to me. I live in Alexandria,KY which is a little bit of a drive from their location. I went into it expecting to have to pick Gator up myself due to the distance. Yet this final step in the service illustrates the level of care they showed for Gator. Thank you Faithful Companion, I am forever grateful for the level of care and class you showed with Gator - the worlds greatest English Bulldog!

I can't believe I asked him, but I asked if the gentleman had a truck because my dog's cage was huge, and I just couldn't look at it anymore and I needed to take it to the dumpster. I still expect my dog to go to the door so I could take him for a walk. I just keep thinking it's time to take him for a walk. This man was so kind, with no hesitation he carried it away for me. The way he acted, so respectful the whole time really made this process a little easier. I very much appreciate your business, but the driver couldn't have done a better job also. Thank you so much.

My best friend and little buddy passed away unexpectedly. My heart is broken. I knew I had to do something special for him , so I was told about Faithful Companion. They made a wooden box with his name on it and a paw print with his name under it . They both were beautiful and are very much cherished. I then seen they make necklaces with the paw print so I ordered one and it is perfect. The home euth vet we used partnered with faithful companion and they came out on short notice on a Sunday. They were there within an hour of my boy's passing. The driver that came was so respectful and sympathetic I'll never forget it. He handled my dog's body with dignity and great care. I even had to run out and stop him from driving off because I realized that I forgot to take his collar off and he was so kind about that too. The next day when they brought me his remains, they called me to let me know they were coming, and offered me sincere condolences again as they handed me the cremains. Inside the bag with his ashes was also some information on resources on grief and pet loss. They were great every step of the way. Thank you!

First and foremost, I want to thank Faithful Companion again for the supportive services they provided during this unimaginably hard time. They made what would have been the most emotionally traumatizing and impossibly hard day for me to handle into a day that my family and I could properly grieve. I cannot thank them enough, and I cannot thank God enough that they were around to help.My beloved childhood dog had a very unfortunate passing over the night. It was not a sight anyone in my family could bear. My sweet boy was over 100lbs, and I was the only one in the family remotely strong enough to pick him up on my own, but admittedly I was nowhere near emotionally strong enough to do it. At the recommendation of our vet’s office, I called Faithful Companion to inquire about retrieval and cremation. The woman I talked to on the phone was so compassionate and patient as I tried to muster through the immense grief that I was feeling as I explained the situation.Faithful Companion sent two drivers out to retrieve him, since I made it clear that I was in no emotional state to be able to assist. They came promptly at the beginning of the time window I was given. They were very professional, yet still so very compassionate. They happily complied with my requests to leave his collar behind and to please come let me know when they were done, as I just could not watch it happen. The drivers very respectfully loaded him the van (which was a beautiful vehicle, not a cold industrial van as I had imagined it might be) in a way that I had the opportunity to say goodbye, and scratch my buddy behind the ear one last time.Faithful Companion’s late hours gave my family and I plenty of time to look over urn options and call in with our choice. That extra time helped so much so that we didn’t need to rush to a decision into what would suit him best. We decided on the White Angel Marble, as the white marble matched my boy’s beautiful white coat, and he really was our angel. We had his name engraved on the urn, which came at no extra cost for this particular urn.He was ready the next day (today) and carefully hand delivered by yet another kind soul. They happily fulfilled my request to set aside a few viles of his ashes so my family and I could take some time to choose urn necklaces to fill at a later date.I also opted to get a couple of the clay paw prints made, one for my mother and one for myself. These are an actual imprint of his paw, and they are so beautiful. We will cherish them forever.The cost for everything was very reasonable and well worth it. They are not here to monetize on your pain and suffering.My buddy was here for 11 years taking care of our family, and though he is gone too soon, I was so glad to have Faithful Companion take care of him just as well.I seriously cannot thank Faithful Companion enough. Thank you.

9/14/24 - Thank you all once again for your caring, compassion and service. Losing Zoey yesterday broke our hearts. Every one of you were wonderful. I wouldn't trust my fur babies to anyone else. Millie passed away on Sunday. Faithful called me on Monday to make arrangements to bring Millie home. I've had a lot of pets cross the rainbow Bridge. But this is the first time that my angel was brought home to me. I love this service. The person who brought Millie home was very empathetic and compassionate. They handled the cremation of our dog beloved pet. Of almost 10 years and this was July 3 right before July 4 holiday he was picked up and processed on July 3 and we received a call July 4 that they would bring him home to us. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our dog back home so quickly and at the holiday too. He was in a nice wooden box engraved and a paw print of him came home the very next day. They were very professional very great company to work with.

This week we lost our sweet boy, Percy. The veterinary hospital we were at offered cremation services through faithful companion. In my grief I didn’t pay attention to all of the details, so when I received a call less than 48 hours later that his ashes were ready to be hand delivered to our home, I was blown away. Not only were his ashes in a beautiful, personalized box, we were given an imprint of his paw print and a stand. I am so beyond grateful for this service. The compassion and attention to detail has been a balm to my very shattered heart.

My son’s best friend died this morning. I called to get pricing and they were affordable. We brought our buddy to them around 10:30am. They brought us into a room and instructed us to place our buddy into his final box. Loving care was put into every detail. After the paperwork was signed, we followed into the final room. I personally placed Bo-Bo into the machine. We were allowed to stay until the process was complete and we walked out a couple hours later with our friend. 100% recommend.RIP: Bo Bo…we’ll see you at the rainbow bridge. 💔

We lost our baby boy Rodney and we took him to Faithful Companion yesterday. Today we received his remains and the whole process was done so quickly and delicately. I was updated the whole time and both Taylor and the man who delivered his ashes were very thoughtful. I would say that this company makes a difficult time much easier. These people are some of the most compassionate, detail oriented individuals I've ever met. Our 11 year old Angel of a dog passed away suddenly Monday 3/27 and in less than 24 hours they had him back in our possession and presented him to us in a beautiful wooden urn with a clay footprint and a few other items. I realized this past week, I never got around to taking an impression so I had so much regret because I thought itnwas gone FOREVER. When I opened the bag and saw it was with his remains, it truly meant so much too me. As well as knowing I don't have to live with the regret I would never have it. It is like Faithful Companion read my mind!!! Up until recently I never knew companies like Faithful Companion existed. I look back and think how things could have turned out so horrible had MedVet not worked with Faithful Companion. What would I have done? Try to grieve the loss of my little boy Gator while scrambling to figure out the process of his remains? I could barely decide on what to inscribe? I can't even imagine trying to deal with all the little details when my heart was devastatingly broken!! As much as I hate to think any pet parent will be faced with losing their pet, I would not trust anyone else to handle my pets remains except Faithful Companion..When the day arrives for Gator's sister Daisy, I am deeply and forever grateful I can reach out to Faithful Companion, Kyle and the other staff to handle the details. Gators cremation box is beautiful and a meaningful tribute that honor's Gators legacy! Also I want to add I was very impressed that Faithful Companion even delivered Gators remains directly to me. I live in Alexandria,KY which is a little bit of a drive from their location. I went into it expecting to have to pick Gator up myself due to the distance. Yet this final step in the service illustrates the level of care they showed for Gator. I can't believe I asked him, but I asked if the gentleman had a truck because my dog's cage was huge, and I just couldn't look at it anymore and I needed to take it to the dumpster. I still expect my dog to go to the door so I could take him for a walk. I just keep thinking it's time to take him for a walk. This man was so kind, with no hesitation he carried it away for me. My best friend and little buddy passed away unexpectedly. My heart is broken. I knew I had to do something special for him , so I was told about Faithful Companion. They made a wooden box with his name on it and a paw print with his name under it . They both were beautiful and are very much cherished. The home euth vet we used partnered with faithful companion and they came out on short notice on a Sunday. They were there within an hour of my boy's passing. The driver that came was so respectful and sympathetic I'll never forget it. He handled my dog's body with dignity and great care. I even had to run out and stop him from driving off because I realized that I forgot to take his collar off and he was so kind about that too. The next day when they brought me his remains, they called me to let me know they were coming, and offered me sincere condolences again as they handed me the cremains. Inside the bag with his ashes was also some information on resources on grief and pet loss. They were great every step of the way. Thank you!

First and foremost, I want to thank Faithful Companion again for the supportive services they provided during this unimaginably hard time. They made what would have been the most emotionally traumatizing and impossibly hard day for me to handle into a day that my family and I could properly grieve. I cannot thank them enough, and I cannot thank God enough that they were around to help.My beloved childhood dog had a very unfortunate passing over the night. It was not a sight anyone in my family could bear. My sweet boy was over 100lbs, and I was the only one in the family remotely strong enough to pick him up on my own, but admittedly I was nowhere near emotionally strong enough to do it. At the recommendation of our vet’s office, I called Faithful Companion to inquire about retrieval and cremation. The woman I talked to on the phone was so compassionate and patient as I tried to muster through the immense grief that I was feeling as I explained the situation.Faithful Companion sent two drivers out to retrieve him, since I made it clear that I was in no emotional state to be able to assist. They came promptly at the beginning of the time window I was given. They were very professional, yet still so very compassionate. They happily complied with my requests to leave his collar behind and to please come let me know when they were done, as I just could not watch it happen. The drivers very respectfully loaded him the van (which was a beautiful vehicle, not a cold industrial van as I had imagined it might be) in a way that I had the opportunity to say goodbye, and scratch my buddy behind the ear one last time.Faithful Companion’s late hours gave my family and I plenty of time to look over urn options and call in with our choice. That extra time helped so much so that we didn’t need to rush to a decision into what would suit him best. We decided on the White Angel Marble, as the white marble matched my boy’s beautiful white coat, and he really was our angel. We had his name engraved on the urn, which came at no extra cost for this particular urn.He was ready the next day (today) and carefully hand delivered by yet another kind soul. They happily fulfilled my request to set aside a few viles of his ashes so my family and I could take some time to choose urn necklaces to fill at a later date.I also opted to get a couple of the clay paw prints made, one for my mother and one for myself. These are an actual imprint of his paw, and they are so beautiful. We will cherish them forever.The cost for everything was very reasonable and well worth it. They are not here to monetize on your pain and suffering.My buddy was here for 11 years taking care of our family, and though he is gone too soon, I was so glad to have Faithful Companion take care of him just as well.I seriously cannot thank Faithful Companion enough. Geordi, a Borador (Brown Border Collie mixed with Chocolate Lab) was my best friend and baby for the past 12 years. His was one of the sweetest, most gentle souls I have ever encountered. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. It was important to me that upon his passing, his remains would be handled in the most professional, respectful, and dignified manner possible. Faithful Companion met the challenge and for that, I am eternally grateful. Upon Geordi’s transition on November 8, 2020, he was picked up at the veterinarian’s clinic, cremated the same day, and brought back to me in a beautiful urn by a Faithful Companion’s staff person the next day. There is no taking the sting out of the pain of my loss; but I do have a level of comfort in knowing that his remains were handled promptly, professionally and with the compassion expected for such a solemn occasion.

Our family has used Faithful Companion’s services three times over the last couple years. Most recently, our Great Dane passed in her sleep after a short battle with osteosarcoma. Around 7 PM last night I discovered that Beans had left us. I haven't had to deal with this before and really didn't know what to do, and it was late so I was very distraught over what to do if we had to wait until the next day. I had to let his cagemate have some time with him so while they were together I did some searching and found Faithful Companion. They were able to send someone out about an hour and a half later. I wasn't fully prepared when they came to pick up Beans and the gentleman (I'm so sorry - I'm bad with names even when I'm not upset) was pretty patient. My daughter and I were able to spend some time saying goodbye one last time and we sent Beans on his way. I sent him wrapped in a blankie and I was asked if the blankie should be returned and I said yes - Beans' cagemate needs something with his scent on it. Beans' ashes were returned today, along with his carefully packaged blanket and the pawprints we ordered, which are beautiful. Everyone I dealt with was compassionate and understanding. Faithful Companion made the hardest day of pet ownership as easy as they could for me.

We sadly had to put our pup down the day before Christmas Eve during the really bad weather. Our vet handled everything for us, as to not add any extra trauma. They handled the cremation of our dog beloved pet. Of almost 10 years and this was July 3 right before July 4 holiday he was picked up and processed on July 3 and we received a call July 4 that they would bring him home to us. This week we lost our sweet boy, Percy. The veterinary hospital we were at offered cremation services through faithful companion. My son’s best friend died this morning. I called to get pricing and they were affordable. We brought our buddy to them around 10:30am. They brought us into a room and instructed us to place our buddy into his final box. Loving care was put into every detail. After the paperwork was signed, we followed into the final room. I personally placed Bo-Bo into the machine. We were allowed to stay until the process was complete and we walked out a couple hours later with our friend. 100% recommend.RIP: Bo Bo…we’ll see you at the rainbow bridge. 💔

Faithful Companion was one of the choices thru Medvet after my dog passed away. There was an issue where my dog's remains were put on the wrong shelf, so they missed the delivery back to me. So, I was in their area the next day and opted to pick him up so it wouldn't happen again. It is nice to have this service included at a Vet office so I didn't have to call myself. I think this service should be offered at all Vet offices. They had everything packed up, and offered reading material to help with grief.

I cannot say enough goods things about Faithful Companion. We lost our 15 yr old fur baby Zero unexpectedly.The staff was very compassionate and explained everything to us in detail. The staff went and picked him up at Med Vet and then delivered his remains to our house the following day. The box was beautiful with a beautiful inscription. We had to make an unexpected and very difficult decision to let our sweet, gentle Audrey cross the bridge this past weekend after a bout with lymphoma. We opted for the private cremation that our vet offered, and were surprised when they informed us that the service would include home delivery of the ashes. This was our first experience with Faithful Companions since our vet's office has established the affiliation. I was even more surprised to receive a call the following Monday morning - not the week or more that I am used to with other services in the past - and our dear girl was back home with us within the hour. We are big animal lovers, and when the time comes to say goodbye, there is no other company I would choose to take handle the remains of my beloved pet than them. They ensure that your pet is returned to you as soon as possible. They take great measures to ensure mistakes do not happen when returning your pet's remains, and their remembrance products are of high quality. We had to make a horrible decision after a bad surgery for our beautiful girl. We didn’t expect that day to be her last day. We were and are still in shock and complete mourning. Faithful companion brought our beautiful angel back home in the most beautiful urn and pawprint ever. Their whole setup is beautiful. I lost my fur baby too soon. I was calling placing to get information about having my pup cremated. Faithful Companions was the first place I called and they were so pleasant and loving. Faithful Companion was one of the choices thru Medvet after my dog passed away. There was an issue where my dog's remains were put on the wrong shelf, so they missed the delivery back to me. So, I was in their area the next day and opted to pick him up so it wouldn't happen again. It is nice to have this service included at a Vet office so I didn't have to call myself. I think this service should be offered at all Vet offices. They had everything packed up, and offered reading material to help with grief.

I just wanted to thank you guys for your compassion and getting my baby back home to me so quickly. She was brought home to me in the most perfect timing. I was on the phone with my mother sobbing, and within a minute she was back into my arms.She was a very special little girl and her absence is debilitating. I think she took my whole heart with her.

I cannot say enough goods things about Faithful Companion. We lost our 15 yr old fur baby Zero unexpectedly.The staff was very compassionate and explained everything to us in detail. The staff went and picked him up at Med Vet and then delivered his remains to our house the following day. The box was beautiful with a beautiful inscription. We had to make an unexpected and very difficult decision to let our sweet, gentle Audrey cross the bridge this past weekend after a bout with lymphoma. We opted for the private cremation that our vet offered, and were surprised when they informed us that the service would include home delivery of the ashes. This was our first experience with Faithful Companions since our vet's office has established the affiliation. I was even more surprised to receive a call the following Monday morning - not the week or more that I am used to with other services in the past - and our dear girl was back home with us within the hour. I just have to say how touched I am by the kindness, professionalism and sincerity with which your team cares for your clients and cherished pets. I know that Audrey would be honored by the respect she received on her final journey, as we are honored to have been a part of her happiness here on earth. Huge thank you to Faithful Companion. I unfortunately lost my 7 year old ferret Cheeba and there’s a huge hole in my heart. I had her put to sleep at the vet and was really anxious about trusting to get my girl back to me. She was delivered back to me in 24 hours and there are multiple identity tags that make me feel a lot more comforted in knowing it’s her. We just recently had to put our cat down due to him being too sick to continue. He had been battling severe anemia for two years, diabetes for the past year and just recently started having liver issues. We took him to medvet on 1/1/23 due to him having jaundice. After a very long and hard discussion between our family, we decided it was time. He was one of our best friends and I know our four other cats will miss him dearly too. We were all there as he crossed the rainbow bridge, holding and petting him till the end. Even though our pain will linger, we know that he is healthy and happy again. Faithful Companions helped our baby come back home to us safely again. We have a beautiful paw print and a beautiful little urn for him. We will miss him dearly but having such compassionate people take such great care of our baby will help us rest a bit easier. My dog passed away unexpectedly and we were referred to Faithful Companion by the animal clinic. We drove out dog to the location in Sharonville and they immediately came out to the car to take my dog inside. I was still very upset and Danny gave us some time before we started the process of choosing the service we wanted. Danny was very patient and understanding with us. He also allows us to spend time with our dog before leaving.We were told that we would have the ashes and paw print delivered the next day and they did just that. John delivered everything to us the following day. He explained everything to us and spent a little time learning about our dog. I definitely recommend Faithful Companion to anyone wishing to have their family pet cremated. This is an amazing company!

We lost our beloved cat very unexpectedly early morning on a Sunday. Not knowing what to do with our vet being closed and most other places not opening again until Monday, we were fortunate to find Faithful Companion was open. We met with a gentleman, Paul, that morning who was very kind and walked us through our options. He allowed for us to have a moment of privacy to say goodbye one last time and assured us we would have her ashes returned within 24 hours. Just as he had assured, she was returned home to us the very next day by another very kind gentleman, who hand-delivered her to our front door. We had an in-home (actually backyard) euthanasia scheduled same day and Faithful Companion was right there, flexible with their schedule, in the evening to pick him up. I wasn't sure what to do when our pet chinchilla Ramathorn passed away peacefully at our home, but my wife found Faithful Companion. They were able to take care of us that morning, and we were given ample time to spend with him before leaving. They also were able to get him back home to us the next day. Unfortunately, we have gotten to know this company quite well over the past few years. We are big animal lovers, and when the time comes to say goodbye, there is no other company I would choose to take handle the remains of my beloved pet than them. They ensure that your pet is returned to you as soon as possible. They take great measures to ensure mistakes do not happen when returning your pet's remains, and their remembrance products are of high quality. I lost my fur baby too soon. I was calling placing to get information about having my pup cremated. Faithful Companions was the first place I called and they were so pleasant and loving. After our beloved dog (Sasha) was treated at The Pony Express, they recommended Faithful Companion Pet Services. We opted to use them for Sasha. The entire scheduling of the process is done at Pony Express and they reassured us that Sasha was in good hands. The very next day we received a phone call from Faithful Companion, the very first words were "We are so sorry for your loss". That to us meant so much in a time of emotional distress. They were absolutely professional and respectful. The gentlemen walked us through the entire process and assured us that Sasha was taken care. They scheduled a time to drop off our beloved Sasha that worked for us. The gentleman that dropped her off was friendly and displayed great respect. The package contained the ashes, the receipt and we didn't expect a sympathy card signed by the staff and a bookmaker of the Rainbow Bridge Poem. Not only did this mean so much to us but also demonstrated the quality and caliber of the type of company Faithful Companion is. The process with Faithful Companion has been so comforting and positive. I called them on 12/23 at 5:30pm after losing our sweet little girl GiGi. I was expecting to hear they were closed for the holidays, however they assured me that they were open. They were very kind and comforting assuring me that they would take very good care of our cat. I couldn't be happier with this place and all the people that work for this company!!! We had our dog pass away last weekend and when we were doing the paper work we were not all right in the head but we both said we wanted his name engraved on the box but when we got it back the next day, which alone is amazing, the only thing it was missing was the engraving. It was not the companies fault at all West Chester Vet center did not check the box nor show us more we could have done. Forget about them, Faithful companions called me the day I emailed them and they had someone out that same day with his box engraved and they exchanged everything over and the man that came here was great and very informative!!! Our senior cat suddenly passed away with out more signs of end of life. We thought we'd have more time to plan and prepare. A 2am google search lead me to Faithful Companion and I called them and left a message. They called me shortly after they opened that morning, and arranged a pickup within hours. We just got her ashes back the next day. From the phone, to the pick up from the drive, and delivery of her ashes it's been such an easy experience. This company works fast. Our dog passed away yesterday so of course, it was a very sad evening to not have him around anymore. This morning we got a call from Faithful Companion letting us know they had his cremains and would deliver everything back to MedVet today, so that we could pick him up from there. The box and engraving is beautiful and very well put together. You just know your old buddy is resting peacefully in there. We were able to bring him back home and all has ended well for our beloved pet.

I lost my beloved leopard gecko earlier today. My sister called to ask if Faithful Companion could cremate him, and they welcomed us within the next hour and a half. Aidan was extremely gentle when handling Elliott and walked us through every step of the process. He provided me with the opportunity to say a final goodbye and even let me place Elliott in the box myself. I also received his small footprints in clay, where all of his tiny scales and claws are visible. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated this, as those are details that cannot be captured by pictures or videos alone and I was afraid they would be lost forever. My beloved Maisie passed away the night of April 12th, and when I made the decision to have her cremated, the veterinary clinic informed me that Faithful Companion would be handling the service. As I am not from America natively and Maisie passed away while we were on vacation, I was frantic that she would not be returned to me before I had to leave (my experience with cremation is that it takes a week or longer). The clinic assured me that Faithful Companion was very personal and would do their best to meet our deadline, and that the clinic staff would explain everything. It was true. My baby girl came back within 24 hours in a beautiful box, everything just so, and a sympathy card had even been attached. It was a great relief to me in this time that my baby came back to me ASAP, and the care taken for our situation was greatly appreciated. I only wish that I could have given her an engraving or something, but being out of country at the time made it difficult to get things together. Thank you, Faithful Companion, for making this nightmare of mine so much easier. I very much appreciate it.

I am very pleased how the whole process went. The person who I emailed was very nice and understanding. Helped me through the start process and price quotes. Her on email and the guy who came and picked my dog up kept telling me how sorry for my loss. The guy put my dog in a box with a pillow inside. He explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They returned him the next afternoon in a beautiful bag. My dogs ashes were put into a beautiful wooden box. The bag also contained a signed card as well as information and receipt. Thank you guys for making my boys and I grieving a little less. You guys did a great job. My boyfriend and I lost our little kitten Alfred very unexpected on Thursday night. I’m new to the area so I had no clue who to go to for cremation. I lost my guinea pig over the weekend and was absolutely distraught. Thankfully my wife found faithful companion and called to ask if they could cremate little animals, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and let us know to bring her in when we were ready. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were extremely compassionate and respectful. My Newfoundland passed away and was almost 200 pounds. They did not charge anything extra and picked up his body without any hesitation. The drivers were extremely caring and treated my dog with such respect. After our beloved dog (Sasha) was treated at The Pony Express, they recommended Faithful Companion Pet Services. We opted to use them for Sasha. The entire scheduling of the process is done at Pony Express and they reassured us that Sasha was in good hands. The very next day we received a phone call from Faithful Companion, the very first words were "We are so sorry for your loss". That to us meant so much in a time of emotional distress. They were absolutely professional and respectful. The gentlemen walked us through the entire process and assured us that Sasha was taken care. They scheduled a time to drop off our beloved Sasha that worked for us. The gentleman that dropped her off was friendly and displayed great respect. The package contained the ashes, the receipt and we didn't expect a sympathy card signed by the staff and a bookmaker of the Rainbow Bridge Poem. Not only did this mean so much to us but also demonstrated the quality and caliber of the type of company Faithful Companion is. The process with Faithful Companion has been so comforting and positive. I called them on 12/23 at 5:30pm after losing our sweet little girl GiGi. I was expecting to hear they were closed for the holidays, however they assured me that they were open. They were very kind and comforting assuring me that they would take very good care of our cat. In fact, they were open till 10pm giving us time to say goodbye without feeling rushed. They delivered a very nice cherry wood box by 1:00 the next day (Christmas Eve). I’m glad she is home with us. I couldn't be happier with this place and all the people that work for this company!!! We had our dog pass away last weekend and when we were doing the paper work we were not all right in the head but we both said we wanted his name engraved on the box but when we got it back the next day, which alone is amazing, the only thing it was missing was the engraving. It was not the companies fault at all West Chester Vet center did not check the box nor show us more we could have done. Forget about them, Faithful companions called me the day I emailed them and they had someone out that same day with his box engraved and they exchanged everything over and the man that came here was great and very informative!!! While we knew "it" was coming, we never expected it to be a decision we had to make this past Saturday night. The emergency vet. explained our options & we opted for Faithful Companion, as their price was around what we had expected to pay. What made Faithful Companion stand out to us is the personalized service. The vet said they typically return the cremains in 48-72 hrs; I was beyond moved when I received a call this afternoon (Monday), less than 48 hours after our dog had died, to see if it was okay to return him to us this afternoon. (Even in writing this I am choked up, simply because it meant a lot to our whole family). Our lab, Monty, was returned to us in a beautiful wooden urn & not only that, they personally delivered him to our home (which I believe is over an hour drive from their location). I truly cannot say enough about Faithful Companion - our expectations have truly been exceeded.

I had to have my cat Fella, euthanized last Friday, and I Was Devastated. He was in kidney failure, in a lot of pain, and getting weaker and weaker. My animal clinic had Faithful Companion come and pick up my cat's body yesterday, and he was cremated, and I received his ashes back today. Along with a rainbow bridge poem, and a sympathy card, The ashes were in a plastic bag, which was put into a little burlap type bag, and then put into a little cherry wood box, with a latch. I would recommend Faithful Companion to anyone looking for a compassionate, caring place to have their pet cremated. They brought my baby's ashes to my home, and the woman who delivered him, was very respectful and courteous.

We lost our golden girl Miranda on October 17, 2020 after a short battle with cancer. While we are devastated we had to say goodbye, the care and professionalism shown by Faithful Companion made her passing somewhat easier. When her remains were delivered to us the next day, our 10 month old (75 lb.) puppy, whose world had been turned upside down in the past 24 hours, came bounding out the door. The gentleman was so kind and gracious - he petted her, calmed her down, and helped me get her back into the house. At a time when there were no words to comfort me and there was nothing anyone could do to take the pain away. Yes I lost my best friend and vowed to take care of her until the final end. Not being a trusting person and having heard all sorts of horror stories, I wondered how I would be guaranteed that the ashes I would take home would actually be my Lucy. This was my first time using Faithful Companion for pet cremation and I would get them 10 out of 5 stars if I could. My situation was not great when we saw the oncologist for my beloved pitmix, I knew we had to say goodbye and the woman who helped us fill out the papers at MedVet was so sweet. She told me how Faithful Companion picks them up same day (huge factor for me) and would call me tomorrow to make sure arrangements were taken care of. It took one extra day because I wanted to order the paw print urn (which I had not said previous and we thought it might be a few extra days) and they were upfront thinking we had missed the order for next day cut off. My baby was back to me yesterday, Wednesday July 17th after we had to say our goodbyes on the 15th. Knowing this process would not be easy I can't thank those at Faithful enough for how smooth this was for not an easy time, they were so caring, professional and understood the pain. They have had to do this with their own pets and I give them outstanding reviews to anyone who has to go through this. Losing a pet is not easy but knowing they are in good hands meant the world to me. Thank you again for everything, the urn is beautiful and happy to have her home.

I lost my sweet baby Snowball yesterday. I had the vet's office send her off to be cremated and wasn't expecting to get her back today. She was put in a very pretty box with a signed sympathy card and a copy of the Rainbow Bridge poem. My other 2 came back in a week (give or take) and was in a white tin. I'm guessing the vet's office has changed crematorium. I will be calling Faithful Companion to see if I can purchase 2 containers and put my other 2 babies in there.

Unfortunately, our dog of 10 years passed away. Faithful companions is a fantastic service with tact and class. They are reasonably priced and the urn was returned in 24hours. They picked up our dog put him in a temporary coffin of sorts, the gentleman who picked him up was very calm and sensitive to the situation. I couldn't have asked for better. Our senior cat suddenly passed away with out more signs of end of life. We thought we'd have more time to plan and prepare. A 2am google search lead me to Faithful Companion and I called them and left a message. They called me shortly after they opened that morning, and arranged a pickup within hours. We just got her ashes back the next day. From the phone, to the pick up from the drive, and delivery of her ashes it's been such an easy experience. This company works fast. Our dog passed away yesterday so of course, it was a very sad evening to not have him around anymore. This morning we got a call from Faithful Companion letting us know they had his cremains and would deliver everything back to MedVet today, so that we could pick him up from there. The box and engraving is beautiful and very well put together. You just know your old buddy is resting peacefully in there. We were able to bring him back home and all has ended well for our beloved pet.

I lost my beloved leopard gecko earlier today. My sister called to ask if Faithful Companion could cremate him, and they welcomed us within the next hour and a half. Aidan was extremely gentle when handling Elliott and walked us through every step of the process. He provided me with the opportunity to say a final goodbye and even let me place Elliott in the box myself. I also received his small footprints in clay, where all of his tiny scales and claws are visible. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated this, as those are details that cannot be captured by pictures or videos alone and I was afraid they would be lost forever. My beloved Maisie passed away the night of April 12th, and when I made the decision to have her cremated, the veterinary clinic informed me that Faithful Companion would be handling the service. As I am not from America natively and Maisie passed away while we were on vacation, I was frantic that she would not be returned to me before I had to leave (my experience with cremation is that it takes a week or longer). The clinic assured me that Faithful Companion was very personal and would do their best to meet our deadline, and that the clinic staff would explain everything. It was true. My baby girl came back within 24 hours in a beautiful box, everything just so, and a sympathy card had even been attached. It was a great relief to me in this time that my baby came back to me ASAP, and the care taken for our situation was greatly appreciated. I only wish that I could have given her an engraving or something, but being out of country at the time made it difficult to get things together. I am very pleased how the whole process went. The person who I emailed was very nice and understanding. Helped me through the start process and price quotes. Her on email and the guy who came and picked my dog up kept telling me how sorry for my loss. The guy put my dog in a box with a pillow inside. He explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They returned him the next afternoon in a beautiful bag. My dogs ashes were put into a beautiful wooden box. The bag also contained a signed card as well as information and receipt. Thank you guys for making my boys and I grieving a little less. You guys did a great job. My boyfriend and I lost our little kitten Alfred very unexpected on Thursday night. I’m new to the area so I had no clue who to go to for cremation. I cannot express how caring and compassionate Faithful Companion’s are. Just last week they took care of our 18 year old dog, Duffy. Two years earlier, they took care of Tigger, our 14 year old poodle. They were respectful and caring. I lost my kitty Grace yesterday. Anyone who thinks that raising a pet isn't like raising a child is absolutely wrong. We had 17 years of feedings, playtime & toys, injuries & illness, complaints about bath time - I even got to experience "the joy" of diaper changing once she reached her twilight years.Our family vet (Dr. Jenn at the East Hills Vet Clinic off Wards Corner Rd exit) recommended the services of "Faithful Companion" and I am absolutely blown away by the respect with which they treated my baby girl and their sincere sympathy for my loss.They drove from Sharonville all the way into Kentucky to deliver her ashes to me. Surprise though, along with the urn holding her ashes I was given a remembrance ornament with her paw print and name. Faithful companion will be my go to with my 4 other fur babies for my 5th one Loki I knew he was in great care as I stalked their website and anxiously waited to be back home with us (Not long at all a day later). Everything I’ve read in the past about pet cremation was false when it came to them, no sitting in the freezer for a twice a week pick up they do it the same day and no plastic bags. With the private cremation so we could get all of Loki and only Loki it came with a beautiful simple box that he will rest in until his urn we bought online gets here. Dan brought Loki home to me and asked about his name proving, turns out Dan is a marvel fan as well he showed me his Iron Man tattoo. He asked about Loki’s life and pictures. Unfortunately I didn’t have a lot of time to talk I was on lunch break at work for my work at home job and it was almost over when I closed the door I saw Lokis little brother sitting behind me and I was sad I didn’t get to introduce him to Dan because Loki lives on in him as he was his best friend and mentor. Thank you Dan and Kyle (who I spoke to on the phone) and everyone else that works there. What you guys do is amazing.

This was my first time using Faithful Companion for pet cremation and I would get them 10 out of 5 stars if I could. My situation was not great when we saw the oncologist for my beloved pitmix, I knew we had to say goodbye and the woman who helped us fill out the papers at MedVet was so sweet. She told me how Faithful Companion picks them up same day (huge factor for me) and would call me tomorrow to make sure arrangements were taken care of. It took one extra day because I wanted to order the paw print urn (which I had not said previous and we thought it might be a few extra days) and they were upfront thinking we had missed the order for next day cut off. My baby was back to me yesterday, Wednesday July 17th after we had to say our goodbyes on the 15th. Knowing this process would not be easy I can't thank those at Faithful enough for how smooth this was for not an easy time, they were so caring, professional and understood the pain. They have had to do this with their own pets and I give them outstanding reviews to anyone who has to go through this. Losing a pet is not easy but knowing they are in good hands meant the world to me. Thank you again for everything, the urn is beautiful and happy to have her home.

I lost my sweet baby Snowball yesterday. I had the vet's office send her off to be cremated and wasn't expecting to get her back today. She was put in a very pretty box with a signed sympathy card and a copy of the Rainbow Bridge poem. My other 2 came back in a week (give or take) and was in a white tin. I'm guessing the vet's office has changed crematorium. I will be calling Faithful Companion to see if I can purchase 2 containers and put my other 2 babies in there.

Unfortunately, our dog of 10 years passed away. Faithful companions is a fantastic service with tact and class. They are reasonably priced and the urn was returned in 24hours. They picked up our dog put him in a temporary coffin of sorts, the gentleman who picked him up was very calm and sensitive to the situation. I couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended if you have to face this situation.

With the sudden death of our dog on a Sunday, I was thankful to find Faithful Companion open. The employees were compassionate and helpful. They offer drop off or pick up services. Our dog's ashes were returned to us the next morning. Following all covid guidelines, they made a very difficult day easier and have provided us with a way to memorialize our beloved pet.

We were given the wrong remains.Two days ago we had to put down our dog, Zuli. We decided to have her cremated. They were very quick to schedule delivery for this morning.My wife was given a box with remains and a copy of the paperwork that I filled out at the vet. However, after inspecting it, it was clearly labeled as "Cremated Remains of Sherman" and the paperwork attached to the bag was for Hunter Petcare in Franklin, OH.Understandably, my wife and I are very upset. It was beyond difficult to put down a member of our family of 11 years and then to have to worry if her remains were lost. After a couple of phone calls they found the correct remains and had them delivered.I can understand that mistakes happen but with such a sensitive subject I find it inexcusable. If the delivery man had even bothered to quickly double check the package he could've saved us a lot of heartache.Edit 3/17/19:One of the owners of the company, Joe, reached out to me to personally apologize for our experience and offer a refund. He let us know that they would do their best to make sure this type of mixup doesn't happen again. I appreciate that he took the time to contact me personally.

I cannot express how caring and compassionate Faithful Companion’s are. Just last week they took care of our 18 year old dog, Duffy. Two years earlier, they took care of Tigger, our 14 year old poodle. They were respectful and caring. I lost my kitty Grace yesterday. Anyone who thinks that raising a pet isn't like raising a child is absolutely wrong. We had 17 years of feedings, playtime & toys, injuries & illness, complaints about bath time - I even got to experience "the joy" of diaper changing once she reached her twilight years.Our family vet (Dr. Jenn at the East Hills Vet Clinic off Wards Corner Rd exit) recommended the services of "Faithful Companion" and I am absolutely blown away by the respect with which they treated my baby girl and their sincere sympathy for my loss.They drove from Sharonville all the way into Kentucky to deliver her ashes to me. Surprise though, along with the urn holding her ashes I was given a remembrance ornament with her paw print and name. This blew me away because just before we let her go, my husband and I had taken an impression of her paw print for the exact same purpose.5 stars to everyone at "Faithful Companion" for giving me a reason to smile on my very first day without my little Gracie.

Faithful companion will be my go to with my 4 other fur babies for my 5th one Loki I knew he was in great care as I stalked their website and anxiously waited to be back home with us (Not long at all a day later). Everything I’ve read in the past about pet cremation was false when it came to them, no sitting in the freezer for a twice a week pick up they do it the same day and no plastic bags. With the private cremation so we could get all of Loki and only Loki it came with a beautiful simple box that he will rest in until his urn we bought online gets here. Dan brought Loki home to me and asked about his name proving, turns out Dan is a marvel fan as well he showed me his Iron Man tattoo. He asked about Loki’s life and pictures. Unfortunately I didn’t have a lot of time to talk I was on lunch break at work for my work at home job and it was almost over when I closed the door I saw Lokis little brother sitting behind me and I was sad I didn’t get to introduce him to Dan because Loki lives on in him as he was his best friend and mentor. Thank you Dan and Kyle (who I spoke to on the phone) and everyone else that works there. What you guys do is amazing.

I had a stray cat I took in and then her mama in March 16th 2000 18 she gave birth to 6 kittens three sets of twins to tortoise two Siamese white and two gray Tabby's three girls three boys she's a very loving cat it took a lot of time to get her trust and I took 6 months on February 15th I noticed that Mama wasn't feeling great I thought maybe she was just dehydrated unfortunately I took her to the SPCA and then 200 AR when I found out that she was not dehydrated she has sepsis sadly February 21st 2020 Mama crossed over the rainbow bridge thank you pet cremations part of me thank you for all the wonderful services that you did to bring Mom a home to me hibachi Porter was absolutely beautiful and thank you for the wonderful service that you did for me to provide her her final resting place the only family she knew I would recommend your services to every family and friend member that I know thank you again for the wonderful box and the beautiful Carrie took care of Mama ❤️
