Our Lab passed on Jan 6 and we were treated well during the sales pitch and were told it would take a week or so. Two weeks later I called and was told they would hopefully get to her in the next couple of days. I called on Feb 5 and was told there was a large influx of larger breed dogs. They apologize and she was done on Feb 6. 3rd paragraph of their promotional material talks about how they recognize that these pets are family members and will get the same treatment and respect that a human would recieve. I feel Becker's failed in this aspect of their own stated mission.

I lost my ferret, Steve a week ago. I brought him in the day after he passed away. The staff member, (I am sorry. I don’t remember her name) was great. She was so kind and compassionate and genuinely cared. I was allowed to spend as much time as I needed saying goodbye to my fur baby. Losing a pet is heartbreaking but knowing that he was in good hands made things much easier. It only took a few days to bring my baby home. I also got a box with his paw prints. You can really tell that the staff took their time to get the impressions just right. I am beyond grateful. Thank you all so much.

My husband called as I could not, and made pick-up arrangements. They came out later the same day and were completely respectful and caring with my Coonhound. They called about a week later to bring her back home. It was a heart-breaking time only made better by their whole process being so easy. Thank you again, for your respect and care for our family.

We lost our mastiff Hannibal and took him to Beckers for his cremation. The staff was so careful and caring with him and genuinely sympathetic to our family. They went above and beyond to care for him and us. I am so happy and thankful for the services they provided. Cannot say enough how much we appreciated everything they did for our family during this time ❤️ We most certainly would recommend them to everyone who would be looking for this kind of service. From our family, thank you so much to the staff, you truly are angels!

They made a very hard day a little easier with their great customer service. I got concise information on the phone and things went smoothly when I got there. Everyone was very nice. I overestimated what our dog weighed and she was honest and told me to go back inside to be refunded what I overpayed. They were further from home but I would go again if we had the need. Very reasonable prices, honesty and someone actually dealt with me on the phone immediately unlike the place in Calcutta who took 4 hours to call me back.

I lost my beloved dog last Tuesday. The staff at Becker were amazing very respectful gave condolences for her passing. My angie girl ended up weighing more than thought it was not a problem very reasonable they only charged $20 more than quoted price. They even sent a condolence card. I highly recommend them if you have a pet you would like cremated.

Wonderful company!!!! My sincere thanks to the kind and caring staff who assisted me with the passing of my two elderly pets. I had specific requests and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, they truly have a wonderful love and respect for animals. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would like to add my heartfelt thanks to Holly, you were my pets Angel that took such good care of my Macie and Davinci🐾❤️🐾

We have brought all four of our pets here. 3 dogs and 1 cat. Just picked up our dog Toby’s ashes. I can’t tell you how wonderful these people are. They are not out to hurt you financially. Their prices are very reasonable and the treat you with such respect and dignity. So thankful we found this place years ago!

Joyce,Kim,and Michael went out of their way to make the worst experience of my life losing my Boston Terrier Buddy to lymphoma less painful. If I ever need to cremate a pet again Angels will be my choice. I was glad they offer optional viewing of the cremation on a tv so after my visitation I knew exactly where my pet was at all times.Camera was angled so it was not extremely disturbing to watch. Some pet owners I realize might not be able to view it but it reassured me as to where he was and that he was treated with dignity.I requested to wait there the entire time and take his remains home the same day. They accommodated my wishes. God Bless them.

Very caring, sensitive staff. Gave me plenty of time to say final goodbye to my cat. Love how I could get a clipping of my pets hair. Took great detail to make sure I have a little bit of each color of her hair. Love the pawp too.

The whole process was very frustrating. I had to put my cat to sleep due to heart complications, it was very hard on my family & I. Since it was after 5pm, they said they were switching lines & I'd have to pay extra to come late. So the vet held onto his body & I brought him next day.I received NO RESPECT, no remorse .It was just a business transaction to them. No "Sorry for your loss" or whatever..They called few days later & said "Tucker is ready to come home", which broke my heart. I did order a clay imprint his paw& was really looking forward to holding it, but they didn't get a very clear print & to top it off I HAVE TO BAKE IT! They didn't even complete their work, why did I pay $25 for them to press his foot into clay?Their prices are reasonable & cheap compared to others but their bedside manner is awful

My beloved St Bernard had been put to sleep in her bed at our home. Our mobile vet had coordinated with Becker to pick her up 10 minutes after she passed. They arrived 1 hr and 45 minutes later. There was no compassion in the way she was transferred onto the gurney. As they were taking our baby away she fell off the gurney smacking her head on the floor. TERRIBLE experience.

I have used them two other times and tomorrow I'm in need of them again lost Skittles on x-mas and I need to put her to rest the only thing I can say is if you choose to take your pet here as hard as the pain is you can rest assure your going to be treated with compassion and respect the way it should be plz keep up the compassion you give it does help thank you....

Last night my dog passed away. I called this company and I was suppose to receive a call back with the person on call and I am still waiting.?????? I could not leave my dog in here over night. So I went with another company. But never advertise your services are 24/7 and no one calls you back!!!!!!!!!!! After hours, not acceptable. Update I have to apologize apparently I did receive a call I must of missed it with everything going on I spoke with the young lady who left a message I missed the call so I have to make this right.

Family has went to Becker Angels Rest 3 times They always do a Wonderful job always very respectful and prices are very reasonable. Will continue to put our beloved pets in their wonderful care
