We all know that losing our fur babies is never easy. As someone who recently lost my beautiful girl, I am so thankful for a company like this that makes it a little bit easier. Faithful Companion went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of in her passing. They were prompt with returning her, had direct communication with us and even honored our special request without hesitation. Our beloved fur baby passed away at home. Our vet recommended Faithful Companion. When I called, they were so nice and compassionate. They offer pick up service, but we opted to bring her in. They came to the car and, again, were so kind and compassionate. They went over all their services and prices and there was no pressure for any service. They called the next day to make arrangements to deliver her but we chose to come get her. Everything was packaged with such care and there was a beautiful card and other items of sympathy in the bag. We just felt that our baby was handled with such respect and compassion. They made a very difficult time just a little easier.

My best friend Zoey had past on Thanksgiving day on the way to med vets in Copley they took care of everything and I was planning on calling Faithful Companion on Monday to check on the progress and delivery arrangements of Zoey and to my surprise I received a phone call from them on Friday less than 24 hrs after Zoeys passing to make arrangements for a delivery time and she was back home to me by 2pm the next day. I'm glad the vets in my area where closed because that put Zoey in the hands of Faithful Companion Pet Cremation. Thank you so much for your professional service and support

I wish I had known about faithful companions when we lost our first pet. Faithful companions is the company the veterinary urgent care we went deals with. Our beloved Leo passed away a week ago and I schedule the delivery of his ashes for today. What a beautiful surprise to open the bag and see all this incredibly thoughtful things in it. Seeing his fur clippings, his paw print and the beautiful box that holds the ashes engraved with his name. I definitely recommend their service! Worth every penny.

It has taken me a very long time to heal to be able to write this review. I recommend this company 100%. They were so respectful and kind. They hugged us. They asked us about our memories. We were able to put toys in the box and they took our pet and brought back the ashes in a beautiful box. The box had everything on it, time date name of pet and cremeation # so you know it is your pet. Best experience I could ask for dyring such a difficult time. You will not regret using their services.Please see pictures for some of their products. I appreciate the ornament/paw print so much. It is wayy better than any of the kits we purchased and attempted to get at home before he passed.Everything was delivered back to me within 24 hrs.

Having Faithful Companion gave us the space we needed to grieve. Losing our first dog was one of the most difficult things we have been through, both as a couple and individually. Our boy Carlos was taken care of so well by the staff and we were communicated to each step of the way. Having the logistics handled on top of knowing that our late dog was receiving thoughtful care was very comforting. The best part was being able to have him back with us in the home so soon. The engraved box with his ashes is beautiful and sits atop a small memorial area in the house alongside his ink and ceramic paw prints, and his fur clipping. Our dogs are part of our family and our home, I cannot speak enough to how important it is to have them treated as such when they pass on. We know we will call them in the future when the time comes. The staff was absolutely incredible and their services and products speak for themselves, Faithful Companion is awesome and they’re doing really important work. Would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

I never knew anything like this existed! We lost our beloved dachshund at age 16, knew it was coming but didnt make it any easier. The vet explained all the options and we chose cremation services. This company contacted me and set up a time to deliver her home to me! On the day she came home they gave me a heads up about the time, and Tom arrived promptly. He was awesome! Just super caring and reassuring. They gave me alot of info on grief support and also a clay pawprint which I wasn't expecting, and its beautiful! Everything is beautiful. Made a very difficult experience so much better! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I cannot imagine having to deal with this without the kindness of Susan at Faithful Companion. It is the 2nd time we’ve needed this service. They always go above & beyond- and treat you and your pet like family. Susan was so warm & gentle…we had Izzy back the next day, she was picked up within 15 minutes, and the paw prints are almost fake looking- they’re just wonderful. I would highly recommend them🐈‍⬛💜

I had the unfortunate situation of losing my best friend of 10 years. These guys picked up my dogs remains from the vets office and had his ashes returned to me in less than 24hours. They even delivered him to my house which I am so thankful for. Thank you guys so much. Its never easy losing your friend, but I am so happy these guys where here to take care of my baby and treated me with the upmost kindness and respect the entire way.

We recently lost our beloved cat Weiss to a urinary blockage and these wonderful people allowed us to have a proper place to mourn him.Update- I received the necklace I ordered. What they do is they take a photo of your pets paw and have it engraved. It is absolutely beautiful.

Thank you Faithful Companion and Constance for coming to the aide of my sister and her baby, Sheba, last week.After the unexpected and tragic loss of her beloved kitty, my sister was too upset the following day to physically take Sheba to them for cremation.Constance came to pick her up and was a Godsend. We lost our beloved Oreo over the weekend, our home and our hearts are so empty. This was our first pet loss and we weren’t sure what to do. We debated how to handle his remains and are so glad we used the services of Faithful Companion. The entire process and presentation made us confident that Oreo was treated with care and respect. They let us know when they were on the way so our family could be together and ready to welcome Oreo back into the house. The man who hand delivered his remains was so gentle and sympathetic. The engraving on the box is perfect. His ashes were perfectly wrapped. The paw prints are beautiful and something we will forever treasure. We made a special request to get some fur clippings and they kindly accommodated our request. The fur clippings are so incredibly special to us because we loved his black/white coat. Unfortunately I have had 4 pets cremated here in the last year and 3 of their paw prints were terrible. They didn’t even spell my dogs name right and that’s the only thing I have of her. More attention to detail in something that is so very meaningful would be appreciated.

I don’t usually do reviews but this place is the best. My husband and I had to make the worse decision of putting our furbaby down. We really didn’t know where to start. So my husband called faithful companion and they helped him understand everything. We wanted to make sure he had a private cremation. So we called our vet and took him there. The vet came out to my Jeep because our baby was 110 German shepherd a big boy. We sat with him loving him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. We took him to faithful companion and from the second we got there we knew our baby Maca was in great hands. They took great care of him and Laurie and Craig Maybe (Greg) sorry it was a very rough time for us you were the best. They took all the time we needed and we went back the next morning to pick out everything for Maca’s cremation. That was on Saturday morning and Laurie delivered him home to us on Monday. It was and still is extremely emotional for us and a HUGE THANK YOU for all that your company has done for us and every other person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever have to make that decision again. Please please let everyone know there that from the first call to the last contact we couldn’t be more happier with your customer service. You made us feel better during this very hard time.

My dog Mags was laid to rest April 27, 2024. She was a faithful companion for 17 years. The ladies at the front desk were so compassionate, caring & helpful with Mags & I. My Mags was picked up on Monday, cremated & returned on Tuesday. I had a paw print made in plaster with her name on it. I can’t say enough about Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services. I wasso pleased when I picked her up from Banfield & got her home. Everything was outstanding!

An absolutely amazing group group of people work here. We lost our cat very unexpectedly on Saturday. She was returned to us today (Monday) personally, which was a wonderful surprise (if the vet office who works with them told us, we missed it in our grief). We received a call in the morning that she would be returned to us today and then a call from the gentleman who brought her to us when he was close as well. He handed her back to us with great care. We received back her ashes, a fur clipping, and clay paw prints. We also got a card and a lovely Rainbow Bridge story, which joined our girl on the shelf. Thank you for your care with our sweet girl. I’m thankful that I was recommended faithful companions. It has been a hard losing my cat, Jameson, but they were able to bring me my baby 24 hours later. They returned him in beautiful urn that was engraved with him name with a clay paw print. They also provided us with grief information that is helping me so much. I have never experienced anything like this with previous pets and has made this experience so much better. They bring your baby to you which I thought was amazing. Thank you so much!

We retrieved our beautiful boy's ashes last night from the clinic, and what a beautiful package it was. A lovely wood box embossed with his name, some of his fur, and a beautiful keepsake of his paw with his name on it. Also a nice card and other information on pet grief and a Rainbow Bridge bookmark. Such a wonderful surprise under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Faithful Companion.

I’m 48 years old & dealt w/over 12 pet deaths in my lifetime as well as several humans…ALL have been cremated.I’ve never seen brown ashes before.Slightly grey?yes,but it’s usually white…like “ash”.It’s also super fine…no chunks of bone or tooth like it should have.It’s as fine as flour.It came in a unsealed plastic baggie that had a shiny new tag twist tied to itAll that was just shoved into a burlap sac that was put into a cheap Chinese box that has the wrong name Engraved on itAdditionally we were given a sloppily made paw print that was rather depressing to look at,you could tell whoever made it was in a hurry.A bag of my cats hair was also included for some strange reason?We weren’t concerned until we realized we had been charged for these items…This cremation was arranged by the Lakewood animal shelter & we honestly just wanted her ashes…not all this cheap junk we didn’t even want(Seriously $45 dollars to put the wrong name on the box?!)The worst thing is the brand new tagIt was never in the oven…so there’s no way for them to know which animal is whichAdditionally,my cat was 18 years old,frail & tiny when she diedThis bag of “ash” is enormous for a cat that barely Weighed 3 pounds…Leaving me to believe what I have is actually a “grab-bag” of every animal cremated that day,not MY cat.(I’ve got a STACK of burnt tags BTW)In closing,I would seek out similar services from places in more rural areas that are more honest & affordableAnd AVOID places like this that prey on people’s emotions in the name of making a saleYour pet was worth more than that…

I am so thankful for every employee who helped during our time of shock from the sudden loss of our fur baby. From the way they spoke on the phone to the care and compassion they showed during pick up- I can’t thank this company enough for being such amazing human beings. If I could give 100 stars I would. Tara was an absolute angel yesterday as we handled the loss of our beloved cat, Max. I wasn’t expecting everything that faithful companions did for us, especially the delivery. First time experience and I was absolutely impressed. We had to unexpectedly put down our pet of 15+ years a few days ago.It's tragic losing a pet that's basically family. From the phone call, to the delivery of ashes to the detail of everything that they included (paw imprint with a stand, some nicely packaged fur, the sharp looking urn with etched name on it) just had me/us touched.This is more than we were expecting. The in home euthanasia service we used through Daisy Creek Vet for our 14 year old pup Sadie utilized Faithful Companion for the crematory services. I was blown away by the amount of kindness and compassion from the staff. Their services are very prompt and we had the remains of our precious pooch returned to us less than 24 hours after she crossed the rainbow bridge. The presentation of the ashes were beautiful in a gorgeous wooden box engraved with Sadie’s name and the years of her time with us. They even included a lock of her hair. Everything that was included in the delivery was lovely and useful. We especially liked the rainbow bridge poem. The communication about the delivery of the remains were top notch and I was made aware of exactly when they would be dropped off. I can’t express how much I appreciate the kindness they have shown to myself and my family during this very difficult time.

I just recently had to put my boxer Shelby down two days before Thanksgiving, Faithful Companion must have picked her up on that Wednesday and was returned to me on Friday. The package that included a nice wooden box with her name on it along with her paw print and a locke of fur was beautiful. I've had multiple pets cremated and this has been, by far, the best experience and service. All have had very nice wooden boxes and plain paw prints, only one had fur clipping, and that's all.This service also had a lovely wooden box, as you can see, and has the ashes in a burlap bag rather than just a labeled plastic bag. Their pawprint is decorated, including the name, and even has a stand. They also included an ink pawprint and nose print, along with a fur clipping. They even include some literature regarding grieving, which is so thoughtful. To top it off, they brought the ashes to my home, rather than having to go back to the vet.They included an invoice in the bag. Within the hour of us leaving the vet, they confirmed the job, and within 3 hours she had been picked up. She was at their facility the same night. This was Friday, and she was brought home on Monday. Everyone I had contact with was wonderful. The driver that delivered her was clearly empathetic and handled her with great care.I will be using their service from now on for my pets. I couldn't ask for more. They went above and beyond my expectations at every turn.

I lost my sweet cat, Tiger, pretty suddenly a couple days ago. I called Faithful Companion and was very grateful for their compassion and helpfulness. They explained everything clearly and gently and it was very easy to arrange the details. Its only been two days, and I already have Tiger back home. The urn and clay paw print are of great quality. I don’t usually do reviews but this place is the best. My husband and I had to make the worse decision of putting our furbaby down. We really didn’t know where to start. So my husband called faithful companion and they helped him understand everything. We wanted to make sure he had a private cremation. So we called our vet and took him there. The vet came out to my Jeep because our baby was 110 German shepherd a big boy. We sat with him loving him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. We took him to faithful companion and from the second we got there we knew our baby Maca was in great hands. They took great care of him and Laurie and Craig Maybe (Greg) sorry it was a very rough time for us you were the best. They took all the time we needed and we went back the next morning to pick out everything for Maca’s cremation. That was on Saturday morning and Laurie delivered him home to us on Monday. It was and still is extremely emotional for us and a HUGE THANK YOU for all that your company has done for us and every other person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever have to make that decision again. Please please let everyone know there that from the first call to the last contact we couldn’t be more happier with your customer service. You made us feel better during this very hard time.

My dog Mags was laid to rest April 27, 2024. She was a faithful companion for 17 years. The ladies at the front desk were so compassionate, caring & helpful with Mags & I. My Mags was picked up on Monday, cremated & returned on Tuesday. I had a paw print made in plaster with her name on it. I can’t say enough about Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services. I wasso pleased when I picked her up from Banfield & got her home. Everything was outstanding!

An absolutely amazing group group of people work here. We lost our cat very unexpectedly on Saturday. She was returned to us today (Monday) personally, which was a wonderful surprise (if the vet office who works with them told us, we missed it in our grief). We received a call in the morning that she would be returned to us today and then a call from the gentleman who brought her to us when he was close as well. He handed her back to us with great care. I’m thankful that I was recommended faithful companions. It has been a hard losing my cat, Jameson, but they were able to bring me my baby 24 hours later. They returned him in beautiful urn that was engraved with him name with a clay paw print. They also provided us with grief information that is helping me so much. A lovely wood box embossed with his name, some of his fur, and a beautiful keepsake of his paw with his name on it. Also a nice card and other information on pet grief and a Rainbow Bridge bookmark. I’m 48 years old & dealt w/over 12 pet deaths in my lifetime as well as several humans…ALL have been cremated.I’ve never seen brown ashes before.Slightly grey?yes,but it’s usually white…like “ash”.It’s also super fine…no chunks of bone or tooth like it should have.It’s as fine as flour.It came in a unsealed plastic baggie that had a shiny new tag twist tied to itAll that was just shoved into a burlap sac that was put into a cheap Chinese box that has the wrong name Engraved on itAdditionally we were given a sloppily made paw print that was rather depressing to look at,you could tell whoever made it was in a hurry.A bag of my cats hair was also included for some strange reason?We weren’t concerned until we realized we had been charged for these items…This cremation was arranged by the Lakewood animal shelter & we honestly just wanted her ashes…not all this cheap junk we didn’t even want(Seriously $45 dollars to put the wrong name on the box?!)The worst thing is the brand new tagIt was never in the oven…so there’s no way for them to know which animal is whichAdditionally,my cat was 18 years old,frail & tiny when she diedThis bag of “ash” is enormous for a cat that barely Weighed 3 pounds…Leaving me to believe what I have is actually a “grab-bag” of every animal cremated that day,not MY cat.(I’ve got a STACK of burnt tags BTW)In closing,I would seek out similar services from places in more rural areas that are more honest & affordableAnd AVOID places like this that prey on people’s emotions in the name of making a saleYour pet was worth more than that…

I lost my cat Cora suddenly a couple nights ago and called Faithful Companion to handle her cremation. From this call, to bringing her in to picking her up afterwards, the staff here were excellent and caring. The prices are good and they have a lot of options to commemorate your pet. When I arrived to pick up Cora’s remains, the gentleman came out and explained that the etching machine had glitched causing a small nick in the etching on the urn and asked me to wait as he quickly reprinted it. I was floored by the dedication to quality and the compassion he showed when he could have decided to just give me the urn with such a small mistake on it. I’m highly appreciative of Faithful Companion for easing the process in a very difficult time. Highly recommend.

I unfortunately suddenly lost my beloved dog, Caleb, earlier this month. After having some not so great experiences with the vets that I dealt with, it was comforting to know that my dog was put to rest in a respectable manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. The dedication and compassion the workers have is exceptional. Though losing my childhood dog was one of the worst goodbyes, Faithful Companion made me feel comfort in them taking care of him. It made me feel at peace when we were able to have our dog's ashes back within 24 hours. My favorite thing about my dog was his nose/paw and I was able to get prints of those (shoutout Austin - they look amazing). Though my dog is physically not here, I am able to have little reminders of him each day. Highly recommend.

My beloved pet MAE passed at home and I wanted to spend some time with her before I took her to be cremated. Faithful Companion pet crematory was great from start to finish. I highly recommend them. They answered their phones, quoted me a price over the phone for a private cremation, they allowed for a viewing where you see your pet actually go into the chamber and wait until they are done, so you never have to leave your pet and you can take them home with you when you leave. I was allowed to stay in a room on my own, so I did not have to be around other people. David assisted me, and he was so kind and courteous, and considerate throughout the entire process.I am thankful to him, their team, and even on a Sunday they were willing to do this for me. Again, I highly recommend Faithful Companion for a quality cremation experience.

Brian Averi and Mary Stillman AveriGman was a dedicated GSD Service Dog to a Federal Agent for 10 years. This very dark time in losing a faithful companion, was devastating. We had to have our Sadie put down yesterday at the vet. The vet used Faithful Companion. We got the remains back the next day. The presentation was very nice. If I ever need this type of service again I will make sure to request them or contact them myself. Thank You again for taking care of Sadie. I wanted other pet owners to know that the 24 hour turn around on your pets remains is not accurate. Last week we had to put our cat down unfortunately and utilized faithful companion for the cremation. According to the brochure and my vet we were to get my cat's remains the next day. Not only did we not get her remains we were not contacted by anyone to be advised that we wouldn't be receiving her ashes. When I spoke to Katey the manager the next morning she told me that if they don't pick them up by 4 they pick them up the next day! I thought that was very insensitive for her to tell me that basically my cat lay there dead for a day the day after she passed. Do not advertise 24 hours and then not call anyone! My husband and I walked around our complex looking for her remains that night thinking it was sent to the wrong address.

We were blessed to have made contact with Faithful Companion Pet Cremation. They picked up Gman on the day he passed away and was cremated the on that day. Gman's ashes were delivered to us midday the second day. The package was professionally done - a beautiful cherry box with his name in gold, his first Teddy Bear returned to us, a paw print plaque, his hair clipped in a see through bag and a beautiful card. We had to have our Sadie put down yesterday at the vet. The vet used Faithful Companion. We got the remains back the next day. The presentation was very nice. If I ever need this type of service again I will make sure to request them or contact them myself. Thank You again for taking care of Sadie. Such a Wonderful Experience having Faithful Companion take care of my "Lucy" cat after her passing. I was able to have her pass at home at the age of 17. From the moment I called to the time the gentleman came to pick her up at my home, I was treated with respect and kindness. I wish I could remember the man's name who came. This is our first fur-baby loss and our vet sent our cat here to be cremated and I was just blown away at the wonderful job they did. They also give you tools to help with grieving. They definitely went above and beyond and as a grieving cat mom I couldn't be more thankful to see my fur baby come home the way he did in a beautiful engraved urn and his clay pawprint (I was expecting a plastic bag and a paper box). I recommend Faithful Companion to all of my pet owning friends. After losing my family cat, Simba, to cancer last week, I wanted closure. A vet tech friend recommended that I go here. I called, took Simba and went in as soon as they opened Friday morning. I was there by 9 AM, and was leaving with my Simba by 11. The staff went above and beyond during this tough time. There was no pressure, and everything was explained to me. They were caring, gentile, and friendly. I wanted other pet owners to know that the 24 hour turn around on your pets remains is not accurate. Last week we had to put our cat down unfortunately and utilized faithful companion for the cremation. According to the brochure and my vet we were to get my cat's remains the next day. Not only did we not get her remains we were not contacted by anyone to be advised that we wouldn't be receiving her ashes. When I spoke to Katey the manager the next morning she told me that if they don't pick them up by 4 they pick them up the next day! I thought that was very insensitive for her to tell me that basically my cat lay there dead for a day the day after she passed. Do not advertise 24 hours and then not call anyone! My husband and I walked around our complex looking for her remains that night thinking it was sent to the wrong address.

This is the place you never want to have to visit, but when you need them, they need to be good. They are very good. Divina (hopefully I spelled that right) was such a sweetheart when I brought in Sal, the most awesome cat in the world, to be cremated. Our Dexter died unexpectedly. I never have been around when a pet died so I didn’t know what to do.I called Faithful companion pet cremation service.AJ said he will come a pick up Dexter. He was very compassionate about what he did. He gave us time with Dexter and was never pushy or in a hurry. A very pleasant experience given the circumstances. AJ didn’t try to sell us anything we did not want . He went over our options and was satisfied with what we chose. AJ treated Dexter with respect as we put him in the transportation vessel. And he drove off. Not even 24 hrs later They called to schedule the return of Dexters remains.
