When we were forced to say goodbye to our beloved dog Hector, Paws to Wings helped make a difficult situation easier. The man who arrived at our home (Tony I believe), could not have been more caring and compassionate. The staff we spoke with on the phone and in person made sure our wishes were carried out without issue. They even had a question about the nameplate and followed up with us immediately. Thank you again for all of your help.

Plz don’t take ur precious fur babies here for cremation. My precious fur baby past away last Wednesday and I took her to here. I walked in the door I should’ve seen the red flags then but I was so upset. There was two females there, one behind the desk, one in the lobby with a dog that she couldn’t hardly handle n seemed to not like her at all n all it wanted to do was get out the door. The girl behind the desk was doin both jobs waiting on me and helping other customers with drop off n answer calls. So anyways I called back on Friday to double check everything. I ordered a lock of fur n paw print. And wanted to double check it. She said everything was marked n read it all back to me. Today the following Mon. They call and left a freaking voicemail to tell me she’s ready but they didn’t get the lock of fur or paw print n offered me 20% off my bill. What kinda business does that. So I call them back and the girl had the nerve to say well it’s too late to do them now. SMH. So I would not recommend them for ur beloved fur babies at all.

We took our Rottweiler there to be cremated and we asked for a paw print to be included. We dropped him off on a Thursday morning, I called Monday to ask when he will be ready for pick up and I was told the guy that usually does the cremations has been out but usually takes a week. I called again on Thursday and I was told my dog was done but the paw print won't be done for another 3 days (I thought that's impossible). My daughter picked up our dog and that's when we realize why we have been mislead. She was told no one ever done the clay paw print so they took off $50, then I see the box he is in and it is a light colored picture box and it was suppose to be a dark non-picture box. I should have went elsewhere when I was trying to ask questions about their cremation while I was at the emergency vet and I was being rushed off the phone due to them having people checking dogs in. I will not be back there again for any of their services.

When our Gracie died on Thanksgiving morning at 3 am I thought we would have to keep her in our (God forbid) freezer over night or even all weekend. I called Paws to Wings and they were so caring, empathetic, and understanding. They welcomed us on Thanksgiving, gave us time to say good bye, and treated us with so much respect and patience.We never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience. I was so grateful for them that day. They took such good care of Gracie and years before her our Zoey. I would highly recommend them for any pet cremation.

Paws to Wings took great care of my pet who passed. Their services were the best I could find in the Dayton area. They made sure the process was as painless as it could be for losing your pet. Once done with my pet, they ensured my experience was top notch. I would highly recommend for anyone who loses their special pet and wants to memorialize them.

My 18yr old chihuahua Dallas passed Friday Nov 5th and Paws to wings was wonderful very nice and caring .Treated me and Dallas with respect . Everything that was explained to me happened I got him yesterday which was the Wednesday the 10th .My paw print is amazing and they even allowed Dallas to keep his favorite blanket with him .Thank you paws to wings because of you Dallas will always be with me .

If I could rate his place a zero I would, but let’s start out why..My dog, Emerald, passed away and I trusted this company to handle my baby and take care of him in this hard time for us. While I was making arrangements for him to be cremated, I asked for everything thing I could get for him, the urn with his picture in it, a clay pay print by its self, one with the picture frame and an ink paw print and even hair clippings. I asked if there was anything else I could possibly get from them that would help keep the memory alive for my dog, they told me I already have everything and there’s nothing else to get! Well about a week later they call and tell me that Emerald is ready to be picked up, I had my fiancée pick him up since he didn’t make the arrangements he didn’t realize anything was missing until he got home, we had everything except the ink paw print, I was so upset I started to cry. I called Paws to Wings hoping they just forgot to put it in, the proceed to tell me It was not on the order form and they didn’t think I wanted it because I already got everything else including 2 different clay paw prints. How can you forget something as important as a paw print?? I asked for everything and the woman on the phone was incompetent of completing my request. The only thing this woman could tell me is I’m sorry there’s no way we can get the paw print now. Well of course not since my dog is cremated. I trusted this company with my dog and I was let down. I’ve contacted the owner and they haven’t done anything about it, except they’ve asked me what they can do to make up for it, But how can you make up for something that is so important and can never get back??????

Our baby girl of 11 wonderful years w her . Pass away. And pony express and wings to paws in Xenia. Ohio. Where so professional n care w her ..she came back home in very nice wood crave box . My wife n I would recommend them to friends n family. . They know there business. Thanks so much n God bless them all..
