I lost my oldest ferret Spencer aka PenPen in August and the staff was wonderful. I had made the arrangements the night she passed and the next morning I took her in. I will for sure use Angel’s for all of my pets when the time comes.

We visited in May when my beloved 18yr old childhood cat Ruby passed.The inside was clean and beautifully decorated, and I was surprised by how calming it was to be there. The staff were compassionate and kind, and the resident dog Sophie was the calmest dog I've ever met. She kept us company while we stood in the waiting area and let us pet her, which helped our nerves a lot.When we went back a few days later to retrieve Ruby's cremains, her ashes were in a box with her name on it, and the bag holding her ashes had a metal tag with an identification number, which meant a lot to me since my biggest fear was getting the wrong cremains. The carrier we brought her in had also been tagged, and the blanket inside had been neatly folded. Her clay paw print and ink prints were beautiful as well and look just like her paw!It was a lovely experience during a really difficult time, and I still smile when I remember seeing her little red blanket folded so neatly inside her carrier since, in my eyes, it was a small detail that showed that they were really paying attention to even the little aspects of everything. I would highly recommend Angel's, and I wish I could personally thank everyone there for making sure my baby girl was given the care she needed.

I would give Angel's 6 stars if possible.The funeral home is beautiful, pristine and clean and would rival any finer human funeral home.Like many distraught pet parents who just lost a beloved member of the family, we were wanting to find a place we could trust to help us say good bye to our English Mastiff, Lucy, and do it with dignity. Angel's exceeded my expectations.I travel for work, but wanted to make sure I was there to see our girl one more time and to make sure" I was getting my dog back". ( too many bad stories from other similar businesses).Angel completely understood this wish and worked around my schedule so my wife and I (and even our two other dogs) could spend some final moments with our dog and escort her to the crematory. It may sound odd to some, but this brought us great peace knowing how Lucy's remains would be treated.Angel and her assistant Jessie were superb professionals and are very kind and caring, understanding what their clients are feeling. They are pet lovers, too. The entire staff , including the gentlemen who do the transporting are very respectful and courteous.I highly recommend Angel's. Considering the circumstances, they made our heart break a little easier to bear.For those who are curious, I think you will find the fees very reasonable and there are many options available to honor your pet.When my other dogs cross the Rainbow Bridge, I now know who to call when those sad days come again. Trust is everything to me.

I recently lost my most precious tiny soulmate princess Fifi, my tiny Maltese companion, we were inseparable for 13.5 years so when I lost her I needed to find the best pet funeral home in town, not the most expensive just the best in every way of serving and accommodation, I chose Angel’s and I’m so glad I did, when I got there I had the body of my precious little Fifi, my heart broken in pieces and couldn’t stop crying, the minute I got there this caring loving person by the name of Jessie greeted us at the door with so much compassion, they placed her body in this beautiful private room where we were able to stay with her for as long as we wanted to. The cremation was done the next day and we got her ashes the very next morning, they made this excruciating painful experience of losing my baby a beautiful comforting peaceful one when I got her back in a most beautiful wooden box with a beautiful engraved message I had chosen. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for this type of service for your little furry babies. To me there’s NO BETTER PLACE.THANK YOU ANGEL’s SO MUCH. !And Jessie you were the BEST ❤️

A few years ago we had two of our pugs cremated here and they were so helpful, wonderful, and caring. Everything was taken care of as far as the urn, paw prints, etc. the lady that helped was nicely dressed, kind, and so very helpful.When my brother's Pittie passed we went to pick up his ashes and all we got was a ziploc bag with the ashes in it. We were nickel and dimed we had to pay/ask for the small wooden box for his ashes. The lady that "helped us" was wearing leggings, a t-shirt and slide sandals, she was not very compassionate it almost seemed like she wanted us out the door and when we asked for the urn and to have it engraved it was like we caused her a great inconvenience to help us.Our first two visits were so wonderful and that is why we wanted to go back the third time and we were very disappointed. We have since had to put down two dogs and we have used a different company for their final arrangements. We have three dogs that are 12, 15, and 16 and we will be having them cremated as well once their times come.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. My family’s pet rabbit passed away. We couldn’t bear the thought of putting him in a hole in the ground after he’d been a part of of family for so long. The staff at Angel’s were so kind and empathetic. They gave us all the time we needed with him. I never thought I’d love a rabbit so much that I would have him cremated, but I’m so glad I did. Having him back with us has made it easier for us to grieve. Thanks to Angel’s our little buddy is back with us where he belongs.

angel's was very empathetic with me and understood the pain I was feeling after losing my fur baby. Very calming and peaceful place to bring your furry friend to. They let me sit in this room with my boy and let me say goodbye to him and ofc I started sobbing, they were very comforting with me and understood me and even cried with me. They walked me throughout the process of his cremation and provided me with lots of options and overall helped me more than I could've asked for or imagined. the dog that was there heard me crying and came in the room and sat by me which helped me calm down 1000%. Tanya and Angel are beyond the sweetest people ever. I couldn't recommend a better place other than angels thank you all for taking care of me and my boy ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

My princess crossed Rainbow bridge the day before Thanksgiving and I was devastated. The staff of Angels were amazing and made me feel like family and was treated as such. Great place and great people. One thing they do that I love is they will do a plaster cast of your furbabies paw print.

We suddenly and unexpectedly lost our 5 year old cat, Simba. Not being prepared for this tragic event, we just worked with our vet on cremation. They asked if we wanted his name on the box, and I didn't think much of it and just said yes. I assumed they just meant to write it on a (cardboard) box, and honestly thought it was a silly question that I was too upset to look into further. The next day our vet called to tell us his ashes were ready for pickup. What we received was a beautiful wooden box, with Simba's name laser etched into the side. I immediately lost it. What a beautiful, and unexpected, tribute. I really appreciate the services that these type of companies provide, especially when you find one that is as compassionate as Angel's, who understand the importance of these life events. We are very grateful for them during this sad time, and would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.After looking at their website, and reading the other reviews, I do wish my vet would have let us know what other memorial items were available. I probably would have gotten a little paw print as well, but perhaps that isn't an option when going through my vet. It's hard to think of these questions when in the moment of such a loss. <3

Sadly I’ve had to use Angels 3 times over the last year. Every time they showed nothing but compassion and respect. I had a dog die on Mother’s Day last year and was able to drop him off on a Sunday. I last used them on 4/26. My dog died in the early morning hours, I showed up with him shortly after they opened. Angel was short handed that morning and the phones were ringing off the hook! She never made me feel rushed or let on that she was stressed from a crazy morning. We even had a discussion about one of my newer dogs. Her dog Sadie kept me company and gave me comfort while we processed the paperwork and picked out his urn. I got my boy back the next day and everything was perfect. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Angel and her staff (human and fur). Thank you all for being so kind.

There comes a time in life where your whole world can change in an instant. I’m not a review guy, but in this case I am going to make an exception. Angel’s were tasked with taking my beautiful boy Dyson through the next step in his journey. I had already made the toughest decision of my life. Angel and her family (staff) we nothing short of a miracle and a blessing at the same time. They treated me and my puppy with the utmost respect. There compassion and caring is like none I have seen in a very long time if ever. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone who has to go through this tragedy. Angel’s Pet Funeral Home and Crematory was recommended to me by several friends. They had used Angel’s services and gave both Angel and her staff glowing reviews.From the time I contacted Angel’s to prearrange cremation for my 17+ yr. old dog, the entire team at Angel’s was kind, knowledgeable, professional – and most importantly CARING! Through all my tears! They offered various services which were reasonably priced. Angel’s made it as easy on a grieving pet owner as could possibly be expected, as they carefully explained everything to me.They told me I could opt to bring my dog directly to them, or they would pick up my little dog, Ruby, from the veterinarian’s office. I chose to bring her to them. We were received warmly, and with the respect we could only hope for, as they ushered us into a private viewing room where we had as much time as we needed to say our last goodbyes. That was very special to us. It meant a great deal.I chose to privately view Ruby’s cremation. That was also most helpful to me in my grieving process. All in all, I cannot recommend Angel’s Pet Funeral Home and Crematory highly enough! Angel and her team are outstanding. Thank you, Angel, for your grace and kindness at this sorrowful time. You helped ease some of the pain of losing our precious Ruby.

The environment is calming and welcoming. With the loss of my precious Kitty alley who was 15 years old I was beyond devastated and bringing her in to have her cremated with something that was hard but as soon as I walked through the doors all my worries went away. Highly highly highly recommend these folks. Atmosphere is very respectful from start to finish. My kitty passed and we decided to use Angels Pet for our cremation. We were given a private room with our baby at drop off to say our final goodbyes and we're afforded all the time we needed. Afterward there was very little paperwork that needed to be filled out. The process was delicately explained with much respect to our mourning. The entire process was very professional and pricing was reasonable. She has some unexpected options like plaster molds of paws and other ways to memorialize your best friend in so many ways! She is so much more than a cremation service! Check her out! I lost my fur baby, Mr Stickers, over the New Year’s holiday. I was devastated, I had this cat for over 14 years. Angel was very compassionate and understanding, being the owner of several animals herself. She offered to come and pick him up right then. Her facility is warm and inviting. She had him ready and in the urn I had chosen surprisingly quickly. She handled him with care and respect. I was touched to have gotten a paw print and a snip of his fur. Angel was so kind and compassionate. One of her fur babies was there, and it was incredibly comforting to sit with him while waiting. Their facility is top-notch, and there's a comfortable sitting room if you'd like to wait. She made sure I understood exactly what was happening, beginning to end, which I am very thankful for during such a difficult time. I would recommend Angel's to anyone looking. Oh! And they picked up my baby from the AEC free of charge, and even made a post-death plaster paw print with her name, before we said our final goodbye.

We had to unexpectedly put our first rescue cat down recently. The service we received from Angel's was beyond exceptional. From the time they picked our beloved pet up at the 24 hr animal hospital we used and brought her ashes back in the urn we picked out (with personal engraving), was 2 days. The whole process was so professional and they are truly compassionate. This is the first time we have had a pet cremated and brought the ashes home. Angel's truly made a difference in our time of loss. I highly recommend them.

I have been to a few Pet crematories in the last couple years and the only one that seemed to hit home was this 1....they are Super nice and within a day or 2. You can get your pet back... And they also have a cremation tag number. Just like a funeral home for humans. When they get Cremated. Over all a win win. I will never go to another place for my baby's.

Angel’s was wonderful to work with. We lost our Simone on Thanksgiving and that night I noted in the vet paperwork they had provided to Angel’s an incorrect phone number. I called immediately expecting to get a vm but was shocked someone answered directly - they were at the site working with another family who had lost a pet member that same day. I knew then we had made the right choice. We went in the next day and made our personal arrangements with no problems. They were compassionate and assisting in so many ways. It was such a nice change from the standard practice of an animal passing. They provided an environment that gave comfort and healing in a hard process. Thank you to Angel and staff. I've used several other pet memorial services over the years and a veterinarian recommended Angel's. One of the most agonizing moments of a loss is having to deal with memorial services. Angel's made the entire process very easy and they made the experience as pain-free as it could be.The keepsake items they include with their services is second to none and they don't overcharge you to receive these. They are quick to perform their work so that you have your loved one back promptly.The biggest concern when searching for a memorial service is that you actually receive the remains of your pet back. I would pay double for any service that would give me the assurance that I receive my pet's remains and only my pet's remains.However, with Angel's you get a very reasonable price along with an owner who started this company based on trust. I would encourage anyone who is concerned about this to reach out to Angel's and speak to them and I believe you will be reassured your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect.

Had a good experience with scheduling pickup and making all arrangements, but three weeks went by and we were never notified our pet was ready. I finally called and they confirmed he was ready and had been dropped off at the vet for pickup. They blamed the vet office for not contacting us, but I believe it should be their responsibility to contact THEIR client and let them know services have been completed. Would be more professional, and also nice for closure. They also couldn’t tell me how long ago he had been dropped off at the vet office. Just didn’t sit well with me.

We had our German Shepherd put down due to old age and health issues in November of 2020. We were devastated to say the least. He was our pride and joy. We made arrangements for his cremation with Angels and we were very pleased with everything. They picked up our boy from the vet, made a paw print mold of his foot, gave us a tuft of his hair and engraved his name in his wood urn. While on the phone with the facility my husband and I discussed what we wanted engraved, his name was Max but we always called him Maxy Boy but we couldn’t decide which one we wanted. So the kind woman on the other end of the line said how about we engrave Max and underneath it in quotations we can engrave “Maxy Boy”. We agreed and that extra mile they went to do that meant the world. We miss him every day. But we are so appreciative of the kindness, compassion and patience we were shown from beginning until we picked up Max’s remains. This facility is top notch. Professional, beautiful and the staff is the best. If you are needing pet cremation, please don’t think twice about using Angels. Thank you Angels for everything you did for us.

Our experience with Angel's was excellent. I appreciated the patience that Angel had with me as I picked out the products and engraving I wanted for my dear Honey. I'm very particular, yet she was so kind as to take the time to make sure that I was able to pick the perfect font and everything. She even graciously accommodated my last minute add-on to my order of services. My Honey was an exceptional girl, and I feel like I had the very best people taking care of her cremation. I just want to say thank you so much for taking such good care of my dog’s remains. They treated her with so much respect. Angel stayed 30 minutes late for me to bring my dog in. I’m so grateful to you all. Angel and Janie both are licensed funeral directors for humans. The wooden box is so beautiful, and the lock of fur and the paw print are so thoughtful and precious. Not something that anyone wants to have to think about, but I had researched pet cremation prior to needing the service. I knew that the day would come (though I had hoped not for several more years). I knew that I wanted to go to Angel's, because they only deal with animals and they had such great reviews. Unfortunately, I had to have my baby boy, my dachshund, Schnitzel put to sleep a week ago. Everyone I dealt with were extremely nice and compassionate. The services were completed quickly, and I was able to get my boy back home.

We lost our sweet sweet Abby early Monday morning. Angel’s was amazing to us. One of their sweet dogs sat beside me and laid its head on my lap as if to sense my grief. It was very comforting. The staff was very thoughtful and understanding. They treated Abby with respect and had her remains back to us the following day. Angel's Pet Funeral Home is a beautiful, warm, welcoming place where pet parents and their families are comforted while grieving the loss of a beloved family member. Angel went out of her way to be available on a Sunday evening so that we could bring our favorite cat, "Peaches," directly to her from the Vet's office. Angel was supportive and patient with us when we needed additional time to say goodbye before we left. When we returned the next day for our cat's cremation, we were given the opportunity to see her again and visit with her in one of the lovely, comfortable viewing rooms. We suddenly and unexpectedly lost our 5 year old cat, Simba. Not being prepared for this tragic event, we just worked with our vet on cremation. They asked if we wanted his name on the box, and I didn't think much of it and just said yes. I assumed they just meant to write it on a (cardboard) box, and honestly thought it was a silly question that I was too upset to look into further. The next day our vet called to tell us his ashes were ready for pickup. What we received was a beautiful wooden box, with Simba's name laser etched into the side. I immediately lost it. What a beautiful, and unexpected, tribute. I really appreciate the services that these type of companies provide, especially when you find one that is as compassionate as Angel's, who understand the importance of these life events. We are very grateful for them during this sad time, and would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.After looking at their website, and reading the other reviews, I do wish my vet would have let us know what other memorial items were available. I probably would have gotten a little paw print as well, but perhaps that isn't an option when going through my vet. It's hard to think of these questions when in the moment of such a loss. <3

Sadly I’ve had to use Angels 3 times over the last year. Every time they showed nothing but compassion and respect. I had a dog die on Mother’s Day last year and was able to drop him off on a Sunday. I last used them on 4/26. My dog died in the early morning hours, I showed up with him shortly after they opened. Angel was short handed that morning and the phones were ringing off the hook! She never made me feel rushed or let on that she was stressed from a crazy morning. We even had a discussion about one of my newer dogs. Her dog Sadie kept me company and gave me comfort while we processed the paperwork and picked out his urn. I got my boy back the next day and everything was perfect. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Angel and her staff (human and fur). Thank you all for being so kind.

There comes a time in life where your whole world can change in an instant. I’m not a review guy, but in this case I am going to make an exception. Angel’s were tasked with taking my beautiful boy Dyson through the next step in his journey. I had already made the toughest decision of my life. Angel and her family (staff) we nothing short of a miracle and a blessing at the same time. They treated me and my puppy with the utmost respect. Our sweet Gizmo passed away on April 2nd. I called Angel’s to make arrangements for cremation. We had a viewing and walked Gizmo to be cremated. We didn’t feel rushed during the process. Everyone we interacted with was kind, but I want to mention William in particular. He explained everything that was going to happen, allowed us to hold Gizmo one more time, was so reassuring and gentle with him, and we got to see him be put into the cremation chamber. We picked up Gizmo the same day. My only issue was they were out of clay to make prints. I don’t fault anyone working there, but I do wish we would have got a call because I would have purchased a kit for them to use. We ended up with ink prints of all 4 paws and those turned out great. I only mention the clay for the people that will be looking at recent reviews. That part was important to us and we missed out, which makes us sad.

Angel has such a love for our pets, and she has such compassion for those who have lost their fur babies!! The day that I brought my Maxie in was the same day he went to sleep.It was after hours, and I was very disoriented even though I'm familiar with the area. Angel stayed on the phone with me and gave me directions. She was compassionate and understanding the entire time.When I got there, she greeted us warmly. She treated my Maxie with respect.The office is warm, and cozy. It's a place where I could relax and find relief from what I was going through. I cannot emphasize enough how kind, and caring Angel is. Meeting her was more like meeting someone you're already friends with.When I went to pick up Maxie's remains, the urn was in a soft velvet-like bag, with embroidery reading, "Until we meet again on the rainbow bridge." I put all of Maxie's toys inside of it. She included a plaster casting of his paw print, as well as a lock of his fur.I can't help but tear up while writing this, but Angel, and the services provided, brought me a tremendous amount of peace; her conduct, the conduct of her staff, the small (but so, so important) touches she includes are.. treasured.She did right by me. She did right by my Max. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude.

The Funeral home is eloquently designed to feel as if you are right at home. This community is so fortunate to have a caring compassionate place to say goodbye to their furry family members. I attended my first dog memorial here last week and it was a very classy well put together tribute to a long friend's beloved pet. There were floral arrangements with dog biscuits, a video of the dog's life and personalized rainbow bridge folders all done in a quaint informal setting. I wish I had been able to have this option when I lost my pets. I had to bring my three dogs in to the facility I used (two separate places) but she offers pick ups-wish I had had that option. The pricing is very comparable to the other places who offer cremation but she can add a touch of personalization and can customize to your wishes whether formal or informal. Well done!! I will be using Angel's for all three of my dogs.

Just before Christmas we lost our Beagle Kiowa about 7pm. I called Angel to see if they were available for me to bring Kiowa to them, even though it was after hours she and I met shortly after we spoke. Our Willow girl got ill suddenly and I ended up in Tulsa with her. I signed for Angel's to pick her up and cremate her. They had used Angel’s services and gave both Angel and her staff glowing reviews.From the time I contacted Angel’s to prearrange cremation for my 17+ yr. old dog, the entire team at Angel’s was kind, knowledgeable, professional – and most importantly CARING! Through all my tears! They offered various services which were reasonably priced. Angel’s made it as easy on a grieving pet owner as could possibly be expected, as they carefully explained everything to me.They told me I could opt to bring my dog directly to them, or they would pick up my little dog, Ruby, from the veterinarian’s office. I chose to bring her to them. We were received warmly, and with the respect we could only hope for, as they ushered us into a private viewing room where we had as much time as we needed to say our last goodbyes. That was very special to us. It meant a great deal.I chose to privately view Ruby’s cremation. That was also most helpful to me in my grieving process. All in all, I cannot recommend Angel’s Pet Funeral Home and Crematory highly enough! Angel and her team are outstanding. Thank you, Angel, for your grace and kindness at this sorrowful time. You helped ease some of the pain of losing our precious Ruby.

Highly highly highly recommend these folks. Atmosphere is very respectful from start to finish. My kitty passed and we decided to use Angels Pet for our cremation. We were given a private room with our baby at drop off to say our final goodbyes and we're afforded all the time we needed. Afterward there was very little paperwork that needed to be filled out. I lost my fur baby, Mr Stickers, over the New Year’s holiday. I was devastated, I had this cat for over 14 years. Angel was very compassionate and understanding, being the owner of several animals herself. She offered to come and pick him up right then. Her facility is warm and inviting. She had him ready and in the urn I had chosen surprisingly quickly. She handled him with care and respect. I was touched to have gotten a paw print and a snip of his fur. Angel was so kind and compassionate. One of her fur babies was there, and it was incredibly comforting to sit with him while waiting. Their facility is top-notch, and there's a comfortable sitting room if you'd like to wait. We had to unexpectedly put our first rescue cat down recently. The service we received from Angel's was beyond exceptional. From the time they picked our beloved pet up at the 24 hr animal hospital we used and brought her ashes back in the urn we picked out (with personal engraving), was 2 days. The whole process was so professional and they are truly compassionate. This is the first time we have had a pet cremated and brought the ashes home. I have been to a few Pet crematories in the last couple years and the only one that seemed to hit home was this 1....they are Super nice and within a day or 2. You can get your pet back... And they also have a cremation tag number. Just like a funeral home for humans. When they get Cremated. Over all a win win. I will never go to another place for my baby's.

Angel’s was wonderful to work with. We lost our Simone on Thanksgiving and that night I noted in the vet paperwork they had provided to Angel’s an incorrect phone number. I called immediately expecting to get a vm but was shocked someone answered directly - they were at the site working with another family who had lost a pet member that same day. I knew then we had made the right choice. We went in the next day and made our personal arrangements with no problems. They were compassionate and assisting in so many ways. It was such a nice change from the standard practice of an animal passing. They provided an environment that gave comfort and healing in a hard process. Thank you to Angel and staff. What a beautiful place! I don't even know where to start. Angel obviously designed this to be an atmosphere of comfort for you and honor for your beloved pet. Angel’s was kind, timely, and generous! When my kitty passed away a few years ago, I had him cremated locally (not at Angel’s since I lived somewhere else at the time) and picked out a special urn separately online. I planned to transfer the ashes from the free urn that the crematory provided to the urn that we had ordered special for him. The cremated remains were in too large of pieces and too bulky and I couldn’t transfer it. The grief made it hard to deal with the situation, so he stayed in the free urn all that time. Finally, I reached out to Angel’s to see if they could help. They reprocessed the ashes and transferred them all to my special urn for me. They didn’t charge me a thing even though I tried to pay! I am so glad to finally have my kitty where he belongs. Thank you, Angel’s!

Sunday evening, August 30th, our beloved Brutus, pitbull boxer mix, passed away in our home and in our arms. He was diagnosed with liver failure on August 26th. We brought him home from the vet and did all we could and prayed for a miracle. His sickness and diagnosis came completely out of the blue and our family was devastated. Brutus passed away at 6:30 pm. We didn't really know what to do. I thought of Angel's because I had seen it off the highway and we knew we wanted Brutus cremated. At 7:15 I called them expecting an answering machine or service and a sweet girl named Christie answered the phone. She said they were closed but she would be there until 8:00 and to come on. She would wait for us. When we arrived she was waiting and walked me through the process and helped me pick out and design Brutus' final resting place. She was so compassionate and so caring promising that she would treat Brutus as her own and she did. Angel's had Brutus ready for us to pick up at 12:00 noon the next day and we were able to bring him back home. Christie explained on the phone that they do their best to get the babies back home in 24 hours. I will be forever grateful to Angel's and Christie for helping us through one of the most difficult times of our lives.

I will never come here again, nor recommend this place to anyone.I had to bring two of my dogs here. I had received a paw print that was only half of the paw, and after showing the employee and comparing it to others, I was offered some explanation as if I was an idiot. I was offered a refund on the paw print, which I did not accept, seeing as that would not give me the paw print I had asked for, and seeing as my best friend was now gone, I would never have the chance of that being replaced. Well, my best friend just passed away so I was in no mood to argue so I left. I get home, and open the urn to place a photograph in the front, and ashes fall out. The bag the ashes are in was torn. Horrible, simply horrible.My second dog was brought here, and I never received a phone call letting me know she was ready. I had to call, leave a message, never received a call back, so I called multiple times. After getting ahold of someone, I was informed she was ready, but they didn't call because I hadn't selected an urn. Well, when they called to get a payment it was made clear that I would select and purchase an urn when my wife and I picked her up.The owner may be a nice, compassionate, and caring individual, but she clearly hires half assed employees who are there just to collect a paycheck and slide threw their work.As a business owner, I would fire any of my employees who performed their jobs in such a manor.In this particular industry, vetting your potential hires should be a common practice. This isn't a gas station, it's a funeral home.Two separate dogs, two separate times, two separate yet horrible experiences.

I would not recommend using this business. Less than two hours after my cat passed we called to make sure we would get an ink print, clay print and fur clipping. We were assured I would. Three days later the owner called to see which urn I wanted (she had already been placed in one I didn't pick). I reiterated that I wanted an ink print so I could get a tattoo of it. My cat had seven toes. She stated she didn't realize my cat had had already been cremated and it wasn't a service they offer. Why would you assure me I would get it if it's a service you don't offer? My friend got ink prints of his pets without being asked. I felt betrayed. I don't feel like the owner made it right at all and was not sympathetic until I wrote a bad review. If it were you fur kid wouldn't you be furious? I will NEVER be able to get that ink print. Serenity Pet Cremation offered more services and provided excellent service.

I've used several other pet memorial services over the years and a veterinarian recommended Angel's. One of the most agonizing moments of a loss is having to deal with memorial services. Angel's made the entire process very easy and they made the experience as pain-free as it could be.The keepsake items they include with their services is second to none and they don't overcharge you to receive these. They are quick to perform their work so that you have your loved one back promptly.The biggest concern when searching for a memorial service is that you actually receive the remains of your pet back. I would pay double for any service that would give me the assurance that I receive my pet's remains and only my pet's remains.However, with Angel's you get a very reasonable price along with an owner who started this company based on trust. I would encourage anyone who is concerned about this to reach out to Angel's and speak to them and I believe you will be reassured your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect.

Had a good experience with scheduling pickup and making all arrangements, but three weeks went by and we were never notified our pet was ready. I finally called and they confirmed he was ready and had been dropped off at the vet for pickup. They blamed the vet office for not contacting us, but I believe it should be their responsibility to contact THEIR client and let them know services have been completed. Would be more professional, and also nice for closure. They also couldn’t tell me how long ago he had been dropped off at the vet office. Just didn’t sit well with me.

We had our German Shepherd put down due to old age and health issues in November of 2020. We were devastated to say the least. He was our pride and joy. We made arrangements for his cremation with Angels and we were very pleased with everything. They picked up our boy from the vet, made a paw print mold of his foot, gave us a tuft of his hair and engraved his name in his wood urn. While on the phone with the facility my husband and I discussed what we wanted engraved, his name was Max but we always called him Maxy Boy but we couldn’t decide which one we wanted. So the kind woman on the other end of the line said how about we engrave Max and underneath it in quotations we can engrave “Maxy Boy”. We agreed and that extra mile they went to do that meant the world. We miss him every day. But we are so appreciative of the kindness, compassion and patience we were shown from beginning until we picked up Max’s remains. This facility is top notch. Professional, beautiful and the staff is the best. If you are needing pet cremation, please don’t think twice about using Angels. Thank you Angels for everything you did for us.

Our experience with Angel's was excellent. I appreciated the patience that Angel had with me as I picked out the products and engraving I wanted for my dear Honey. I'm very particular, yet she was so kind as to take the time to make sure that I was able to pick the perfect font and everything. Not something that anyone wants to have to think about, but I had researched pet cremation prior to needing the service. I knew that the day would come (though I had hoped not for several more years). I knew that I wanted to go to Angel's, because they only deal with animals and they had such great reviews. The staff made a difficult time as easy as possible and took great care of us. Losing a pet is never easy because they become a part of your family.They have many options to help you say goodbye to and remember your pet. We chose cremation and selected a lovely little urn for his remains. They also provided a paw imprint and lock of fur from our dog and it was something we did not even think of at the time. Such a small thing had a huge impact on my wife and me.

I sent my husband in to pick up the ashes from Angel's because I could not bring myself to do it. But what he brought home actually put a smile on my face. Along with the ashes packed neatly in a small box, we received a lock of hair and a paw print from our cat Smokey - an unexpected last moment with our loved pet. I never expected the level of compassion I received from these wonderful people. We said goodbye to our boy Friday evening, and they had him back to us on Saturday. My dog passed away unexpectedly five years ago. Angel's Funeral Home allowed me to view my dog and say my last goodbyes and to witness the entire process of cremation to urn which helped me to process my grief. Then late last year, another dog passed and again I was able to deal with my loss effectively. Very professional, very helpful to me personally.

Our sweet Gizmo passed away on April 2nd. I called Angel’s to make arrangements for cremation. We had a viewing and walked Gizmo to be cremated. We didn’t feel rushed during the process. Everyone we interacted with was kind, but I want to mention William in particular. He explained everything that was going to happen, allowed us to hold Gizmo one more time, was so reassuring and gentle with him, and we got to see him be put into the cremation chamber. We picked up Gizmo the same day. My only issue was they were out of clay to make prints. I don’t fault anyone working there, but I do wish we would have got a call because I would have purchased a kit for them to use. We ended up with ink prints of all 4 paws and those turned out great. I only mention the clay for the people that will be looking at recent reviews. That part was important to us and we missed out, which makes us sad.

My first contact with Angel confirmed the need to shop around was unnecessary. She was comforting and compassionate. We felt as if we were friends as she shared our concerns for Dewayne our Chihuahua. Angels funeral home is beautiful and we are thankful we had her to help us through this difficult time. Angels was absolutely the best! My fur baby died at 3 AM and I called them, within minutes William called me back. He was at my house within an hour to pick my baby up. Very kind he was. I personally have not had to use Angel’s service, but I know her!! I’ve known her for many many years!! Angel has such a love for our pets, and she has such compassion for those who have lost their fur babies!! You will NEVER find anyone who cares as much about you, and your love and memories for your animal family members, as she does. I would highly recommend her and her services. I promise you this, she may not be able to take away your pain and heartbreak, but she will work hard to help bring peace and comfort knowing that your pet is taken care of!!

The day that I brought my Maxie in was the same day he went to sleep.It was after hours, and I was very disoriented even though I'm familiar with the area. Angel stayed on the phone with me and gave me directions. She was compassionate and understanding the entire time.When I got there, she greeted us warmly. She treated my Maxie with respect.The office is warm, and cozy. It's a place where I could relax and find relief from what I was going through. I cannot emphasize enough how kind, and caring Angel is. Meeting her was more like meeting someone you're already friends with.When I went to pick up Maxie's remains, the urn was in a soft velvet-like bag, with embroidery reading, "Until we meet again on the rainbow bridge." I put all of Maxie's toys inside of it. She included a plaster casting of his paw print, as well as a lock of his fur.I can't help but tear up while writing this, but Angel, and the services provided, brought me a tremendous amount of peace; her conduct, the conduct of her staff, the small (but so, so important) touches she includes are.. treasured.She did right by me. She did right by my Max. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude.

The Funeral home is eloquently designed to feel as if you are right at home. This community is so fortunate to have a caring compassionate place to say goodbye to their furry family members. I attended my first dog memorial here last week and it was a very classy well put together tribute to a long friend's beloved pet. There were floral arrangements with dog biscuits, a video of the dog's life and personalized rainbow bridge folders all done in a quaint informal setting. I wish I had been able to have this option when I lost my pets. I had to bring my three dogs in to the facility I used (two separate places) but she offers pick ups-wish I had had that option. The pricing is very comparable to the other places who offer cremation but she can add a touch of personalization and can customize to your wishes whether formal or informal. Well done!! I will be using Angel's for all three of my dogs.

Just before Christmas we lost our Beagle Kiowa about 7pm. I called Angel to see if they were available for me to bring Kiowa to them, even though it was after hours she and I met shortly after we spoke. She and her staff showed great compassion and when we came to pick up his ashes she gave us a plaster cast of his paw and some of his hair. I thank Angel for what she did

Our Willow girl got ill suddenly and I ended up in Tulsa with her. I signed for Angel's to pick her up and cremate her. She called me the next day and was very sweet and sympathetic as I gushed on about our sweet girl. She was returned to us this week and you can tell they take time with the sweet puppies. We had to put our 10 yr old Shitzu “Bella” down Saturday after her heart disease made breathing very difficult. After doing this, I looked on google and noticed Angel’s creamatory and all of the 5 star reviews. I immediately called and talked to Josh and was told to fill out the online authorization. I did and called Monday morning and made payment arrangements over the phone. Bella was picked up from the vet at no additional charge and by 2pm, I received a call that the creamation was complete. The entire process was seamless and swift as our family wanted closure asap. I highly recommend this company during a very difficult time in your life.

What a beautiful place! I don't even know where to start. Angel obviously designed this to be an atmosphere of comfort for you and honor for your beloved pet. Angel will help ease the journey of coping with the end of a life, with an unsurpassed level of compassion.Maybe I live under a rock, but I had never heard of this kind of service. To be honest, I have no idea what my vet did with my old pets remains. But you can be sure that here you will never wonder. Angel’s was kind, timely, and generous! When my kitty passed away a few years ago, I had him cremated locally (not at Angel’s since I lived somewhere else at the time) and picked out a special urn separately online. I planned to transfer the ashes from the free urn that the crematory provided to the urn that we had ordered special for him. The cremated remains were in too large of pieces and too bulky and I couldn’t transfer it. The grief made it hard to deal with the situation, so he stayed in the free urn all that time. Finally, I reached out to Angel’s to see if they could help. They reprocessed the ashes and transferred them all to my special urn for me. They didn’t charge me a thing even though I tried to pay! I am so glad to finally have my kitty where he belongs. Thank you, Angel’s!

Sunday evening, August 30th, our beloved Brutus, pitbull boxer mix, passed away in our home and in our arms. He was diagnosed with liver failure on August 26th. We brought him home from the vet and did all we could and prayed for a miracle. His sickness and diagnosis came completely out of the blue and our family was devastated. Brutus passed away at 6:30 pm. We didn't really know what to do. I thought of Angel's because I had seen it off the highway and we knew we wanted Brutus cremated. At 7:15 I called them expecting an answering machine or service and a sweet girl named Christie answered the phone. She said they were closed but she would be there until 8:00 and to come on. She would wait for us. When we arrived she was waiting and walked me through the process and helped me pick out and design Brutus' final resting place. She was so compassionate and so caring promising that she would treat Brutus as her own and she did. Angel's had Brutus ready for us to pick up at 12:00 noon the next day and we were able to bring him back home. Christie explained on the phone that they do their best to get the babies back home in 24 hours. I will be forever grateful to Angel's and Christie for helping us through one of the most difficult times of our lives.

I will never come here again, nor recommend this place to anyone.I had to bring two of my dogs here. I had received a paw print that was only half of the paw, and after showing the employee and comparing it to others, I was offered some explanation as if I was an idiot. I was offered a refund on the paw print, which I did not accept, seeing as that would not give me the paw print I had asked for, and seeing as my best friend was now gone, I would never have the chance of that being replaced. Well, my best friend just passed away so I was in no mood to argue so I left. I get home, and open the urn to place a photograph in the front, and ashes fall out. The bag the ashes are in was torn. Horrible, simply horrible.My second dog was brought here, and I never received a phone call letting me know she was ready. I had to call, leave a message, never received a call back, so I called multiple times. After getting ahold of someone, I was informed she was ready, but they didn't call because I hadn't selected an urn. Well, when they called to get a payment it was made clear that I would select and purchase an urn when my wife and I picked her up.The owner may be a nice, compassionate, and caring individual, but she clearly hires half assed employees who are there just to collect a paycheck and slide threw their work.As a business owner, I would fire any of my employees who performed their jobs in such a manor.In this particular industry, vetting your potential hires should be a common practice. This isn't a gas station, it's a funeral home.Two separate dogs, two separate times, two separate yet horrible experiences.

I would not recommend using this business. Less than two hours after my cat passed we called to make sure we would get an ink print, clay print and fur clipping. We were assured I would. Three days later the owner called to see which urn I wanted (she had already been placed in one I didn't pick). I reiterated that I wanted an ink print so I could get a tattoo of it. My cat had seven toes. She stated she didn't realize my cat had had already been cremated and it wasn't a service they offer. Why would you assure me I would get it if it's a service you don't offer? My friend got ink prints of his pets without being asked. I felt betrayed. I don't feel like the owner made it right at all and was not sympathetic until I wrote a bad review. If it were you fur kid wouldn't you be furious? I will NEVER be able to get that ink print. Serenity Pet Cremation offered more services and provided excellent service.

My 3 year old niece an I came in yesterday to pick up my ferrets ashes. As soon as I walked in the doors two massive dogs came running an barking at us. They were trying to jump an paw my niece so I just kinda pinned her between the door an I. A lady walked out an didn't say a word to me or the dogs that were jumping an scratching me try to get at my niece instead she spoke an guided a couple who was ahead of me into another room. So by this time I picked up my niece as I did one dog jumped up an scratched her face she began to cry so I slapped an yelled at the dog then a man walks up an rudely says can I help you I said yeah you can start by gettting these dogs off us so he called them off us an they ran outta sight so he brings us to another room an as we're waiting in there here come the dang dogs again jumping on us an hurting us with there paws then the man walks back in an gives me the ashes an we hit the doors running to get away from these dogs. I have four deep scratches on my arms two on my belly my niece has one across her face an on her leg. I normally don't slap animals but these guys would not stop. An no one that worked there seemed to care much that these dogs were acting this way.

Tuesday we made the difficult decision to put our Abby to sleep because of her IVDD worsening, they brought her back to us the next day and Josh was very polite and even referred to her by name, I loved that they took a paw print and a lick of her fur, the engraving on her run and Stone was beautiful.

Loosing our dog was a very bad time for my husband and I. Angel's were wonderful! Our dog was a part of the family and that is how we were treated. We have sent several people to them and have not been disappointed. They are absolutely wonderful!!!!!

Angel and Christy we're both so please tell to deal with... Losing a pet (loved one) is hard enough. They are both professional and caring.I was coming from Claremore and running late... After calling twice and getting directions I called a third time to just let them know my situation and Christy was so nice said they would still be there when I arrived. Thanks ladies! The paw print ended up warping and becoming really brittle after a few weeks and I don't like that they put their company name on the "biodegradable box" which is just a cheap paper box. The staff was friendly when I dealt with them on the phone and in person.

They came a pick up my beautiful girl and held her as long as they could until I had the money to get her. They treated her death with serious professionalism and like she was part of their family as well. I would highly recommend them.

This place is so wonderful. Our Boomer passed @ 3:30 on a Thursday. We dropped him off at 4:30 and by noon the next day he was in his urn, with a custom nameplate and back home.

My husband went to pickup our beloved Rosie and when I opened the bag it brought a smile to my face. Included in the bag was an envelope with her fur clippings, a mold with her name and paw prints and her engraved urn. I was not expecting all this. To know that someone else cared ment so much.

My 3 year old niece an I came in yesterday to pick up my ferrets ashes. As soon as I walked in the doors two massive dogs came running an barking at us. They were trying to jump an paw my niece so I just kinda pinned her between the door an I. A lady walked out an didn't say a word to me or the dogs that were jumping an scratching me try to get at my niece instead she spoke an guided a couple who was ahead of me into another room. So by this time I picked up my niece as I did one dog jumped up an scratched her face she began to cry so I slapped an yelled at the dog then a man walks up an rudely says can I help you I said yeah you can start by gettting these dogs off us so he called them off us an they ran outta sight so he brings us to another room an as we're waiting in there here come the dang dogs again jumping on us an hurting us with there paws then the man walks back in an gives me the ashes an we hit the doors running to get away from these dogs. I have four deep scratches on my arms two on my belly my niece has one across her face an on her leg. I normally don't slap animals but these guys would not stop. An no one that worked there seemed to care much that these dogs were acting this way.

Tuesday we made the difficult decision to put our Abby to sleep because of her IVDD worsening, they brought her back to us the next day and Josh was very polite and even referred to her by name, I loved that they took a paw print and a lick of her fur, the engraving on her run and Stone was beautiful.

I recently lost my Great Pyrenees unexpectedly and I called Angel the same morning I lost him to ask about cremation. She was so sweet and comforting. I drove from Stillwater (where my dog was at the vet) and they explained everything to me and gave me all the time I needed to grieve. My dog was my best friend and absolutely apart of my family. He was my son. I went to pick him up (his ashes) today and they made me additional paw prints and even put a lock of his hair in an envelope for me. I am truly blown away by how caring they are in this horrible time. I highly recommend them and if needed, I will use them again in a heartbeat.
