The staff at Beinhauer was so helpful and made the whole process from planning the funeral, the actual service, and through contact after the service much easier for my family and I. The staff is very caring and compassionate and helped us through the most difficult time of my life. I sincerely recommend using Beinhauer if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed and must plan a funeral. My family is Hindu and they were very accommodating to our Hindu funeral service. Laura Tatko went above and beyond what was needed to make sure our family was well taken care of and she took care of all the details to ensure there was no more stress added to our family. Laura helped us plan the funeral and made sure that we were comfortable with all the decisions that needed to be made. So when all was said and done, Laura and the staff at Beinhauer made sure we had a beautiful service that was very respectful of our Hindu culture. We are forever grateful.

My family met with Ashley at the Dormont location. She effortlessly walked us through every step that was needed to plan the funeral for our mother. Ashley was professional ,and very caring in the handling of all the arrangements. We felt very at ease with the process. She responded to emails promptly. The funeral service was efficiently orchestrated from the beginning to the end. From the Day before in talking to Scott Beinhauer to the Day I had to call for My Uncle's Death Both Kimberly and Makenna were wonderful to deal with,,,, Makenna was extremely helpful in helping me do much of the Preparations from Out of Town,, Her Understandings, Kindness and Knowledge helped get me thru the Process with very little Stress and for that I am extremely grateful. Her Professionalism was like no other.. And Kimberly, helped make all the financial issues Happen,,, She even had us laughing....Although a Sad Occasion,,, The actual process was amazingly handled very easily...Thank you to All the Staff at Beinhauer's , My Experience was Outstanding.

Steve O’Leary at the Beinhauer Dormont location recently handled the funeral arrangements for my father. The facility is roomy and comfortable, all the arrangements were handled according to the plan that Steve helped us to organize, and the staff checked regularly during the process to make sure the arrangements were to our satisfaction. My husband and I never felt rushed to make a decision, or felt uncomfortable if we needed to ask for more information about some of the choices. The experience was as good as possible, given the circumstances.
