Fur babies are family and that is exactly how they are treated at Faithful Friends in Cleveland TN 🐩🐾🦴🐈⬛🐈🕊🤍! Along with the cremation, they offer a nice selection of memory items at very affordable prices. I ordered a stone with our precious Boone’s picture and beautiful poem. The price was extremely reasonable and I could not have ask for a better job. Amanda is so kind, soft spoken, truly cares, and understands how it feels because she has an incredible love for her own. Pets may not be our forever but we are theirs. If you have a friend that you would like to send a special gift or refer to a service as this, I definitely recommend Faithful Friends Pet Cremation 🤍

I lost my sweet boy (aka Eeyore) suddenly, and at the very beginning of the Covid outbreak so I had to research and make decisions quickly. Unfortunately burying him wasn't an option, for a variety of reasons. I got quotes on cremation from 5-10 places and originally assumed I'd have to settle for "group" cremation vs individual cremation due to the cost. I thank God that I came across Faithful Friend, even though I live in the Knoxville area. I called on a Sunday evening and didn't expect anyone to answer but they did. The lady I spoke with (I apologize as I've forgotten names at this point) was incredibly caring, took her time to answer ALL of my questions, and explained that they were more than happy to accommodate us even though basically every business had shut down/was on lockdown. From beginning to end we were treated with the utmost compassion and care- just as if we were dealing with a human loved one's death. I'd purchased two "ink print" kits (technically for babies hand/foot prints) and requested that they get a print of my baby's paw so that I could later turn it into a tattoo and possibly a jewelry item. Because we had to freeze my baby (sorry if that was TMI or weird- again, given the situation we had no other choice) they stated that it might be very hard to get a print but they'd try their best. When we went to pick my baby up, I was blown away by what we received from them. While the temporary urn wasn't "spectacular", it was still very sweet (plastic marbled look with a paw print on the lid). We chose individual cremation and there had been a metal tag on the twist tie of the bag of his ashes as well as a matching metal tag that was with his remains, to ensure you received your actual pet. We chose to have the clay paw print done and it didn't turn out to be extremely detailed but I didn't expect it to be. It was a very sweet addition to the cremation package, and I was glad I chose to get one. There was also a pewter ornament/coin with his name on one side and a generic paw print on the opposite side, which goes on our Christmas tree. There was a beautiful certificate, a clipping of his fur, and not one or two inked paw prints but FOUR of them! They did a spectacular job of ensuring we had multiples to choose from for future use, which meant the world to me! And they even returned the 2nd ink kit because the ink from the 1st one worked for all 4 prints. We also had/have the option to add an "obituary" they have on their website of ALL babies who've crossed the Rainbow Bridge (I still need to do this but my grief was too intense at the time). I was blown away with the entire process, from beginning to end! I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond in this time of need, and taking such wonderful care of my baby, as well as us, in every way imaginable. They truly treated every step as if he was a human and I can say from personal experience that we received better care and more personalized attention from Faithful Friend than ANY human funeral home I've dealt with. I'll unquestionably come back to them whenever his "brother" passes. I absolutely cannot express my immense gratitude for this business! You will not be disappointed in your choice. Every baby is treated as if they were their own baby, and as a fur momma I just couldn't ask for more!

Last Tuesday, my amazing dog crossed the rainbow bridge. It was very sudden, and I hadn’t had time to make plans for what to do after he passed. I called that day, and the wonderfully kind woman on the phone offered to stay past closing so that I could drop off my dog. I was so thankful for that courtesy. She let me say my final goodbyes, and I felt so broken. She met me inside, and we did some paperwork. She explained in great detail the packages, and what to expect. Her voice was soft and kind, and so very comforting. Today, I went to pick up my dogs cremains, and I can tell you that I’ll forever use this service. We were even driving home from being out of town for Christmas, and a woman offered to come back to the business so I didn’t have to go home without my dog. The paw prints were beautiful, the medallion was perfect. 110% recommended.

We were hoping to come to some resolution before posting this review, but never heard back from the owners. We took our mother's beloved cat here, a cat that our mother thought of as a child. Our mother is currently in a facility so her cat means everything to us. We wanted her remains to be treated with the utmost respect and care. Every single part of the package we requested meant something to us, especially the paw print and the urn. When we received her cat's cremains, we received a plastic urn that looked cheap and disappointing. We received a clay "paw print" that was unrecognizable as a paw print. This was extremely sad. We will never, ever be able to get the paw print now. I reached out to the owner about our disappointment and concern with no response. We spent $1,000 trying to save our mother's cat at the vet and then the package we purchased here and then I had to go and buy a decent urn after. I would not, NOT recommend this place to care for your beloved pet. The owner was nice; the work for something you love and cherish so incredibly much was awful. We used another creamation servicer in Ootlewah who was wonderful but chose this place because of the AMAZING reviews . The care received from the other provider was so comforting and lovely. I wish so much we had used them again as we had the previous 2 times. Now we know.

Amanda was extremely kind , she stayed a little late so I could bring my sweet baby Zeus in after he passed away . She was so gentle with him taking him in . She was such a sweet girl and the other lady I’m not sure of her name but she worked quickly to get my babies ashes back to me within 2 days and they sent him home in a beautiful little urn . Definitely recommend and I am going to come here for any future loss of any of my fur babies .

On January 5th we had to make the hardest decision to put our beloved dog Prada down after a long fight. Faithful Friend Pet Crematory was more than accommodating through the whole process. I spoke with them just 2 days prior and they made this sad time go so smoothly and even met us after hours once we were done at the vets. Chari was so sweet and compassionate. She let us take our time saying our last goodbyes to our precious girl before meeting us inside to explain the whole process. The clay paw prints, fur clipping and name medallion were so beautifully done. I'm so thankful to have those mementos to hold onto of our sweet baby. Thank you so much for helping us through this difficult time. 💗

I waited a couple of months to write this, most of all because I want to be fair and not lash out because of grief. Something very traumatizing happened to me during the process of having my beloved dog cremated, and I want to spare anyone else this horror. I had requested and paid for a photo of my dog's paw, solely because the company sold me on being able to come back later and do engraved jewelry using the photo. At first they thought no photo was taken, which made me sad initially because I thought I'd lost the chance. Then they found the photos, and the owner sent them to me. What I received was absolutely horrible. I was sent two pictures of the corpse of my dead dog. One did actually show the bottom of her paw. The other was a full-on, close up, eyes open photo of her face. I'll spare the details here, but just let me say it was bad. Very bad. I opened the email and saw these pictures on the screen, not even as attachments, no warning, and immediately threw up. Apparently some people also want a photo of their pet's nose, which I cannot imagine, and the owner just assumed I wanted it. Although at no time in the ordering process did I EVER ask for that. The owner later agreed that the photos were horrible. My response was "Then why in the world did you send them to me?". This is a caution to anyone out there who is debating cremation. If you want a photo of your pet's paw you should take it yourself if possible. While the owner seems like a nice person who just made a mistake, and I have no complaints with the process itself, no one who is grieving such a loss should ever have the mental picture that I'm now left with. I should also say that I received a full refund. I would have paid that price several times over to have been spared what happened to me.

Our 11 1/2 year old chug Molly had been very ill with an aggressive cancer and we lost her on June 5th. We decided to have her cremated so we called Faithful Friend and Amanda took care of everything for us and we got her back very quickly. 3 weeks later our 15 year old chihuahua Piglet got very ill and she had a life threatening infection then her kidneys started shutting down. 27 days after we lost Molly, we lost Piglet on July 2nd. Again, we called Faithful Friend and spoke to Amanda and she took care of everything for us a 2nd time. We were still heart broken from losing our sweet Molly and now heart broken again by losing our sweet Piglet. Faithful Friend and Amanda were absolutely amazing and took a lot off of us by handling everything and they handled it so well and got them both back to us quickly!!!! It's very difficult to say goodbye to a family pet that is your family, but Faithful Friend makes things just a little easier. There are some days that I still have questions and Amanda doesn't hesitate to help me in any way she can!!! Very thankful for the paw print, fur shaving, and the beautiful medallion with their names on the back as well!!!!!

We used their services 2 years ago and all was wonderful. When we unexpectedly and suddenly lost our 3 year old Siamese a month ago, we thought we would use their services again. My husband called just a little bit after we lost our furbaby and the woman who answered the phone was so rude, uncaring, and unhelpful that it made me sick to my stomach that we had ever trusted them with any of our furbabies. After suffering our loss then not knowing what to do, being talked to this way was so uncalled for. I reached out to management so they could correct the problem with the rudeness but I was met with no response. So disappointing for a company that is suppose to be there in your time of loss.

I was not comfortable cremating my precious baby. He was the love of my life for 20 years. I called and they had a beautiful casket in baby blue that was perfect for my Mickey. They had it in stock and I picked it up the same day. The lady was very sweet when I picked it up and even carried it to the car for me. They made the hardest day of my life just a little easier which means a lot! Thank you!

We entrusted this facility to arrange for our beloved cat of 18 years to be cremated. Their prices are extremely reasonable and for that standard price you get a marbleized plastic urn, a clay paw print, a gold medallion with your pets' name on it and a folder with a certificate and a heart shaped "wafer" that contains flower seeds to plant in your garden. Excellent and very professional service. Highly recommend this facility.

Was so pleased with how they handled my beloved Boo's ashes. Thank you for providing this service so people have a way to say goodbye to their very loved pets. (I was so shocked and so thankful for the lock of fur and paw print. Happy tears for that little touch.)

Thank you!
