Losing my cat unexpectedly was one of the hardest experiences I've ever faced, but the team at Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens, especially Barbara and Debbie, provided so much comfort during such a difficult time. Barbara was the first person I spoke with, and her kindness, patience, and respect were exactly what I needed. She truly took her time with me, making the entire process as smooth as possible.When I received my cat's urn and paw print, I was overwhelmed by how beautifully everything was done. Their attention to detail and the care they put into honoring my sweet girl meant the world to me.While no one ever wants to find themselves in this position, I cannot recommend Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens enough for their thoughtful and compassionate cremation services. Barbara and Debbie were incredible to work with, and I am deeply grateful for the way they helped me through this tough time.

Our little bud passed away recently and Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens was able to preform his cremation. Josh, who helped us out, was down to earth, brought some humor to a sad situation, and provided us with a clear process. Dixie Memorial Garden has help my family with many fur babies. 12/2/24 @ 6:35 am my sweet Annabelle took her last breath peacefully and so I was referred to them. I called at 9 AM and took her in. Daniel was very helpful and took good care of us through the process. I was greatful to be able to have my baby girl cremated and got bring her back home same day. I highly recommend them for your fur baby needs.

This is the 2nd time Dixie has handled my babies. 2013 and Saturday. They picked her up from the emergency vet Saturday, cremated her Sunday and texted me Monday that I could pick her back up from my regular vet. The lady on the phone Saturday was sweet and was able to look up my last baby to match urns. She informed me the color has slightly changed and recommended a color that would be closer to their old "cherry". I now have both of my girls hanging out together

We had to say goodbye to our goodest girl just a little over a week ago. We called Dixie just after making her appointment with the vet and the lady on the phone was so gentle and understanding. We had already picked out everything we wanted and she made sure to get every last detail of what our wishes were covered so nothing was left undone. Her compassion throughout this process was so needed and appreciated. We received our girl back earlier than expected with extra paw prints they had done as a test run for the canvas print we ordered. We had enough extras for each kid to have their own, which was really special for them. They have an amazing selection of ‘basic urns’ that are anything but ‘basic’. Our wooden carved box matches our girls fur and is just beautiful! Thank you Dixie for your loving care of our beloved family companion. I recommend this place a million times over!

Our big boy Chief passed away at home yesterday (2-28-2023). He was 5 yrs old. My husband reached out to Dixie Memorial and they provided us with a wonderful experience during this difficult time. We were able to drop him off that afternoon and return this morning (3-1-2023) to bring our boy home. The staff was very professional, courteous, and caring. We lost our beloved dog of 15 years. She passed at home 3am on a Sunday morning. I called Dixie when they opened at 9am and they said I could bring her in. I was met by a young man named Josh at the door and he took care of everything for me in a gentle kind and caring manor. We chose to have our pet cremated with the remains returned to us. Dixie Memorial is beautiful and quaint. Daniel made the cremation process easy and helpful for our cat that passed. We called the morning he passed away and were able to take him in the same day. They laid him on a bed inside a beautiful chapel. I was able to say my goodbyes privately. We were able to pick him up the same day, which is so comforting.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dixie Memorial. I recently had to put my sweet 17 yo to sleep, and it was one of the hardest days of my life. Their staff is so kind, and they were so gentle and caring picking him up. His ashes were delivered back to me two days after. The urn is beautiful and came with a lovely note from the staff. If you are unsure what to do after your baby passes, definitely go with Dixie Memorial. They're professional and compassionate and will take good care of your baby.

Whenever you lose a pet you lose part of yourself. My entire experience dealing with Dixie was of great comfort while dealing with grief. I was giving all the time I needed on the phone to make arrangements for my depart dog Piojo. The level of service was amazing. I never felt I was treated as a customer, I felt that I was treated as a friend. When I receive my dog’s ashes there was a hand written card not thanking me for business but expressing sorrow for my loss. For anyone that is looking for a place to properly deal with your departed fur baby, this is the place. They understand that you pet was not an item but a loved one, and they treat you as such. When the day comes that I need use of their services I will definitely use them. Words cannot express how happy I am about how they treated me during my grieving process.

Dixie Memorial is beautiful. I started crying as soon as we pulled in. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had our baby cremated and returned home to us the same day. It really hit me as we drove through the cemetery and out to the road. I could feel all those fur babies getting all the peaceful slumber in such a beautiful, serene environment. I just lost my cat of 3 years as he was sick on and off throughout his short life even with vet care. I found Dixie Memorial because I was searching for a pet cremation service for him. I called and the very kind woman on the phone talked to me with so much compassion as I struggled to get my information out between sobbing. She was so, so kind and understanding. The driver made it on time and was just as nice. He helped me wrap Sir Oliver in a blanket and carried him to the van for me. The process was quick and simple. I have not personally used their services but I have heard so many wonderful things about Dixie Memorial Gardens through the work that I do from my own clients that I wanted to take the time to share. From everything I have heard, this is where you want to go in your time of grieving for a lost pet. They are professional, have been around a very long time and I know the owner and she cares a great deal for her clients and their needs. She has devoted decades to her business and her customers and if you are looking for a personal, tasteful way to say goodbye to your beloved pet, this is who I would recommend. Thank you.

Dixie Memorial has been a God send for us. Being animal lovers, we like to keep a memory of our dogs. We have used them 4 x times for cremation. Always very nice and sympathetic. During the most difficult phase of having a companion animal, the phase where we must say goodbye, Dixie Memorial came through for us. Teddy was a big dog and he died unexpectedly/suddenly. We were not prepared. It was raining and we did not know where to turn. Barbara was so kind over the phone, the crew who came and picked Teddy up was compassionate, kind, and caring. Everyone was just so understanding. The next day, Teddy's ashes were delivered to me, and again, the gentleman who gently removed the urn from the velvet bag and showed me the beautiful wooden urn, was just so kind. The whole process, as heartbreaking as it was, made bearable by the wonderful staff at Dixie. I don't want anyone to lose a pet but when it happens, I highly recommend these wonderful people to ease your pain and help you with your loss.

My dog passed away on Monday night , I dropped him off at Dr.English’s office Tuesday morning. Dixie Memorial picked him up the same day after I contacted them. Ms. Debbie was very sweet and helpful. We had the unfortunate need for the services of Dixie Pet Cemetery and Memorial.It means so much in a time of grief to know your animal is being cared for by people who value and respect the bond and love one has with their four legged family members. July 27, 2019 was a heartbreaking day as I had to put my beloved pug Lilly to sleep. I knew I wanted to have her cremated, but didn't know who to contact. The vet recommended Dixie Memorial and I am so grateful she did. I have only dealt with Barbara and have found her to be kind and compassionate with me at this difficult time of my life. This place was so great and caring in helping us with the loss of our 13 year old Pomeranian Max. Debbie was kind and understanding over the phone. I believe it was Josh that helped us and let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our fur baby. He was very compassionate and walked out in the pouring rain to deliver Max’s cremains to us in our car so we wouldn’t have to step out. My mom is hurting the worst she ever has but she stated Dixie Memorial helped her a lot in dealing with this. Thank y’all so much for all you do! It truly makes a difference.

From the first call to the day we picked up her cremains, our experience with Dixie Memorial couldn’t have gone any better. We were devastated when we lost our sweet girl Lily and Barbara was so kind and sympathetic. The box they put Lily’s cremains in was beautiful and high quality. They also included a lock of her fur held together with a bow and stored in a little velvet bag. They even returned the metal plate from her knee surgery which guaranteed that Lily was cremated alone. I would recommend Dixie to any pet owner!

When my precious little Sugar Bear went to glory on a Sunday morning, I didn't think that anyone would be available to help me take care of her final arrangements. However, a wonderful, compassionate lady at Dixie Memorial answered the phone and was prepared to counsel me on my options. Sugar Bear's remains were picked up from the veterinarian's office the next day. And her cremains were ready to be presented to me on Wednesday. Thank you Dixie. Champ was very much loved by so many people but he was loved the most by us, his lady, and his two sons. You will forever be missed Big Boy Champ! We were blessed to get to rescue him, and blessed to have him in our lives for 11 years. Him and Kenz were thunder buddies. She always cuddled up with him and covered him with her special blanket. He was our buddy, pawpaws mule dog, and momma's protector. He got to pick any couch or bed to lay on. He was a very pampered buddy boy. He was my husband's best friend with fur and four paws. Though we sit here with a void in our heart and home, we know he crossed that rainbow bridge and found Pawpaw waiting for him. His ashes will be placed within my father's urn just where he belongs. I have not personally used their services but I have heard so many wonderful things about Dixie Memorial Gardens through the work that I do from my own clients that I wanted to take the time to share. Dixie Memorial has been a God send for us. Being animal lovers, we like to keep a memory of our dogs. We have used them 4 x times for cremation. Always very nice and sympathetic. During the most difficult phase of having a companion animal, the phase where we must say goodbye, Dixie Memorial came through for us. Teddy was a big dog and he died unexpectedly/suddenly. We were not prepared. It was raining and we did not know where to turn. Barbara was so kind over the phone, the crew who came and picked Teddy up was compassionate, kind, and caring. Everyone was just so understanding. The next day, Teddy's ashes were delivered to me, and again, the gentleman who gently removed the urn from the velvet bag and showed me the beautiful wooden urn, was just so kind. The whole process, as heartbreaking as it was, made bearable by the wonderful staff at Dixie. I don't want anyone to lose a pet but when it happens, I highly recommend these wonderful people to ease your pain and help you with your loss.

My dog passed away on Monday night , I dropped him off at Dr.English’s office Tuesday morning. Dixie Memorial picked him up the same day after I contacted them. Ms. Debbie was very sweet and helpful. We had to put our beloved dog Daisy down at the Vets. We wanted her cremated and given back to us to scatter her ashes at home. We called Dixie Memorial and set it all up. They picked her up at the Vets office and cremated Daisy and returned her to the Vet a day and a half later. She was placed in a beautiful wooden box with Daisy's engraved on the top. Great service. I'm a truck driver. I parked my truck 70 feet long in the huge church parking lot up the street and they picked us up and had everything done all in the same day. Start to finish was just amazing, Zeus passed sudden and I found out right as I was getting off of work I called Ms Barbara and she said they closed at 5, I live 45 mins away and the staff stayed for us. I unexpectedly had to euthanize my dog blackjack when he suffered liver failure and was dying the staff here where quick and efficient we had our viewing left and they had him ready to go 3 hours later the staff set up his little viewing so nicely and let us have our space it was really nice and helped with the grieving tremendously bringing closure and such they were very kind and compassionate as well as super respectful they even kept calling my dog Mr. Blackjack which i thought was so cute they took their time getting all his stuff just right for us we got and ink paw print and some other stuff and they did multiple test paw prints before doing his canvas and even gave us those too they also put a sweet handwritten card in our bag. Blackjack was my childhood dog i had for nine years and im happy with the great service and the way they treated and handled my boy even if he was already goneI never felt like a customer or like they were money hungry like some places if you’re looking for a place to take care of your fur baby this is it all the way.

My dog was buried July-1999, Buddy. I love the atmosphere of the grounds and everyone is very kind and comforting. I was so very distraught over my dog dying. I had never been so close to a dog before and he was so perfect my 4 legged child. Personally I would never consider any other place.

Blackjack was my childhood dog i had for nine years and im happy with the great service and the way they treated and handled my boy even if he was already goneI never felt like a customer or like they were money hungry like some places if you’re looking for a place to take care of your fur baby this is it all the way.

A sincere thank you to Barbara and the folks at Dixie Memorial Pet Garden--they took the time and sensitivity for taking care of the remains of our beloved pug Maggie, picking her up after we had to put her to sleep and taking care of the remains and delivering them in a beautiful box & plaque. It's a sad time, but I thank them for their kindness and sensitivity.

The level of care and compassion that the owner and staff have is superior to that of a licensed funeral service professional. The options are affordable and the building and grounds are as nice and well maintained; In some intances moreso than some Human Funeral establishments and cemeteries.

Yall this place is so wonderful. The staff (Daniel) helped me out so much juat by taking care of my baby girl. He even went above and beyond and gave me a locket of her hair for me. (I asked) she has a beautiful ern that will be by my side for the rest of ny life untill her and i meet again. My dog was buried July-1999, Buddy. I love the atmosphere of the grounds and everyone is very kind and comforting. I was so very distraught over my dog dying. I had never been so close to a dog before and he was so perfect my 4 legged child. Personally I would never consider any other place.

We got here so sad and devastated with my cat, we had to put her down and decided to cremated her here, the guy here was so compassionate and warm ,he could feel the pain, he even take out cat to a little chapel so we can had our last time with her 😔 it was so sad but we had our chance to say goodbye to her with privacy, i recommend this place even though is sad, if you need to have something from furry dear this is the place.
