They do a fantastic service. They came to my vets office to get my beloved dog Beast! They do individual cremation, so you know that you are getting your pet’s ashes. They are returned in a nice container. I was surprised, but so grateful that they also gave me a lock of his fur . That is priceless🐾 They were reasonably priced as well. I recommend them if you need pet cremation services.

Shea and the team at Pet Cremation were so thoughtful throughout this very difficult time for our family. We struggled with the tough decision of whether or not to euthanize our beloved Buster, after his long, courageous fight with cancer. Pet Cremation Services not only guided us through the process via considerate counsel and recommending the in-home euthanization service that we ultimately selected, but documented and preserved our pet's memory in a way that we will cherish forever. A few days after the dreaded event occurred, we received Buster's ashes in a very classy urn along with prints of his paws and a few other keepsakes that are displayed on a bookcase in our living area. Losing our dog, a member of our family, was one of the hardest things we've experienced. We are forever grateful for the time and compassion that these folks showed our Buster buddy! Thank you all so much.

Wow. I never knew a person and pet friendly place ever existed for cremation. These folks are happy and caring for their work. I felt respected for my grief and heart break. They took my beloved dog into their care and respectfully cremated her, individually and returned her to me with with utmost care.They offer many types of keepsakes/urns to purchase and provided a very tasteful one.I am beyond amazed at their happy, respectful, professional service. They have state of the art facilities too!Thank you so much for being your awesome selves. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing. The owners are very sweet and answered any and all questions I had and walked me through the process. We did the cremation package and got her urn, a lock of her fur, and a cremation certificate. Will definitely be using them again

I'm very late to add a review but a lasting review it is.In 2010 my mom called from Florida and spoke to Shea and arranged for her cat and dog who had been embalmed in baby caskets from years earlier at a funeral home to be cremated at your facility. I'm hoping you're remembering who we are now with the details I've shared.I drove the pets from Fairfield Glade, TN and was so impressed with the facility and the owners and their compassion.Rick was super nice and kind to tell us their preserved status after he broke the seal on their caskets before they were cremated.And he described them perfectly they were still intact (one was a black dog and one was a calico cat).Anyway you made a lasting impression and I was just talking to my mom about that experience tonight.Again, we thank you for being so kind.Jerry

We were visiting from out of state when our precious Kazimer passed away. We were in shock and didn’t know what to do. After an online search, we came across this place. Fortunately for us, they were open on Sunday. When we arrived, we were meet by staff member Makayla. She was so compassionate and went way above and beyond to make this horrible experience a little less painful. She genuinely cared and listened to us. I will forever be grateful for her and the services of the facility. I highly recommend this place.

I have taken five of my loved fur babies there and they have been so loving and kind. They go above and beyond to help and accommodate. They met me at the facility late at night after my cat was hit by a car. They even wrote and shared an obituary for my senior dog Ralphie. I was impressed by their professionalism and the facility. I had to cross my sweet Emma over the rainbow bridge today January 12th 2024. I called and talked to Phillip who was very sympathetic and nice. He explained what to expect and I brought her in around 12:30 and picked her up the same day around 3:30. I was amazed at how easy this whole process was and getting her back home the same day was wonderful! Thank you all for some ease in this difficult time! I highly recommend them if your pet goes home! They did my babies pawprint perfectly and didn't try to push sales on me!

I have had two of my babies cremated here. I can truly say they go above and beyond to make sure you feel like your baby was cared for the whole time they were there. The lock of fur and the paw prints get me every time. i put mine in a case at home with the ashes. It’s so hard losing a member of your family but they make you feel heard and understood and I personally cannot thank them enough for how special it was to have this experience for me and my family.

My girlfriend and I just had to put down my cat Max. Due to some complications he was having she said, he was acting very strange/not himself not eating etc. I feel so bad I didn't get to say my last goodbye being in Michigan and him in Tennessee. I hope Maxumis didn't give you guys to much trouble. He will be sadly missed. I feel he was taken from us way too soon. Thank you for your care during the loss of our beloved Hans in an accident. The shock was lessened by your courteous and caring manner. Just simple gestures of the tucking of sheet around his paws made us feel like we could let him go as we released his body to your care.When we picked up his ashes, we found momentos of paw prints and a tuft of fur. Those things were so wonderful to have. We were in such a shock that we couldn’t have begun to tell you what we wanted. Thank you for everything.

When my big guy passed last July, I was devastated. I didn’t know what I wanted, but they did everything perfect. After our beautiful dog Titan passed away, Pet Cremation Services of East Tennesse were very compassionate and caring. They even allowed us to bring Titan's brother for one final good bye before Titan was cremated. They were very patient with my husband and me while we had our break downs crying and it took me almost 3 weeks after Titan's passing to get his obituary turned in. When my other dogs pass away, I will definitely come here again!

I have used this cremation service for several of my animals jake sugar socks and they have been very helpful to helping your animals be remembered forever with their beautiful jewelry and decorations that u can put your animals ashes in and some of their fur to help you have them with you forever. I wish I didn't have to write this review; however, the staff here were absolutely fantastic with their service. They treated us as an extension of their family the whole time. I was a little worried about leaving my little man in their care at first, simply because it was leaving my little guy alone with people we had never met. The worry quickly faded after meeting Stephanie in person, and I believe Makayla. Both of them were amazing, and I felt they would take excellent care of our little man. They even let me witness them placing his identification tag with him. That alone made me feel 100% confident in their services. I cannot suggest them enough! We, by default, got locks-of-love (hair clipping), but we went ahead and added a plaster paw print and ink prints of his paws and nose. Everything turned out so well! They treated our little guy like they would treat their own, and that goes the extra mile!

However: this time I decided to contact them directly. I called and dropped Patricia off the next morning. I got to meet the staff that had previously taken care of our pets. Lost my cat very unexpectedly this morning. When we dropped him off, they were very caring and made the process easy. They offered me to tour the facility to see the process. They were very compassionate and did not get upset when I couldn’t hold it together. They explained the package and everything they offer. When our family dog, Daisy, tragically and unexpectedly passed, we knew we wanted her cremated so we could preserve her and her memory, she was with us for a long time and was so dear to us all. They were wonderful from start to finish. We were greeted at the car and they helped get her out and were just so gentle, gave us time to say our goodbyes and everything. when our beloved cat died unexpectedly on a Saturday we were shocked and really didn't know what to do or where to go. Fortunately we found pet cremation services of East Tennessee. What a blessing. Pet cremation services of East Tennessee was absolutely wonderful. We brought our Bella in who suddenly passed away in her sleep and they knew that we had driven a ways to bring her in. They took her right in showed us the facility and had her back with us in 2 hours. Standard turn around is under 24 hours, but they made an exception for us. I’m so thankful for McKayla and she was very comforting during an awful time. I’m so very thankful and will recommend Pet cremation services of East Tennessee to anyone that needs their services!

I am disappointed I don't have a better vocabulary to express how satisfied I am with our experience with Pet Cremation Services of East Tennessee. I did my due diligents before choosing this crematory to take care of our family during this difficult time--and I was not disappointed. From the first phone call to last good by--I could not have been happier! Stephanie was simply amazing, understanding, caring, never rushing, never pushy, and somehow guided us through the process as if we were family. Makayla--brilliant in her skill our paw impressions perfect! Shea Long--again understanding, gracious, and comforting. I knew they were busy, but I never felt rushed. My concerns were addressed with kindness and understanding. Our greatest concern was we wanted to be sure the ashes we received were our family's and only theirs. Our concerns were quickly put to ease. Without hesitation I can and have recommended this business to friends and family. I had taken my boxer Angel to the vet because she wasn't eating or drinking and losing weight and seemed to be in pain. Once we were there, they did xrays and it was determined that she had bone cancer so we decided to have her "put to sleep" to keep her from suffering any longer. They told me that I could have her cremated so of course I opted to do so but wasn't sure what to expect. I was able to go pick her ashes up today and I wasso overwhelmed with everything that I received. Her ashes was in a beautiful urn and there was a lock of her hair also. Way above and beyond anything I was expecting, very comforting to have a lock of her hair also.

Our dog Trixie was in the hospital and was very sick. The day she passed, the crematory picked her up from the Vet...cremated her and had returned her ashes back to the Vet. We recieved an urn and also ordered keepsakes which were absolutely amazing. To really make it absolutely heart felt, they clipped a swatch of her hair and placed it in a little bag and placed it in a card...We deeply appreciated everything they had done!

When our family dog, Daisy, tragically and unexpectedly passed, we knew we wanted her cremated so we could preserve her and her memory, she was with us for a long time and was so dear to us all. They were wonderful from start to finish. We were greeted at the car and they helped get her out and were just so gentle, gave us time to say our goodbyes and everything. Once inside the office she was very patient with us while we looked over everything and made our decision with what we wanted. Overall wonderful people and service.

when our beloved cat died unexpectedly on a Saturday we were shocked and really didn't know what to do or where to go. Fortunately we found pet cremation services of East Tennessee. What a blessing. We were able to take our sweet boy to them right away. They were very respectful and caring. They allowed me to go back with our kitty and showed me how the prrocess would be done which comforted me. wonderful service. I will use them again and will recommend everyone to them.

Thank you for being so compassionate when I took my sweet Edward in Wednesday. You all seem to really care for your clients and have a true love for animals.I was devastated with his loss (still am), and I’m sure most ppl that seen me thought I was a nut case, but you all were very patient and kind. I was surprised with all his lil paw prints and nose prints. And my necklace with his ashes will always be treasured. It gives me a little comfort knowing I have him home with me again. Thank you for what you do.

When our baby girl had to be put down. I could not have ask for a better care and service that they provided for our little girl. She was put down 1 day and had her remains back next day in a really nice urn with lock of her hair.

I was treated with the upmost respect before during and after the cremation of dog Sayde. I felt the entire staff truly cared about me and my daughter. They gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. And the urn that was included is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Pet cremation services of East Tennessee was absolutely wonderful. We brought our Bella in who suddenly passed away in her sleep and they knew that we had driven a ways to bring her in. They took her right in showed us the facility and had her back with us in 2 hours. Standard turn around is under 24 hours, but they made an exception for us. I’m so thankful for McKayla and she was very comforting during an awful time. I’m so very thankful and will recommend Pet cremation services of East Tennessee to anyone that needs their services!

I am disappointed I don't have a better vocabulary to express how satisfied I am with our experience with Pet Cremation Services of East Tennessee. I did my due diligents before choosing this crematory to take care of our family during this difficult time--and I was not disappointed. From the first phone call to last good by--I could not have been happier! Stephanie was simply amazing, understanding, caring, never rushing, never pushy, and somehow guided us through the process as if we were family. Makayla--brilliant in her skill our paw impressions perfect! Shea Long--again understanding, gracious, and comforting. I knew they were busy, but I never felt rushed. My concerns were addressed with kindness and understanding. Our greatest concern was we wanted to be sure the ashes we received were our family's and only theirs. Our concerns were quickly put to ease. Without hesitation I can and have recommended this business to friends and family. In the saddest of times everyone I met here added a little sunshine on my cloudy day! We had to put a sweet baby girl Zeva down yesterday do to sickness. We had plans on buring her but decided at last minute to cremate. I didn't get to personally meet you all but I and my family want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You done so much for us with the paw/nose print and the lock of hair. I had taken my boxer Angel to the vet because she wasn't eating or drinking and losing weight and seemed to be in pain. Once we were there, they did xrays and it was determined that she had bone cancer so we decided to have her "put to sleep" to keep her from suffering any longer. They told me that I could have her cremated so of course I opted to do so but wasn't sure what to expect. I was able to go pick her ashes up today and I wasso overwhelmed with everything that I received. Her ashes was in a beautiful urn and there was a lock of her hair also. Way above and beyond anything I was expecting, very comforting to have a lock of her hair also.

Our dog Trixie was in the hospital and was very sick. The day she passed, the crematory picked her up from the Vet...cremated her and had returned her ashes back to the Vet. We recieved an urn and also ordered keepsakes which were absolutely amazing. To really make it absolutely heart felt, they clipped a swatch of her hair and placed it in a little bag and placed it in a card...We deeply appreciated everything they had done!

I called for information about a pick up at U.T... I took my dog there and he died.The person that answered the phone kept referring to my furbaby as"It" and her main concern was the $100.00 pick up fee... I was shocked at her lack of compassion and respect for my dog...I wouldnt pay them to pick up roadkill...
