I am very upset. I picked up my baby and was totally shocked that her name was incorrect. To continue, the clay paw print that cost $29.99 + tax, doesn’t even look like a paw and again her name was wrong. I got home, and that is when I discovered that the urn was not even sealed. Now, I wonder what kind of establishment this is, are the ashes I received even my girls’ ashes? Please check closely before using this service.As you can see by the reply from Good Shepherd, they are not concerned with how upset I am, they are just trying to cover their own butts. They didn’t even address the $30 paw print that looks like a blob, or that the urn was not even sealed. They are out for money, they have no concern for what you are going through. I did not leave this review until after I left 3 messages that were not returned. I gave them the opportunity to settle this with me. They actually deserve -10 stars.

This is not an easy job to have but man, they do it well. We lost our black lab, Cash, unexpectedly and very suddenly just a few days ago. He was only 8 and in perfect health. This was not something that was on our radar so we honestly had no idea what to do when he passed. Ashley was the most helpful and respectful during this entire process. Mason went out of his way to make sure our baby was taken care of as soon as possible. In this overwhelming time, they were a calm in a storm. I can't thank y'all enough for everything you've done. We miss our sweet boy so much.

We lost Star Thursday, and got her back the following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the box I was handed. For the money I paid, I expected something much less. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Good Shepherd Pet Services.

Received our baby Maxwell today (2/1). He went to forever sleep at Happy Paws on 1/24. I was pleasantly surprised to see that his box was beautiful. A pamphlet on grief was inside the bag as well as the certificate of cremation. Thank you to this company and whoever handled my Maxwell with such care.

Very professional. Tom was great, he worked closely with our Vet and coordinated everything perfectly. We were glad to get her back the next day! Thank you for handling our old girl with care. RIP Brinklie!

Good Shepherd is excellent! Mason and Tom have big hearts of compassion. They are the real deal. I was grieving so much because another place had done such a bad job on my girl’s paw print. Mason repaired it for me and did an amazing job. Both Mason and Tom talked with me for awhile and gave me much needed comfort. I do appreciate what they did for me. Thank you Mason and Tom for being so kind to me! ❤️

I didn’t deal with anyone outside of Ashley during my process of needing their services. She is truly amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with a kitten that I didn’t get to see after it passed at the vet. She was so sincere and kind and patient through my sobs over the phone and giving me time to grieve in their office. Thank you for everything.

So we lost our son of 17 years and called to find someone to help us with the process. All I have to say is Good Shepherd is Great. Tom was amazing and showed concern and feelings for Duke just like he was family. I would recommend their service to anyone.Thanks so much for the help with our loss

Good Shepherd took excellent care of our two canine Furbabies, Winston, in 2017, and just recently his brother, Barker. We were surprised that the cost was so reasonable. The paw imprints and beautiful wood cremation box were unexpected and much appreciated during our time of tremendous sorrow. It is a blessing to know that Good Shepherd is there in our time of need.

They took excellent care of our baby, Holley. Everything was absolutely beautiful and you can tell they truly care about your loss. They help with ways to grieve and offer counseling as well. For such a terrible time in our life, we were thankful to have someone on our side that understood.

They came through for me, when my pet past away suddenly. They were able get me in the same day I called them. Were able to get Chloe cremated in shorter time than given me.

Unfortunately they did not grind my little dog down enough. There should not be big chunks of bone. I told them she would be being split five ways..I cannot send her remains to my children the way they are. I'm traumatized from this entire experience and should not have to experience further distress when handling the remains of my little girl. I know what cremains should look like and everyone I showed couldn't believe it.

WOW. I called these people to ask how much it would be to cremate my pet. Instead of going thru my vet just to check pricing. My vet including the box was either 130.00--175.00. THIS PLACE QUOTED ME $270.00 PLUS THE COST OF A BOX. DOUBLE THE COST.. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM FOR GOUGING THE PRICES LIKE THIS.. SOUNDS LIKE CROOKS TO ME

I am so grateful for the Good Shepherd Pet services and for their commitment to the last service we can give our pets. They have a wide selection of services and ways to memorialize our pets. As a dog mom, I am so glad they treat our babies with love and respect. Their customer service is also great!
