I just want to say this place is BEYOND fantastic!!!!! I lost my cat very sudden and unexpectedly. At a time when I was devested, and OUT OF MY "RIGHT" mind.... They comforted me and were VERY kind. Definitely TOP NOTCH customer service. I thought I would loose my fur baby late night and or early morning "after hours", They assured me that they would still show up and receive my beloved baby. Not any other place I called agreed to do that. I want to say THANK YOU, from the bottom of my broken heart. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to others!

I'm devastated. The lost of my dog was unexpected and traumatic. All I wanted was a nose print to remember her by. I told JJ that I wanted to get at tattoo with it. He said they would be delighted to get a nose print. Beware of free... there is no guarantee of quality. I would have paid or I would have done it myself. He made it sound like it was super easy, they do it all the time. Even the paw prints are bad. She is gone now, there are no do overs.

Can't begin to explain how amazing their services are. We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You all have been extremely compassionate and caring during the loss of a loved one. You all went above and beyond. Nothing compares to you're comfort and kind words in the hardest of times. Again, thank you for giving us a shoulder to hold on to. I wish you all the absolute best. I wish I could recall the name of the man who helped me when I brought my cat in but I lost my receipt. He helped me early on a Monday morning when I showed up unannounced with my recently deceased cat. It was a tough time for me but the staff at Forever Friends went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much. Your attentiveness and swift action made the loss of my best friend so much easier on myself and family. I simply can’t thank you enough and I highly recommend your company.

Today I picked up my dog's ashes, and I dropped my dog off 2 days ago. Wonderful service all the way around. Original I met with Ryan who was great, personable, and provided great customer service. I picked up the ashes at the main funeral home and everyone there was polite and professional.

This place is absolutely incredible. They were so kind and so patient. We thought we missed the chance to get our dogs footprint and they took it for us. They let me come back a month later once I found my specific urn and put the ashes in there for me so that I didn't have to touch it. These people have been nothing short of exceptional, professional and wonderful. These are the people you want to help you on your dark days.

Very pleased with the service we received. They were comforting in a time of need. If you have to euthanize your pet at the vet, I highly recommend taking your pet to this facility, rather than leaving your pet for another company to pick them up. My dog passed on friday and I had her back on monday. Reasonably priced for single pet cremation.

They were extremely kind, and professional. I highly recommend them! I received my pet back after 3 days. The day he passed I called and they got me in that day to drop off his body and discuss the process.

It is actually Small's funeral home. So don't let the name fool you into thinking it is an actual place for your beloved furbabies alone. Unbelievable how low can a place be.. how dare they play with people's emotions.

I'm so impressed with the service we received here. Everyone i spoke to was very thoughtful and they even took a clay paw print for us. I dropped him off on sunday and had him back the next day. HGHLY recommend using their services.

very caring staff, I went in with my dog and the man was very conciderate ,he even bumped me ahead of two other people cause he said he could tell me and my dog were close and that I was hurting , compared to the other people who came in there and just dropped there pet off and said they'd come pick it up later, got my dog back within a few hours , he now rests in my room watching over me , I couldn't ask for anything better
