My family was devastated when our Jorge unexpectedly passed away at home. I contacted Keepsake Pet Cremation to seek for advice and to ask what I needed to do. Grace was very helpful and walked me through the process. She was very comforting. I knew right then that I have the right team to help our family through this tough time. This company is amazing! They answered the phone at 630am on a Saturday morning and were able to come get my pet in a quick turn around time. They are very kind and compassionate and exactly the type of people you need to deal with in these difficult times. I highly recommend them for cremation services for your beloved animals! Grace was so kind and caring, I could tell she was truly empathetic to what we were going through. They got my Mouse (my cat) back to me very quickly and in a very nice urn. She was flexible with my availability and very relatable to. Her son handled Mouse with care for pickup and was very kind. Everyone was very professional 🙂

While no one wants to ever have to sort these final details for their beloved pet, Keepsake Pet Cremation made the process as easy as it could be. Everett and Miss Grace were wonderful with communication, and when it was time for our Molly girl to go, they picked up her remains in a timely manner and handled her with the utmost respect. We also received her urn and paw print in less than a week, and they accommodated my request for a nose print as well, and it turned out really nice. I'm happy we found them and I'm thankful that I had the peace of mind knowing that Molly girl was handled with respect and we were treated with such compassion while grieving. I wouldn't go anywhere if/when services are needed again. Thank y'all so much. 🩶

The owners at Keepsake Pet Cremation are absolutely fantastic at what they do. They are compassionate, friendly, and provided exceptional care when our beloved 12 year old pup passed away unexpectedly. They were at our house within 30 minutes of calling them to pick him up. I can't praise their services enough. I wholeheartedly believe in supporting local businesses run by incredible people, and Grace & crew are just that - Amazing. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, as well as anyone reading this who may be in need of pet cremation services.

We were so sad when discovered our Dog had passed on in his sleep. We called Keepsake and early Sunday morning and they answered and came over right away. They took great care of our Manny. It is difficult when a pet dies but they were patient and showed compassion during a difficult time.
